🔹The issue of Armita Garavand should be investigated "accurately and impartially"
Iran’s Sunni leader alluded to the case of a 16 years old girl in Tehran who fainted in the subway suspiciously, and said: “Recently, a teenager schoolgirl, Armita Garavand, has been anesthetized in Tehran’s Metro and has been hospitalized in a state of coma. This incident has brought a big concern among Iranians and all over the world. It is better to investigate the case impartially and accurately. Only justice can make peace in the country and in the whole world.”
“The implementation of justice is the only way to maintain country’s security and power. Even though, if the child of the holy Prophet, peace be upon him, child of an Imam or the child of one of the authorities makes a mistake, s/he should be punished; this is the teaching of the holy Qur’an. The holy Qur’an has not exempted anyone in the implementation of justice. Anyone should be accountable for his\her performance," Shaikh Abdol-Hamid urged on the implementation of justice.
“If an official committed a crime, he must be tried and punished without regard to his position. If the Bloody Friday murderers were punished at any positon they were, people would calm down,” he believed.
🔹Officials must put education first priority
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar pointed out to the problems regarding the education in the country, and said: “The Minister of Education has announced the shortage of 200,000 teachers in the country and has added that 450,000 students have no teachers. This problem has concerned all of us. Education and edification is the first priority of developed countries and nations. Ladder of education is the basis of development. If you do not have proper planning in education and training, this deficiency is irreparable. I wonder why they did not realize such a massive shortage.”
“Officials of the department of education should monitor and control the state of education. How the Ministry of Education will hire such a big number of teachers in a short time?! Because, they must hire experienced people not weak and incapable ones,” he said.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid referred to the problems in universities, and said: “The people of Iran have concerns about universities. Many experienced professors and veteran lecturers have been fired because they criticized. This displacement has created discord among people, as universities and colleges are vital and have scientific basis. We have everything from universities and education and elite educators. If you hit the training instead of developing it, we will lose everything. Education and training should be the first priority.”
“Unfortunately, the protests of teachers have not been taking into consideration. The critic must be tolerated. Teachers have huge concerns about the amount and payment of salaries and still their problems are not solved. You (authorities) pay special attentions to the teachers and professors of the university so that they attend the classroom with the peace of mind. Many teachers have been fired and some are imprisoned,” the Friday Khateeb of Zahedan further defended the rights of teachers and academics.
🔹The critic must be tolerated
During his Friday sermons of Zahedan, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: “In all countries, including in European countries, many teachers, and university professors criticize and they are tolerated by their authorities. A critic should be tolerated. Listen to criticism when it is useful for the country. Deal with the problems of all classes, including labors, retirees and other classes that struggle with economic problems. People should not be ashamed before their children and family members due to financial issues.”
Hamas says will kill hostages if Israeli attacks on Gaza civilians continue
The Hamas movement has threatened to kill an Israeli hostage every time Israel bombs a Palestinian home without warning as Israel mobilised some 300,000 reservists and imposed a total blockade of the Gaza Strip denying the enclave’s millions of residents access to food, water and fuel.
The warning from Hamas came on Monday as the death toll from the armed group’s surprise weekend attack climbed to 900 in Israel and revenge attacks by Israeli forces on the besieged Gaza Strip killed more than 700 people and left over 3,700 wounded.
Residential apartment blocks, hospitals, schools and a mosque have been among the sites attacked by Israeli jet fighters, artillery and drones, according to media reports and witnesses.
Hamas spokesperson Abu Ubaida issued the threat on Monday to kill Israelis among the dozens held captive by the armed group. He said an Israeli hostage would be killed for every Israeli bombing of a civilian house without warning.

🕌کوئی بھی حکومت عوام کے تعاون کے بغیر اس خطے میں امن برقرار نہیں رکھ سکتی
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے چھ اکتوبر دوہزار تئیس کو خطبہ جمعہ کے دوران صوبہ سیستان بلوچستان میں قیامِ امن میں عوام کے براہ راست کردار کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کوئی بھی حکومت اور طاقت زورزبردستی اور عوام کے تعاون کے بغیر اس خطے میں سلامتی برقرار نہیں رکھ سکتی ہے۔
🔹جبر و زبردستی ناکام پالیسی ہے؛ عوام کی باتیں سنیں
زاہدان میں نماز جمعہ سے پہلے ہزاروں فرزندانِ توحید سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: زور زبردستی ہرگز کامیاب پالیسی نہیں ہوسکتی؛ عوام کو ساتھ رکھنے اور ان کے ساتھ بیٹھ کر بات کرنے کے علاوہ کوئی چارہ نہیں۔ یہ ایک قبائلی علاقہ ہے جہاں بعض بڑے اور طاقتور قبائل ہیں اور بعض چھوٹے قبائل ہیں، جب بھی بڑے قبائل نے زورزبردستی سے اپنی بات چھوٹے قبائل پر ٹھونسنے کی کوشش کی ہے، وہ کامیاب نہیں ہوئے ہیں۔ بلکہ آخر بات چیت پر مجبور ہوکر بعض اوقات ہاتھ جوڑ کر عاجزی دکھانے پر بھی مجبور ہوئے ہیں تاکہ چھوٹے قبیلے کی رضامندی حاصل کریں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: میں کھل کر کہتاہوں کہ اس علاقے کا امن عوام ہی نے برقرار رکھا ہے، کسی کی قوتِ بازو سے یہاں امن قائم نہیں ہوا ہے۔ ہم سب بشمول علما اور قبائلی عمائدین امن و سلامتی کے لیے محنت کرتے ہیں۔ پولیس اور سپاہ پاسداران عوام کے تعاون ہی سے امن قائم رکھتے ہیں۔ کوئی بھی حکومت عوام کے بغیر اس خطے میں امن قائم نہیں رکھ سکتی۔ ہوسکتاہے تہران میں بیٹھے حکام کو معلوم نہ ہو، لیکن صوبائی حکام اچھی طرح اس حقیقت کو جانتے ہیں اور اسی لیے ان کی کوشش ہے کہ عوام کے ساتھ بیٹھیں؛ جب بھی وہ عوام کے ساتھ بیٹھے ہیں، امن قائم ہواہے۔
ممتاز عالم دین نے کہا: ہم نے حکام کو گزشتہ جمعہ پیغام پہنچایا کہ خونین جمعے کی برسی پر یہاں کوئی خاص پروگرام نہیں ہے؛ لہذا امن برقرار رکھنے کے لیے عوام ہی پر بھروسہ کریں اور ایسے ہی امن قیمتی ہے۔ اس سے قبل بھی یہاں کوئی خاص احتجاجی پروگرام نہیں رہاہے اور کچھ لوگ اپنے دردوں کا نعرہ لگاتے رہے ہیں۔ دارالحکومت میں بیٹھے حکمرانوں کو اس علاقے کے مخصوص حالات کا علم نہیں اور صوبائی حکام کی ذمہ داری بنتی ہے کہ انہیں قائل کریں قیامِ امن کو عوام ہی پر چھوڑدیں۔ یہاں کے عوام امن برقرار رکھتے ہیں اور کسی سے ان کی کوئی لڑائی نہیں، جو واقعہ پیش آیا تھا (خونین جمعہ)، اس پر صبر سے کام لے رہے رہیں اور اپنے مطالبات کی پیروی کررہے ہیں، اور حکام کو چاہیے اسے برداشت کریں۔ یہ لوگ اپنے شہر اور صوبے کو بدامن نہیں کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: صوبائی اور ملکی حکام اور علما کو میرا خیرخواہانہ مشورہ ہے کہ عوام کے ساتھ رہیں اور عوام ہی کی باتیں آگے پہنچائیں۔ جس نے تمہیں کہا ہے کہ یہ لوگ امریکا، برطانیہ یا اسرائیل سے وابستہ ہیں، اس نے جھوٹی رپورٹ دی ہے۔ یہ لوگ بھوکے ہیں اور مسائل سے دوچار ہیں۔ ان لوگوں کے ساتھ بیٹھیں اور ان کی باتیں سن لیں اور ان کے مسائل حل کرائیں۔ یہ لوگ ایرانی قوم ہی کے افراد ہیں اور اسی ملک کے باشندے ہیں۔ انہوں نے تمہیں ووٹ دیاہے اور تمہارے محسن ہیں۔ اگر کوئی حکومت عوام کو ساتھ نہ رکھے، اس کی کوئی قیمت نہیں ہے۔
🔹آرمیتا گراوند کا کیس ‘غیر جانبداری’ سے ٹھیک ٹھیک چھان بین کریں
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے بیان کے ایک حصے میں تہران میں آرمیتا گراوند نامی سکول طالبہ کے لیے پیش آنے واقعہ کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے کہا: تہران میٹرو میں آرمیتا گراوند نامی (سولہ سالہ) طالبہ پراسرار طورپر بے ہوش ہوچکی ہے اور اب اسپتال میں کومے کی حالت میں زیرِ علاج ہے۔ دعا کریں اللہ تعالیٰ انہیں شفا اور صحت عطا فرمائے۔ اس خبر نے ایرانی عوام کو پریشان کیا ہے اور پوری دنیا میں ہلچل مچ گئی ہے۔ اس کیس کا بہترین حل یہی ہے کہ غیرجانبداری سے ٹھیک ٹھیک مسئلے کی چھان بین اور تحقیق کی جائے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: کوئی بھی اہلکار جب غلطی کا ارتکاب کرتاہے، اسے قرارِ واقعی سزا دی جائے۔ انصاف وہ واحد چیز ہے جس سے ملک اور پوری دنیا میں سکون برقرار ہوسکتاہے۔کسی بھی حکومت کی بقا کا راز نفاذِ عدل میں ہے۔ کوئی بھی شخص چاہے کسی پیغمبر یا امام کا بیٹا ہو یا کسی اعلیٰ حکمران کے، جب اس سے غلطی سرزد ہوتی ہے، اس کے حوالے سے عدل نافذ ہونا چاہیے۔ یہ قرآن کی تعلیم ہے۔ قرآن پاک نے عدل کے حوالے سے کسی بھی شخص کو حتیٰ کہ حکمرانوں کو مستثنی نہیں کیا ہے۔سب کو اپنے اعمال کے بارے میں جوابدہ ہونا پڑے گا۔
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے کہا: اگر اخلاقی پولیس یا کسی بھی ادارے کا اہلکار جب ظلم کرتاہے یا اپنی ڈیوٹی میں خطا کا ارتکاب کرتاہے، اس کا مقام خاطر میں لائے بغیر اس کا ٹرائل ہونا چاہیے۔ زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ کے قاتل اور انہیں حکم دینے والے چاہے ان کا تعلق کسی بھی جگہ سے ہو، قرارِ واقعی سزا پاتے، آج ان عوام کو تسلی ہوتی۔

افغانستان میں 6.2 شدت کے زلزلے میں دو ہزار افراد جاں بحق اور درجنوں زخمی ہوگئے۔
زلزلہ پیما مرکز کے مطابق 6.2 شدت کے زلزلے کا مرکز افغانستان کے جنوب مشرق میں تھا اور گہرائی 40 کلومیٹر تھی۔
حکام نے بتایا ہے کہ متعدد عمارتیں اور مکانات منہدم ہوگئے ہیں جن کے ملبے تلے لوگ دبے ہیں۔ زلزلے کے باعث نیٹ ورک کنکشنز کو بھی نقصان پہنچا ہے اور متاثرہ علاقوں میں موجود لوگوں سے رابطہ نہیں ہورہا ہے۔
رپورٹس کے مطابق زلزلے کے جھٹکے ایران، ترکمانستان اور ازبکستان میں بھی محسوس کیے گئے۔
دریں اثنا برطانوی نشریاتی ادارے کے مطابق اقوام متحدہ نے مرنے والوں کی تعداد جاری کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ ہفتے کے روز شمال مغربی افغانستان میں آنے والے شدید زلزلے میں کم از کم دو ہزار ہلاک ہو چکے ہیں۔

🔹 Zahedan's Bloody Friday crime was unexpected, and it was the result of discrimination
🔸Judges of Bloody Friday cases are under pressure
“What happened on September 30 last year was bitter, and it worried the free-minded Iranians. Such an incident with a huge amount of dead and wounded did not happen anywhere in the world. In that incident, nearly one hundred people were martyred, and about three hundred were injured. Among the injured, some are blind and some are paralyzed. No one expected this to happen,” the Iranian prominent Sunni leader referred to the anniversary of Zahedan’s Bloody Friday tragedy.
He continued: “In Musalla of Zahedan, we have talked about the elections, unity and brotherhood and the officials used to come here and deliver speeches. This place is one of the centers that has called towards unity, and boosted security of the country. We have always moved towards the path of moderation and stood against extremists.”
Khateeb of Zahedan said more: “Islamic and legal punishment of the perpetrators of this crime has been the main demand of the people. People do not have unjust demands. They say that in an Islamic country, criminals should be tried according to Islamic rules and laws. I thank my people for their patience and tolerance after the officials did not address the issue. As we insisted, many families of martyrs and injured have pursued the case through legal means, and some did not file cases because they were disappointed.”
“Unfortunately, in our country, judges do not have full authority and complete independence. We know this through the lawyers of the case or through the families of the martyrs who went to the court and even through the people who are tried in court that the judges of the Bloody Friday cases are under severe pressure from different places. Therefore, we do not have any hope that these judges will be able to address the issue and provide justice,” the president of Darululoom Zahedan insisted on punishing the perpetrators behind the crime.
He added more: “We are satisfied if the officials punish the perpetrators of the crime and this is not excessive. We are not extravagant. As a scholar who knows the Islamic rules, I believe that the perpetrators of this crime should be punished and retaliated. If someone convinces us with reason and proof that these criminals should not be retaliated, we will be convinced.”
“Some have said that we give blood money to the families of the martyrs, and will compromise. As already we mentioned, people are not satisfied with blood money. Today, the families of the martyrs and the injured of Bloody Friday are present in this Friday gathering. They say that although many of us need money, we will not calm by receiving blood money,” Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said.
“I thank all Iranians inside and outside the country who sympathized with us on the incident of Bloody Friday. The people of this region have been oppressed severely. Many of our compatriots have not been oppressed to this extent, so maybe they do not know how much oppressed we are. What happened in Zahedan is the result of discrimination. Discrimination affects different branches,” he added.

🕌 Punishment of Perpetrators behind Zahedan’s Bloody Friday Crime, Demand of All
A day before the anniversary of the Bloody Friday incident of Zahedan that took place in Zahedan’s former Grand Musalla last year on Sept 30, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader insisted on legal punishment of perpetrators behind the tragedy.
“Trail of criminals is the main demand of all people, including the demand of families of the martyrs and the injured. We insist on the implementation of justice in this regard,” said Shaikh Abdol-Hamid.
He was talking to the people of Zahedan before the Friday prayers on September 29, 2023.
🔹People did not protest because of foreigners
🔸 Poverty and indigence have spread a shadow on the country
The Iranian top Sunni leader complained of the problems that the Iranian nation has been struggling with throughout decades, saying: “Today, Iranians have really problems. They have endured all kinds of difficulties and hardships for 44 years, and today they are raising their voices and protesting to achieve their certain rights. The protesters are not protesting due to incitement of aliens, but the problems have put pressure on the Iranian nation.”
“The Iranian nation has been suffering from economic and livelihood problems. People's income is not enough and they are ashamed before their family members and children as they cannot fulfill their families’ demands. Many cannot afford school stationery, uniforms and university supplies. Lots of people cannot afford food for their children. Many traders cannot collect their loans from debtors,” the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan believed.
🔹All strata of people suffer from poverty and deprivation
🔸The Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan alluded to the critical economic situation of Iran, and said: “Employees, executives, owners of industries and manufactures have trapped in problems, and do not know what to do. Money is devalued and cannot solve problems. In the past, ten million Tomans was equal to ten thousand dollars and less than that. Even three hundred thousand Tomans was equal to thousand dollars, but today, ten million Tomans is equal to two hundred dollars.”
He questioned: “Who can live in this critical economic situation?”
“Drought has hit livestock and agriculture. How can people earn livelihood in this critical economic situation? Why do not the authorities think about this? The officials made promises, but they have not fulfilled their promises so far,” said Mawlana Abdol-Hamid.
🔹عوام دوسروں کی خاطر احتجاج نہیں کرتے ہیں
🔸فقر و فاقہ کا سایہ ملک پر ہے
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: آج ایرانی عوام بری طرح مسائل کے دلدل میں پھنس چکے ہیں۔ان لوگوں نے چوالیس سال مسائل کو برداشت کیا، لیکن اب ان کا صدائے احتجاج بلند ہے۔ یہ لوگ کسی بھی ملک یا حکومت کی خاطر احتجاج کے لیے سڑکوں پر نہیں نکلتے ہیں؛ اگر کوئی اجنبی طاقتوں کی خاطر احتجاج کرتاہے، تو ان کی تعداد بہت کم ہے۔ مشکلات کی وجہ سے ایرانی قوم سخت دباؤ میں ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: معاشی اور اقتصادی مشکلات سے پوری قوم کے افراد متاثر ہیں؛ ان کی آمدنی کم ہے اور وہ اپنے بیوی بچوں کے سامنے شرمندہ ہیں۔ آج کل سکولوں اور کالجوں کا نیا تعلیمی سال شروع ہونے کی وجہ سے لوگ اپنے بچوں کے لیے اسٹیشنری اور یونیفارم مہیا کرنے سے عاجز ہیں۔بہت سارے لوگ کافی کھانا خریدنے سے عاجز ہیں۔ تاجر برادری کے لوگ اپنے قرضے ادا نہیں کرسکتے ہیں۔
ممتاز عالم دین نے کرپشن اور امتیازی پالیسیوں کو ایران کے دو اہم مسئلے یاد کرتے ہوئے کہا: کرپشن اور امتیازی پالیسیوں سے لوگ شکایتیں کرتے چلے آرہے ہیں۔ مختلف سرکاری محکموں میں کرپشن عام سی بات بن چکاہے۔ بہت سارے سرکاری ملازمین اور افسران عوام کے مفادات کو چھوڑ کر اپنے ذاتی مفادات حاصل کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ امتیازی سلوک اور نابرابری و عدم مساوات پورے ملک میں پائے جاتے ہیں اور جن علاقوں میں دیگر لسانی و مسلکی برادری آباد ہیں، وہاں امتیازی رویے بہت زیادہ سخت ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا: ہمارے خطے کے لوگ چوالیس سالوں سے عدم مساوات اور امتیازی پالیسیوں سے نالاں ہیں۔ صوبائی دارالحکومت میں اہل سنت اور بلوچ برادری سرکاری اداروں میں بہت تھوڑے ہیں۔ تقرریوں میں انصاف نہیں ہوتا۔ ہم نے بارہا ان مسائل پر اپنا احتجاج ریکارڈ کرایا ہے، ارکان پارلیمنٹ نے بات کی ہے اور صدور مملکت اور حکومتوں کو بھی بات پہنچائی ہے، لیکن پھر بھی کوئی نتیجہ سامنے نہیں آیاہے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: امتیازی سلوک شیعہ برادری میں بھی پائی جاتی ہے اور ان کے قابل افراد کو نظرانداز کرکے ایک مخصوص سوچ کے افراد ہی کو ترجیح دی جاتی ہے۔ اسی لیے لوگ بڑی تعداد میں ملک چھوڑ کر دوسرے ملکوں میں آباد ہورہے ہیں اور بہت سارے لوگ گھروں میں محصور ہوکر بوڑھے ہوچکے ہیں اور وہ اب اپنے ملک کی خدمت نہیں کرسکتے ہیں۔
🔹قانونی آزادی فراہم کریں
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے اظہارِ رائے کی آزادی پر گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا: جو آزادی دنیا کی دیگر قوموں کے لیے پوری دنیا میں پائی جاتی ہے وہی قانونی اور مشروع آزادی عوام کو فراہم کریں؛ اظہارِ رائے کی آزادی ہونی چاہیے اور سیاسی جماعتوں کو آزادی حاصل ہونی چاہیے۔ لوگوں کو بات کرنے اور لکھنے اور تنقید کرنے کی آزادی فراہم ہونی چاہیے۔اب عوام کی آزادی مختل ہوچکی ہے۔ اگر تنقید نہ ہو، سماج ترقی نہیں کرسکتا اور مسائل پیدا ہوجائیں گے۔ ایک مرتبہ کوئی معاشی پلان کا اعلان ہوا؛ کسی نے تنقید کی۔ حکام نے فورا اسے گرفتار کیا۔ بعد میں معلوم ہوا وہ پلان ناکام تھا اور اس میں غلطیاں تھیں۔
انہوں نے کہا: آج سب ایرانی پریشان ہیں اور جب تک مسائل حل نہیں ہوتے، شکایتیں ہوتی رہیں گی اور ماہرین ملک چھوڑ کر چلے جائیں گے۔ جب تک درد ہے، آہ و پکار بھی ہے۔ ماضی کی پالیسیاں شکست سے دوچار ہوچکی ہیں اور یہ ایک قومی مطالبہ ہے کہ اپنی پالیسیاں تبدیل کرائیں۔ جب کوئی پالیسی ناکام ہوتی ہے، اسے ٹھیک کرکے تبدیل کرتے ہیں۔ ہمارے ملک کی داخلہ و خارجہ پالیسیوں کو اصلاح کی ضرورت ہے۔
🔹"Private negotiations" do not work
The eminent Sunni cleric of Balochistan went on to explain his words with more details, saying: “We have concluded that private talks with officials will not solve the problems. When I criticized, some objected: ‘Why you are criticizing openly. Tell us your problems, and do not criticize publically’. I said: If the president and supreme leader give us times for direct talks, we will not raise the problems publically. We cannot talk with security and military officials; because they have other jobs. We talk to politicians.”
“Negotiation with the commanders of IRGC is impossible; because they are military forces. If the Supreme leader cannot hear all the people, you authorities listen to them. People have pain and problems. If we had opportunities to talk with high ranking officials, and they paid to attention to our legal demands, we would not have raised our problems from public tribunes,” said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.
🔹The Bloody Friday incident changed the conditions
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid referred to the Bloody Friday event of Zahedan that took place on Sep. 30 last year, and said: “Our people will not calm as long as perpetrators behind the Bloody Friday incident of Zahedan are not tried. After the recent presidential election, there were problems and I went to Tehran and stayed two weeks. Unfortunately, the officials did not respond to our demands, and we were disappointed. When we returned to Zahedan, the Bloody Friday tragedy occurred; this incident changed the situation.”
“Our people want punishment of perpetrators behind the Bloody Friday attack. People just calm down when the criminals are punished. Of course, our demand is not only limited to the bloody Friday event, but also we pursue national demands. The elimination of discrimination and inequality are among the big demands,” he raised people’s demands.
“All problems that we face are due to discrimination. If they killed us, it was also due to fanatic views. In Balochistan province, from Zahedan to Chabahar and to the bordering areas, if our people were in the armed forces, they would not be killed due to fuel transactions. Now our demands are national. All Iranians have problems today,” the Friday Imam of Zahedan believed.
“We do not think about religion, but we think about humanity, and when the problems of all Iranian people are solved, our problems will also be solved,” he said.
At the end, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid praised the unique unity and solidarity among Iranians and said: “Today the unity among the Iranian ethnic communities has boosted.”

زاہدان (سنی آن لائن اردو) اہل سنت ایران کے ممتاز دینی و سماجی رہ نما شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے خاش، تفتان اور میرجاوہ اضلاع کے علمائے کرام سے جامع مسجد مکی زاہدان میں خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے نجی بات چیت کا کوئی نتیجہ نہیں؛ کچھ مسائل کو کھل کر منبر پر علانیہ کہنے کا وقت ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ خیرخواہی اور قوم کی بیداری کے لیے محنت کرنا علمائے کرام کی اصل ذمہ داری ہے۔ بعض مذہبی نعرے اور افکار سے انسان محدود ہوجاتاہے اور ضرورت اس بات کی ہے کہ علما اپنی سوچ وسیع کریں اور پوری انسانیت کے لیے غور و فکر کریں۔
صدر جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے اہل سنت ایران کو دیے گئے وعدوں کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے کہا: علمائے اہل سنت گزشتہ چوالیس سال سے اپنی برادری کے حقوق حاصل کرنے کے لیے پرامن جدوجہد کرتے چلے آرہے ہیں۔ ہمیں معلوم ہواہے کہ صدر مملکت کے پاس کوئی اختیار نہیں اور اصل فیصلے کہیں اور ہوتے ہیں۔ایک مرتبہ صدر احمدی نژاد کو ہم نے کہا ہمارے دینی مدارس کو کنٹرول کرنے کی کوشش نہ کریں۔ انہوں نے برجستہ جواب دیا کہ یہ تم ملاؤں کا اپنا مسئلہ ہے؛ آپس میں بیٹھ کر اسے حل کرائیں۔ انہوں نے الیکشن سے قبل یہ بھی کہا تھا کہ اہل سنت سے وزیر متعین کرنا ہمارے اختیار میں نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا: درست پالیسی یہی ہے کہ سب مسالک اور قومیتوں کے قابل افراد اور خواتین سے کام لیا جائے اور سب کو ان کا جائز مقام دیا جائے۔ ملک چلانے میں شیعہ برادری کے قابل افراد کو بھی نظرانداز کیاجارہاہے۔ اگر تمہیں اہل سنت پر بھروسہ نہیں، کم از کم شیعہ برادری کے قابل اور ماہر افراد سے کام لیں تاکہ عوام پریشان نہ ہوجائیں۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے ایک اور موضوع پر گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا: جب میں تنقید کرتا، حکام کہتے تم کیوں کھلے عام تنقید کرتے ہو؟ اپنی بات نجی طور پر ہم تک پہنچادو۔ میں نے کہا: کس سے کہوں؟ اگر ہمیں ملاقات کا وقت ملے گا تب ہم بلاواسطہ اپنی بات کہہ دیتے ہیں، منبر پر نہیں۔ حساس ادارے کے اہلکاروں سے ہم نے کہا ہے کہ تم خفیہ پولیس ہو، سکیورٹی کے مسائل تم سے شیئر کرتے ہیں، لیکن میری باتیں سیاسی ہیں اور انہیں سیاستدانوں تک پہنچانے کی ضرورت ہے۔ صدر مملکت اپنا دروازہ کھلا رکھے، میں منبر پر کچھ نہیں کہتا۔ میں صدر، وزرا اور سپریم لیڈر سے اپنی بات کہہ دیتاہوں۔ مسلح اداروں کے سربراہان سے بات نہیں ہوسکتی۔
انہوں نے کہا: ہم پرامن جدوجہد پر یقین رکھتے ہیں اور بات چیت کا سہارا لیتے ہیں۔ خفیہ بات چیت کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہے؛ اسی لیے ہم منبر پر کھل کر بات کرتے ہیں۔ ہرچند ہم بات نرم کرکے کہتے ہیں تاکہ حکام کے لیے قابل برداشت ہوں۔
🔹خونین جمعہ نے پورے حالات بدل دیے
🔸قاتلوں کے ٹرائل سے کم پر عوام رضامند نہیں ہوتے
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے علمائے کرام سے اپنی گفتگو میں کہا: گزشتہ سال ستمبر کو میں نے دو ہفتے تہران میں گزارے۔ وہاں مجھے پتہ چلا مسائل کے حل کی کوئی امید نہیں۔ جب میں واپس زاہدان آیا تو تیس ستمبر کے خونین جمعہ کے المناک حادثہ پیش آیا۔ اس حادثے نے پورے حالات بدل دیے۔ ہمارے لوگوں کا مطالبہ ہے نہتے شہریوں کے قاتلوں اور ان کے قتل کے آرڈر دینے والوں کو کیفرِ کردار تک پہنچایاجائے؛ اس سے کم پر انہیں تشفی نہیں ہوتی۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: ہمارا مسئلہ صرف زاہدان کا خونین جمعہ نہیں؛ امتیازی سلوک اور عدم مساوات کا خاتمہ ہونا چاہیے۔ اگر امتیازی سلوک نہ ہوتا اور مسلح اداروں میں ہمارے لوگ اونچی سطح پر ہوتے، اتنا بڑا حادثہ پیش نہ آتا اور لوگ ڈیزل فروخت کرنے کی سزا میں قتل نہ ہوتے تھے۔ہمارے مطالبات قومی ہیں اور ہم پوری قوم کے مفادات کو مدنظر رکھتے ہیں۔

The most outstanding Iranian Sunni leader went on to say: “If people are hungry, the rulers and their children must endure hunger. Rulers should consider themselves as ordinary people. They should not be hypocrites. People expect world leaders and all officials, even those who do not adhere to any religion, to treat people equally. People also expect this from scholars and heads of clans. After the 1979 revolution, there was a great opportunity to follow the way of the Prophet, Ahl al-Bayt, and the Companions in edification of the people, but it did not happen.”
“If we want to imitate the holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, we should know that the prophet of Allah was with the people, and endured so many hardships. If the authorities were with people and served them, people themselves would adhere to the hijab code and there would be no need to pass hijab bills. If you respected women and had proper planning for the youth, they would have not come to the streets to protest," said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
He underlined: “To get rid of all problems, there must be grounds to respect the dignity of women and youth. You should create jobs for the youth. When young people are disappointed and do not see a bright future, they create problems. If we do not preserve the dignity of women, they will not wear hijab.”
🔹 Islamic law has no weakness; weakness is in performance and in people
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid expressed his regret that many Iranians hate Islam today, and said: "We are sorry that many people in the society have been escaping from the religion. Many think that the current situation is due to weaknesses in Islam, while this is a big mistake; rather the weaknesses are in individuals, and the Islamic Sharia is free from any weakness. The current crises and problems in Iran are the fruits of incorrect performances and tasteful approaches.”
“We would be happy if we could show an example before the nations of the world, and in the meetings of the United Nations and the heads of the world that could be admired by others. It was a source of pride for us that the world leaders receive the message of a civilized nation; but it did not happen,” he said.
🔹No one can create distance between scholars, tribal elders and people of the province
🔸 We are with the oppressed people
“Recently, some officials wanted to solve the Bloody Friday event in any way, while Allah has put proper ways to solve every problem. Allah has recommended that when you want to enter a house, enter through the door, do not enter from the window. If we enter through the door and proper means, we can succeed. Scholars, tribal elders and people of the province are united. No one can create a distance between the scholars with each other, or between the scholars and the tribal elders, or between the scholars and the people. By the grace of Allah, unity and cohesion in this province is a blessing,” the eminent scholar of Iranian Balochistan referred to secret actions of some officials to solve Zahedan’s Bloody incident by any way.
“We are not harmful to anyone, including the rulers and the nation. We stand with the oppressed. We advise those who commit injustice, and we say what is right,” he further said.
🔹حقیقی اتحاد کے لیے عمل کی ضرورت ہے
خطیب زاہدان نے اپنے بیان کے ایک حصے میں ‘‘ہفتہ وحدت’’ کی آمد کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے کہا: گزشتہ چار عشروں سے ملک میں ہفتہ وحدت سالانہ منایا جاتاہے۔ ان چوالیس سالوں میں جب بھی اتحاد بین المسلمین کے نام پر ہم نے ساتھ دیا اور جب بھی دعوت ہوئی، ہم نے کانفرنسوں میں شرکت کی، بات بھی کی؛ لیکن میرا خیال ہے کہ حقیقی اتحاد عمل کے بغیر ناممکن ہے۔ اگر ہم عمل کریں، اس کا اثر بہت زیادہ ہوتاہے؛ ایک لفظ بھی زبان پر نہ لائیں، لیکن عمل کریں اس کا مثبت اثر زیادہ ہوتاہے۔ لیکن محض بات کرنے کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا: اگر امتیازی سلوک اور نابرابری کی بیخ کنی ہوتی اور اتحاد کے نعروں کے پیچھے عمل بھی ہوتا، اس کا اچھا اثر پڑتا۔لیکن تمام تر مسائل، امتیازی رویوں اور نابرابری کے ہوتے ہوئے کانفرنسوں اور نعروں کا خاطرخواہ نتیجہ نہیں نکلتاہے۔ ہم اتحاد کے مخالف نہیں ہیں، بلکہ اس قرآنی حکم پر یقین رکھتے ہیں، لیکن بشرطیکہ اتحاد نعروں کی حد تک محدود نہ ہو، اس کے پیچھے کچھ عمل بھی ہو اور عملی طورپر مختلف مسالک میں کوئی فرق نہ ہوا۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے خطاب کے آخر میں گزشتہ سال ملک گیر احتجاجی تحریک میں جاں بحق ہونے والے افراد کے اہل خانہ کو ہراساں کرنے اور انہیں سوگ منانے سے روکنے پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا لوگوں کو سوگ منانے سے منع کرنا المناک ہے۔ دنیا اور اسلامی روایات میں ہے کہ صاحبِ درد سے ہمدردی کی جاتی ہے؛ انہیں گرفتار کرکے سوگ سے منع نہیں کیا جاتاہے۔

🕌زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ کے حل کے لیے کھڑکی سے نہیں، دروازے سے آئیں
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے بائیس ستمبر دوہزار تئیس کو زاہدان میں نماز جمعہ سے پہلے خطاب کرتے ہوئے بعض پولیس حکام کی جانب سے زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ کے شہدا کا کیس نمٹانے کی کوششوں پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے کہا اس مسئلے کا حل درست انداز میں کرکے دروازے سے آئیں۔
🔹علما اور عمائدین کے درمیان کوئی فاصلہ پیدا نہیں کرسکتا
🔸ہم مظلوم کے ساتھ کھڑے ہیں
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے ہزاروں نمازیوں سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ کے مسئلے کو حل کرانے کے لیے بعض ‘‘سرگرمیوں’’ کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے کہا: گزشتہ دنوں بعض افراد نے سرگرم ہوکر خونین جمعہ اور اس کے بعد پیداہونے والے مسائل کو کسی طرح حل کرانے کی کوششیں تیز کی ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہر مسئلے اور مشکل کے حل کے لیے کوئی راستہ رکھاہے۔ اللہ کا حکم ہے کسی گھر میں داخل ہونا ہو تو دروازے سے اندر جائیں، کھڑکی سے گھسنے کی کوشش نہ کریں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: الحمدللہ اس خطے کے علما، عمائدین اور عوام متحد ہیں اور ان کے درمیان کوئی جدائی نہیں ڈال سکتا۔ علما اور عمائدین کے باہمی تعلقات اور ان کے عوام سے تعلقات میں خلل پیدا نہیں ہوسکتا۔اگر کوئی کچھ کرنا چاہتاہے، اسے سمجھ لینا چاہیے کہ یہاں علمائے کرام اور قبائلی عمائدین عوام سے الگ نہیں ہیں، بلکہ وہ عوامی ہیں اور ان ہی عوام کے فرزند ہیں۔ یہاں اتحاد پایاجاتاہے اور یہ اللہ کی رحمت اور نعمت ہے۔
صدر جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے زور دیتے ہوئے کہا: میں یہ واضح کرنا چاہتاہوں کہ ہم کسی کے بھی نقصان کے لیے نہیں سوچتے ہیں چاہے وہ حکمران طبقے سے ہو یا قوم سے۔ لیکن ہم اپنی بات پر ڈٹے ہوئے ہیں کہ مظلوم کا ساتھ دیں گے۔ جس نے ظلم کیا ہے اسے نصیحت کرتے ہیں اور جو کچھ اس کے مفاد میں ہو، وہی زبان پر لاتے ہیں۔
🔹نبی کریم ﷺ عوام کے فلاح و بہبود کے لیے محنت کرتے، اپنی اولاد کے لیے نہیں
ممتاز عالم دین نے اپنے بیان کے پہلے حصے میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی سیرت کے بعض پہلوؤں پر روشنی ڈالتے ہوئے کہا: آپﷺ کی بعثت سے پہلے عدل و انصاف ناپید تھا۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے آخری نبی کو اعلیٰ ظرف کے ساتھ بھیجا تاکہ ایک ایسی قوم کی رہ نمائی و ارشاد فرمائے جو اخلاق و عقیدے میں بری طرح گرچکی تھی۔ ایک طرف قرآنی تعلیمات اور وحی کے چشمے سے اور دوسری طرف نبی کریم ﷺ کے حکیمانہ طریقوں اور منصوبہ بندی سے کمترین وقت میں سب سے بڑی تبدیلیاں مکہ، حجاز اور بحیرہ عرب میں دیکھنے میں آئیں۔
خطیب اہل سنت نے کہا: معاشرہ اور امت کی تربیت میں سب سے اہم نکتہ نبی کریم ﷺ کی والاہمتی کے ساتھ ساتھ ان کا اپنا عمل تھا۔ آپﷺ آسمانی تعلیمات پر خود بھی عامل تھے۔ اپنے لیے کوئی جاگیر یا خاص جائیداد نہیں مانگتے تھے۔ اگر صحابہ ؓ نے بھوک کے مارے پیٹ پر ایک پتھر باندھا، آپﷺ نے دو پتھر باندھے۔ اگر صحابہؓ کے گھروں میں ایک یا دو دن فاقہ تھا، رسول اللہ ﷺ تین دن اور اس سے زیادہ ایام تک گھر میں کھانے کو کچھ نہ پاتے۔ اگر آپﷺ اپنے صحابہ ؓ کو تہجد پڑھنے کی نصیحت کرتے، خود بھی نماز پر اتنا کھڑے رہتے کہ پاؤں میں ورم سوجن ہوجاتی۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ ہرگز اس فکر میں نہ تھے کہ اپنی اور اپنی اولاد کی زندگی دوسروں سے بہتر بنائیں اور مزید خوشحالی میں انہیں دیکھیں۔ اگر آپﷺ اور ان کے اہل خانہ خوشحال ہوتے اور دوسرے لوگ فاقہ اور بھوک سے نالاں ہوتے، ہرگز آپ ﷺ کو اتنی بڑی کامیابی حاصل نہ ہوجاتی۔ آپﷺ اس فکر میں رہتے کہ دوسروں کی زندگی بہتر ہو۔ اسی لیے تھوڑے وقت میں آپﷺ اور خلفائے راشدین کے دور میں دنیا کی ایک تہائی توحید کے جھنڈے تلے آئی اور دنیا میں ایک بڑی تبدیلی پیش آئی۔
🕌Awakening of Iranian Nation, Beginning of Victory and Development
One day before the anniversary of Mahsa Amini’s death and the following nationwide protests, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader said that the “long-standing ethnic and religious prejudices” had decreased in Iran, which is the “beginning of victory and development”.
He was talking to tens of thousands of worshippers before the Friday prayers on September 15, 2023.
The Iranian top Sunni leader went on to say: “Political and economic pressures have caused the Iranian nation to achieve this awakening. When nations wake up, this is the beginning of the victory and sign of development, and it brings a bright future. Unnecessary ethnic and religious and sectarian prejudices among the Iranian people, men and women, and different tendencies including ethnic and religious communities, have reduced; it is the sign of Iranian nation’s awakening.”
“Today, Iranians are not people of the past to hate each other, rather they are united and love and respect each other. Everyone respects each other’s language and dressing; this is a very big blessing. In the past, Iranians hated each other due to religious prejudices. Bigotry creates madness, and sometimes causes people to go to the hell. Today, Shia and Sunni community and all Muslims and non-Muslims defend each other’s rights. This is a very good happening,” said the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan.
He added: “If an extremist Sunni insults a Shia, Sunni citizens stop him, and if a Shia provokes sectarianism, the Shia community hates him. Today, ethnic and religious slogans have decreased in Iran; this indicates a bright future.”
🔹Iranian nation is thirsty for justice, and sick of discrimination and inequality
The president of Darululoom Zahedan talked about justice, and urged on freedoms, saying: “Today, Iran is thirsty for justice. Iranians want justice and freedom inside and outside, and are tired of discrimination and inequality. The 1979 revolution was for justice and freedom. Iranians want legitimate, legal, and international freedoms. The Iranians including writers, journalists, and critics want freedom. People believe that their country should be governed based on meritocracy and merit. Capable and competent people who can achieve both God and people’s satisfaction should manage the country.”
“Many experts and elites have fled the country, many have settled at home, and weak people have replaced them. Incompetent officials have not been able to manage a big country like Iran. People complain that domestic and foreign policies are wrong, and say that these policies have been ineffective for 44 years. Today, the conditions of the world have changed, and they have been changing; we must move forward according to the conditions and needs of the time,” Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said.
The Friday Khateeb of Zahedan alluded to the economic problems, saying: “Economic problems are among the biggest crises in the country. Iran’s currency has become devalued, and people have no any hope to see any improvement in the value of the national currency. People believe that problems will decrease if domestic and foreign policies are correct.”
🔹Justice and freedom guarantee security
🔹If the death of Mahsa, the Bloody Friday and the victims of the recent protests were addressed, people would have been comforted
“After Mahsa Amini’s passing, if accused police officers were dealt with, people’s anger would decrease. People got upset and their emotions provoked when a woman, who did not wear full hijab, was detained and then her corpse was delivered to the family. Some protestors were shot, blinded, or amputated in peaceful protests and legal gatherings. Both Islam and international laws do not allow any police officer to target people with war bullets,” Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said

انہوں نے مزید کہا: احتجاجی مظاہرے پوری دنیا میں ہوتے ہیں، لیکن کہیں بھی عوام کو جنگی گولیوں سے نشانہ بناکر قتل نہیں کرتے ہیں، کسی کی آنکھ کو صدائے احتجاج بلند کرنے کی سزا میں ضائع نہیں کرتے ہیں۔ لوگوں کو منتشر کرنے اور دور کرنے لیے آنسو گیس اور پانی جیسے آلات سے استفادہ ہوتاہے۔ یہ بات ذہن میں رہے کہ تخریب کاری اور امن کو سبوتاژ کرنا کسی بھی قانون میں درست نہیں ہے اور ہم بھی اسے جائز نہیں سمجھتے ہیں۔ لیکن پرامن احتجاج کو موت کا باعث یا گرفتاری و جیل کا سبب نہیں بننا چاہیے۔
ممتاز عالم دین نے کہا: جب عوام انصاف کا نعرہ لگاتے ہیں، ان کا مطالبہ ہے کہ جس طرح سکیورٹی اہلکاروں کے قاتل جیل جاتے ہیں اور قصاص کی سزا سنائی جاتی ہے، اسی طرح نہتے عوام کو قتل کرنے والے اہلکاروں کو بھی گرفتار کرکے قرارِ واقعی سزا دلوانی چاہیے۔ ان کا بھی ٹرائل ہونا چاہیے۔ حالانکہ اب تک ایسا نہیں ہوا ہے۔ زاہدان میں جو خونین جمعہ کا حادثہ پیش آیا، عوام کا مطالبہ تھا اور وہ اسی مطالبے پر ڈٹے ہوئے ہیں کہ جنہوں نے نہتے شہریوں کو شہید کیا ہے یا اس کا حکم دیا ہے، وہ جس سطح کے ذمہ دار ہوں، ان کا ٹرائل ہونا چاہیے اور انہیں سزا دینی چاہیے؛ انصاف یہی ہے۔ اگر مہسا امینی اور ان کے گھروالوں کے حق میں ظلم کرنے والوں کا ٹرائل ہوتا اور عوام کو ناحق مارنے والوں اور انہیں نابینا کرنے والوں کا ٹرائل ہوتا، لوگوں کو تشفی حاصل ہوتی۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: عوام کی رضامندی عدل و انصاف کے نفاذ میں ہے۔ عدل و انصاف اور آزادی ‘امن’ کی گارنٹی ہیں۔ اگر کوئی کچھ کہتاہے یا لکھتاہے، اسے منع نہ کریں۔ صحافیوں اور سیاسی قیدیوں کو رہا کریں۔ جب فراخدلی ہوگی عوام کو تسلی حاصل ہوجائے گی اور اس کا نتیجہ سب کے لیے اچھا ہوگا۔
شیخ الحدیث جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے کہا: ہمارا خیال ہے اگر کسی حکومت کو صرف ایک سال موقع مل جائے اور وہ اس ایک سال میں انصاف فراہم کرے، گویا اس نے سو سال حکومت کی ہے۔ لیکن اگر سو سال حکومت کرے مگر انصاف فراہم کرنے اور عدل قائم کرنے سے عاجز ہو اور قوم ناراض ہو، ایسی حکومت کا کیا فائدہ؟! کسی سرکاری خطیب نے کہا تھا کہ ہم ہزاروں سال رہیں گے۔ تم دس ہزار سال حکومت میں رہو، لیکن عدل قائم کرو۔ عوام کے لیے عدل، مساوات اور برابری اہم ہے۔ ایرانی عوام بھی یہی چاہتے ہیں کہ انصاف ہو اور انسانی عزت و احترام محفوظ رہے۔
🔹سکیورٹی اہلکار مظاہرین کے سامنے برداشت کا مظاہرہ کریں اور عوام کو نہ ماریں
مولانا عبدالحمید نے فرزندانِ توحید سے اپنے خطاب کے ایک حصے میں ایرانی حکام کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہا: میرا خیرخواہانہ مشورہ اور نصیحت ہے کہ عوام کی اکثریت کا مطالبہ مان لیں اور ایرانی قوم کے ساتھ رہیں۔ یہ دنیا کی بہترین اقوام میں شمار ہوتی ہے۔ حکام اس قوم کے مطالبات پر توجہ دیں اور اگر کوئی پرامن احتجاج کرتاہے، اسے بات کرنے دیں اور بات سن بھی لیں۔ جذبہ خیرخواہی کے بنا ایسا کہتاہوں اور میرا کوئی ذاتی مقصد نہیں ہے۔ پہلے بھی میں نے کہا ہے میرا کوئی ذاتی مطالبہ نہیں ہے اور ہمارا مطالبہ وہی ہے جو ایرانی قوم کا ہے۔ ایرانی شہری بشمول خواتین و حضرات اور سب لسانی و مذہبی برادری ہمارے لیے محترم ہیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: سب سکیورٹی فورسز کو میری نصیحت ہے کہ عوام کے پرامن احتجاج کے مقابل فراخدلی اور برداشت کا مظاہرہ کریں اور عوام کو نہ ماریں۔ یہ ایران ہی کے شہری ہیں اور مرد و زن اس ملک کے باسی ہیں اور تم بھی اسی قوم کے فرزند ہو۔ یہ قوم تمہارا اور سب حکام کی محسن ہے؛ پارلیمنٹ، حکومت اور سب حکام جس سطح پر ہوں، جو کچھ ان کے پاس ہے اسی قوم کی بدولت ہے۔ ان لوگوں سے تمہارا برتاؤ ایسا ہونا چاہیے جیسا کہ یہ تمہارے اپنے ہی ماں باپ، بہن بھائی اور اولاد ہیں۔ جن کا واسطہ جیلوں، قیدخانوں اور عدالتوں سے پڑتاہے، وہ ایران ہی کے شہری ہیں اور تمہیں چاہیے ان کی عزت کریں؛ اسلام کا فرمان بھی یہی ہے۔
🔹ساحلی پٹی کے عوام کی شکایت سن لیں
خطیب زاہدان نے اپنے بیان کے ایک حصے میں صوبہ ہرمزگان کے بندر کلاہی علاقے میں پیش آنے والے واقعات جہاں عوام کو تنگ کیاجارہاہے، پر ردعمل دکھاتے ہوئے کہا: مکران کی ساحلی پٹی کے ترقیاتی پروگرام سے عوام میں بے چینی اور پریشانی پھیل چکی ہے۔ عوام کو شکایت ہے کہ ترقیاتی پروگرام کے بہانے ان کی تاریخی بستیوں اور آباواجداد سے ملنے والی زمینوں سے نکالاجاتاہے اور مقتدر کمپنیاں ہزاروں ایکڑ زمین کو اپنے نام پر رجسٹرڈ کروارہی ہیں۔ جو عوام غربت اور معاشی مسائل سے تنگ آچکے ہیں اور انہوں نے اپنی سرزمین اور ایرانی سرحدوں کی حفاظت کی خاطر جان کی بازی لگاکر دراندازی کرنے والی فوجوں کے خلاف مزاحمت کی ہے، وہ نظرانداز ہورہے ہیں۔ اس کو اللہ تعالیٰ بھی پسند نہیں کرتا اور انسانی ضمیر کے لیے بھی ناقابلِ قبول ہے۔
مراکش زلزلے میں ہلاکتوں کی تعداد 2862 تک پہنچ گئی
وزارت داخلہ کے اعلان کے مطابق مراکش میں آنے والے ہولناک زلزلے میں ہلاکتوں کی تعداد میں پیر کی شب 2862 اضافہ ہو گیا ہے۔
اپنے ایک بیان میں وزارت داخلہ کا کہنا ہے کہ گرنیچ کے معیاری وقت 18:00 بجے ملک میں آنے والے شدید زلزلے میں جاں بحق ہونے والوں کی تعداد 2862 تک جا پہنچی، جن میں 2854 کو سپرد خاک کیا جا چکا ہے۔
فرانسیسی خبر رساں ادارے ’’اے ایف پی‘‘ کے مطابق زلزلے میں زخمی ہونے والوں کی تعداد 2562 ہو گئی ہے۔
’اس گاؤں کے سب لوگ یا تو مر چکے ہیں یا لاپتہ ہیں‘
مراکش کے جنوب مغربی قصبے ’تافغاغت‘ میں حالیہ زلزلے سے ہونے والی تباہی سے متعلق ہمیں وہاں سب سے پہلے ملنے والے ایک رہائشی نے بڑے واضح انداز میں بتایا۔
انھوں نے کہا کہ ’اس گاؤں کے لوگ یا تو ہسپتال میں ہیں یا مر چکے ہیں۔‘
جب ہم اُس قصبے میں ملبے کے ڈھیر کی چوٹی پر پہنچے اور ارد گرد کا جائزہ لیا تو یہ اندازہ ہوا کہ یہاں بھلا کیسے کوئی صحیح سلامت بچا ہوگا۔
اینٹوں اور پتھروں سے بنے اُن کے روایتی گھروں کا اس شدت کے زلزلے کے ساتھ کوئی مقابلہ ممکن ہی نہیں تھا۔
یہاں کے 200 رہائشیوں میں سے 90 کی ہلاکت کی تصدیق ہو چکی ہے اور بہت سے لوگ تاحال لاپتہ ہیں۔

Iran’s Sunni leader:
🕌 No Government Can Maintain Security without People’s Support
Amid heavy siege of Zahedan’s grand Musalla before offering the Friday prayers, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader refused suppressing people, and urged on the role of them in maintenance of security.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid was talking to tens of thousands of people in Zahedan’s biggest Friday gathering on October 6, 2023.
He addressed the officials: “You cannot establish security of this region without people’s cooperation and support. The direct and effective role of the local (Baloch) people in establishing and maintaining the security in the region cannot be denied; the officials know it very well.”
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid believed that in order to maintain security and resolve the problems, officials should not resort to force rather must sit with people, talk to them, and surrender to their wells.
🔹Imposing force is a failed policy; "caring people", and "listening to their words" are the solutions
He insisted on popular and political ways in solving the internal problems, saying: “Resorting to force will not solve the problems; negotiation, sitting with people and hearing their voice are ways to deal with problems. This province is a tribal region; big and small tribes live here together, but a larger clan has never been able to overcome a smaller clan and ultimately the larger clan had forced to resort to negotiation and to satisfy the smaller tribe.”
“I would like to make it clear that security of the region is impossible by use of the force. Throughout history, those in power have not been able to secure this region (Balochistan) without people’s support. We all, including scholars and social elders, have been working to maintain the security of the region; these efforts have been helping to maintain region’s security. Neither the armed forces nor any government can keep security of this province without people’s cooperation. Perhaps the officials of Tehran do not know this fact, but provincial authorities know it very well,” the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan made it clear.
He referred to the anniversary of Zahedan’s Bloody Friday and said: “The last week was the anniversary of Zahedan’s martyrs of the Bloody Friday tragedy; we told that there was no any special program in this regard. The people have been waiting for over a year keeping the security, hoping trial of perpetrators behind the attack, and this is worth. People maintain security of the region, and they are not at war with anyone. Officials should tolerate them when they raise their voices. People do not want their city and their province to be insecure.”
“As a compassionate to provincial and national authorities, I would like to say that the officials should always be with people and get nation’s constant. Listen to the voice of the people. Those who say that these people are affiliated with the United States, the UK and Israel, are lying. People protest because they are hungry and have problems. Sit with people, listen to their words, care them and address their problems and demands. Iranians belong to this land and deserve sympathy. People have voted for you, and they are your benefactors. A government that is not with people has no value,” the eminent Iranian Baloch scholar addressed the officials.
🔹تعلیم حکمرانوں کی پہلی ترجیح ہونی چاہیے
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے خطاب میں ایران کے تعلیمی مسائل پر گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا: وزیر تعلیم نے خبر دی ہے کہ ملک میں دو لاکھ اساتذہ کی کمی ہے اور ساڑے چار لاکھ طلبہ کا کوئی استاذ نہیں ہے۔ یہ بہت سنگین مسئلہ ہے۔ تعلیم کسی بھی ترقی یافتہ ملک اور قوم کی پہلی ترجیح ہوتی ہے۔ تعلیم ترقی کی سیڑھی ہے۔ اگر اس میدان میں اچھی طرح منصوبہ بندی نہ کی جائے، ناقابل تلافی نقصان ہوگا۔ مجھے حیرت ہوتی ہے کہ تعلیمی ذمہ داران اب تک کہاں تھے کہ انہیں پتہ نہ تھا دو لاکھ اساتذہ کی کمی ہے؟ انہیں یہ مسائل دیکھنا چاہیے تھا۔ اب اندیشہ ہے کہ وزارتِ تعلیم جلدی سے بھرتیاں شروع نہ کرے؛ چونکہ اس اہم کام کے لیے باتجربہ اور تعلیم یافتہ افرادی قوت کی ضرورت ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: کالجوں اور یونیورسٹیوں کے بارے ہم سب اور ایرانی عوام پریشان ہیں۔ باتجربہ اور انتہائی ماہر اساتذہ کو تنقید کرنے اور طلبا سے حمایت کی وجہ سے یونیورسٹیوں سے نکالے گئے ہیں اور ان کی جگہ نئے افراد لائے جارہے ہیں۔ اس سے عوام میں بے چینی پیدا ہوچکی ہے۔ اگر کالجوں اور تعلیم کے شعبے کو نقصان پہنچے ، ترقی کے بجائے جو کچھ ہمارے پاس ہے، وہ بھی ہاتھ سے چلا جائے گا۔لہذا تعلیم حکمرانوں کی پہلی ترجیح ہونی چاہیے۔
🔹ناقدین کو برداشت کریں
مولانا عبدالحمید نے مزید کہا: افسوس کی بات ہے کہ سکول اساتذہ کے مسائل اور احتجاجوں پر جو ان کی معیشت کے حوالے سے ہیں، کوئی تشفی بخش جواب نہیں دیاگیاہے۔ استاذ کو فکر معاش سے پریشان نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔ سب سے پہلے تم اساتذہ اور لیکچررز کی پریشانیوں کو سامنے رکھیں تاکہ وہ کسی پریشانی کے بغیر کلاسوں میں حاضر ہوجائیں۔ اگر وہ ناراض ہوجائیں، اچھی طرح نہیں پڑھاسکتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا: بہت سارے اساتذہ کا اخراج ہوچکاہے، کچھ جیلوں میں بند ہیں اور مختلف وجوہ کے بناپر اساتذہ کی کمی پیدا ہوچکی ہے۔ اگر کوئی استاذ تنقید کرتاہے، اسے گرفتار کرنے یا نکالنے کے بجائے برداشت کریں۔ ناقدین کو برداشت کریں؛ جو ملک کے مفاد میں تنقید کرتاہے، اس کی بات سن لیں۔ سب طبقوں کی باتیں سن لیں تاکہ وہ نان شبینہ کے محتاج نہ ہوں اور گھر میں شرمندہ نہ ہوجائیں۔
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے کہا: ہم نے بارہا کہاہے کہ ملک کے اہم مسائل کے حل کے لیے ایرانی قوم کی توانائیوں سے فائدہ نہیں اٹھایاجاتاہے۔ قابل افراد سے کام لینا چاہیے جو مختلف محکموں کو اچھی طرح چلاسکتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا: کچھ لوگوں نے کوشش کی حکومت ایک ہی جماعت اور سوچ کے لوگوں پر مشتمل ہو،اس پالیسی کی ناکامی واضح ہوچکی ہے۔ کامیاب پالیسی وہی ہے جو سب برادریوں، لسانی اور مذہبی اکائیوں کی توانائی سے کام لے اور میرٹ کو بنیاد بنائے، نسل اور مسلک کو نہیں۔

حماس حملے میں 300 اسرائیلی ہلاک ۔۔۔ جوابی کارروائی میں 232 فلسطینی شہید
اسرائیلی وزارت صحت کے مطابق اسلامی تحریک مزاحمت ۔ حماس کے اسرائیل پر اچانک حملے میں مرنے والے اسرائیلی شہریوں کی تعداد 300 ہو گئی ہے جبکہ بری، بحری اور فضائی میدانوں میں طوفان الاقصیٰ نامی اس کارروائی میں 1500 افراد زخمی ہیں جن میں 290 کی حالت نازک ہے۔
ادھر غزہ میں فلسطینی وزارت صحت نے ایک اعلان میں بتایا ہے کہ طوفان الاقصیٰ کے جواب میں اسرائیل نے ’آئرن سورڈ‘ نامی کارروائی میں آخری اطلاع آنے تک 232 فلسطینیوں کو شہید جبکہ غزہ پر وحشیانہ اسرائیلی بمباری میں کم سے کم 1700 شہری زخمی ہونے کی اطلاعات ہیں۔
فلسطینی ہلال احمر نے بتایا ہے کہ غرب اردن اور القدس میں 92 زخمی ہوئے ہیں۔ زخمیوں میں 30 افراد کو براہ راست گولیاں لگیں۔

🔹If officials address national demands, we are ready to tell people to forgive
The Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan asked the officials to address national demands, saying “If you address national demands and solve the problems of all Iranians, we as Iranians are ready to request the affected people and families of martyrs to refrain from revenge and punishment. The people of this region may not be much educated, but they are intellectuals and have the ability to analyze events well. I am sure that the people of this region have the courage to forgive their rights if you solve the problems of all Iranians.”
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid addressed the officials, and said: “You in charge should sit with the Iranian people and solve their problems, which are actually your own problems, through negotiation and dialogue. Free the political prisoners including men and women, and those who got old in prisons or are under house arrest, and listen to them. If you solve national problems, we will ask all the people of Iran to pardon the killers of their dear ones, so national reconciliation and unity will establish. Unity is not a slogan. Unity is not about gathering and talking about unity.”
“Whom do you unite with? Iranians are civilized people and we see a lot of merit in them. If people's voices are heard and their satisfaction is achieved, it will lead to a great national reconciliation in the country,” he said.
🔹 I am never satisfied with violence and fratricide
The most outstanding scholar of Iranian Balochistan further said: “If problems of the Iranian people are not dealt with, we will wait until the Islamic investigation takes place, and we are satisfied with what the Islamic law suggests. I emphasize maintenance of the territorial integrity of the country. We love our country and our fellow citizens, and we are never satisfied with violence and killing people. I say clearly as I can that I am not satisfied with war, violence, fratricide, and sedition, but I emphasize on struggles that have legal legitimacy in the whole world and in Iran.”
“I am saying to the high-ranking officials of the country to think about the issue of Zahedan and other issues of the country. We are your will-wishers not enemies; we are well-wishers of all. We have compassion for everyone. Do not ignore the dispute that has arisen in the country by relating it to foreign countries,” Shaikh Abdol-Hamid addressed the officials.
He concluded his points by saying: “Sit with critics and solve all problems. Pay attention to the demands of the nation and solve problems through love, and mutual respect. The Iranian nation is a great nation. Iranians should live together as one strong nation, and must enjoy equal rights and opportunities.”

🔹Corruption and discrimination have spread in the country
🔸 Many authorities pursue personal interests instead of preferring people's interests
The Iranian eminent Sunni scholar went on to mention “corruption and discrimination” as two main problems, saying: "People complain more about injustice and corruption. Unfortunately, corruption has infiltrated in country's all bodies. Not all, but many employees and managers are trying to get personal interests instead of pursuing people's interests. Discrimination and inequality has spread all over the country, but it is very intense in the areas where mainly ethnic and religious communities live.”
“The people of Balochistan have been suffering from discrimination and inequality for forty-four years. The presence of Sunnis and Baloch people in Zahedan (the capital city of the province) is very less. There is no justice in recruitment and distribution of jobs. We have been raising this issue for decades, but we have not got any result yet,” said the prominent Iranian Baloch scholar of Zahedan.
Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan further said: “There is discrimination in all bodies of the country; even many capable Shia citizens have complaints in this regard. Unfortunately, only a particular spectrum has been ruling the country. Freethinking and less-religious people are disqualified. Many capable people have migrated abroad, and many have stayed at home. Lots of people have been rejected due to ethnic, religious, and fanatic views of the selectors, and now they are old and have lost the opportunity to serve the society.”
🔹Give people legal and legitimate freedoms
🔸Changing domestic and foreign policies is a national demand
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid pointed out to the lack of freedom of speech and addressed the officials, saying: “Respect legal, legitimate, and international freedoms. Freedom of speech and political freedoms are vital. Critics, politicians, and thinkers should have opportunities to have their sayings. Unfortunately, there is no freedom in Iran. I remember, once an economic project was approved and someone criticized the decision. They (the authorities) arrested him soon. Later, it was proved that the economic plan was wrong. If there is no criticism in any society, that society will fall. Criticism should be with the intention of reform and should pursue national demands.”
Iran’s top Sunni leader urged on talking and getting along with people, saying: “Today, all Iranians have problems. Problems will not solve until you do not sit with the elites and powerful people and with politicians. Listen to them and think how to solve the problems of the country and the people. The moaning will not stop as long as there is pain. Pain should be treated with medicine.”
“People say that past policies have been failed; it is a national demand that these policies should change as other people of the world change inefficient policies. Domestic and foreign policies need to change. Until wrong policies and laws are not reformed, it is difficult to solve other problems,” said the Friday Imam of Zahedan.
🔹اگر حکام قومی مسائل حل کرائیں، عوام سے خون معاف کرنے کی درخواست کے لیے تیار ہیں
زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ میں ایک سو کے قریب افراد کی شہادت کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: اگر تم پورے ملک کے مسائل حل کروگے اور پوری قوم کے مسائل حل ہوجائیں جن میں ہمارے لوگ بھی شامل ہیں، ہم اس بات پر تیار ہیں کہ شہدا کے لواحقین اور زخمیوں سے درخواست کریں کہ وہ خون معاف کریں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: اس خطے کے لوگ ہوسکتاہے زیادہ تعلیم یافتہ نہ ہوں، لیکن الحمدللہ وہ سمجھدار ضرور ہیں اور حالات کا بخوبی تجزیہ کرتے ہیں۔ مجھے یقین ہے کہ اگر تم پوری قوم کے مسائل حل کروگے، اس علاقے کے باشندوں میں اتنی جرات و جوانمردی ہے کہ وہ اپنا حق معاف کریں۔عوام کے مسائل تم حکام کے مسائل بھی ہیں؛ انہیں بات چیت سے حل کرائیں۔ سیاستدان خواتین و حضرات کو جو جیلوں میں قید ہیں یا گھروں میں نظربند، رہا کرکے ان کی باتیں سنیں۔
انہوں نے کہا مسائل حل ہونے کی صورت میں قومی مصالحت اور اتحاد کا امکان ہے۔ مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: ایک ہی گروہ کا اتحاد، اتحاد نہیں ہے؛ کچھ لوگ اکٹھے بیٹھ جائیں، اس سے اتحاد پیدا نہیں ہوتا۔ تم کس سے اتحاد کرنا چاہتے ہو؟ ایرانی قوم مہذب اور قابل ہے؛ اگر قوم احساس کرے تم ان کی باتوں پر توجہ دیتے ہو، اس سے بڑی قومی مصالحت حاصل ہوسکتی ہے۔
خطیب زاہدان نے اپنے خطاب کے آخر میں کہا: اگر پوری قوم کے مسائل حل نہیں ہوتے، ہم صبر سے کام لیں گے اور جب تک اسلامی شریعت کے مطابق فیصلہ نہیں ہوتا، جو حق قرآن و سنت ہمیں دیتے ہیں، اسی پر رضامند ہوجائیں گے۔ہم تشدد، لڑائی اور فتنہ کے خلاف ہیں اور پرامن اور دنیا میں مقبول قوانین کے مطابق اپنے حقوق مطالبہ کرتے رہیں گے۔

🕌عوام زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ کے قاتلوں کا شرعی اور قانونی ٹرائل چاہتے ہیں
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ کی پہلی برسی سے ایک دن قبل نماز جمعہ سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہاشہدا کے اہل خانہ اور زخمیوں سمیت سب لوگ اس ‘جنایت’ کے پیچھے درکار ہاتھوں اور قاتلوں کے شرعی و قانونی ٹرائل چاہتے ہیں۔
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے انتیس ستمبر دوہزار تئیس کو ہزاروں نمازیوں سے گفتگو میں واضح کیا کہ خونین جمعہ کے کیس میں انصاف کی امید کم نظر آرہی ہے اور ججز مختلف جگہوں سے دباؤ میں ہیں۔

مولانا عبدالحمید نے زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ کے ایک سال مکمل ہونے کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے کہا: جو کچھ ایک سال قبل یہاں ہوا وہ ہم سب کے لیے اور پوری قوم اور بیدار ضمیر رکھنے والوں کے لیے ناگوار واقعہ تھا۔ دنیا کے کسی بھی ملک میں ایسا نہیں ہوتا کہ ایک سو کے قریب افراد شہید ہوجائیں اور تین سو کے قریب زخمی ہوجائیں اور بعض زخمیوں کی آنکھیں ضائع ہوں یا ٹانگ ہمیشہ کے لیے کٹ جائے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: کسی کو توقع نہ تھی کہ ایسا سانحہ رونما ہوجائے گا؛ وہ بھی زاہدان کی عیدگاہ میں جہاں ہمیشہ انتخابات کی بات ہوتی، حاکمیت کی باتیں ہوتیں اور حکام یہاں آکر خطاب کرتے تھے۔ یہاں ہمیشہ اتحاد کی بات ہوتی اور اس مرکز نے قومی اتحاد اور ملکی امن میں کردار ادا کرکے اعتدال کی راہ پر قدم رکھا ہے اور انتہاپسندوں کی مخالفت کی ہے۔
ؒخطیب اہل سنت نے کہا: گزشتہ ایک سال میں عوام کا مطالبہ یہی رہا ہے کہ وہ لوگ جنہوں نے اس جرمِ عظیم کا ارتکاب کیا ہے، اسلامی اور قانونی طریقے سے ان کا ٹرائل ہوجائے۔ عوام کا کوئی ناجائز مطالبہ نہیں ہے؛ وہ کہتے ہیں یہاں اسلامی جمہوریہ کا نظام ہے اور جو لوگ اس عظیم جنایت کے پیچھے ہیں، اسلام کے احکام اور قوانین کے مطابق انہیں سزا دلوائیں۔
انہوں نے کہا: میں عوام کا شکریہ ادا کرتاہوں جنہوں نے صبر سے کام لیا اور اس پر رضامند ہوئے کہ قانونی طریقے سے اس کیس کی پیروی کریں۔ بہت سارے شہدا اور زخمیوں کے اہل خانہ ہمارے اصرار پر اور حکام کے وعدوں پر بھروسہ کرکے عدالت سے رجوع کرچکے ہیں، لیکن بعض کا کہنا ہے کہ قانونی طریقے سے وہ انصاف حاصل نہیں کرسکتے ہیں؛ اسی لیے عدالت سے رجوع بھی نہیں کرتے ہیں۔
صدر جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے کہا: جو ججز اس کیس کی پیروی کے لیے متعین ہیں اور ہم ذاتی طور پر انہیں جانتے ہیں، ان کے بارے میں کوئی بات نہیں، لیکن میں پہلے بھی کہہ چکاہوں کہ افسو س کا مقام ہے کہ ہمارے ملک میں ججز آزاد اور مستقل نہیں ہیں۔ جو وکلا اس کیس کے لیے مقرر ہوئے ہیں اور شہدا کے لواحقین کے ذریعے جو عدالت جاچکے ہیں، ان سے ہمیں معلوم ہوا ہے کہ خونین جمعہ کے ججز پر مختلف جگہوں سے دباؤ ڈالاجارہاہے۔ لہذا ہم زیادہ پرامید نہیں ہیں کہ یہ ججز انصاف فراہم کرسکیں۔
🔹عوام دیہ پر راضی نہیں ہوتے ہیں
انہوں نے قاتلوں کے قصاص پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا: ہم سب اور عوام کا مطالبہ ہے کہ جنہوں نے زاہدان میں درجنوں افراد کو چند گھنٹوں میں شہید کیا، انہیں اسلامی قانون کے مطابق سزا دلوائیں۔ ہم اسی پر رضامند ہوں گے اور یہ کوئی زیادہ طلبی نہیں ہے۔ اسلامی قوانین کے رو سے اس جرم کے مرتکبین کی سزا قصاص ہے؛ اگر کوئی دلیل و قانون کے مطابق ہمیں قناعت دے کہ انہیں قصاص نہیں کیاجاسکتا، ہم مان لیں گے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے مزید کہا: کچھ حکام نے کہا ہے ہم دیہ ادا کرکے مصالحہ کریں گے۔ یہ لوگ دیہ پر رضامند نہیں ہوتے ہیں۔ آج زخمی ہونے والے اور شہدا کے لواحقین یہاں عیدگاہ میں نماز کے لیے موجود ہیں اور وہ کہتے ہیں ہم غریب ہونے کے باوجود، دیہ لے کر تسلی حاصل نہیں کرسکتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے سب ایرانی عوام بشمول ان ایرانیوں کے جو ملک سے باہر رہتے ہیں کا شکریہ ادا کیا جنہوں نے زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ کے بعد متاثرین سے یکجہتی اور ہمدرد ی کا اظہار کیا۔مولانا نے کہا: ایرانی عوام نے ہمارے مسائل سے آگاہی حاصل کی اور انہیں پتہ چلا اس خطے کے لوگ کس قدر مظلوم ہیں اور شاید ان کی مظلومیت ہر کسی کو معلوم نہ ہوجائے۔ زاہدان کا خونین جمعہ امتیازی پالیسیوں اور سلوک کا نتیجہ ہے جس کے اثرات زندگی کے مختلف شعبوں میں ظاہر ہوتے ہیں۔

🌏Well-wishing, Inherent Duty of Ulama
In a meeting with scholars of Khash, Taftan, and Mirjaveh, nearby counties of Zahedan, (Sarhad region of Iranian Balochistan), the most influential Iranian Sunni leader referred to the current critical situation in Iran, insisting that scholars must work to create awareness among people, bring unity and solidarity in the society and always adhere to their duties.
‘Well-wishing is one of the main duties of scholars’, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid urged.
He alluded to unsolved problems of Sunni community in Iran during 44 years since the Islamic revolution, and rebuffed ‘secret dialogue’ with the statesmen and urged on conveying people’s demands publically.
The meeting was held in the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
The Iranian top Sunni leader urged that scholars should be well-wishers to people, saying: “The holy prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, took an oath of allegiance from Jarir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, that he would be a well-wisher to every Muslim. We should work for good, prosperity of all people – regardless of their faith and race - in this world and the hereafter. We should not wish evil for anyone. Let us pray for all people who live in our country and have common interests with us.”
The Iranian top Sunni leader denounced religious slogans and narrow thoughts, and said: “Some slogans and religious thoughts limit people. We must think for the interest of all people. Instead of limiting our thinking, it is better to expand it. Let us think about the common interests and goodness of all people.”
“We are well-wishers of all and we believe that we should do what we say. We speak within the framework of Islamic and international laws and emphasize on justice and equal rights. I have reasons for what I am saying, and they are facts,” he said.
🔹Officials have not fulfilled their promises to the Sunnis
Imam of the Grand Makki mosque of Zahedan referred to the efforts of Sunni scholars in pursuing the due rights of the community, and said: “More than forty years have passed since the victory of the revolution, but the Sunnis still did not get their rights. During forty-four years, Sunni scholars have worked to get their rights, the representatives of each period have pursued, but they failed to obtain their due position. During the campaigns of presidential elections, the authorities promised the Sunnis that they would appoint them as ministers, as deputy ministers and as provincial governors, but they did not. In fact, they do not have enough authority in this regard.”
“After years of struggling for civil rights, we have come to the conclusion that presidents and representatives do not have powers to fulfill their promises to Sunnis. In the last presidential elections, they did not fulfill their promises to the Sunni Community. Once we visited the farmer president Mr. Ahmadi Nejad with a group of scholars to object to the act of ‘Organizing Sunni Religious Schools’. We told him that the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution has proposed a resolution to bring Sunni religious centers and schools under the state control. He replied: This issue has nothing with me; it is about you Mullahs and clerics .I have no any authority in this matter. You clerics sit together and solve the issue," said Shaikh Abdol-Hamid during his speech.
He continued: “During the second term of Mr. Ahmadi Nejad's election, Mawlana Ahmad, may Allah have mercy on him, along with two other civil activists, had a meeting with Ahmadi Nejad in Tehran. They told him: we will support you on the condition that you choose a Sunni minister. In response, Ahmadinejad said: We do not have the authority to appoint a Sunni as minister, and we cannot do anything in this regard. If you ask us to build dams, provide electricity and water, we will do it for you without any condition.”
🔹True unity is realized when it has practical support
Referring to the occasion of official "Unity Week" in Iran, he said: “There has been "Unity Week" celebrating officially in our country for the past four decades until now. During more than four decades, we accompanied the state. Whenever the officials invited us to the conferences, we participated and spoke. We believe that unity is realized when it has practical support. Unity can be effective if we act, even if we do not speak a single word about unity; but if we speak and do not act, it will be useless.”
“If discriminations and inequalities were eliminated, and the slogan of unity had a practical support, it would be effective. If there is discrimination and inequality, and problems are not solved, slogans of unity and holding meetings will not have effect. We are not against unity, but we believe in unity. Unity is the order of the Qur'an, and it brings solidarity among different tendencies. Unity should not be a slogan, but should have practical support. There should be no dispute between different religions and tendencies,” said the Friday Imam of Zahedan.
🔹It was annoying to create trouble for those who wanted to hold an "anniversary ceremony"
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said in his last points: “Recently, problems have arisen for the citizens whose children or one of their family members lost their lives in the recent nationwide protests. Those who wanted to hold anniversaries for the martyrs or to attend the cemeteries faced problems. Security forces have arrested some of the mourners. This action was very annoying for all of us.”
“In the custom of the world and in the Islamic traditions, they sympathize and cooperate with the person in pain. Iranians are among the civilized nations and have always expressed sympathy with mourners,” he believed.

🕌Solve Zahedan’s Friday Bloody Case Through its Proper Ways
Alluding to some secret efforts of police officials to end the public protests of Zahedan related to the Bloody Friday, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader said that in order to solve the issue, officials should pursue proper means and ways.
Talking to the people of Zahedan before the Friday prayers on September 22, 2023, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid addressed the officials, insisting on adopting the methods and ways of the holy prophet and his companions and households in ruling and dealing with people.
🔹The holy Prophet PBUH did not think about the welfare of himself and his children, but thought about the prosperity and comfort of people
The Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan said in the first part of his speech: “Before the dispatch of the holy Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, there was no justice and fairness, and no one respected the rights of others. Allah Almighty sent His last messenger with a great capacity to enlighten the world. The Last Messenger of Allah guided a nation that had fallen in faith and morals. By the revelation of the holy Qur'an and through the wise methods of the Prophet, a big change occurred in Makkah and the Arabian Peninsula in the shortest time.”
“The secret of the Prophet's success in educating the society and nation was that all his plans, guidance and orders had practical support. The Prophet did not make any concessions for himself. When the Companions tied a stone to their stomach due to hunger, the Prophet tied two stones to his stomach. When the Companions had nothing to eat for one or two days, the Prophet did not have bread for three days or more than that. If the Prophet advised the Companions to pray the night prayers (Tahajjud), he himself used to pray the night prayer as much as that his feet swelled,” he added.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further said: “The holy Prophet never thought for the betterment of his children’s life and for a more prosperous life, but he used to improve lives of others. The Prophet and his children endured hardships and problems more than others. They thought how to make the lives of others better. After a while, the flag of monotheism were raised in one third of the world during the time of the holy Prophet and in the era of the Guided Caliphs. An extraordinary change happened in the world after Islam.”
🔹The holy Prophet did not act like police
🔸 There was no prison in the lifetime of the Prophet
Criticizing the officials for violent treatments against protestors, the Iranian top Sunni cleric strongly opposed such behaviors, saying: “The holy Prophet did not do anything as police officers do against the opponents. He did not arrest anyone, rather he guided people through instructions and advice. The Prophet advised women to wear hijab, but never stopped or dismounted anyone for not wearing hijab. Regarding the creed, monotheism, prayers, etc., the Prophet acted like this. He only implemented the Sharia laws (Hudoud) when some individuals confessed their crimes themselves, and these are specific rules.”
“There was no prison in the lifetime of the holy Prophet, peace be upon him. Once a captive was brought, and tied to the pillar of the mosque. When the Prophet saw him, he asked the captive: What are you thinking about? The captive answered: I see goodness and think good (if you kill me, it is your right because I killed someone, and if you forgive me, it is your favor). The Prophet ordered to release him. When the man saw this morality, he embraced Islam,” said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.
“The holy Prophet changed the world through his good attitude and action. There was no weakness in the Prophet's performance and life. That is why all Muslims love him today. In mutual friendship, morality, justice, freedom, and fairness, the holy prophet taught the best lessons. The righteous caliphs and companions also ruled according to the way and method of the holy Prophet, and they educated people well,” he said more.
🔹نبی کریم ﷺ کی زندگی میں کوئی جیل نہ تھی
🔸آپﷺ پولیس گردی سے کوئی کام نہیں کرواتے
مولانا عبدالحمید نے بات آگے بڑھاتے ہوئے کہا: نبی کریم ﷺ نے کسی بھی کام کو زور زبردستی اور پولیس گردی نہیں کروایا۔ کسی کو بھی سواری سے نہیں اتارا، کسی کو گرفتار نہیں کیا؛ آپﷺ کے سب کام ارشاد سے ہوتے۔ پردے کے بارے میں اگر کوئی نصیحت فرماتے، کسی کے لیے راستہ بند نہ کرتے۔ عقیدہ، توحید، نماز اور اس طرح کے دوسرے امور کے بارے میں بھی ان کا شیوہ یہی تھا۔ آپﷺ صرف شرعی حدود کو نافذ فرماتے جو بعض خاص احکام کے بارے میں ہیں اور لوگ خود اعتراف کرتے۔ آپﷺ کی حیات طیبہ میں کوئی جیل نہ تھی۔ کسی قیدی کو مسجد کے ستون سے باندھا گیا۔ وہ آپﷺ کے اخلاق سے متاثر ہوکر مشرف بہ اسلام ہوا۔
انہوں نے کہا: سب وہ لوگ جو اسلامی حکومت اور نظام بنانا چاہتے ہیں، نبی کریم ﷺ کی سیرت ان کے لیے بہترین مثال اور ماڈل ہے۔ اگر لوگ بھوکے ہیں، تو حکمرانوں اور ان کے بچوں کو بھی بھوک کا احساس ہونا چاہیے۔ حکمران خود کو عوام سے نیچے سمجھیں، دورنگی چھوڑدیں اور عوام کے سامنے جس زبان سے بات کرتے ہیں، ان کی غیرموجودی میں بھی اسی زبان سے بات کریں۔ عوام کی توقع ہے کہ حکمران چاہے دین کے دعویدار ہوں یا تدین کا دعویٰ نہ کریں، وہ عوام کے ساتھ برابر ہوں۔ یہی توقع علمائے کرام اور عمائدین سے بھی ہے جن کو عوام اپنا پیشوا سمجھتے ہیں۔
خطیب اہل سنت نے مزید کہا: اناسی کے انقلاب کے بعد ملک میں ایک اچھا موقع فراہم ہوا تھا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ اور صحابہ و اہل بیتؓ کے منہج پر عوام کی تربیت ہوجائے۔ اگر حکام ان بزرگوں کے نقش قدم پر چلتے اور عوام کے ساتھ رہ کر ان کی دنیا آباد کرتے اور خود سختی برداشت کرتے، آج عوام ان سے پیار کرتے اور ان کے دلدادہ بن جاتے۔ کوئی ضرورت نہ تھی کہ پردے کے بارے میں پیچیدہ قانون سازی کی جائے اور خواتین کو زبردستی کرکے پردہ کرنے کا حکم دیا جائے۔ اگر خواتین کا احترام کیاجاتا اور انہیں ان کا جائز مقام دیاجاتا، اگر نوجوانوں کی عزت کا خیال رکھاجاتا اور ان کے لیے مناسب منصوبہ بندی ہوتی، تو کوئی ضرورت پیش نہ آتی کہ نوجوان سڑکوں پر نکل کر احتجاج کریں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: واحد حل یہ ہے کہ خواتین اور نوجوانوں کی عزت کریں۔ نوجوانوں کو علم و دانش کے زیور سے آراستہ کرکے ان کے لیے روزگار فراہم کریں اور انہیں مایوسی سے نجات دلائیں۔ جب نوجوان مایوس ہوں اور اپنے لیے کوئی روشن مستقبل نہ دیکھیں، وہ اپنے لیے بھی اور دوسروں کے لیے بھی مسائل پیدا کردیتے ہیں۔ جب خواتین یوں محسوس کریں کہ سماج میں ان کی کوئی عزت نہیں ہے، تو جو خواتین پردہ پر یقین رکھتی ہیں، وہ بھی دوپٹہ اتار دیتی ہیں۔
🔹اسلامی شریعت میں کوئی کمزوری نہیں؛ کمزوری افراد کے اعمال میں ہے
مولانا عبدالحمید نے معاشرہ میں دین بے زاری پر افسوس کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا: ہمیں بڑا افسوس ہوتاہے یہ دیکھ کر کہ معاشرے میں دین بے زاری بڑھ چکی ہے، اور بہت سارے لوگ یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ موجودہ حالات کے ذمہ داری دین ہی ہے، حالانکہ یہ بہت بڑی غلطی ہے۔ کمزوری افراد میں پائی جاتی ہے اور دین اسلام، شریعت اور نبی کریم ﷺ ہر قسم کی کمزوری سے پاک ہیں۔ موجودہ مسائل غلط پالیسیوں اور ذاتی آرا پر مبنی اعمال کی وجہ سے پیدا ہوچکے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں خوشی ہوتی اگر دنیاوالوں کے سامنے اور اقوام متحدہ اور دنیا کے قائدین کے جلسوں میں کوئی ماڈل پیش کرتے جو پوری دنیا کے لیے قابلِ تقلید ہوتا۔ اس سے ہماری عزت بڑھ جاتی اور دنیا کے قائدین ایک مہذب قوم کا پیغام حاصل کرتے؛ لیکن ایسا نہیں ہوا۔
He further said: “Nowhere in the world, they kill their people or blind anyone, but they use water spray, tear gas and other tools to calm dawn demonstrators. Peaceful protest should not cause people to die or be persecuted.”
“Just as ordinary people are retaliated when they kill an officer, when a security man kills innocent people, he must be retaliated; this is justice and the demand of people. In the case of Zahedan’s Bloody Friday, those who committed murder or ordered their agents to open fire on people should have been retaliated. This is what the people want,” he added more.
The eminent Sunni scholar urged on the implementation of justice, and said: “People want justice and fairness. Justice, fairness, and freedom guarantee security. Let people write and criticize. Free all activists, including journalists and political prisoners. We say that if you rule justly for one year, it is better than ruling unjustly for a hundred years. If you rule for a hundred years, but do not implement justice and the nation is unhappy, such a government is invalid.”
🔹Security officers should show tolerance in front of people’s protests and not hit people
“One of the [official] Friday imams had said: we will rule for thousands of years. I’d like to say that you stay ten thousand years, but do justice. Justice, equality, and fairness are vital for people. Police officers should not beat people during protests, but tolerate them,” he said.
The president of Darululoom Zahedan further addressed the officials: “As a well-wisher and as a compassionate, I would like to recommend that you submit to the will of the majority of people, and deal with the Iranian nation positively. The Iranian nation is one of the exceptional and best nations of the world. The authorities must pay special attentions to the people. We do not pursue any personal wishes, but the interest of the Iranian people of different backgrounds matters. We respect ethnic and religious communities. I would like to advise police officers not to hit people during peaceful protests, rather tolerate them because you are the children of the same nation. The nation is your benefactor. All officials in any level enjoy everything thanks to the nation.”
“Treat people like your parents, siblings, and children. Treat the prisoners well in prisoners. This is the order of Islam,” he urged.
🔹Address the problems of the people of Bandar Kolahi and coastal areas
The most influential Iranian Sunni leader referred to the development plan of Makoran beach, saying: “The Makoran coast development plan may destroy many historical and ancestral villages of the local people. Big companies register and allot thousands of hectares in their name, and people who have endured poverty and left behind problems are expelled from their land. The border people have fought against the invaders and aggressors; their forefathers sacrificed their lives to defend this land; they should not be treated unjustly.”
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid concluded his speech, saying: “The people of Bandar Kolahi have been facing so many problems. In the recent incident, people’s boats were burnt and they endured so many troubles. The people are hungry, poor, and empty-handed. Compulsorily, some people merchandise fuel because of poverty and lack of jobs; otherwise, no one wants to risk his life. It is the right of the people to sympathize with them and treat them well.”
“We hope that the authorities will solve the problems of the people of Bandar Kolahi and other coastal areas. People will protest if their rights are lost,” he added.

مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے خطاب کے آخر میں سب کو نصیحت کی کہ قبائلی عمائدین اور علما کا احترام کریں اگرچہ ان کے طریقے سے اختلاف رکھیں تاکہ جنی و انسی شیاطین کو دوری پیدا کرنے کا موقع نہ مل جائے۔

انہوں نے کہا: ایرانی قوم کی بیداری کی سب سے بڑی علامت یہی ہے کہ ایرانی قوم کے افراد میں جو مختلف مذاہب اور مسالک، اور لسانی برادریوں پر مشتمل ہیں، بے جا لسانی اور مذہبی تعصبات بڑی حد تک کم ہوچکے ہیں؛ آج ماضی کے حالات ملک میں نہیں ہیں۔ آج ایرانی شہریوں میں جس برادری سے ہوں، باہمی بھائی چارہ، اتحاد اور پیار موجزن ہے؛ وہ ایک دوسرے کے لباس اور زبان کا احترام کرتے ہیں اور ایک دوسرے کے حالات پر شفقت کرتے ہیں۔
صدر جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے مزید کہا: ماضی میں ہمیں نسلی اور مذہبی تعصبات کی شکایتیں تھیں۔ بے جا مذہبی تعصب سے جنون پیدا ہوتاہے اور مذہبی تعصبات کی وجہ سے دوسروں کا حق ضائع کرنے کی سزا بعض اوقات جہنم ہوسکتی ہے۔ الحمدللہ آج شیعہ برادری، سنی برادری، مسلم اور غیرمسلم برادریوں میں یہ بیداری پیدا ہوچکی ہے اور سب ایک دوسرے کا احترام کرتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا: یہ ایرانی قوم کے لیے خوشخبری ہے کہ قوم بیدار ہوچکی ہے اور اس حوالے سے کوئی پریشانی نہیں کہ دشمن قوم میں مذہبی اختلاف پیدا کرے۔ اگر کوئی انتہاپسند سنی چاہے اہل تشیع کی توہین کرے، خود سنی شہری اسے روکتے ہیں، اور شیعہ برادری میں کوئی فرقہ وارانہ بات کہے، شیعہ برادری میں منفور ہوجائے گا اور لوگ اسے مسترد کرتے ہیں۔ آج ایرانی سماج میں لسانی اور مسلکی تعصبات اور نعروں کی کوئی پذیرائی نہیں ہوتی، اور یہ ایک روشن مستقبل کی نوید ہے۔
🔹ایرانی قوم عدل و انصاف کی پیاسی اور امتیازی سلوک سے تھک چکی ہے
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے بات آگے بڑھاتے ہوئے کہا: آج ایرانی قوم انصاف کے لیے پیاسی ہے۔ ایرانی عوام اندرون و بیرونِ ملک یہی ہے کہ وہ عدل و انصاف اور آزادی چاہتے ہیں اور امتیازی سلوک اور نابرابری سے تھک چکے ہیں۔ 1979ء کا انقلاب انصاف اور آزادی کے لیے تھا۔ ایرانی قوم مشروع، قانونی اور بین الاقوامی آزادی چاہتی ہے۔ لکھاری، صحافی اور ناقدین کو آزادی حاصل ہونی چاہیے۔
انہوں نے کہا: لوگ چاہتے ہیں میرٹ کی بنیاد پر ملک چلایاجائے اور صرف قابل افراد ہی ملک کے اداروں کو چلانے کی اجازت مل جائے تاکہ عوام اور خدا کی رضامندی حاصل کرسکیں۔ عوام کی ناراضی کی نشانی یہی ہے کہ بہت سارے ماہرین، قابل افراد اور اسپیشلائزڈ افراد ملک چھوڑ کر بھاگ رہے ہیں، بعض دیگر ماہرین گھروں میں بیٹھنے پر مجبور ہیں اور کمزور اور نالایق افراد نے ان کی جگہ لی ہے۔ بہت سارے ذمہ داران ایران جیسے بڑے ملک کو چلانے کی صلاحیت نہیں رکھتے ہیں اور عوام ناراض ہیں۔
خطیب زاہدان نے زور دیتے ہوئے کہا: عوام داخلہ اور خارجہ پالیسیوں سے نالاں ہیں اور کہتے ہیں چوالیس سال سے جاری پالیسیاں ناکام ہوچکی ہیں اور ان میں اس طرح تبدیلی لانے کی ضرورت ہے کہ عوام راضی ہوجائیں۔ آج دنیا کے حالات تبدیل ہوچکے ہیں اور پیوستہ تبدیلی آرہی ہے؛ حکام حالات اور زمانے کے تقاضوں کے مطابق آگے جائیں تاکہ عوام کی رضامندی حاصل ہوجائے اور ان کے مسائل حل ہوجائیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: ایک بہت بڑا مسئلہ جس سے عوام کے لیے زندگی مشکل ہوچکی ہے، معاشی مسائل ہیں۔ ایرانی کرنسی کی قدر گرچکی ہے اور عوام میں اس حوالے سے کوئی بہتری کی امید بھی نظر نہیں آرہی ہے۔ عوام کا خیال ہے اگر داخلہ و خارجہ پالیسیوں کو اچھی طرح سیٹ کیا جائے اور امورِ مملکت قابل افسران اور ذمہ داران کے سپرد ہوجائیں، مشکلات میں کمی آئے گی۔

مولانا عبدالحمید نے زاہدان میں خطاب جاری رکھتے ہوئے کہا: مہسا امینی کو ان کے لباس کی خاطر پولیس نے گرفتار کیا اور پھر ان کا جنازہ گھروالوں کے حوالہ کیا گیا؛ اس سے عوام کو سخت صدمہ پہنچا اور وہ جذباتی ہوئے۔ یہ عوام کے لیے انتہائی المناک تھا کہ کوئی خاتون دوپٹہ نہ پہننے کی وجہ سے یا ناقص پردے کی خاطر موت کا شکار ہوجائے حالانکہ اس نے کسی کو قتل نہیں کیا ہے۔ پرامن احتجاجوں میں متعدد افراد کو سکیورٹی فورسز نے فائرنگ کرکے قتل کیا یا ان کی آنکھیں ضائع ہوئیں؛ کسی بھی اہلکار کو قانون اور شریعت نے یہ اجازت نہیں دی ہے کہ وہ پرامن شہریوں کو
India: Why Modi is fuelling anti-Muslim riots ahead of 2024 elections

This summer, Hindu nationalist groups led a religious procession through a Muslim-majority region of India’s northern state of Haryana, triggering communal riots. The fresh spate of sectarian violence marked a continuation of the ongoing onslaught on Indian Muslims in the country, aligning with the Hindutva strategy of polarising voters ahead of crucial general elections.
The communal violence in Haryana’s Nuh district saw crowds targeting Muslim-owned businesses, torching stores, cars and a local mosque. At least six people were killed, while tensions spread to other local districts.
Within a few days of the riots, bulldozers swiftly descended upon Nuh’s Muslim community, demolishing hundreds of homes under the pretext that they were illegal structures. More than 1,200 structures, primarily owned by Muslims, were reduced to rubble.
Haryana’s home minister, Anil Vij, had said that “the bulldozer could also be part of the remedial action” against those who participated in the violence, but authorities later asserted that the structures were built unlawfully - a claim challenged by locals, who said they received no prior notice.
The demolition campaign echoes a recurring pattern in states governed by the ruling Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), where bulldozers have become emblematic of the machinery employed to enforce law and order. They function as an extrajudicial tool to dismantle Muslims’ homes, enterprises and places of worship.
On 7 August, the Punjab and Haryana high court halted the demolitions, noting: “The issue also arises whether the buildings belonging to a particular community are being brought down under the guise of a law and order problem, and an exercise of ethnic cleansing is being conducted by the state.”
