*Transformers & Rectifiers(India)* : The Company's business mainly comprises of manufacturing and selling of various kinds of transformers such as power, and distribution transformers, furnace transformers, rectifier transformers, and specialized transformers. The company posted phenomenal results for the quarter ended Q3FY25 with topline growing by 51% YoY to Rs 559.36 cr. EBITDA grew by 134%YoY to Rs 93.76 cr. PAT stood at Rs 55.52 cr, up 252% YoY. The new orders inflows during the period is at around Rs 631 cr and nearly Rs 19,000 cr inquiries under negotiation. The conversion rate will be around 25-30% for the inquiries under negotiation. Total order book stand at Rs 3,686 cr. Company will have order excess of Rs 4000 cr at the end of FY25, the unexecuted order book for the next 18-24 months is around Rs 3,686 cr, removing any doubts of a slowing economy in general.The company has become 100% backwards integrated after acquiring controlling stake in a CRGO processing unit (Posco Poggenamp Electrical Steel). Management is also focusing on driving profitability by focusing on orders which have high margin. Going forward the management has given a topline guidance of Rs 2000cr by FY25 and Rs 3500cr by FY26, which will come partly from existing capacities and partly from new expansion. Overall the management expects that the company to would achieve revenue of US$ 1 billion in the next 3-4 years. EBITDA is expected to be in the range of 17% by FY27, EBTIDA improvement will start from 1QFY26 as and when the acquisition will integrate with the existing operations. The Company has also reduced its Debtor days during the quarter and there are no delays in payment from Government. The company posted healthy results for the quarter ended Q2FY25 with reported revenue of Rs. 3,062 cr, growing 34.5% YoY. Growth was broad-based across verticals, led by insurance, government, and others. EBITDA grew by 20% YoY to Rs 412 cr. PAT stood at Rs 234 cr, growing 24% YoY. The company reported a fresh order intake of $516 million, which includes $67 million from Cigniti. The executable order book over the next 12 months jumped to $1.3 billion from $1.07 billion, up 40% YoY. Headcounts stood at 32,486 with net additions at 5,871 sequentially, which includes 4,430 Cigniti headcounts. Going forward the company is committed to its medium-term guidance of not only reaching the $2 billion topline mark but also delivering a concurrent material expansion in EBITDA. The NBFC gave an encouraging business update for Q3FY25, with Assets under management growing by 28%(YoY) to Rs 3.98 lakh, Deposits book surged by 19%(YoY) to Rs 68,800 crore. New loans booked increases 22%(YoY) to 12.06 million. Customer franchise stands at 97.12 (as of 31 December 2024)million Vs 80.41 million(as of 31 December 2023). Going forward the company expects AUM growth at 27% for FY2025 (29% in H1FY2025) and 25-26% over the medium term (2-5 years) . The growth will be driven by acquisition of clients, launch of new product lines and cross sales. As per the Long-Range Strategies , management plans to acquire 2.0x customers from 92.1 million in H1FY2025 to 200 million in FY2029.
