*Isaiah, 45:3 - I will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I, Yahweh, who call you by your name, even the God of Israel.*
The word of GOD declares in Psalms 24:1 that the earth and its contents belong to the LORD.
In other words, all the riches of the earth belong to the Lord.
Hidden treasures and buried riches are all that can contribute to a life of abundance and fulfillment, a life of joy and happiness, a life of prosperity and glory.
In our basic verse the Lord promises to grant to his anointed and to the king, the hidden treasures and riches.
You are today in Christ an anointed person, a king or queen. You are the Lord's anointed by the Holy Spirit with whom you have been sealed therefore these blessings are intended for you as well.
But to fully possess the riches and hidden treasures you must walk and live in obedience.
Galatians, 4:1 - Now as long as the heir is a child, I say that he is no different from a slave, although he is master of all;
So God has given you the buried riches and the hidden treasures, but because you are still a spiritual child who is not yet subject to the authority of the father, you seem to live like a slave without inheritance or blessing. Now stand up because you have already received the anointing of the Holy Spirit within you and you have become a King in Christ. Start by walking in obedience to the word of God so that buried riches and hidden treasures can be manifested in your life in the name of JESUS CHRIST.

The culture of honour in the kingdom is extremely powerful, but you shouldn't base it on "external results" but on contribution into your life.
Will a child say that because another person's father has more external results than his parent, therefore give more honour to the outsider?
The son may even have excelled his father multiple times, yet it doesn't change the dynamics of the honour code between them.
Honour those whom God has used to impact your life. You may have been tutored in scriptures by someone in a small town decades ago, and he or she laid the foundation of all happening in your life today. They are unknown and living a simple life with no visible prosperity per se, but they were mightily used of God on your behalf.
That person prayed deep into the nights for you. Today, you are now chasing "big men" for photo ops and giving them honour while you have forgotten those God really used to build you up.
We are not called to spiritual adultery. Act wisely.
