Bajaj Auto : The company is one of the leading two & three wheeler manufacturers in India. It is the largest exporter of two and three-wheeler in the country. Presently, it is engaged in development, manufacturing and distribution of automobiles such as motorcycles, commercial vehicles, electric two-wheelers etc. and parts thereof. The company posted a strong quarterly result for the quarter ended Q3FY25 with profit for the December quarter rising by 8 % YoY to Rs 2,196 crore.Revenue for Q3FY25 increased 8% YoY to Rs 13,169 crore. The growth was largely driven by strong exports, a solid domestic Green Energy portfolio, and another record performance in spares sales. At the operating level Ebitda climbed 13 % YoY to Rs 2,751 crore, Ebitda margin edged up 10bps to 20.2 per cent from 20.1 per cent a year ago. The company attributed this slight improvement in margin to favorable USD/INR exchange rates and effective cost management, which helped offset the major investments being made in its strategic priorities. The quarterly retail sales for the company reached highest levels. Chetak sales more than doubled during the quarter, with Q3FY25 market share pegged at 22%, up from 13% in the same period of FY24. Electric vehicles (combining two-wheelers and three-wheelers) now form about 22% of its domestic revenues, with the green portfolio (including CNG) contributing about 44% of domestic revenues. Firm's export revenue grew by 16% YoY in Q3FY25 to Rs 4,500 crore. Export volumes rose by 22% YoY, led by strong LATAM sales and a steady African market. The company expects about 20% growth in export volumes during the ongoing quarter. Positive Bajaj Auto given the strong fundamentals and performance of the company.
KPIT Technologies: The Company is a global partner to the automotive and Mobility ecosystem for making software-defined vehicles and reality. It is a leading independent software development and integration partner helping mobility leapfrog towards a clean, smart, and safe future. KPIT Technologies posted strong results for the quarter ended Q3FY25 with revenue growth of 17.4% in constant currency (CC)and 18.1% in $, YoY, this was led by Powertrain and Connected. QoQ CC growth of 2.0% and reported $ growth of 1.7% was led by Asia and Passenger Cars. Net Profit stood at Rs 187 cr, growing 20.4% YoY . EBITDA grew by 20.8% YoY to Rs 306cr. Company closed in $236 M worth of engagement in the quarter. EBITDA margin stood at 21.1% vs 20.8% sequentially mainly due to productivity improvement, revenue mix and fixed cost leverage. Going forward the management is targeting CC Revenue growth in the 18% to 22% range, with target EBITDA margin of 21%+. Positive KPIT Technologies given the strong fundamentals and performance of the company.

Cipla : The Company is in the business of manufacturing, developing, and marketing wide range of branded and generic formulations and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients . Cipla's product portfolio spans complex generics as well as drugs in the respiratory, anti-retroviral, urology, cardiology, anti-infective, CNS, and various other key therapeutic segments. The Company posted a phenomenal result for the quarter ended Q3FY25 with topline growing by 8% YoY to Rs 7,073 cr. EBITDA stood at Rs 1,989 cr growing 16% YoY, with EBITDA margin coming at 28.1%. PAT stood at Rs 1,571 cr growing 22.2 % YoY, with PAT margin coming at 22.2%. The company achieved highest-ever quarterly revenue at Rs 7,000 Cr+ and EBITDA margin at 28%+. One India Business grew at a healthy 10% YoY. Branded Prescription business continued to outpace the market growth in key therapies, Trade Generics is back on growth trajectory and Anchor brands of CHL continued to grow bigger. North Africa segment delivered quarterly revenue of $ 226 Mn supported by traction in differentiated assets, that helped to overcome Lanreotide supply shortfall. One Africa segment continued its growth momentum with overall revenue growth at 9% in USD terms. Emerging Markets and Europe posted substantial revenue growth of 20% in USD termsd. R&D investments for the company stood at Rs 360 cr( 5.1% of sales) driven by product filling and development efforts undertaken by the company. ACC Ltd: The Company is engaged in manufacturing and selling of cement and ready-mixed concrete. They manufacture Portland Cement for general construction and special applications. In addition, they offer two products namely; bulk cement and ready mix concrete. The company posted good performance for the quarter ended Q3FY25 with Highest ever revenue in Q3 Series over last 5 years at Rs. 5,927 Cr, driven by higher trade sales volume (up by 11%) and premium product as % of trade sales at 32% Higher volume along with improved operational parameters resulted in growth in all business parameters. Volume increased by 21% YoY supported by increase in trade volumes and higher premium product volumes (11% YoY). Operating EBITDA stood at Rs. 1,116 Cr( growing 23% YoY), with EBITDA margin coming at 18.8%. PAT stood at Rs 1,092 cr, growing by 102% YoY( excluding other income, profit grew by 13% YoY) . Reduction in Klin fuel cost by 10% was driven by use of low cost imported petcoke which improved linkages and captive coal consumptions. Going forward, the company expects cement demand to rebound in Q4 FY’25 as construction activity accelerates in the infrastructure and housing segments. The pro-infra and housing Budget 2025, along with increased government spending on infrastructure and construction activities, is anticipated to further support this growth.
