Yeah, it's active wallet address " indeed. He has some ray staked and all in all has more than 1k worth of crypto.
None of the Derivative Paths shows him his " active wallet " !

By the way, this is not the first user with a Sollet restore problem that can't find his " active wallet ".

Asking here since SolFlare team may have a solution how to restore such wallet.

Epoch 706 was weird in itself with half the reward i usually get every 2 day and it did not show even in the Staking page and now with Epoch 707 i think i got the regular reward but still it don't show ion Staking reward page!

Did you check if blind signing is turned on? Sometimes when you update your Ledger's firmware it'll turn it off.

Hey Rin, to make sure your Metamask x Solflare SNAPS account is properly connected, please go to https://solflare.com/metamask and select Get Started

Then follow the prompts, and you will be reconnected.

Alternatively, go to chrome://extensions and turn Metamask off and on again, then run chrome://restart and hit Enter to restart the browser.

Please let me know if you have any issues.

hello admin, I updated the ledger but now every time I try to process a transacion it says it failed as I cancelled it.......any idea what's wrong with Solflare/Ledger?
