Easiest would be to open Jupiter token details by clicking on the token on your Portfolio (homepage). Scroll down to find your activity only related to the Jupiter token and then find your transaction. You can also open it in explorer from there when you find it

Yeah, if you go to settings you can check permissions. But if your shared your seed I recommend starting with a whole new wallet

It's accurate because it parses all the transactions on the account, however it's only half the job since your accountant needs to interpret the assets values and deduct the taxable amount
