When does the Takbir of #EidUlFitr begin and end?
Imam Muhammad Ibn Salih al-'Uthaymin (d.1421H) says:
"The takbir on the day of #Eid begins from the time when the sun has set on the last day of #Ramadan until the Imam arrives to attend the Eid Prayer."

Shaykh al-Islam 'Abd al-'Aziz Ibn Baz (d.1420H) - رحمه الله - said,
"We do not know any of the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) to have given out money as Zakah al-Fitr, yet they were the most knowledgeable concerning his (ﷺ) Sunnah and the most diligent in acting upon it."

Did you know the Believer has Two Jihads (Struggles) in Ramadan?
Imam Ibn Rajab (d.795H) - رحمه الله - said,
"Know that the Believer combines together for himself two Jihads (struggles) in the month of #Ramadan: a Jihad (struggle) during the day upon fasting and a Jihad at night upon standing for Prayer. Whoever carries out these two Jihads (struggles), fulfills their rights and is patient upon them will attain his reward without reckoning."

When To Revise the Qur'an and Recite in #Ramadan
Imam Ibn Rajab (d.795H) - رحمه الله - said:
There occurs in the hadith of Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) that, "The review (of the Qur'an) between the Prophet (ﷺ) and Jibra'il occured at night."
This is evidence of the desirability of increasing in recitation during the nights of Ramadan, since at night, the distractions are cut off, concerns are gathered together and the heart and the tongue agree upon comtemplation, as Allah the Exalted said,
"Indeed, the rising by night (for Tahajjud Prayer) is very hard and most potent and good for governing (the soul), and most suitable for (understanding) the Word (of Allah)." [Surah al-Muzzammil 73:6]

Regarding the Nature of the Excellence of the Arabs and the Saying of the Shuʿūbiyyah
Shaykh Ibn Bāz (رحمه الله) said:
"Hence, al-Ṣiddīq, ʿUmar, ʿUthmān, ʿAlī and the rest of the ten (promised Paradise), and others from the Anṣār and Muḥājirīn, they have great excellence, and similarly, those who followed them upon goodness in carrying knowledge, and making jihād in Allāh’s path, until they spread Allāh’s religion and taught it to the people, regardless of whether they are Arabs or non-Arabs.
They have a great right upon the later Muslims in supplicating for them, asking for Allāḥ’s pleasure for them, thanking them for what they did, and loving them for that."

Not only do we as Muslims need a #Ramadan but because of all the chaos and turmoil we see around us, its clear that this society needs a Ramadan (with #Islam) so that they can attain taqwa (piety) and be saved from the various vices they've become slaves of besides Allah!
It is as Rabi' ibn 'Amir (رضي الله عنه) said, "Allah has sent us to deliver whomsoever He chooses, from the worship of men, to the 'ubudiyyah (worship and servitude) of Allah, and from the narrowness of this world, to the vastness of this world and the Hereafter, and from the oppression of the (false) religions, to the justice of Islam."

رحمهما الله
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said,
"Aiding the poor by feeding them in the month of Ramadan is from the Sunan (traditions) of Islam."

Shaykh al-Islam 'Abd al-'Aziz Ibn Baz said,
"I do not know of anything specifically stipulated for welcoming Ramadan other than that the Muslim welcomes it with joy, happiness, delight and gratefulness to Allah for having reached it, for granting him success to be one of the living who compete in righteous deeds, since reaching Ramadan is a great blessing from Allah."
