The first time in my life am pained 💔💔💔💔 broken 😭😭😭 cocoa butter we bought 65,000 for 25kg from factory in 2019 and sold with our profit is selling at this with 7.5% Vat added.. have you seen me post on my status today???

This is money for 1000kg of cocoa butter 5 years ago.

How did we get here ???

Yes if you are exporting like this our client, who knows the value of of what we offer , she purchased grade 1 cocoa butter, you can sell well with something reasonable but am heartbroken 😭

Again there is always a client for every product. May Jehovah continue to help us navigate this tough times.

1 bowl of Shea butter= 3.5kgmin you can get more but not guaranteed now cause of how bad things have gone. The last one is even 3.3kg but I insisted it must be up to 3.5kg. over here we ensure our clients aren't shortchanged irrespective of what Is happening. Increase price but maintain quality

Now we want further add to this group Shea and Cocoa butter sharing.

It's been a tough time for business owners as we experience exponential rise in cost of raw materials especially our locally sourced raw materials.

Been so engrossed as to how we can scale through this period.

Bulk purchase seems to be the only way out.

Shea and Cocoa butter have different quality grades out there but for cocoa butter we stock the 1st and 2nd grade while for Shea we stock the top grade.

Please go through your inventory and check how much of these butters you use in manufacturing every quarter. Can you buy it in bulk quarterly?

If yes please we will put up a pool and check how many we can do in a quarter, get everyone pay up for a period of 2-5 days for the prices go up weekly, make purchase and wait for the next quarter.

Ok so the mess is still on, the price is no more same as we had it two and 3 days ago. It is now higher with 2k.

Please to everyone that have paid, we have secured your butter.


By Monday, will get the current price let's know what it will be by Mon.

If the locally sourced raw materials will mess up our mental health, we will find a way around it.

Currently there is rapid price increase in all things cause of the recent fuel increase.

What happens is that vendors increase prices as soon as price of fuel and USD goes up.
