*HDFC Bank:* The Company posted healthy results for the quarter ended Q3FY25, in line with larger consensus, amidst challenging macroeconomic environment. The banks Interest income grew by 7.7% YoY to Rs 306.5 Billion. Core net interest margin stood at 3.63 based on total earning assets. Adjusted PAT( excluding one offs) grew by 13.6% YoY to Rs 167.4 billion. Retail loans in Q3FY25 grew by 10.0% YoY , commercial and rural banking loans grew by 11.6%YoY and corporate and other wholesale loans were lower by 10.4% YoY. Overseas advances constituted 1.8% of total advances. Advances under management, on an average basis, grew 7.6% YoY to Rs26,276 billion in Q3FY25. Gross advances were at Rs25,426 billion as of December 31, 2024, an increase of 3.0%YoY. Grossing up for transfers through inter-bank participation certificates, bills rediscounted and securitisation / assignment, advances under management grew by 6.1% YoY. Average deposits were at Rs24,528 billion for the December 2024 quarter, a growth of 15.9% YoY and 4.2% QoQ.The Bank’s average CASA deposits were Rs8,176 billion in Q3FY25, a growth of 6.0%YoY. Total balance sheet size as of December 31, 2024 was Rs37,590 billion as against Rs34,926 billion as of December 31, 2023. HDFC Bank’s distribution network was at 9,143 branches and 21,049 ATMs across 4,101 cities / towns as of December 31, 2024. The number of employees were at 2,10,219 as of December 31, 2024 as against 2,08,066 as of December 31, 2023. Bank’s total Capital Adequacy Ratio was at 20.0% as on December 31, 2024 as against 18.4% as on December 31, 2023. *Heritage Foods:* Heritage Foods is engaged in the business of procurement and processing of Milk & Milk products and also generation of power through solar & wind for the captive consumption of its dairy plants. The company has a reach to over 15 lakh households in India. For the quarter ended Q3FY25 the company achieved 10% Revenue Increase, Surpassing Rs. 1000 crores in Quarterly Revenues for the third consecutive time. India Mart Intermesh: The company is India's largest online B2B marketplace, IndiaMART is at the forefront of transforming the landscape to facilitate ease of doing business through a well-entrenched network of hi-tech solutions and services. IndiaMART reported consolidated Revenue from Operations of Rs. 354 Crore as compared to Rs. 305 Crore in the corresponding quarter of last year, representing a growth of 16%. This includes IndiaMART Standalone Revenue of Rs. 337 Crore and Busy Infotech Revenue of Rs 16 Crore, registering a growth of 16% and 30% respectively on YoY basis. Collections from Customer grew by 10% to Rs. 363 crore for the quarter, primarily comprising of Standalone Collections of Rs. 341 Crore and Busy Infotech Collections of Rs 20 Crore. Deferred Revenue as on December 31, 2024 increased to Rs. 1,492 Crore representing a YoY growth of 17%. This primarily includes IndiaMART Standalone Deferred Revenue of Rs. 1,430 Crore and Busy Infotech Deferred Revenue of Rs. 57 Crore. Net Profit for the quarter was Rs. 121 Crore representing margin of 30%. Cash Flow from Operations for the quarter was Rs. 114 Crore. Additionally the company registered Unique business enquiries of 27 million in Q3FY25, representing a YoY growth of 17%. Supplier storefronts grew to 8.2 million, an increase of 5% YoY, and paying suppliers as at the end of the quarter were 214K.Going forward the management is confident in exploiting the trend of increasing technological adoption. Karur Vysya Bank(KVB): The Bank is engaged in providing a wide range of banking and financial services including commercial banking and treasury operations. The Bank operates in four business segments: Treasury Operations, Corporate/ Wholesale Banking Operations, Retail Banking Operations and Other Banking Operations. The bank posted healthy results for quarter ended Q3FY25, with its core portfolio, RAM, continuing to grow at a healthy pace (4.2% QoQ/20% YoY). This was driven by its retail and commercial segment,while the corporate segment remains a laggard. Deposits too reported a growth of 3.5% QoQ/15.7% YoY, thus, normalising the bank’s CD ratio by 24bps QoQ/131bps YoY to 83.5%. During the quarter, the bank saw the increased cost of funds, which capped the upside growth of NIMs at 4%. KVB’s asset quality remains clean as it improved sequentially with declining GNPA/NNPA. Going forward KVB expects loan growth of 14% in FY25E while NIMs are expected to remain at 4% in FY25E. In Q4FY25, NIMs could see a further decline of 15bps QoQ to 3.85%. It expects that the decline in interest rates shall help NIMs due to its linkage to EBLR. The bank expects that its GNPA/NNPA shall remain under 2%/1% as asset quality shall remain intact. ROA for Q4FY25 shall be maintained above 1.65%.The bank expects that GNPA/NNPA going forward will be under 2%/1% due to the high portion of the secured book and prudent underwriting. Additionally, the bank shall gradually grow its unsecured book once it has gained confidence in the market. KVB is also increasing its footprint in the MFI portfolio in relatively less stressed areas like Karnataka and some districts of Tamil Nadu.
