🔹 Both people and police officers should show tolerance in the current dire situation
Referring to the heavy presence of military forces in the neighborhoods where the ceremony of the Friday prayers of Zahedan was held, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid called on both the authorities and the people to show patience and not get involved with each other.
He said: “Last Friday, I urged on people to return home peacefully, but it has been proven to us that some infiltrators and agents were among people, inciting them and creating problems. People should be careful of infiltrators and be careful and return to their homes with peace and remembrance of Allah Almighty. We must consider the situation and act in such a way that more problems will not arise.”
“People should know that their rights have been pursued, and are still being pursued. I have always said that our main demands are national demands; because we are a part of the Iranian nation. If the national problems are solved, our problems will also be solved. Pursuing ethnic, religious, and local problems are the second priority,” said the Friday Imam of Zahedan.
At the end of his speech, Mawlana Abdol-Hamid called on the government to release all the prisoners, including last week's prisoners.

Mawlana Ab. Hamid Criticized Pressurizing Zahedan’s Bloody Friday Victims
Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid informed about the complaint of some families of the martyrs of Zahedan’s Bloody Friday regarding pressurizing and threatening by some state offices to obtain their consent and making deal.
He considered pressuring the plaintiff to give up his demand for trial “against Islam and morals”.
In a post on X (Twitter), the Friday Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan said: “The families of some of the martyrs of Zahedan Bloody Friday complain that they are under pressure and threats from people affiliated with some state offices to give consent. The consent of the plaintiff is valid if it is voluntary and without coercion. Threatening the oppressed to give consent is against Islam and morality.”
Last year on September 30, after the Friday prayers in Zahedan, the security forces opened fire on the worshipers under the pretext of suppressing the protest, where at least one hundred people were martyred and around three hundreds were injured. Some of the injured died in the following weeks and months.
Authorities initially alleged that “separatist terrorists” had attacked a police station, so the forces defended the base. But after public pressure, they finally admitted that civilians were killed in this incident, judicial officials promised to punish the killers, but not a single person has been in jail for this charge.

🔹Uncertain Conditions of Two Detained Teachers of Darululoom Zahedan
Seven days have passed since the arrest of Mawlavi Akbar Bidel and Mawlavi Hedayatullah Qanbarzahi, two teachers of Darululoom Zahedan, and they are still in an unknown situation.
Security forces arrested Qari Hedayatullah Qanbarzahi in Zahedan’s Razi Street for unknown reasons on Thursday, 19th Oct. 2023.
Furthermore, on Friday, October 20, military forces invaded the residential building of the teachers of Darululoom Zahedan and searched houses of some teachers. They arrested Mawlavi Akbar Bidel from the same housing complex.
It should be noted that on Friday (20 October) hundreds of worshipers were arrested after offering Friday prayers from the nearby streets of Musalla where people gather to establish the prayers on Fridays. There are reports that the detainees, including children, have been tortured.
A week has passed, and the authorities have not yet announced the reason for arresting the teachers of Darululoom Zahedan. Their families are worried.
In addition, after the Bloody Friday of Zahedan, numerous people, including scholars and seminary students, have been arrested during a year.

🌐دارالعلوم زاہدان کے دو مزید اساتذہ گرفتار
زاہدان (سنی آن لائن) دارالعلوم زاہدان کے نوجوان استاذ مولوی اکبر بیدل اور قاری ہدایت اللہ قنبرزہی کی گرفتاری سے سات دن گزرنے کے بعد ابھی تک ان کے حالات کے بارے میں کچھ پتہ نہیں ہے۔
سکیورٹی فورسز نے جمعرات انیس اکتوبر کو قاری ہدایت اللہ قنبرزہی کو زاہدان شہر کے رازی روڈ سے نامعلوم وجوہ کی بنا پر گرفتار کیا ہے۔
ان کے علاوہ، جمعہ بیس اکتوبر کو سکیورٹی فورسز نے جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان کے اساتذہ کی رہائشی بلڈنگ پر غیرقانونی طورپر زبردستی سے دھاوا بول کر مولوی اکبر بیدل کو گرفتار کرکے لے گئے۔ اسی دن سینکڑوں نمازی نماز جمعہ ادا کرنے کے بعد گرفتار ہوچکے ہیں جن پر تشدد کی رپورٹس شائع ہوئی ہیں۔
ایک ہفتہ گزرنے کے باوجود مذکورہ اساتذہ کی گرفتاری کی اصل وجہ اور حراست کا مقام واضح نہیں جس سے ان کے اہل خانہ سخت پریشان ہیں۔

More than 700 killed in overnight Israeli attacks, Gaza officials say
More than 700 Palestinians were killed in overnight Israeli air raids on Gaza, according to Palestinian officials, the highest 24-hour death toll since Israel began bombarding the the besieged territory earlier this month.
The Israeli military said on Tuesday it hit more than 400 “Hamas targets” and killed dozens of Hamas fighters in the attacks, and warned that it would take time to achieve its aim of destroying the Palestinian group.
Israel launched an assault on Gaza after Hamas fighters killed at least 1,400 people in a surprise attack on southern Israel on October 7.
The health ministry in Gaza, which is governed by Hamas, has said at least 5,791 Palestinians, including 2,360 children, have been killed in the Israeli assault.

غزہ وزارت صحت: اسرائیلی حملوں میں 2055 بچوں سمیت 5,087 افراد شہید
غزہ کی وزارتِ صحت نے پیر کے روز بتایا کہ سات اکتوبر سے اسرائیلی حملوں میں کم از کم 5,087 فلسطینی شہید ہو چکے ہیں جن میں 2,055 بچے بھی شامل ہیں۔ اور مزید بتایا کہ 15,273 زخمی ہوئے۔
وزارت نے کہا کہ گذشتہ 24 گھنٹوں کے دوران اسرائیلی حملوں میں 436 فلسطینی شہید ہو گئے جن میں 182بچے بھی شامل ہیں۔ زیادہ تر شہادتیں غزہ کی پٹی میں ہوئیں۔
اسرائیل نے پیر کے روز مزید فضائی حملوں کے ساتھ غزہ پر بمباری کی جب اس کے فوجیوں نے محصور فلسطینی علاقے کے اندر چھاپوں کے دوران زمین پر حماس مزاحمت کاروں کا مقابلہ کیا۔
رہائشیوں نے بتایا کہ تنازعہ پھیلنے کے آثار ہیں کیونکہ اسرائیلی طیاروں نے راتوں رات جنوبی لبنان پر بھی حملہ کیا اور اسرائیلی فوجیوں نے مقبوضہ مغربی کنارے میں فلسطینیوں کا مقابلہ کیا۔

Israeli soldiers skirmish with Hamas inside Gaza amid airstrikes
Israel pounded hundreds of targets in Gaza from the air on Monday while its soldiers fought Hamas militants during raids into the besieged Palestinian enclave where deaths are soaring and civilians are trapped in harrowing conditions.
Gaza’s health ministry said 436 people had been killed in bombardments over the past 24 hours, most in the south of the narrow, densely populated territory, next to which Israeli troops and tanks have massed for a possible ground invasion.
The Israeli military said it had struck more than 320 targets in Gaza over 24 hours, including a tunnel housing Hamas fighters, dozens of command and lookout posts, and mortar and anti-tank missile launcher positions.
With the territory’s 2.3 million people running short of basics, European leaders looked set to follow the United Nations and Arab nations in calling for a “humanitarian pause” in hostilities so aid could reach them.

🔹Despite the order of the founder of the Islamic Republic, some prevented Sunnis to have a mosque in Tehran
Referring to the demolition of Tehran’s Friday prayers house, the eminent Sunni scholar of Zahedan said: “Unfortunately, a shocking incident took place in Tehran last week. It was unbelievable that they (authorities) created problems for the Sunnis of Tehran in their prayer house of Poonak. They destroyed some parts of the building and transferred its documents, disowning the real owners of the building.”
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid reminded the efforts of Mawlana Abdol-Aziz to build a mosque for the Sunni community in Tehran, and said: “When Mawlana Abdol-Aziz, founder of Darululoom Zahedan, was hospitalized at Rajaie Hospital of Tehran, the founder of the Islamic Republic was also admitted to the same hospital. He used to respect Shaikh Abdol-Aziz much. One day, Mawlana Abdol-Aziz asked the former supreme leader to allot the Sunnis a land for building a mosque in Tehran. They should worship Allah freely, and establish Friday and daily regular prayers in the mosque. The founder of the Islamic Republic accepted the request and ordered the authorities to allot a land to Shaikh Abdol-Aziz. Newspapers and the official radio released the news. The place was determined. Sunnis were pleased that they are going to have a mosque in the capital of the country. Unfortunately, some hidden hands and fanatics created obstacles, and they did not allow Sunnis to build a mosque in Tehran. They were not ordinary people.”
“If you allow Sunnis to build mosques in Tehran, it will be in favor of the revolution, the government, and authorities. When we say that Shiites and Sunnis are brothers, and follow the same Qur'an and imitate one prophet, then why you do not allow your Sunni brothers to build a mosque in Tehran? Foreign guests and those who come to Tehran, ask to show us mosques of Sunnis, but there is no mosque in Tehran for the Sunni Muslims. Officials should show up tolerance, patience and should have a high vision,” he continued his points.
“If we were on the place you stand, and the Shiite brothers referred to us to have mosques, we would not stay even for a moment. The both sects worship Allah in mosques. If the Shiite brothers ask us for help, we will help them,” Mawlana Abdol-Hamid believed.
🔹Plumbing of the central Sunni prayer house in Tehran has worried all free people
The president of Darululoom Zahedan went on to say: “When Sunnis were not allowed to build mosques in Tehran, they started praying in houses and prayer rooms. The prayer house of Poonak was the largest prayer house for Sunnis in Tehran. Whenever I traveled to Tehran and participated in conferences, I used to offer prayers in the hotel. I did not go to “Nabi Rahmat” prayer house of Poonak to avoid creating sensitivity. It should be said that there has never been a political speech in those prayer houses. They have participated in the elections, and were adhered to unity, but they faced problems. A few years ago, the prayer house was attacked and for a while it was closed, then it was reopened until the recent unpleasant incident happened.”
“These days, while people are worried about the situation in Palestine and Gaza, unfortunately, the authorities ambushed on the Poonak prayer house and completely occupied it. Some walls were built to halt people from entering the spot. This action has worried all Sunnis and free Shiite brothers. Did this prayer house hit our Shia brothers and scholars or the government? As it is an obligation for Sunnis to establish Friday prayers, what will answer the authorities by destroying Sunnis’ prayer house?” he said more.
🔹صدر رئیسی عالم دین ہوتے ہوئے کیسے نماز سے روکنے کی اجازت دیتے ہیں؟
شیخ الحدیث جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے بات آگے بڑھاتے ہوئے کہا: ہمیں اعلیٰ حکام، رئیسی کی حکومت اور مسٹر رئیسی سے سخت شکوہ ہے۔ تم عالم دین ہو اور دینی مدارس میں تمہاری پرورش ہوئی ہے اور ہمارا دیرینہ تعلق ہے۔ تم اہل سنت کے نمازخانے کو کیسے بند کراتے ہو؟کس منطق کی بنیاد پر تم نے ایسا کیا؟ پورے ملک کی بھاگ دوڑ تمہارے اختیار میں اور تہران میں ایک نمازخانے کی برداشت تم سے نہیں ہوسکتی؟
انہوں نے کہا: بعض حکام ماضی کے واقعات ازالہ کرنے کی کوششوں میں مصروف ہیں۔ میرا مشورہ ہے کہ سب سے پہلے تم ان حکام کو سمجھادو کہ پہلے سے موجود مسائل ابھی تک حل نہیں ہوئے ہیں اور تم مزید مسائل پیدا کرنے میں مصروف ہو۔ جب تم لوگوں کی جائے عبادت بند کرتے ہو، وہ کیسے تمہارے ساتھ بیٹھ کر بات چیت کریں۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے مزید کہا: زاہدان کی عیدگاہ میں نماز جمعہ پڑھنے والوں پر تمہارے اہلکاروں نے فائرنگ کرکے ایک سو افراد کو قتل کیا اور تم مذاکرہ کرنا چاہتے ہو؛ مذاکرہ اچھی بات ہے، لیکن دوسری طرف تم نمازخانے پر یلغار کرتے ہو اور دیوار بناکر لوگوں کو نماز سے منع کرتے ہو۔ کیا اس نمازخانے میں نماز کے علاوہ کوئی اور کام ہوتا؟ کس منہ سے تم مذاکرات کے لیے آتے ہو؟
🔹حکام علمائے اہل سنت کو زاہدان کے دورے سے کیوں منع کرتے ہیں؟
خطیب زاہدان نے اپنے بیان کے آخر میں سنی علمائے کرام کو زاہدان سے واپس بھیجنے پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا: گزشتہ ہفتہ صوبہ خراسان سے علمائے کرام کا ایک وفد زاہدان آرہا تھا کہ انہیں واپس کردیا گیا۔ اسی طرح اندرونِ بلوچستان سے مولانا فضل الرحمن کوہی کو زاہدان داخل نہیں ہونے دیا گیا۔
انہوں نے کہا: علما سب کے خیرخواہ ہیں۔ یہ ایرانی شہریوں کا حق ہے کہ جہاں چاہیں سفر کرسکتے ہیں۔ انہیں محدود کرنے کا کوئی جواز نہیں ہے۔

🕌سب حکومتیں اور سپرپاورز غزہ میں جنگ بندی کے لیے کوشش کریں
ممتاز عالم دین نے بیس اکتوبر کے خطبہ جمعہ میں فلسطین میں جاری لڑائیوں اورانسانی جانوں کے ضیاع پر سخت افسوس کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے خطے کی سب حکومتوں اور عالمی طاقتوں سے اپیل کی فوری جنگ بندی کے لیے کردار ادا کریں۔
🔹غزہ کے حالات ‘انسانی المیہ’ بننے والے ہیں
زاہدان میں ہزاروں فرزندانِ توحید سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: آج کل پوری دنیا دیکھ رہی ہے فلسطین اور غزہ میں کیا ہورہاہے اور کیسے ہزاروں خواتین اور بچوں سمیت بے گناہ انسانوں کی جانیں ضائع ہوتی ہیں جو ایک انسانی المیہ کی صورتحال پیش آنے والی ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: یہ بات اپنی جگہ درست ہے کہ شروع میں ایک واقعہ پیش آیا جس میں یہودیوں اور اسرائیلیوں کا نقصان ہوا، لیکن اس کے بعد پیش آنے والے واقعات خطرناک سمت میں جارہے ہیں۔ ایک طرف ایک ایسی قوت ہے جس کی پشت پناہی پوری دنیا کرکے اپنے سب وسائل سمیت اس کے ساتھ کھڑی ہے اور دوسری طرف ایسے لوگ ہیں جن کے پاس اتنی قوت اور وسائل نہیں؛ اس کے انفراسٹکچر اور شہر تباہ ہورہے ہیں۔ غزہ اکثر عام شہری ہی شہید ہورہے ہیں جو ایک بڑا انسانی نقصان ہے۔
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے کہا: غزہ کے تلخ اور المناک واقعات سے سب آنکھیں تاریک اور دل غمزدہ ہوتے ہیں۔ بارش کی طرح شہر پر بم برس رہاہے جہاں گنجان آبادی ہے اور لوگ بے گھر ہورہے ہیں؛ کوئی بھی حکومت انہیں اپنے ہاں جانے نہیں دیتی۔ پانی، بجلی، روٹی اور اشیائے خوردونوش کی رسد اہلیانِ غزہ پر بند ہے اور اس شہر کی آبادی تباہ ہورہی ہے۔ صرف شہر کے محاصرہ ہی سے بہت سارے لوگ بھوک سے مرجائیں گے۔
🔹غزہ میں لڑائی جاری رہے نقصان اسرائیل کا ہوگا
مولانا عبدالحمید نے مزید کہا: ایک لمبا عرصہ ہوا تھا کہ مسلم اور غیرمسلم ممالک نے فلسطین کو بھول چکے تھے اور اس کے حالات کے بارے میں بے حسی کا مظاہرہ کررہے تھے، لیکن اب جو واقعات پیش آئے ہیں یہ سب انسانوں کے لیے الارم ہیں کہ ان لوگوں کی فکر کریں جو فلسطین میں رہتے ہیں۔ مسلم اور عرب ممالک اور وہ سب حکومتیں جو انسانی حقوق کا درد رکھتی ہیں اس مسئلے کے حل سے غافل نہ رہیں اور اس جنگ کو ختم کرانے کے لیے ہر ممکن کوشش سے گریز نہ کریں۔
اہل سنت ایران کے ممتاز عالم دین نے فلسطینیوں کے بڑے پیمانے پر جانی نقصان کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے اس جنگ کے جاری رہنے کے حوالے سے اسرائیل کو خبردار کرتے ہوئے کہا: اگر یہ جنگ جاری رہے، اس کا نقصان اسرائیل ہی کو پہنچے گا؛ چونکہ دنیا کے لوگ دیکھ رہے ہیں غزہ میں کیا ہورہاہے اور فلسطینیوں کی تباہی دیکھ کر افکار عامہ اور دنیا کے لوگ یہ برداشت نہیں کرسکتے ہیں۔ ہمارا خیال ہے جو افراد وہاں مارے جارہے ہیں دونوں گروہ انسان ہیں اور انسان دوستی کا تقاضا ہے کہ وہ ایک دوسرے پر رحم کریں۔ غزہ کے باشندے انسان ہیں اور اس طرح ان کا قتل عام اور نسل کشی نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔
صدر جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے کہا: غزہ میں جاری بمباری کی مذمت کرتے ہیں اور اقوام متحدہ اور دیگر بین الاقوامی تنظیموں اور انسانی حقوق کے لیے سرگرم حکومتوں اور تنظیموں سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اسیروں کی آزادی اور اس تباہ کن جنگ کے خاتمے کے لیے اپنا کردار ادا کریں اور عوام کو بچانے کے لیے کوئی درست حل اور عادلانہ فیصلہ پیدا کریں۔
🔹غزہ اسپتال پر حملہ خوفناک تھا
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے خطاب میں غزہ کے المعمدانی اسپتال پر حملہ اور سینکڑوں افراد کی شہادت اور زخمی ہونے پر افسوس کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا: غزہ کے ایک اسپتال پر حملہ سے بڑا جانی نقصان ہوا ہے۔ ہم اس جنایت کی پرزور مذمت کرتے ہیں جو انتہائی خوفناک حادثہ تھا۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: ہمارا طریقہ اعتدال پر مبنی ہے، اور مذکورہ حادثے کے ذمہ داروں کے حوالے سے دونوں جانب ایک دوسرے پر الزام لگارہے ہیں، عالمی برادری سے ہماری درخواست ہے کہ غیرجانبداری سے اچھی طرح اس واقعے کی چھان بین کریں۔ یہ بات بھی قابل ذکر ہے کہ افکار عامہ کے نزدیک اسرائیل ہی قصوروار ہے اور فلسطینیوں کے پاس ایسے مخرب اور تباہ کن اسلحہ نہیں جو بڑے پیمانے پر درجنوں افراد کو موت کی نیند سلادے۔ لہذا اس مسئلے کی غیرجانبدارانہ تحقیق ہونی چاہیے اور عالمی برادری بے حسی کا مظاہرہ نہ کرے۔
🔹پچھتر سالہ اختلاف کیوں حل نہیں ہوتا؟
🔸دنیاوالے یکطرفہ حمایت کے بجائے مسئلہ فلسطین حل کرانے میں مدد دیں
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے بات آگے بڑھاتے ہوئے کہا: میری یہ باتیں کسی کے جواب میں نہیں ہیں اور نہ ہی کسی نے مجھ سے یہ باتیں زبان پر لانے کو کہا ہے؛ میں صرف بعض حقایق بیان کرتاہوں۔ ہوسکتاہے بہت سارے مسلمان بھی میری باتیں پسند نہ کریں۔ لیکن میں چاہتاہوں جو بات حق اور عادلانہ سمجھتاہوں، اسے بتاؤں۔ یہودی اور فلسطینی دو قومیں ہیں جو پچھتر سالوں سے ساتھ رہتے ہیں۔ دونوں قوموں نے ایک دوسرے کو نقصان پہنچایاہے اور جو نقصان فلسطینی قوم کو پہنچا ہے وہ بہت زیادہ سخت اور سنگین رہاہے؛ وجہ یہ رہی ہے کہ مد مقابل والے کے پاس زیادہ وسائل موجود ہیں اور وہ زیادہ آزادی کے ساتھ عمل کرتاہے۔
انہوں نے سوال اٹھایا: یہ دو قومیں کب تک ایک دوسرے کو مارتی رہیں گی؟ ستر سال سے زائد کا عرصہ گزرچکاہے کہ یہ آپس کی جھڑپوں میں مصروف ہیں؛ مزید کتنے سال لڑنے کے لیے تیار ہیں؟ کیا مسلمانوں اور یہودیوں کو اپنی آنے والی نسلوں اور بچوں کی فکر نہیں کرنا چاہیے کہ وہ سکون سے رہ سکیں؟! یہ پرانا اختلاف کیوں حل نہیں ہوتاہے؟
خطیب زاہدان نے کہا: دونوں طرف مستقل حل پر سوچیں۔ انہیں کچھ کھوئے بغیر ایک عادلانہ اور منصفانہ حل حاصل نہیں ہوسکتاہے۔ مسلمان اس سوچ میں ہوں کہ یہودیوں کو کیسے ختم کرائیں اور یہودی اس سوچ میں کہ مسلمانوں کو کیسے ماریں اور ان کے شہروں کو تباہ کرکے انہیں خانہ بدر کریں، مسئلہ حل نہیں ہوسکتا؛ انہیں چاہیے ساتھ بیٹھیں۔ عالمی برادری بھی ایک طرفہ حمایت کے بجائے دونوں طرف کو ایک ہی ٹیبل پر لاکر مسئلہ حل کرائیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: نبی کریم ﷺ نے اپنے بدترین دشمنوں یعنی اہل مکہ سے بات چیت کی اور ان سے صلح کا معاہدہ طے کیا جس کا نتیجہ مسلمانوں کی کامیابی اور فتح ہوا؛ حالانکہ اہل مکہ نے آپﷺ اور صحابہ کو مکہ سے نکال کر ان سے جنگیں لڑی تھیں۔ مسئلہ فلسطین میں بھی ایک عادلانہ مصالحت کی ضرورت ہے۔
🔹آزاد فلسطینی ریاست کا قیام ضروری ہے
صدر جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے کہا: شاید بہت سارے لوگ تنقید کریں اور یہ کہیں کہ اسرائیل کو مٹانا چاہیے اور اسرائیلی کہیں اور سے آئے ہیں اور انہیں واپس جانا ہوگا، لیکن یہ ایک حقیقت ہے کہ نہ ہی مسلمانوں کے بس میں ہے یہودیوں کو ہلاک کریں یا انہیں نکالیں، اور نہ اسرائیلی مسلمانوں کو تباہ کرنے کی قوت رکھتے ہیں؛ اگر ایسا ہوتا اب تک وہ اپنا عزم جامہ عمل پہناچکے ہوتے۔ لہذا یہ ہونہیں سکتا اور جو چیز ناممکن ہے، اس پر اصرار کیوں ہوتاہے؟! انہیں آپس میں بیٹھ کر دو مستقل ریاستیں قائم کرنے پر معاہدہ کرنا چاہیے۔ یہ میری رائے ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: سب لوگ انصاف کو مدنظر رکھ سوچیں؛اسرائیل اور فلسطین دونوں کے مخالفین کو چاہیے منصفانہ موقف اختیار کریں۔ انصاف اسی میں ہے کہ دونوں جانب کے لیے مسئلہ حل ہوجائے۔ دنیا کے اکثر ممالک کا اس بات پر اتفاق ہے کہ دو آزاد اور مستقل ریاستیں قائم ہوجائیں۔ فلسطینی ریاست کا مرکز بیت المقدس (یروشلم) ہونا چاہیے جو مسلمانوں کا قبلہ اول رہاہے اور عالم اسلام کے لیے مقدس ہے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: ماہرین کا خیال ہے جب تک دو ریاستیں قائم نہیں ہوتیں، یہ دو قومیں موجودہ صورتحال کو برداشت نہیں کرسکتی اور اب تک کے تجربے سے یہی ثابت ہوتاہے۔ امید ہے مستقبل میں ایک عادلانہ معاہدہ طے ہوجائے۔عالمی برادری کو چاہیے جنگ اور شہروں کی تباہی خاص کر غزہ کی تباہی روک دیں۔ جنگ کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہے۔ کوئی بھی دوسرے کی تباہی اور ہلاکت کی کوشش نہ کرے۔ دوراندیشی کریں اور اور اپنی اور اپنی آنے والی نسلوں کی زندگی کے لیے سوچیں۔
سعودی عرب کے اسرائیل سے تعلقات کے قیام کیلئے مذاکرات معطل
سعودی عرب نے حماس کے ساتھ جھڑپوں اور غزہ پر بمباری کے بعد اسرائیل کے ساتھ تعلقات کے قیام کے لیے ہونے والے مذاکرات معطل کردیے۔
خبرایجنسی اے ایف پی کی رپورٹ کے مطابق مذاکرات کے حوالے سے باخبر ذرائع نے بتایا کہ سعودی عرب نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ ممکنہ تعلقات کے قیام کے لیے ہونے والے مذاکرات معطل کردیے جائیں اور اس حوالے سے امریکی حکام کو بھی آگاہ کردیا ہے۔
سعودی عرب کے حوالے سے یہ رپورٹ امریکی سیکریٹری اسٹیٹ انٹونی بلنکن کے دورہ سعودی عرب کے بعد سامنے آئی ہے جہاں انہوں نے اپنے سعودی ہم منصب سے ملاقات کی تھی اور اس حوالے سے خطے کے دیگر 6 ممالک کا بھی دورہ کیا۔
مشرق وسطیٰ اور مسلم دنیا کے لیے مرکز کی حیثیت رکھنے والے سعودی عرب کے اسرائیل کے ساتھ کبھی بھی سفارتی تعلقات نہیں رہے ہیں اور نہ ہی 2020 میں امریکی ثالثی میں ہونے والے ابراہم معاہدے کا حصہ بنا ہے، جس کے تحت متحدہ عرب امارات اور مراکش سمیت متعدد ممالک نے اسرائیل کے ساتھ تعلقات قائم کر دیے ہیں۔
سعودی عرب کے تجزیہ کار ہاشم الغنم نے بتایا کہ سعودی عرب اور اسرائیل کے درمیان تعلقات کا اقدام امریکی منصوبہ ہے، جس سے سعودی عرب نے اس صورت میں خیرمقدم کیا تھا کہ اگر امریکا اسرائیل اور فلسطین کے درمیان تنازع کا حل نکال سکتا ہے، جس سے فسلطینی بھی تسلیم کرلیں۔

🔹Help the affected people of Herat earthquake
Referring to the recent earthquake in Afghanistan’s Herat, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: “A terrible earthquake occurred in Herat and its neighboring areas. The people of Herat deserve sympathy. Villages and people's houses have been destroyed. Some families have died in this earthquake. In some families, only one person survived. Women and children are the most victims of the earthquake. These people must be helped. Big financial losses hit people.”
“The earthquake victims of Herat expect the people, and the international community and charity institutions to help them. Building houses and shelters is the most important help to the earthquake victims. The Islamic government of Afghanistan should help the earthquake victims and work hard to build suitable houses for them with the cooperation of the world,” said the prominent scholar of Iranian Balochistan.
“As a human being and as a compassionate, I would like to ask people to help the earthquake victims. Mawlana Abdul Aziz, the founder of Darululoom Zahedan, may Allah have mercy on him, used to say that those who help the afflicted people, Allah Almighty will not afflict them with calamity,” the president of Darululoom Zahedan asked people to help earthquake victims of Afghanistan.
🔹 Reform of the society is not possible by the use of force
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar urged that no Muslim should force anyone to embrace Islam, and said: “The Holy Qur'an says: there is no compulsion in religion. Allah instructs the holy Prophet, peace be upon him, and his Companions that they should not pressure people to accept the religion of Islam. No Muslim should force others to embrace Islam. Instead of coercing and resorting to force, guide people and carry out the duty of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil.”
“Guide people compassionately to the prayers, and to good deeds. If someone commits a sin, guide him; this way helps to lead the society towards development and prosperity. It has been experienced that the community cannot be reformed by resorting to force and coercing. Convince people to practice rituals of the religion. If you convince people by logic and reasons, it is much better than imposing heavy financial penalties. The issue of Hijab cannot be solved with force and with imposing financial penalties,” said Mawlana Abdol-Hamid.
Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan concluded his Friday sermons, and said: “Islam does not accept these fines. Instead of resorting to force and imposing strict laws and fines, the authorities should adopt other measures. There should not be hatred, confusion, and enmity in the society. Implementing justice and fairness, removing discrimination and solving people's problems are the best ways to get rid of all problems. The government and the officials should not enact strict rules; rather they should implement the current laws wisely.”

Referring to the recent Israel-Palestine conflicts in the occupied territories and invasion on Gaza, the most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar considered "a fair and just agreement" and "establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital" the best solution to resolve this seventy-five-year-old dispute.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid was talking to tens of thousands of worshipers before the Friday prayers on October 13, 2023.

🔸 Most supporters of Israel and Palestine pursue their own interests
The Iranian top Sunni leader referred to the critical situation of the Palestinian people, and said: “The terrible and cruel conflicts that took place in the Palestinian territories shocked the entire world. The heartbreaking scenes of Palestine are painful for the free and awake people of the world. The Palestinian land has been involved in war and disputes for more than seventy-five years. Unfortunately, the differences between Palestinians and Israelis have not been resolved yet. The both sides have been trying to destroy each other.”
“Although efforts have been made to establish peace, but these efforts have not been successful due to the interference of other countries. Mostly, those who stand up to support Israel or the Palestinians, in fact pursue their own interests. Palestine is one of the strategic and important lands. Those who support Israel, they want to achieve their interests in the Middle East through this land. On the other hand, some countries that support Palestine are also looking for their own interests,” said the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan.
“Few governments support the Palestinian nation with sincerity and compassion. If they made efforts for the sake of Allah and with sincerity, and if they pursued the development of Palestine, the problems would have been solved,” he believed.
🔹For us, humanity matters; both sides should observe international laws
🔸No one tolerates demolition of Gaza
“Humanity is important for us. As Muslims, we must not go beyond justice and must always be fair. We will not support anyone blindly. We do not support extravagance, killing of women and children by any side. In Islamic law and according to the international custom, war should be through its rules. If a Muslim does not observe the Islamic and international regulations of war, and attacks civilians, women and children, we will not support him,” the president of Darululoom Zahedan insisted.
He said more: “A Muslims must adhere to Shari’ah, and respect international laws, the other side should not violate the international customs and laws of war also. Palestinian Muslims should not ignore the laws of Islam, even in war and defense cases. The Israeli government and the Jews should not ignore the laws of war and international customs, too.”
“In the recent war, both sides made mistakes in the issues of women and children. Now, we see heartbreaking scenes from Gaza. The city is in complete destruction. Why the international community and the world do not stop this violence? More than two million people live in Gaza; after this city is destroyed, where will the people of the city immigrate? It has been reported in the media that more than four hundred thousand people of Gaza have been displaced. No country has accepted them as refugees yet. No one tolerates what is happening in Gaza,” Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said.
غزہ کا مکمل محاصرہ عالمی قانون کے تحت ’ممنوع‘ ہے، اقوام متحدہ
اقوام متحدہ کے انسانی حقوق کے سربراہ نے کہا ہے کہ اسرائیل کا غزہ کی پٹی کا مکمل محاصرہ جس سے شہری زندگی کی بقا کے لیے ضروری اشیا سے محروم ہوجائیں، عالمی قانون کے تحت ممنوع ہے۔
انسانی حقوق کے لیے اقوام متحدہ کے ہائی کمشنر وولکر ترک نے کہا کہ لوگوں کے وقار اور جانوں کا احترام کیا جانا چاہیے، انہوں نے تمام فریقین سے کشیدگی کم کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا۔
فلسطینی گروپ حماس نے مبینہ طور پر ہفتے کے آخر میں اسرائیل پر اپنے اچانک حملے میں تقریباً 150 افراد کو اغوا کرلیا تھا، اس نے دھمکی دی ہے کہ اگر بغیر کسی وارننگ کے اسرائیلی فضائی حملوں کے ذریعے غزہ کے رہائشیوں کو ’نشانہ بنانے‘ کا سلسلہ جاری رہا تو وہ مغویوں کو موت کے گھاٹ اتار دے گا۔
حماس کی یہ دھمکی پیر کے روز اسرائیل کی جانب سے غزہ کی پٹی کا مکمل محاصرہ کیے جانے کے بعد سامنے آئی جبکہ محاصرے کے نتیجے میں خوراک، پانی اور بجلی کی سپلائی منقطع ہوگئی جس سے بڑھتی مایوس کن انسانی صورت حال کے خدشات جنم لینے لگے ہیں۔
اقوام متحدہ کے انسانی حقوق کے سربراہ نے اپنے دفتر کی جانب سے جمع کی گئی معلومات کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ اسرائیل نے فضائی حملوں میں غزہ میں رہائشی عمارتوں کو نشانہ بنایا ہے جن میں اسکول اور اقوام متحدہ کی عمارتیں بھی شامل ہیں جس کے نتیجے میں شہریوں کی ہلاکتیں ہوئیں۔
غیر ملکی خبر رساں ایجنسیوں کی رپورٹس کے مطابق انہوں نے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ عالمی انسانی قانون واضح ہے کہ شہری آبادی اور شہری اشیا کو بچانے کے لیے مسلسل دیکھ بھال کی ذمہ داری حملوں کے دوران بھی عائد ہوتی ہے۔
اسرائیلی وزیر دفاع کے غزہ کی سخت ناکہ بندی کے اعلان کے جواب میں انہوں نے کہا کہ شہریوں کی زندگیوں کو خطرے میں ڈالنے والے ’محاصرے‘ عالمی قانون کے تحت ممنوع ہیں۔
بیان میں مزید کہا گیا ہے کہ محاصرے کو نافذ کرنے کے لیے لوگوں اور سامان کی نقل و حرکت پر کسی بھی پابندی کو فوجی ضرورت کے تحت جائز قرار دیا جانا چاہیے، بصورت دیگر یہ محاصرہ اجتماعی سزا ہو سکتا ہے۔

🕌 Israel's Brutal Attacks on Gaza Have no Justification
The most influential Iranian Sunni leader considered Israel's bombing and attacks on Gaza “shocking, brutal and unjustified”, and called on all countries and international communities to stop Israel from massacre, genocide, and destruction in Gaza.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid was talking to tens of thousands of worshippers in Zahedan’s Grand Makki Mosque on October 27, 2023.
He said: “These days, the conditions in Palestine and Gaza are very critical and unprecedented. In the past, we saw that the oppressed people of Palestine and Gaza were treated cruelly, but the current situation in Palestine is so tense that no one can tolerate it. Today, Israel is dropping the most advanced and destructive bombs on the people of Gaza. Women, children and innocent and defenseless people are the most victims of these cruel attacks.”
“The properties of the people of Gaza have been burning and destroying, and their houses have been demolishing. These scenes are shocking, bitter, and unbearable for anyone who has the slightest conscience and pity. An Israeli official said that all the people of Gaza are guilty. Are women and children also guilty? Who accepts that all of them are guilty? Most of those who are being killed in Gaza are innocent. The number of martyrs in Gaza has reached more than seven thousand people; the most casualties are children, women and the old women and men,” said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.
“The people of the world will not accept any justification for Israel's brutal bombings and attacks. The Israeli army and politicians cannot deny and justify these facts. These attacks are massacres and genocide. Such actions are to the detriment of Israel; because people have conscience and they will judge when they see such scenes. Europeans and Americans must prevent Israeli attacks; in fact, they are blamed because they give Israel a free hand and paved the way for her to commit such a crime,” said the Iranian top Sunni leader.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further said: “If Israel had casualties in the beginning, it cannot be a justification to massacre children and innocent people. No one in the world is allowed to attack innocent people. I hope that the international community and Islamic countries will take immediate action to stop this destructive war. This war causes displeasure and anger of Allah Almighty; because innocent and defenseless servants of Allah are being killed with no reason.”
🔹My suggestion to Hamas: release Israeli old, women and children captives without any conditions
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar of Balochistan continued his speech, and said: “I would like to recommend Hamas to release the Israeli prisoners, who are women, children, and old people, without any conditions. This will have a positive effect, and it will be a step towards Allah’s satisfaction, and many people in the world will be pleased as well.”
🌐Erdogan: Gaza has turned into massacres, not self-defence
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said yesterday that what we are witnessing in Gaza goes beyond self-defence, it is “injustice, barbarism and massacres”.
He added, in statements reported by Al Jazeera, that “innocent women and children are the majority of the victims, and we cannot remain silent about what we see,” noting that “what is happening in Gaza goes beyond self-defence and has turned into injustice, barbarism and massacres.”
The Turkish President stressed that “all Western countries supported the Israeli attack without restriction instead of advising them to remain calm, so where are human rights?”
“They are sending aircraft carriers instead of aid ships, and this is a double standard and a two-faced policy.”
“Whoever is silent about the truth is a dumb devil, and we will not hesitate to speak the truth even if we remain alone,” he continued, asking: “How many children must be killed until a ceasefire is agreed upon?”
In the past 20 days, the Israeli occupation army has continued to target Gaza with intense air strikes that have killed 7,028 Palestinians, including 2,913 children, 1,709 women, and 397 elderly people, and injured 18,484 people, in addition to more than 1,650 people missing under the rubble. An unprecedented humanitarian disaster has unfolded as a result of the cut-off of supplies like electricity, water, fuel and treatment in the Gaza Strip.
Previously, the Turkish president admired Hamas as a “liberation and Mujahideen group”.
“Hamas is not a terrorist organisation, but a liberation group, a mujahideen group that struggles to protect its lands and citizens,” the Turkish president told lawmakers from his ruling AK Party.
Erdoğan also slammed Western powers for supporting Israel’s bombing of Gaza and called for an immediate ceasefire, the unhindered entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza and for Muslim countries to work together to stop the violence.

ایرانی بلوچستان سے تعلق رکھنے والے ممتاز عالم دین نے ایکس (سابق ٹویٹر) میں لکھاہے بعض ادارے زاہدان کے خونین جمعہ (تیس ستمبر دوہزار بائیس) کے شہدا کے لواحقین پر دباؤ ڈال رہے ہیں تاکہ وہ مصالحت پر رضامند ہوکر قاتلوں کی سزا اور ٹرائل کے مطالبے سے دستبردار ہوجائیں۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہاہے شہدا کے لواحقین کو شکایت ہے کہ بعض ادارے ان پر دباؤ ڈال رہے ہیں کہ وہ اپنے عزیزوں کے قاتلوں سے شکایت چھوڑ کر مصالحہ کریں۔
انہوں نے زور دیاہے کہ رضامندی اور مصالحت کا اس وقت اعتبار ہوگا جب کسی جبر اور دباؤ کے بغیر خوشی خوشی سے ہو۔ مظلوم کو رضامندی دینے کے لیے دھمکی دینا دین اور اخلاق کے خلاف ہے۔
گزشتہ سال تیس ستمبر کو زاہدان میں نماز جمعہ کے بعد سکیورٹی فورسز نے احتجاج دبانے کے بہانے سے نمازیوں پر فائر کھولی تھی جہاں کم از کم ایک سو افراد شہید جبکہ تین سو کے قریب زخمی ہوئے۔ بعض زخمی اگلے ہفتوں اور مہینوں میں انتقال کرگئے۔
حکام نے شروع میں الزام عائد کیا ‘‘علیحدہ پسند دہشت گردوں’’ نے ایک پولیس سٹیشن پر حملہ کیا ہے۔ لیکن عوامی دباؤ کے بعد بالاخر انہوں نے اعتراف کیا عام شہری اس واقعے میں مارے گئے ہیں، عدلیہ حکام نے قاتلوں کو سزا دلوانے کا وعدہ کیا لیکن اب ایک شخص بھی اس الزام میں قید میں نہیں ہے۔

Iranian Intelligence Forces Arrest Mawlana Kohi Again
Mawlana Fazl-ur-Rahman Kohi, a prominent Sunni scholar of Iranian Balochistan, was arrested again along with six of his comrades on the way of Zahedan to Sarbaz on Sunday, October 22.
After a meeting with Shaikh Abdol-Hamid at Darululoom Zahedan, Mawlana Kohi was about to return to his hometown when the intelligence forces arrested him at a security checkpoint near Zahedan, the capital city of Sistan-Balochistan.
The Special Clergy Court of Mashhad confirmed the news and accused him of breaking unity. His companions were released after a few hours.
Mawlana Fazl-ur-Rahman, the Friday prayer leader of Pashamag\Sarbaz and head of Anwar-ul-Haramain seminary, is a well-known who has been famous for his criticism about some state policies.
About three years ago, the Mashhad Special Court for clerics sentenced Mawlana Fazl-ur-Rahman to six years and four months in prison. After spending a third of his sentence, he was supposed to be released from prison, but he was released a year later on Sep. 25, 2023.
Last week, Mawlana Kohi was banned from entering Zahedan when he wanted to meet Shaikh Abdol-Hamid and show his solidarity with him.
It should be said that on Friday, October 20, the security forces attacked Zahedan’s Friday worshipers, arrested dozens of people, harassed the students and teachers of Darululoom Zahedan, and searched their homes. Shaikh Kohi strongly condemned this action of security forces in a statement that probably led to his arrest.

مشہد کی خصوصی عدالت برائے علما نے مولانا کوہی کی گرفتاری کی خبر کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے ان پر اتحاد گریزی کا الزام عائد کیا ہے۔ مولانا کوہی کے ساتھیوں کو چند گھنٹے کے بعد چھوڑدیا گیاہے جبکہ انہیں مشہد منتقل کیاگیاہے۔
مولانا فضل الرحمن ضلع سرباز کے پشامگ کے خطیب اور مدرسہ انوارالحرمین کے مہتمم ہیں۔ موصوف حکومت کی بعض پالیسیوں پر سخت تنقید کی وجہ سے پہچانے جاتے ہیں۔
تین سال قبل مشہد کی خصوصی عدالت نے مولانا فضل الرحمن کوہی کو چھ سال چار ماہ قید کی سزا سنائی تھی جس کی ایک تہائی کاٹنے کے بعد انہیں رہا کرنا چاہیے تھا، لیکن انہیں ایک سال بعد پچیس ستمبر دوہزار تئیس کو رہائی ملی۔ ایک مہینہ مکمل نہیں ہوا تھا کہ انہیں دوبارہ گرفتار کیا گیا۔
مولانا فضل الرحمن کوہی کو گزشتہ ہفتہ زاہدان کے دورے اور مولانا عبدالحمید سے ملاقات سے روک دیا گیا تھا چنانچہ انہیں زاہدان کی سکیورٹی چوکی پر روک کر واپس گھر بھیج دیا گیا تھا۔
یاد رہے جمعہ بیس اکتوبر کو زاہدان میں سنی نمازیوں پر سکیورٹی فورسز کا دھاوا اور بیسیوں افراد کو گرفتار کرنے اور جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان کے طلبہ و اساتذہ کو ہراسان کرنے اور ان کے گھروں کی تلاشی لینے پر پورے بلوچستان میں سخت ردعمل کا اظہار کیا جارہاہے۔ مولانا کوہی نے بھی بیان دیتے ہوئے اس واقعے کی سخت مذمت کی تھی۔

No one is left to mourn in Gaza, as Israel’s bombs deliver daily death
Welcome to Gaza, a place where every phone call bears the news of somebody being killed, every message conveys the destruction of a friend’s home, and each air strike sends tremors of fear through your heart.
In this land, “home” is no longer a sanctuary for living and relaxation; it’s a precarious existence, subject to sudden devastation without warning.

🔹Narrow religious and fanatic views shut the prayer house down
“All governments, especially Islamic governments, have a duty to provide places for establishing prayers. In our country, there have been efforts and budgets have been allocated for offering prayers, and there are official responsibilities and plans in this regard. As Sunni brothers and as Muslims, we have a right to worship Allah freely without any restrictions,” said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
“What has happened in this prayer house was only to ban worshippers from prayers, and it is a sign of religious prejudices. Sunnis of Tehran avoided from the political matters of other places, but they only practiced their religion and maintained unity and fraternity,” he said.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid strongly criticized president Raisi’s administration, and said: “We strongly criticize the president Raisi and his administration. Mr. Raisi! You are a cleric, and you were trained in seminaries. You and I had long-standing greetings. How do you close the prayer house of Sunnis in Tehran? Which wisdom allows you to do this?”
He added: “We allow neither ourselves nor our people to violate the rights of Shia brothers. All the affairs of the country are in your hands, but you cannot tolerate a prayer house in Tehran. We hope that elders and high-ranking officials will solve the issue.”
The Friday Khateeb of Zahedan warned that if the authorities want to solve issues like Zahedan’s Bloody Friday, they must not create more problems like the problem of Tehran’s prayer house of the Sunni community.
At the end of his speech, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid referred to the ban of some Sunni scholars from traveling to Zahedan. He urged that all such restrictions must be eliminated soon.

🕌 Stop the War in Gaza Immediately
Expressing his regret over escalation of human casualties in Gaza due to Israel’s bombardments, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader emphasized the need for immediate ceasefire by mediation and intervention of the governments of the region and all powers.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid was talking to tens of thousands of people in Zahedan’s biggest Friday prayers ceremony on Oct. 20, 2023.
🔹The situation in Gaza is turning into a "humanitarian disaster"
The Iranian top Sunni scholar denounced killing of innocent people and demolishing Gaza in Palestine, saying: “All over the globe, people witness that thousands of innocents, including women and children are being killed in Gaza; this is an unimaginable human disaster. It is true that initially some Jews were killed, but this incident has been reaching to a dangerous stage. One side has a big power, and the whole world supports it and provides all required facilities. On the other side, they do not have much power and facilities, and all their infrastructures have been destroying. Most of the dead in Gaza are civilians.”
“The bitter events in Gaza make the eyes dark and the hearts sad. Bombs have been falling like rain on the people of Gaza. People are displaced and no government accepts them as refugees. Water, electricity, and food have been cut off to the people of Gaza. The siege of Gaza causes the destruction of the people of the city,” said the Friday Imam of Zahedan.
🔹The continuation of war in Gaza will be in the detriment of Israel
The president of Darululoom Zahedan continued his Friday speech, and said: “For a long time, Islamic and non-Islamic governments were indifferent about Palestine. Now, these shocking events warn everyone to be aware of their situation and take decisive measures to stop the war forever. International communities, Muslim and Arab countries must carry out their duty well. If the war continues, it will be to the detriment of Israel; because the people of the world will see these painful scenes.”
“No one can tolerate such tragic scenes. We believe that the people of Gaza are human, and they should not be massacred and displaced. We condemn this crime and ask the United Nations and human rights organizations, international communities and all the governments of the world to intervene to free the prisoners and stop this destructive war,” the eminent Iranian Sunni scholar of Zahedan added more.
He said: “The international community must find the right way and solution to make a fair decision. The world should protest against this cruel attack and persuade Israel to put an end to the war. The Western powers and governments that support Israel must stop the war. A ceasefire should be established, and the hostages and prisoners should be released.”
🔹 The deadly attack on a hospital in Gaza was a terrible crime
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid referred to the attack on al-Mamdani hospital in Gaza, and said: "The attack on Gaza hospital was a human crime which left so many casualties. We strongly condemn this heinous crime. We follow the moderate path and request the international community to conduct an unbiased investigation about the issue. Public opinion believes that the Palestinians do not have such destructive weapons that can create such a massacre. Therefore, international communities should not be indifferent in this regard.”
🔹بانی انقلاب کے حکم کے باوجود اہل سنت کو تہران میں مسجد کی تعمیر سے روک دیا گیا
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے بیان کے ایک حصے میں تہران میں اہل سنت کے مرکزی نمازخانہ (پونک) کے لیے پیش آنے والے مسائل پر رد عمل کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا: افسوس سے کہنا پڑتاہے کہ گزشتہ ہفتہ تہران میں اہل سنت کے ایک نمازخانے کے لیے ایک حیرت انگیز، دل دہلا دینے والے اور پریشان کن واقعہ پیش آیا ۔ کئی سالوں سے پونک کے نمازخانہ میں نماز قائم ہورہی تھی کہ سرکاری افسروں نے نمازخانہ لاک کرکے عمارت کا ایک حصہ مسمار کیا اور اس کے کاغذات بھی دیگر افراد کے نام منتقل کیے۔
انہوں نے تہران میں اہل سنت کے لیے مسجد تعمیر کروانے کی کوششوں کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے کہا: جب مولانا عبدالعزیز رحمہ اللہ تہران کے شہید رجائی اسپتال میں زیرِ علاج تھے، وہیں بانی انقلاب بھی علاج کے غرض سے موجود تھے۔ انہوں نے مولانا عبدالعزیز کی عیادت بھی کی اور دوسروں کو بھی ان کی عیادت کو جانے کے لیے کہا۔ مولانا عبدالعزیز نے سپریم لیڈر سے کہا کہ تہران سنی برادری کی کافی تعداد رہتی ہے اور ان کے پاس کوئی جائے عبادت نہیں؛ لہذا انہیں مسجد تعمیر کروانے کے لیے کوئی زمین الاٹ کیاجائے۔ وقت کے سپریم لیڈر نے بھی اسے منظور کیا اور سرکاری ٹی وی کی موجودہ جگہ ایک زمین بھی الاٹ کی گئی جس کی خبر سرکاری ریڈیو اور بعض اخبارات میں شائع بھی ہوئی۔ سنی رہ نماؤں نے متعلقہ اداروں سے رجوع کیا اور کام کسی حد تک آگے بڑھا، لیکن بعض چھپے ہاتھوں نے رکاوٹیں کھڑی کرکے یہ سلسلہ روک دیا۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: انتہاپسند اور متعصب افراد جو دوسروں کو برداشت نہیں کرسکتے ہیں، انہوں نے مسجد کی تعمیر روک دی۔ رکاوٹیں کھڑی کرنے والے معمولی لوگ نہ تھے، لیکن ہمیں معلوم نہیں یہ کہاں سے آئے کہ کوئی مسجد اہل سنت کو تہران میں نہ مل جائے۔
🔹تہران میں اہل سنت کی مسجد کا فائدہ انقلاب اور حکومت کو پہنچ جاتا
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے مزید کہا: اب تہران میں اہل سنت کی کوئی مسجد نہیں، حالانکہ یہ ان کا مسلمہ حق ہے۔ جب تم کہتے ہو شیعہ اور سنی بھائی بھائی ہیں اور ان کا دین، قرآن، پیامبر اور قبلہ ایک ہی ہے، پھر کیوں اپنے بھائیوں کو مسجد تعمیر کروانے کے اجازت نہیں دیتے ہو؟ اگر یہ باتیں محض نعرے نہیں ہیں اور ان میں کوئی حقیقت بھی ہے، پھر چاہیے تھا کہ تم خود اہل سنت کوئی مسجد بنانے میں مدد دیتے؛ اگر اہل سنت کے پاس اپنی مسجد ہو، اس کا فائدہ سب سے زیادہ انقلاب، حکومت اور حکام کے مقاصد کو پہنچ جاتا۔ سیاسی مہمان اور سالانہ وحدت کانفرنس کے لیے آنے والے مہمان جب تہران آتے ہیں اور اہل سنت کی مسجد کا پتہ پوچھتے ہیں، تو انہیں پتہ چلتاہے وہاں کوئی مسجد نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: اگر تہران میں کوئی مسجد اہل سنت کے لیے ہو، اس کا فائدہ عالم اسلام اور شیعہ حضرات کو پہنچے گا۔ حکام فراخدلی دکھائیں اور مسجد بنانے دیں؛ مسجد اللہ کا گھر ہے ۔ اس کا نقصان کسی کو نہیں پہنچتا۔
🔹پونک نمازخانے کی بندش سے اہل سنت اور حریت پسند اہل تشیع پریشان ہوئے
نامور عالم دین نے مزید کہا: جب تہران میں اہل سنت کو مسجد بنانے کی اجازت نہ ملی، انہوں نے مختلف محلوں میں چھوٹے چھوٹے نمازخانے اپنالیے۔ بعض مکانات کو کرایے پر لے کر نمازخانہ بنایا گیا۔ کچھ لوگوں نے اپنے مہمان خانوں کو نمازخانہ بنایا۔ اہل سنت کا سب سے بڑا نمازخانہ پونک کا نبی رحمت نمازخانہ تھا۔ ان نمازخانوں میں صرف عربی کا خطبہ پڑھاجاتاہے اور کوئی سیاسی گفتگو نہیں ہوتی تاکہ کوئی حساس نہ ہوجائے۔ انہوں نے ہمیشہ اتحاد بین المسلمین کا خیال رکھاہے اور انتخابات میں حصہ بھی لیاہے۔
انہوں نے کہا: اس کے باوجود حکام نے پونک نمازخانے کے وضوخانہ اور بعض حصے چند سال قبل مسمار کیا۔ اب گزشتہ ہفتہ جب سب غزہ کی صورتحال کی وجہ سے غمزدہ ہیں، حکام نے پورا نمازخانہ قبضہ میں لیا اور جس حصے میں نماز پڑھی جاتی ہے، وہاں دیوار لگادی۔ اس واقعے سے سب اہل سنت اور یہاں تک کہ آزادخیال شیعہ بھی پریشان ہوئے۔ اس نمازخانے کا حکومت اور شیعہ برادری کو کیا نقصان پہنچتا؟ وہ خاموشی سے اپنی نمازیں وہاں قائم کرتے، نماز جمعہ ادا کرتے جو اہل سنت کے یہاں فرض ہے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: یہ سب حکومتوں کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ نماز قائم کرنے کے لیے کوشش کریں۔ ہمارے ملک میں اقامہ صلوۃ کے نام پر بجٹ خرچ ہوتا ہے اور سرکاری طورپر کام ہوتاہے۔ اسلامی اور اخوت کا تقاضا تھا کہ تم ان لوگوں کی حمایت کرتے جو وہاں نماز پڑھتے ہیں۔ تعاون علی البر کا تقاضا بھی ہے کہ جو لوگ اچھا کام کرتے ہیں، ان کے ساتھ تعاون کیا جائے، انہیں منع کرنے کا کوئی جواز نہیں ہے۔ ایک اسلامی اور جمہوری نظام میں کیوں عوام اپنے بنیادی حق سے محروم ہوں اور انہیں کوئی جائے عبادت میسر نہ ہو؟یہ واقعہ صرف مسلکی تعصب اور نماز کی ممانعت ہے۔
🔹جبر و زبردستی سے اصلاحِ معاشرہ ممکن نہیں ہے
ممتاز عالم دین نے اپنے بیان کے ایک حصے میں ایران کے داخلی مسائل پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے کہا: اللہ تعالیٰ نے قرآن پاک میں دین کے بارے میں زبردستی کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی ہے؛ ہدایت دلائل کی روشنی میں گمراہی سے الگ ہوجاتی ہے۔ اسی لیے فرمانِ الہی آیاہے کہ تم کسی کو زور زبردستی سے دین قبول کرنے پر مجبور نہیں کرسکتے ہو۔
انہوں نے کہا: مسلمانوں کو یہ حق نہیں پہنچتا کہ اصل دین ماننے کے لیے کسی کو مجبور کریں اور زبردستی سے کام لیں۔ بہترین راہ یہ ہے کہ دعوت و ارشاد سے کام لیاجائے۔ تجربہ سے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ کوئی بھی معاشرہ جبر و زبردستی سے اصلاح نہیں ہوا ہے۔ زبردستی والے کاموں اور عبادتوں کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہے۔ اس حوالے سے انہیں قناعت دینا چاہیے۔ پردے کے بارے میں بھی مالی جرمانہ عائد کرنے سے کوئی بھی خاتون باپردہ نہیں ہوسکتی۔ اس کے بجائے عدل و انصاف قائم کریں، امتیازی پالیسیاں ختم کریں اور عوامی مسائل حل کرائیں۔ حکام خود موجودہ قوانین پر عمل کریں تاکہ عوام کے لیے بھی ان قوانین کو تسلیم کرنا آسان ہوجائے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے خطاب کے آخر میں افغانستان کے صوبہ ہرات میں پیش آنے والے تباہ کن زلزلے کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے متاثرین کی ہرممکن مدد کے لیے اپیل کی۔ دریں اثنا ہرات زلزلے کے متاثرین کے لیے اجتماعی چندہ ہوا جو جلد از جلد متاثرین کو پہنچایا جائے گا۔

🕌مسئلہ فلسطین کا حل ‘عادلانہ معاہدہ’ میں ہے
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے تیرہ اکتوبر دوہزار تئیس کے خطبہ جمعہ میں فلسطین میں پیش آنے والے تازہ ترین واقعات پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے ‘‘عادلانہ اور انصاف پر مبنی معاہدہ’’ اور ‘‘دارالحکومت بیت المقدس میں آزاد فلسطینی ریاست کے قیام’’ کو پچھتر سالہ اختلاف کا بہترین حل قرار دیا۔
🔹اسرائیل اور فلسطین کے اکثر پشتیبان اپنے ہی مفادات کے پیچھے ہیں
مولانا عبدالحمید نے زاہدان میں نماز جمعہ سے پہلے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا: ارضِ فلسطین میں انتہائی سخت اور بے رحم جھڑپیں جاری ہیں جس نے پوری دنیا کو ہلا کر رکھ دیا ہے۔ بہت ہی دل دہلادینے والے مناظر دیکھنے میں آتے ہیں جنہیں دیکھ کر ہر آدمی جس میں انسانیت کی ذرہ برابر بو ہو، یہ دیکھ کر چونک اٹھتاہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: پچھتر سال قبل سے ارضِ فلسطین میں اختلافات پیش آچکے ہیں اور اب تک یہ اختلافات باقی ہیں اور دونوں جانب سے ایک دوسرے کو تباہ کرنے کی کوششیں جاری ہیں۔ مصالحت کے لیے کوششیں بھی ہوئیں، لیکن سپر پاورز نے اسرائیل کی حمایت کی اور کچھ حکومتوں نے فلسطینیوں کی حمایت میں صفیں باندھیں، صلح کی کوششیں ناکام ہوئیں۔
ممتاز عالم دین نے کہا: جنہوں نے اسرائیل یا فلسطینیوں کی حمایت میں اقدامات اٹھائے، ان کی اکثریت کے لیے ان کے اپنے ہی مفادات اہم تھے۔ فلسطین ایک اہم اور سٹریٹجک علاقہ ہے؛ جو اسرائیل کی پشت پناہی کرتے ہیں، ان کا مقصد پورے مشرق وسطیٰ پر اپنا قبضہ جماکر اپنے مفادات یقینی بنانا ہوتاہے۔ دوسری جانب بھی کچھ ممالک ہرچند وہ دنیا کی سپر پاورز کی نسبت سے کمزور ہیں، فلسطین سے حمایت کرکے وہ در اصل اپنے ہی مفادات یقینی بناتے ہیں۔ بہت کم ہیں ایسے ممالک جو اخلاص اور جذبہ خیرخواہی سے فلسطینی قوم کی حمایت کریں۔
انہوں نے کہا: اگر فلسطین کی پشت پناہی خدا کی خاطر اور انسان دوستی اور اس مسئلے کے حل کے جذبہ سے ہوتی، مسئلہ فلسطین اتنا طول نہ پکڑتا اور اس سے بہت پہلے حل ہوچکا ہوتا۔
🔹ہمارے لیے انسانیت ہی مسئلہ ہے؛ دونوں طرف جنگ کے بین الاقوامی قوانین کا خیال رکھیں
مولانا عبدالحمید نے مزید کہا:ہمارے لیے انسانیت ہی اہم ہے۔ یہ درست ہے کہ ہم مسلمان ہیں، لیکن ہمیں حق اور عدل و انصاف کی حمایت کرنی چاہیے۔ آنکھیں بند کرکے ہم کسی کی حمایت نہیں کرتے ہیں۔ انتہاپسندی اور خواتین و بچوں کو قتل کرنا کسی بھی جانب سے ہو، ناقابل قبول ہے۔ مسلمانوں کو چاہیے شریعت کے قوانین اور بین الاقوامی قراردادوں کا خیال رکھیں۔بچوں اور خواتین پر حملہ آور ہونا جنگی قوانین کی کھلی خلاف ورزی ہے۔ فلسطینی مسلمان اپنی دفاعی جنگ میں اسلامی قوانین کا خیال رکھیں۔ اسی طرح اسرائیل اور جو یہودی وہاں رہتے ہیں وہ بھی جنگی قوانین اور بین الاقوامی عرف کو نظرانداز نہ کریں۔
انہوں نے حالیہ جھڑپ میں کوتاہیوں کا تذکرہ کرتے ہوئے کہا: غزہ میں جو حالات پیش آئے ہیں ایک پورا شہر تباہ ہونے والا ہے۔کیا عالمی برادری کی ذمہ داری نہیں بنتی کہ اس تباہی کو روکے؟بیس لاکھ سے زائد افراد اس شہر میں رہتے ہیں؛ اگر یہ شہر تباہ ہوجائے لوگ کہاں جائیں؟ چار لاکھ افراد اب تک بے گھر ہوچکے ہیں جنہیں کوئی بھی ملک پناہ دینے کے لیے تیار نہیں ہے۔ غزہ سے شائع ہونے والے مناظر کسی بھی انسان کے لیے قابل برداشت نہیں ہیں۔
غزہ کو کھائی میں دھکیلا جا رہا ہے، اقوام متحدہ
اقوام متحدہ کے امدادی ادارے انروا کا کہنا ہے کہ غزہ کو کھائی میں دھکیلا جا رہا ہے۔
اسرائیل نے شمالی غزہ میں رہنے والے 11 لاکھ فلسطینیوں کو جنوب کی طرف انخلا کرنے کے لیے کہا ہے جس کے باعث ہزاروں افراد گاڑیوں یا پیدل شمالی غزہ کو خالی کرکے جنوب کی طرف منتقل ہورہے ہیں۔
بین الاقوامی میڈیا کے مطابق اقوام متحدہ کے تحت فلسطینی مہاجرین کی امدادی ایجنسی اُنروا نے کہا کہ غزہ کے شمال کو خالی کرنے کی اسرائیلی دھمکی کے بعد فلسطینیوں کا ایک سیلاب ہے جو شمالی غزہ سے جنوب کی طرف منتقل ہورہا ہے۔
UNRWA کی ڈائریکٹر آف کمیونیکیشن، جولیٹ ٹوما نے برطانوی میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ “یہ ہمارے اب تک کے تجربے و مشاہدے کا بدترین واقعہ ہے، انتہائی خطرناک اور مایوس کن صورتحال ہے، غزہ کو ایک کھائی میں دھکیل دیا جا رہا ہے، غزہ میں انسانی المیہ سامنے آ رہا ہے اور دنیا تماشا دیکھ رہی ہے۔”

“My words are not in response to anyone, nor has anyone asked me to say anything. I am stating some facts. Maybe, many Muslims are not satisfied with this, but I would like to tell what I consider just and fair. Jews and Palestinians are two nations that have been living together for at least seventy-five years. Although both nations have hit each other, but what Palestinians have suffered and endured has been more; because Israel has had more facilities and freedom,” the eminent Iranian Sunni leader said.
He added more: “How long will these two nations fight against each other? Both Muslims and Jews should think about their children and future generations, and live peacefully. Why the seventy-five-year-old dispute has not been resolved yet? Both sides must think of a solution; they have to reach a fair and just solution. Instead of thinking to destroy each other, they must sit together and talk to each other.”
“Instead of unilateral support to Israel, the world should help to solve the problem of the people of this land. The holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, sat with his fiercest enemies and inked up a peace treaty. This treaty led to victory, while the people of Makkah expelled the Prophet and his companions from Makkah and fought them. The Palestinian state should be established with the city of Bait-ul-Maqdis (Jerusalem) as the capital city; because this city is the first Qibla of Muslims and has a special sanctity for the Muslim world. The experts support this idea, and the experiences of 75 years long dispute prove the solution. We hope that a fair agreement will be made in the future.”
“We ask the international community to stop war and the destruction of cities, especially the destruction of Gaza. War cannot solve the problems. No one should think to harm others, but all must have a broad vision and think about their lives and future generations,” he called on the international community to stop the war.
Propaganda, deception, and fake news in the Israel-Hamas conflict

The Hamas Authority for Refugee Affairs has called Israel’s already notorious directive that all civilians should evacuate the northern part of the Gaza Strip “fake propaganda”.
Whoever wrote that is dead wrong, and was certainly not involved in the planning of last week’s armed incursion into Israel carried out by the Palestinian group’s armed wing, the Qassam Brigades. The last thing that matters in any propaganda operation is whether there is any truth in it.
Multiple surprise breaches of Israel’s security barriers between it and Gaza were carried out in a very determined and efficient fashion, as were the executions and captures of members of Israeli armed forces and civilians in the settlements swarmed by Hamas’s fighters.
But the main purpose of the attack was not military, except possibly to the limited degree of taking hostages who can be used as human shields in case of (expected) Israeli armed retaliation on the ground. The real purpose of the action was Hamas’s desire to demonstrate what it is capable of, militarily and in terms of willingness to use extreme violence.
The action was planned as a message saying “This is what we can and will do” – and as such it falls under that important, even crucial, part of the art of war we call psychological warfare.
The term may be new – it was first used barely 80 years ago, at the beginning of World War II – but the actions it describes are as old as warfare itself, as old as humanity.

Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan noted: “The lack of use of the nation's capacities in education is the root of problems. Unfortunately, officials do not use the capacities of the Iranian people from different backgrounds in posts; this has created problems. The elite, deserved and capable people should be appointed and engaged.”
“Many have complaints that only one thought has taken the reins of affairs in all branches of the government. This policy has failed. Only a policy can be effective that gives chances to the people of different tendencies, regardless of their faith, sect, or orientation,” he said.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid concluded his points: “We must think of humanity, as the holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, thought us to live as human beings. The holy prophet did not make difference among people. The holy prophet said that Salman Farsi is from us. Bilal Habashi was a slave, but the religion of Islam values human beings, puts Bilal to such a place that today he is the proud of all the blacks of the world.”
