A UFO? A dementor? Or is it still a cloud?
This strange phenomenon in the sky over Sydney caused a storm in the comments. The dark mass seemed to hover in the air above the water — it doesn't look like any of the usual clouds. Some saw her as a "liquid metal", others as a classic dementor.
In fact, it is most likely a lean type of cloud that appears at low altitude and has a chaotic, detached shape.

A prehistoric visitor from outer space.
The Murchison meteorite is one of the oldest rocks in the entire known universe. It is 4.6 BILLION years old (!), which means it is older than the Earth itself. And do you know what the most interesting thing is? Amino acids were found in it — the very building blocks from which human DNA is built.
Pluto has a lot of methane and nitrogen ice, but the mountains there are not one of them. They're too soft there. The peaks are most likely composed of water ice, which is harder than stone at this temperature.

Oxygen has been found in one of the oldest galaxies, and this is turning our understanding of the early universe upside down.
JADES-GS-z14-0 is so far away that its light has been traveling towards us for 13.4 billion years. We see it as it was when the universe was less than 300 million years old— just 2% of its current age.
But the most amazing thing is that there are already heavy elements there, although according to classical models then only hydrogen and helium existed.
Oxygen by itself does not mean the existence of life, but it is important for the formation of water and rocky planets. This means that conditions for potentially habitable worlds could appear much earlier than we thought.
Perhaps there is already an analogue of Earth somewhere - it remains to find it.
