This is a decision taken fully by the Board of Directors of Smart Valor AG.

It means that after delisting, SDRs won't be tradable on Nasdaq First North. Instead, they'll be converted back into ordinary shares of Smart Valor, just like before the IPO in 2021.
We're looking into other exchanges where Smart Valor shares can be traded, especially those focusing on tokenized securities. As you all know, these are gaining a lot of traction in the last year.
In the meantime, shares can be bought or sold through Over-The-Counter (OTC) operations. Also, to make things crystal clear and avoid confusion, the delisting won't affect any of the rights outlined in our Articles of Association and the Swiss Code of Obligations.

The decision to delist is based on our goals since going public in 2021. While our IPO was a success and we've made strides in corporate governance, some objectives, like accessing US liquidity and establishing a presence in Sweden, remain unfulfilled.
Additionally, limited liquidity and constrained trading of our SDRs in the Swedish market led us to conclude that continuing to offer them there isn't in the best interests of our founders and shareholders.

The delisting will happen no earlier than 3 months after the announcement. We'll file the application following Swedish stock market practices. Until Nasdaq approves the request, our SDRs will still be tradable 👍

Ive been asking for this since the beginning but never got a reply and it was never implemented…. We are talking about the basic stuff here…
