This is Sam, Sam's goal was a photoshoot prep, had he ever done one before? No. Had he ever got peeled before? No.
But we set a huge goal of a photoshoot despite all of this, and got to work
15 weeks later he was in the shape of his life, and had achieved one of the craziest natural transformations l've seen in that time.

22KG!! #ladhamskaleb has been putting in work to go from skinny to staunch in roughly 37 weeks of working together.
