In Q2FY25, the production stood at 2090 vehicles, out of which 283 were tractors, 292 were 3 wheelers, 1,273 were passenger cars, 153 were light commercial vehicles, 89 were heavy commercial vehicles, and 6,382 motorcycles (volumes in 000s). In Q2FY25, the company reported Net Revenue at Rs. 4394.3 crore, +6.4% YoY, and +1.8% QoQ. EBITDA at Rs. 560.5 crore, +14.1% YoY and +7.9% QoQ. EBITDA Margin at 12.8%, +86 bps YoY and +72 bps QoQ. Net Profit at Rs. 535.9 crore, -46.4% YoY and +15.1% QoQ. Mobility business has grown by 6.7% to Rs. 3,618.5 crore driven by growth in: Power Solutions by 5.7%, Mobility Aftermarket by 8.8%, 2-Wheeler segment by 13.4%. Consumer goods segment grew by 10.1% to 428.8 crore. Energy & Building Technologies business has grown by 20.1% to Rs. 117 crore. Absolute growth in EBITDA is mainly driven by increase in revenue and reduction in material cost. Reduction in PAT is mainly on account of one-time exceptional items. Bosch Limited’s Power Solutions division has played a major role with supporting major OEM to applicate the Engine management system for their first ever Gasoline Direct Injection engine. It contributed advanced hardware, software, and calibration solutions for 1.2L gasoline engines.
