Its crazy how some people are saying it wasnt a good album, are you out of your fking minds??? MTBMB is a solid Eminem album after like MMLP 2 (Revival is a masterpiece too) but I think Revival came out at wrong time and also "I feel like Revival Sound was kinda Recovery-MMLP2 era ishm, whereas MTBMB it has everything. Also FK those 2 bozos at NFR Podcasts they are just Eminem haters man, I don't know the guy's name but he is fat he says "MTBMB does not have much quality" I fking hate it when people like these critic music. Okay after my 48th listen I think I finally pieced it together. I listen to it forwards and backwards and upside down.
If you pay really close attention to the lyrics and the album title it kind of makes sense. I don’t know if this is a reach, but it seems like it’s about the death of slim shady.

Happy New Year everybody, welcome to the very first SotW of January and 2024! We will be kicking the new year off with a track that is almost a decade old at this point. It's been a while since we last visited the album but we're returning to Shady's 2014 compilation album, 'ShadyXV' this week. The track that we will be listening to for the next seven days, is 'Fine Line'.
On 'Fine Line', Em speaks on the struggles of fame, describing how there is a fine line between the benefits and the downsides of his career. He has a passion for rap, but has grown tired of having the spotlight on him at all times.
Em is also surprised by how long the lines of people get for his concerts, and at the same time, references the rampant drug use that is common for people in show business. He does this by referring to cocaine with the words 'line' and 'blow'.
Every week there will be a new song that gets featured at the top of the subreddit. Users can leave a comment and the song that gets the most votes might be the new Song of the Week. Suggestions for improving the next post are encouraged.
