IndiaMart interMesh Limited: The company recorded strong financial growth for the 4QFY24. The revenue from operations for the company stood at Rs. 315 Crores for Q4 which is a growth of 17% as compared to Q4FY23 and 13% QoQ. For the full year FY24, the revenue was at Rs. 1,197 Crores which saw a growth of 21% YoY. The growth was primarily driven by improvement in realization from paying suppliers. EBIDTA for the year stood at Rs. 745 Crores, up by 21.1% YoY. Collection from customers for Q4FY24 grew by 16% to Rs. 484 Crores as compared to Q4 last year, primarily comprising of Standalone Collections of Rs. 465 Crore. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 100 Cr, up by 80.7% as compared to Q4FY23 and 21.6% QoQ. For FY24, net profit stood at Rs. 334 Cr, up by 17.6% as compared to FY23. The board of directors recommended final dividend of Rs. 20 per share. Positive on IndiaMart given its strong 4QFY24 financial performance.

Dabur India Limited: The company recorded strong financial performance for 4QFY24. The revenue for FY24 were at Rs. 12,404 Crore which shows a growth of 7.6% as compared to last year. For Q4FY24, the revenue was at Rs. 2,815 Crore up by 5.1% in INR basis as compared to Q4FY23. Net profit for Q4FY24 stood at Rs. 350 Crores, up by 16.2% as compared to Q4 last year and the net profit for the full year FY24 stood at Rs. 1,843 Crore up by 7.9% YoY. This was a result of their power brand strategy, increased premiumisation and distribution footprint expansion coupled with stringent cost reduction measures. Their FMCG business posted a Volume Growth of 5.5% for the full year. The company also has been investing to grow their rural footprint, which helped rural demand for their brands to grow ahead of Urban. During the year, the rural coverage expanded by 22,000 villages to 122,000 villages. The company also registered a constant currency growth of 12% in Q4 and 16.4% for the full year FY24 in their overseas market. Positive on Dabur given their strong financial performance and their focus on rural expansion along with product innovation.

UltraTech Cement Ltd: The company recorded strong financial performance for the 4th quarter and FY'24. The company achieved a milestone of having capacity of more than 150 Metric Tonnes Per Annum(MTPA). Revenue from operations for Q4FY'24 stood at Rs. 20,418 Cr, up by 22% QoQ and 9.4% YoY. For the full year FY24 the revenue was Rs. 70,908 Cr, up by 12% YoY. EBIDTA for the 4th Quarter stood at Rs. 4,113 Cr, up by 26.4% QoQ and 23.8%YoY. For FY24 EBIDTA was at Rs. 12,968 Cr, up by 22.1% YoY. The PAT for Q4 was at Rs. 2,258 Cr, up by 36% compared to Q4 last year and for FY24 the PAT was at Rs. 7,005 Cr, up by 38% YoY. The company also recorded a volume growth of 13% during the FY'24, while for 4QFY24 the volume growth was 11% YoY. Also, the capacity utilisation stood at 85% for the full year. The company is constantly working towards increasing their production capacity and expect to reach a capacity of 183.5 MTPA by FY27. Axis Bank ltd.: Axis Bank 4QFY24 numbers came ahead of consensus estimates. The Bank's Net Interest Income was recorded at Rs. 13,089 Cr for Q4FY24, up by 4.4% QoQ and 11.5% compared with Q4FY23. And for the FY24 the Net Interest Income was Rs. 4,9894.48 Cr, up by 28.4% YoY. Net Interest Margin at 4.07% up 5 bps YOY. The Net Profit of the Bank for Q4FY'24 and FY'24 stood at Rs. 7129.67 Cr, up by 224.3% YoY and Rs. 24,861.43 Cr, up by 159.5% YoY respectively. GNPA stood at 1.43% declined by 59 bps YOY and 15 bps QOQ, whereas Net NPA was at 0.31% declined by 8 bps YOY and 5 bps QOQ. The CASA Ratio also grew by 8% bringing it up to 43%. As the bank focus on granularization of deposit, contain rising opex and manage NIM, the loan growth will remain moderate in near term. Hence, improvement in risk adjusted return and granularization of balance sheet would be key for multiple expansion. Bank delivered on all these parameters during the quarter, translating into improvement in ROA by 21bps qoq to 2%. Positive on Axis Bank given the strong 4QFY24 performance.

Symphony Limited: Symphony 4QFY24 numbers came ahead of consensus estimates. The company has recorded strong financial performance for the 4th Quarter FY’24 and registered their highest ever quarterly domestic revenue in India. Revenue from operations for the 4th quarter stood at Rs. 332 Cr, up by 34.4% QoQ fuelled by a summer with above normal temperature rising up. For the year FY24 the revenue was at Rs. 1,156 Cr. EBIDTA for the quarter stood at Rs. 57 Cr, up by 29.5% QoQ, and for FY24 the EBIDTA stood at Rs. 168 Cr, up by 21.7% as compared to last year because of improved performance of its subsidiaries and due to streamlined operations leading to improved efficiency. The net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 48Cr, up by 17.1% YoY and for FY'24 net profit was at Rs. 148 Cr, up by 27%. The company expects to perform well in Q1FY25 due to the strong Indian summer. Positive on Symphony Limited given the strong 4QFY’24 performance.

Exide Industries Limited: The company recorded strong standalone financial performance for the 4th Quarter FY’24 and it beat the consensus estimates. The company saw impressive sales growth and as a result the revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs. 4,172 Cr, up by 4.9% QoQ and 13.5% as compared to Q4FY’23. For the FY’24 the revenue from operations stood at Rs. 16,770 Cr, up by 11%. This increase is a reason of Automotive division seeing good volume growth led by strong demand momentum in Original Equipment Manufacturing and the replacement markets. EBIDTA for the quarter was at Rs. 447.97 Cr up by 3.7% QoQ and 20.6% as compared to Q4 last year. The EBIDTA for FY’24 was at Rs. 1,817 Cr, up by 14.4% YoY. And the net profit for FY’24 stood at Rs. 1,230 Cr, up by 8.2% which is a result of cost optimisation measures. Also, the recent partnership deal with Hyundai Motors Company and Kia Corporation for electric vehicle (EV) battery production in India shows huge growth potential for the company in the booming EV Sector. Positive on Exide Industries given the strong financial growth and the partnership deal in the EV sector shows a great growth potential.

Himadri Speciality Chemicals Ltd: The company reported strong Financial Growth for the Financial Year 24. The sales volume for FY24 stood at 4.75 Lakh MT which is a growth of 18% from 4.03Lakh MT last year. Also, for the 4th Quarter the sales volume was at 1.4 Lakh MT up by 13.13% QoQ. The total revenue for the Year was at Rs. 4,185 Cr which was in the same line as last year. EBITDA for the year was at Rs. 632 Cr, up by 55% from Rs. 408 Cr in FY23. The PAT for Q4 was at Rs. 115 Cr up by 33% YoY and for the year FY24 it stood at Rs. 411 Cr, up by 98% YoY. The increase in Profitability is the result of it's continuous focus on moving towards value added products. The company is trying to expand its Speciality Carbon Black expansion and to achieve that, it planned a Brownfield expansion of a new speciality carbon black line of 70,000 MTPA. Along with this, they also plan to transform the Lithium-ion battery industry which have a very high growth potential as the EV segment is starting to boom in India. Positive on Himadri Speciality Chemicals Ltd given its strong financial growth with their highest ever EBITDA and PAT along with their future plan into the Lithium ion battery business.

Godrej Properties: Godrej Properties shows growth in the business update for Q4FY'24 by reporting sales of over 5,000 homes worth Rs. 9,500 crore in Q4FY24. Godrej Properties' bookings for Q4 more than doubles from the previous year, growing by 135% YoY to over Rs. 9500 Crore in Q4. This being the highest ever quarterly sales announced to date by any publicly listed real estate developer in India. The company sold a total of 5,331 homes with a total area of over 8 million sq.ft. Godrej Properties’ bookings for FY'24 grew 84% YoY to over Rs 22,500 crore which is the highest ever annual sales announced to date by any publicly listed real estate developer in India, achived through sale of 14,310 homes with a total area of 20 million sq. ft. It also reported Highest ever quarterly sales in MMR with sales of more than INR 4,000 crore in Q4FY24. Positive on Godrej Properties, its growth shows higher sales potential moving forward.
