The Advice of Imam Muqbil Ibn Hadi al-Wadi'i to pray the Eid Prayers with Ahlus-Sunnah
Imam Muqbil Ibn Hadi al-Wadi'i (d.1421H) - رحمه الله - said,
"So we advise all of Ahlus-Sunnah to make themselves clearly distinguished and distinct (tamayyuz) with regards to the ’Eed Prayers, the Jumu’ah Prayers and the rest of the Prayers that take place within the mosque and outside of it. At-Tamayyuz is absolutely necessary. After that, the people will come if Allaah so wills, as long as you select a khateeb (speaker) who has benefited in knowledge to the extent that he can benefit the people and he has wisdom. The people will come, with the permission of Allaah, and pray with you and abandon that Soofee."

Imam Abu Zur'ah al-Razi (d.264H) - رحمه الله - said, "If you see a man belittling anyone from the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), then know that he is a heretic (zindiq). That is because, according to us, the Messenger (ﷺ) is true and the Qur'an is true. Indeed, the Companions of the Messenger of Allah conveyed to us this Qur'an and the Sunan. They only seek to criticise our witnesses (i.e. the Companions) because they want to invalidate the Book and the Sunnah; they are more fit to be criticized and they are heretics (zanadiqah)." Refer to al-Kifayah fi Ilm al-Riwayah (p. 49) of al-Khatib al-Baghdadi.

Our brothers sat down with Shaykh Abul-Hasan Malik al-Akhdar once again to discuss his painstakingly detailed biography of Shaykh 'Abdullah al-Qar'awi - may Allah have mercy upon him. The focus of the questions put to Shaykh Abul-Hasan is about the methods and means used by Shaykh 'Abdullah in seeking knowledge, teaching and calling the people to Allah and how these methods and his wisdom can be applied and implemented in our Salafi communities in the West today.
