🕌حکام کو "لوگوں کے مسائل حل کرنے" اور "قومی مفادات کے تحفظ" پر توجہ دینی چاہیے
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے (17 نومبر 2023ء) کو زاہدان میں نماز جمعہ کی تقریب کے دوران "قومی مفادات" کے تحفظ کی اہمیت اور انہیں عوام الناس اور قوم کے لیے استعمال کرنے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔ انہوں نے حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ لوگوں کے مسائل حل کرنے اور قومی مفادات کے تحفظ پر توجہ مرکوز کریں۔
🔹’’قومی مفادات‘‘ کا تحفظ حکومتوں کا فرض ہے
خطیب اہل سنت نے کہا: ملتوں اور حکومتوں کے لئے سب سے اہم چیز "قومی مفاد" ہے۔ قومی مفادات کسی بھی قوم کا سب سے بڑا حق ہے جس کا دنیا کی تمام حکومتوں نے تحفظ کیا ہے اور اس کی حفاظت کے لیے حلف اٹھاتی ہیں۔ قدرتی وسائل، ماحولیات، پانی اور سرمایہ اور وہ تمام چیزیں جو عام لوگ استعمال کرتے ہیں قومی مفاد میں شامل ہیں اور ان کا تحفظ حکومتوں کا فرض ہے۔ قومی مفادات بہت اہم اور نہایت ضروری ہیں اور اگر ان کی حفاظت کی جائے تو معاشرہ متاثر اور تباہ نہیں ہوگا۔ قومی مفادات میں کسی کو دست اندازی نہیں کرنی چاہیے۔
صدر دارالعلوم زاهدان نے فرمایا: ہمارے ملک کے خدشات اور تشویش میں سے ایک کا تعلق ’’قومی مفادات‘‘ سے ہے۔ "قومی کرنسی" بھی قومی مفادات میں شامل ہے، کیونکہ اس کا تعلق پوری قوم سے ہے اور اگر یہ کرنسی متاثر ہوجائے اور اس کی مالی قدر کھو دی جائے صرف ایک صوبہ یا ایک طبقہ متاثر نہیں ہوتا، بلکہ تمام ایرانی عوام کو نقصان پہنچے گا اور اگر کوئی شخص، گروہ، تنظیم یا ادارہ اپنے مفادات کو قومی کرنسی کی گرتے ہوئے قدر میں دیکھتا ہے تو اس سے قومی مفادات کو خطرہ لاحق ہوجاتا ہے۔
نامور عالم دین نے مزید کہا: قومی محصولوں کو خزانے میں جانا چاہیے اور پوری قوم کے مفاد میں استعمال کیا جائے۔ کیونکہ ان آمدنیوں پر تمام لوگوں کا حق ہے اور ان کو محفوظ کیا جانا چاہیے۔ بدقسمتی سے ہمارے ملک میں کچھ بااثر افراد اگرچہ ایک شخص ہیں لیکن ان کے پاس ایک اہم تنظیم جیسا طاقت ہے۔ کچھ ادارے اور تنظیمیں بھی کوشش کر رہے ہیں قومی مفادات کو اپنے مفاد کے لیے استعمال کریں یا کچھ خاص لوگوں کی جیبوں میں جائیں اور نتیجہ یہ نکلتا ہے کہ خزانے میں کچھ بھی باقی نہیں رہتا۔
شيخالحدیث دارالعلوم زاهدان نے حاضرین جمعہ سے فرمایا: کرنسی کی قدر کی کمی سے قومی مفادات کو بھی دھچکا لگا ہے۔ ان دنوں ملک میں جن مسائل کا مشاہدہ کیا جا رہا ہے جن کے بارے میں مختلف لوگ اور حلقے شکایت کرتے ہیں اور لوگوں کا جینا مشکل ہو گیا ہے یہی وجہ ہے کہ کرنسی اپنی قدر کھو بیٹھا ہے اور آمدنی زندگی کے لیے کافی نہیں ہے اور کوئی بھی ان لوگوں اور ہم پیشہ انجمنوں کا جواب دینے کو تیار نہیں ہے۔
🔹صحافیوں اور میڈیا کی قانونی آزادی کو یقینی بنایا جائے
🔸صحافیوں کی گرفتاریوں کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہیں
اہل سنت ایران کی ممتاز عالم دین نے میڈیا کے کارکنوں پر شدید دباؤ پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا: پوری دنیا میں میڈیا معاشرے کی حقیقتوں کو پیش کرتے ہیں اور عوام کی خواہشات اور آراء کو حکام تک پہنچاتیں ہیں اور حکام کی آراء کو لوگوں کے سامنے پیش کرتے ہیں۔
میڈیا کی آزادی درحقیقت کسی بھی معاشرے اور قوم کی آزادی ہے۔ میڈیا اور صحافیوں کو حقائق آشکار کرنے کی آزادی ہونی چاہیے۔ میڈیا کارکنوں پر ہرگز دباؤ نہیں ہونا چاہیے، لیکن بدقسمتی سے ہمارے ملک میں صحافیوں اور میڈیا کے کارکنوں کو معمولی وجوہات کی بنا پر طلب یا گرفتار کر لیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ قطعاً اچھی کارکردگی نہیں ہے کہ میڈیا صرف حکومتی آراء کو پیش کرے بلکہ ان کو اصل حقائق پیش کرنے کی مکمل آزادی ہونی چاہیے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے سماجی کارکنوں کے خلاف سخت پابندیوں کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور صحافیوں کی گرفتاریوں پر سخت تنقید کی اور کہا: بدقسمتی سے ایرانی اہل سنت کے پاس کوئی میڈیا نہیں ہے۔ ہمارے ملک میں سیاسی جماعتوں کے پاس سیٹلائٹ اور ٹیلی ویژن نیٹ ورک نہیں ہے جبکہ دنیا میں ہر جگہ مذہبی جماعتیں اور مذاہب کو ایسی سہولیات ملتی ہیں۔ لیکن ایران کے اہل سنت کو یہ آزادی حاصل نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: ہماری ویب سائٹ (ایرانی اہل سنت کی آفیشل ویب سائٹ) شروع سے ہی بلاک کی گئی تھی۔ میرے دفتر سے تعلق رکھنے والی ویب سائٹ کو بھی لانچ ہوتے ہی بلاک کر دیا گیا، قطع نظر اس کے کہ ویب سائٹ پر کیا ہو رہا ہے۔ اب فوٹوگرافروں اور میڈیا کارکنوں کو گرفتار کرلیا گیا ہے۔ ہم ایسے رویے کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہیں۔ اظہار رائے کی آزادی پر مکمل پابندی نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے آخری کلمات میں حکام کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے صحافیوں کی آزادی کا مطالبہ کیا اور کہا: ایک ایرانی کی حیثیت سے ہم قلم اور بیان کی آزادی چاہتے ہیں۔ ہم حکام سے درخواست کرتے ہیں کہ صحافیوں اور میڈیا کی سرگرمیوں کے سلسلے میں گرفتار ہونے والوں کو رہا کیا جائے۔ اس قسم کا رویہ حکومت اور قوم دونوں کے مفاد میں ہے۔

شيخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے دس نومبر دوہزار تئیس کے خطبہ جمعہ میں غزہ پر اسرائیل کے حملے کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہوئے امریکہ اور اسرائیل کے دیگر حامیوں اور اتحادیوں پر فلسطینیوں کے قتل عام اور غزہ کی موجودہ تباہی میں ملوث ہونے کا الزام عائد کیا۔
🔹اسرائیل غزہ کی مکمل تباہی پر تلا ہوا ہے اور وہاں کے تمام باشندوں کو بے خانماں کرنا چاہتا ہے
🔸غزہ میں اسرائیل کی حالیہ جارحیت پر پوری دنیا کے باضمیر لوگوں کے دل زخمی ہیں
خطیب اہل سنت نے کہا: اس دنیا میں زندگی ایک امتحان ہے۔ قادرِ مطلق اللہ تعالٰی یہ دیکھنا چاہتا ہے کہ جب ہم پر ایسی آزمائشوں اور حالات آتے ہیں تو ہم کیسا برتاؤ اور عمل کرتے ہیں۔ بحیثیت مسلمان ہمارا مقصود ہمیشہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی خوشنودی ہو اور اس طرح عمل کریں کہ اس راه میں کامیاب ہوجائیں۔
صدر دارالعلوم زاہدان نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ دنیا میں جو کچھ ہوتا ہے وہ اللہ تعالٰی کی طرف سے آزمائش ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا: ایسے حالات پر اسلام کی تعلیم یہ ہے کہ اردگرد کے مظالم سے لاتعلق نہ رہیں، اسے نظر انداز نہ کریں، یہ ہمارا انسانی فرض ہے کہ جب ہم لوگوں کو مصیبت میں دیکھیں، ان کی مدد کریں۔ ہمیں دنیا کے مسائل سے لاتعلق نہیں رہنا چاہیے۔
ممتاز عالم دین نے ہزاروں فرزندانِ توحید سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ غزہ کے مظلوم مسلمانوں پر اسرائیل کے خونخوار جارحیت پر مبنی ظلم و ستم نے پوری دنیا کے لوگوں کو غمزدہ اور متاثر کردیا ہے۔ یہ ایسے ہولناک جرائم ہیں کہ تمام دنیا کے جذبات کو جھنجوڑ دیا ہے اور انسانی ضمیروں کو زخمی کر دیا ہے، یہاں تک کہ اعتدال پسند یہودی بھی احتجاج اور مظاہرے کرتے ہیں، اور کہتے ہیں کہ اس مسئلے کا واحد حل مذاکرات ہے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے مغربی اور یورپی ممالک پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایسے موقع پر جب کہ دنیا بھر کے ممالک اور حکومتیں اسرائیل کے خلاف احتجاج کرتے ہیں، مغربی قوتوں کا انتہا پسند اسرائیلی حکومت کے متشدد وزیراعظم کی بیجا حمایت کرنا دراصل ایسے ہولناک جنگی جرائم کی راہ ہموار کرنے کے مترادف ہے۔
ایرانی صوبہ بلوچستان کے وفاق المدارس کے سربراہ نے نماز جمعہ کے خطبے میں سامعین پر واضح کیا: اس وقت غزہ میں جو خون کا دریا بہایا جارہا ہے اس کی تاریخ میں مثال نہیں ملتی، اس جنگ میں اگر چہ یہودی اور اسرائیلی بھی قتل ہوئے ہیں لیکن اسرائیل نے اس کے بدلے میں غزہ کے لوگوں کو کئی گنا زیادہ نقصان پہنچایا اور بیس لاکھ سے زائد آبادی پر مشتمل علاقے کو مکمل تباہ کرنے پر تلے ہوئے ہیں جان بوجھ کر غزہ میں بنیادی ڈھانچہ اور سڑکوں کو تباہ کیا جارہاہے اور عام شہریوں کو مارا جارہا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا: اس وقت غزہ کے مظلوموں پر جیسا ظلم کیا جارہا ہے تاریخ میں اس کی مثال نہیں ملتی۔ اتنے سنگین جرائم اور ناانصافی کو کوئی بھی عقلمند اور منصف قبول نہیں کرسکتا۔
شیخ الاسلام نے حالات کی سنگینی سے آگاہ کرتے ہوئے فرمایا: کسی مسلح گروپ اور ملیشیا کے خلاف لڑائی کرنا الگ بات ہے لیکن یہاں تو فلسطینی خواتین اور معصوم بچوں سمیت بے گناہ اور لاچار زخمی لوگ مارے جارہے ہیں، ہسپتال تباہ ہو رہے ہیں۔ مساجد، چرچ اور مذہبی مقامات محفوظ نہیں ہیں، ان کو تباہ کیا جارہا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا: کوئی مذہب یا قانون خواتین اور بچوں کے قتل عام اور ہسپتالوں اور مذہبی مقامات کو تباہ و برباد کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دیتا۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ ہسپتالوں، عبادت گاہوں، مذہی مقامات، عورتوں اور معصوم بچوں پر حملہ نہ کیا جائے۔
خطیب جمعہ زاہدان نے مزید کہا کہ حق تعالیٰ نے ہمیں قرآن کریم کی روشنی میں ایسے حالات کے بارے میں خبردار کیا ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے مقدس مقامات کے دفاع کے لیے جہاد کو جائز قرار دیا ہے ۔
صدر دارالعلوم زاهدان نے فرمایا: غزہ پر اسرائیل کے حملوں میں اب تک 10 ہزار سے زائد افراد شہید ہو چکے ہیں۔ جن میں تقریباً 5 ہزار بچے اور تقریباً 3 ہزار خواتین ہیں۔ غزہ کے لوگوں کی اکثریت عام شہریوں کی ہے جن کو بلا تمیز نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے۔
خطیب جمعہ نے امریکہ اور اسرائیل کے تمام حمایتوں پر واضح کیا کہ وہ بےگناہوں کے قتل عام اور غزہ کی تباہی میں اسرائیل کے ساتھ برابر کے شریک ہیں۔ حالانکہ کوئی بھی مذہب اور انسانی حقوق کی تنظیم جنگ میں عورتوں اور بچوں کو قتل کرنے یا عبادت گاہوں اور ہسپتالوں کو تباہ کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دیتی۔
The president of Darululoom Zahedan added: “We strongly condemn Israel's crime and call on all Muslim countries to join together against Israeli crimes. The genocide and destruction in Gaza must end. Unfortunately, the UN has not taken any positive action to stop this war. We do not know why the UN does not stop the extreme Israeli government from committing crimes!”
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid questioned: “Why do not the UN and Western governments challenge Israel? Are not the defenseless people of Gaza who are massacred human beings?”
“What we can do for the people of Gaza and for other oppressed people in the world is to pray for them. Oppression, whether it is against Muslims or non-Muslims, is condemned and we must pray for the oppressed people regardless of their faith and creed, “Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further.
🔹Lies and accusations will not solve problems
🔸 Instead of slandering and lying against critics, listen to them
Referring to the slanders which have been released by some dependent news agencies and affecting organizations affiliated to government organs against personnel of Grand Makki mosque, the Iranian top Sunni leader said: “Recently, some dependent news agencies and affecting organizations affiliated to government organs have resorted to lies and slander. We wonder how they dare to slander the critics, and justice and freedom-seekers, openly! Has Islam allowed Muslims to lie and accuse others? Which religion allows lying against opponents and slandering them? Those who commit such things should doubt about their faith. We do not allow ourselves to slander others. We do not accept lies against anyone. We believe only in honesty and trustworthiness. We must not move beyond the truth.”
“Apparently, some want to kick out the critics from the scene, while this is not the solution; critics and opponents should be heard. We do not say that we do not have weaknesses; if someone criticizes us honestly, we welcome him\her. We want to improve our shortcomings. Everyone should reform him\herself by hearing the opponents. Do not slander and do not resort to lies. It is forbidden to resort to slander and lie. Such accusations lead to a dead end, “said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.

The eminent Iranian Sunni scholar criticized the intense pressures on media activists and said: “All over the world, the media reflects the facts and demands of the people to the officials and transfers the opinion of the officials to the people. Media freedom is the most basic freedom of any society and nation. Media and journalists should have freedom. Media activists should not be under pressure.”
“Unfortunately, in our country, journalists and media activists are summoned or arrested for minor cases. This is not a good performance. The media should not only reflect the opinions of officials, but it must have complete freedom to reflect the facts, “he added more.

Security Forces Arrest Key element of Sunni Online
In continuation of pressures on the staff of Darul-Uloom Zahedan’s media team, the security forces arrested Mawlavi Abdol-Hakim Shahbakhsh, a teacher of Darul-Uloom Zahedan, and an important member of Sunni Online, the official website of Sunni Community in Iran.
He was arrested in Zahedan on the way school on Wednesday morning, November 8, 2023.
Mawlavi Abdol-Hakim Shahbakhsh is also one of the editors of the Neday Islam Magazine.
He was active in Urdu and English section of the same website.
There is still no more information about the arrest of this social activist.
In the morning of the same day, the security forces arrested Mawlavi Saeed Fazlullahi another media activist in Dalgan County, a city nearby Iranshahr south of Sistan-Balochistan province.
The continued arrest of the media team of Darul-Uloom Zahedan is aimed to put more pressures on social activists in Sistan and Baluchistan. It seems that the authorities want to limit the activities of independent social Medias in this province.

France’s Macron urges Israel to stop bombing and killing civilians in Gaza
Israel must stop bombing Gaza and killing civilians, French President Emmanuel Macron has told British media.
There was “no legitimacy” for the bombing, Macron told the BBC in an interview published late on Friday, adding that a ceasefire would benefit Israel.
“These babies, these ladies, these old people are bombed and killed,” the French leader said. “So there is no reason for that,” he added. “So we do urge Israel to stop,” he added
He said France “clearly condemns” the “terrorist” actions of Hamas, but that while recognising Israel’s right to protect itself, “we do urge them to stop this bombing” in Gaza.
“I hope they will,” the French president said when asked if he wanted other leaders – including in the United States and Britain – to join his calls for a ceasefire.

Israel launches new round of air strikes on besieged Gaza Strip
Smoke rose from the Gaza Strip on Tuesday morning as Israel launched another round of relentless bombing on the besieged enclave.
Flares were also seen lighting up the smoky morning sky after sunrise.
The Israeli army severed northern Gaza from the rest of the besieged territory and pounded it with airstrikes Monday, saying it was preparing for expected ground battles with Hamas militants in Gaza’s largest city and an even bloodier phase of the month-old war.
Sirens sounded in Israel in areas around the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, warning Israeli residents of possible retaliatory rocket launches by Hamas.
The developments come as an Israeli strike hit the roof of Gaza City’s Shifa Hospital, killing a number of displaced people sheltering on its top floor and destroying solar panels, said the general manager of all hospitals in Gaza.

🔹The best solution is to form an independent state of Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital
The eminent Iranian Sunni scholar went on to continue his Friday speech by saying: “Two weeks ago, I said that the conflict in the Palestinian land has been going on for seventy-five years. Dozens and hundreds of resolutions have been passed and adopted in the United Nations, but Israel did not obey the resolutions because it had the power. One of the resolutions of the United Nations was that the formation of two independent governments could end the dispute. Recently, the UN adopted a Jordanian resolution that emphasizes the necessity of forming two independent states and the formation of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital. This plan was approved by the majority. We are happy that our country, Iran, has also voted in favor of the same resolution.”
“I said before that the best solution is the formation of an independent Palestinian state, but some people attacked me and used harsh words against me, while the same issue was approved in the recent UN resolution. We hope that Allah Almighty will solve the problems of the Palestinian people forever. I would like to ask all the governments of the world and all those who think about human rights to stop Israel and convince the Israeli authorities to stop oppression and crimes,” Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan said.
🔹Governments should have broad vision and see all the people
The most outstanding Iranian Baloch scholar referred to the domestic problems of Iran, and mentioned Allah and the nation as two main pivots, saying: “I have said in the past that Allah and the nation are two important pivots. Governments of the world must rely on them. Allah addresses the Prophet, peace be upon him, and says: Allah and the believers who follow you are sufficient for you. It is important that governments see both God and the nation. Considering people and listening to them, and paying attention to their wishes and fulfilling their needs, is the best policy.”
“Governments can see the nation when they show patience and are not narrow minded. A narrow view makes people angry and creates problems. The holy Prophet's way of governing was to tolerate the people. In the last moments of his life, the Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, advised Mohajerin\ the Emigrants to tolerate Ansar/the Helpers. The holy Prophet also advised Muslims to treat non-Muslims who live in Islamic territory well,” said the Friday Khateeb of Zahedan.
🔹"Narrow-mindedness" is the reason for the problems in the country
The president of Darululoom Zahedan further said: “Narrow-mindedness is the reason for the problems we are facing in the country for so many years. Those who have a high opinion bring everyone close to them and take care of everyone's problems. Narrow minded people admit only like-minded people of their circle. Those who are out of their circles and disagree with your opinion are the people of Iran, and they should be admitted and tolerated. If you see only one group or party, it will cause you to miss the others.”
“The problems in the country have increased, and the economy and people's livelihood have reached a critical stage. The officials have not been able to solve the problems. Apparently, there is no clear horizon to solve the problems. Unfortunately, fundamental steps have not been taken to solve the problems. Solving problems with a broad view and making changes is possible. Negotiate with everyone and engage capable managers to the key posts on merit.”
Israeli strike on Gaza refugee camp kills 40 as US and Israel reject ceasefire calls
A spokesman for the health ministry in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip said on Sunday that Israeli military had struck a refugee camp overnight, killing at least 40 people, as calls by the Arab world for a ceasefire were rejected by the United States and Israel.
In a separate attack, 21 Palestinians from one family, including women and children, were killed in Israeli strikes targeting Gaza overnight, the health ministry said.
Reuters could not independently verify these accounts.
With the death toll in Gaza mounting, pro-Palestinian demonstrators staged protests in cities around the world on Saturday, calling for an end to the nearly month-old war.
Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken made an unannounced visit to the occupied West Bank on Sunday and met with the Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas as part of a regional tour aimed at tackling the crisis.
Palestinian officials said Blinken flew in to Tel Aviv and travelled over land. Abbas has had little sway in Gaza, however, since the Hamas takeover of the enclave in 2007.

🔹حکومتیں فراخدلی کا مظاہرہ کرکے پوری قوم کو دیکھ لیں
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے اپنے بیان کے ایک حصے میں ‘‘اللہ’’ اور ‘‘قوم’’ کو دو اہم محور یاد کرتے ہوئے کہا: جیسا کہ بندہ پہلے بھی عرض کرچکاہے دنیا کی حکومتوں کو چاہیے اپنے سب امور میں اللہ اور قوم کے دو محوروں پر بھروسہ کرکے آگے جائیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے فرمایاہے کہ اللہ اور تابعدار مومنین ہی تمہارے لیے کافی ہیں۔ ہم بھی اور حکام بھی اللہ کو مدنظر رکھیں اور قوم کو بھی نظرانداز نہ کریں۔ قوم کو دیکھنا اور اس کے مطالبات پر توجہ دینا اور جمہور کی رضامندی کو اہمیت دینا بہترین پالیسی ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: حکومتیں جب تک برداشت نہ دکھائیں اور فراخدلی کا مظاہرہ نہ کریں، وہ پوری قوم کو نہیں دیکھ سکتی ہیں۔ تنگ نظری سے عوام ناراض ہوجاتے ہیں اور مسائل پیش آتے ہیں۔ نبی کریم ﷺ اور صدر اسلام کے حکمرانوں کا شیوہ عوام کے ساتھ عفو کا معاملہ تھا۔ آپ ﷺ نے اپنی زندگی کے آخری لمحات میں مہاجرین کو نصیحت کی کہ مہاجرین سے کوئی غلطی یا کوتاہی ہوئی تو برداشت کرکے معاف کریں۔اسی طرح اہل ذمہ اور غیرمسلموں کے حقوق کا خیال رکھیں جو مسلمانوں کی حکومت میں رہتے ہیں۔
🔹آزادی اور انصاف ایرانی قوم کے اصل مطالبات ہیں
مولانا عبدالحمید نے ایران کے مختلف بحرانوں کو تنگ نظری کا نتیجہ یاد کرتے ہوئے کہا: افسوس سے کہنا پڑتاہے ملک کے مسائل کی جڑ تنگ نظری میں ہے۔ جب نگاہیں بلند ہوں، تو وہ سب کو خود سے قریب کرتاہے، ان سے کام لیتاہے اور ان کے مسائل حل کرنے کی کوشش کرتاہے۔ لیکن جب نگاہیں محدود ہوں، تو ایسے افراد صرف اپنی ہی برادری کے افراد کو دیکھتے ہیں جو ہم خیال ہیں، حالانکہ وہ افراد جو کچھ اور سوچتے ہیں، وہ بھی ایرانی قوم ہی کے حصے ہیں اور انہیں برداشت کرکے انہیں بھی دیکھنا چاہیے۔ صرف ہم خیال لوگوں کو ساتھ رکھنے اور ان کی باتیں ماننے سے دیگر لوگ ہاتھ سے چلے جاتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: ملک میں مسائل بڑھتے ہی جارہے ہیں اور عوام سخت معاشی بحران سے دوچار ہیں۔ حکام بھی ان مسائل کے حل سے عاجز نظر آرہے ہیں اور کوئی روشن افق نظر نہیں آتا۔کوئی بنیادی قدم نہیں اٹھایاگیاہے اور مسائل جوں کے توں باقی ہیں۔ ان مسائل کا حل بلند نگاہوں اور تغیر لانے سے ممکن ہے۔سب کے ساتھ بات چیت کریں اور قابل افراد ہی کو عہدوں پر بٹھائیں جو کہ مسائل حل کرانے کی قدرت رکھتے ہیں۔
ممتاز عالم دین نے کہا: آزادی، حریت اور انصاف بہت اہم ہیں جو ایرانی قوم کے اصل مطالبات ہیں۔ عدل و انصاف قائم کرکے موجودہ امتیازی رویوں کا خاتمہ کرنا چاہیے۔ اظہارِ رائے کی آزادی سب کا حق ہے۔ تنقید برداشت کریں تاکہ صحافی اور لکھاری حقایق کو پیش کرسکیں۔ سیاسی قیدی اور جیلوں میں بند صحافیوں کی رہائی ایک عوامی مطالبہ ہے۔ملک میں اس وقت یکجہتی اور اتحاد کی فضا قائم ہوجاتی ہے جب سب عوام کو دیکھاجائے اور ان کے مطالبات پر توجہ دی جائے۔
🔹پونک نمازخانہ کھلوانا سب کا مطالبہ ہے
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے خطبہ جمعہ میں تہران کے علاقہ پونک میں اہل سنت برادری کے نمازخانے کی تعطیلی اور سرکاری قبضہ سے تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا: ان حالات میں جب لوگ غزہ کی صورتحال کی وجہ سے پریشان ہیں تم نے چارسو پانچ سو کے ایک نمازخانے کو برداشت نہ کرسکے اور اسے بند کرایا۔ سنی برادری سمیت سب حریت پسند ایرانی اس واقعے سے سخت شکایت کرتے ہیں۔ کاش تم اجازت دیتے ان دنوں میں ہم غزہ کے مظلوموں کی بات کریں اور مظلوم نمازیوں کی پکار سے بات کرنے پر مجبور نہ ہوجائیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: موجودہ حالات میں جب سیاستدانوں کے غلط رویوں اور پالیسیوں کی وجہ سے ملک میں دین بے زاری بڑھ چکی ہے اور ایک اسلامی ملک میں عوام کو نماز کی ترغیب دینا ضروری ہے، جو لوگ نمازخانہ اور جائے عبادت کو بند کراتے ہیں وہ اللہ کو کیا جواب دیں گے؟ اس نمازخانے کو دوبارہ فعال کرانا چاہیے۔
ممتاز سنی عالم دین نے اپنے خطاب کے آخر میں زاہدان کے آس پاس بستیوں میں عوام کے گھروں کو مسمار کرنے پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا بے گھر عوام کو زمین الاٹ کی جائے تاکہ وہ اپنے لیے گھر بناسکیں۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے خاش کے شہدا کی یاد تازہ کرتے ہوئے زاہدان اور خاش کے خونین جمعوں کے قاتلوں اور ذمہ داروں کے ٹرائل کو عوامی مطالبہ یاد کیا۔

اسرائیلی حملوں میں 9 ہزار فلسطینی شہید؛ تل ابیب سے ترک سفارتکارواپس بلالیا گیا
غزہ پر اسرائیلی فضائی اور زمینی حملوں میں مزید شدت آگئی ہے اور اب تک 9 زار 400 سے زائد فلسطینی شہید ہوچکے ہیں جس کے بعد دیگر ممالک کی طرح ترکی نے بھی احتجاجاً تل ابیب سے سفارتکار واپس بلالیا ہے۔
غیرملکی خبررساں ادارے ’رائٹرز‘ کے مطابق ترک صدر طیب اردوان نے اپنے مختصر بیان میں کہا کہ اب اسرائیلی وزیراعظم نیتن یاہو سے کوئی بات نہیں ہوسکتی۔
اردوان نے نے کہا کہ ترکی اسرائیل کے ساتھ سفارتی تعلقات نہیں توڑ رہا ہے، بین الاقوامی سفارت کاری کے تناظر میں تعلقات کو مکمل طور پر منقطع کرنا ممکن نہیں ہے۔
ترک صدر نے مزید کہا کہ اسرائیل کی انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں اور جنگی جرائم کو بین الاقوامی فوجداری عدالت تک پہنچانے کے لیے ہر ممکن کوشش کریں گے۔

اسرائیل نے غزہ کو فلسطینی بچوں کا قبرستان بنادیا، یونیسیف کی مذمت
غزہ پر اسرائیلی حملوں میں بچوں کی شہادتوں میں اضافہ ہوگیا۔ عالمی ادارہ اطفال نے غزہ کو بچوں کا قبرستان قرار دے دیا۔
غیرملکی میڈیا کے مطابق غزہ کی پٹی پر اسرائیل کے وحشیانہ فضائی، زمینی اور سمندری حملوں میں شہید فلسطینیوں کی تعداد 9 ہزار 227 ہوگئی۔ شہدا میں 3 ہزار 826 بچے بھی شامل ہیں۔ اسرائیلی فوج کی پرتشدد کارروائیوں میں 24 ہزار فلسطینی شہید ہوئے۔عالمی ادارہ اطفال یونیسیف نے کہا ہے کہ غزہ کی پٹی فلسطینی بچوں کا قبرستان بن چکی ہے۔
فلسطینی میڈیا کے مطابق اسرائیلی کشتیوں نے وسطی غزہ کی پٹی میں المغازی کیمپ اور النصر محلے پر بمباری کی۔ دوسری جانب القسام بریگیڈز نے کہا کہ انہوں نے بیت لاہیا کے شمال مغرب میں 4 اسرائیلی فوجیوں کو ہلاک کیا ہے۔ غزہ میں اسپتال کے باہر ایمبولینس پر اسرائیل کے انسانیت سوز حملے میں 20 فلسیطنی شہید ہوئے تھے۔
🔹اسرائیل نے غزہ میں ایمبولینس کے قافلے پر فضائی حملے کو ’’جائز‘‘ قرار دے دیا
اسرائیل نے جمعے کی سہ پہر غزہ کے الشفا ہسپتال کے باہر ایمبولینس کے ایک قافلے پر فضائی حملے کو ’’جائز‘‘ قرار دیا ہے جس میں بچوں، خواتین سمیت 70 سے زائد افراد شہید ہوگئے تھے۔
اسرائیلی ڈیفنس فورسز (آئی ڈی ایف) نے فضائی حملے کے حق میں دعویٰ کیا کہ یہ گاڑیاں حماس کے زیر استعمال تھی اور یہ ایک جائز ہدف تھا۔ آئی ڈی ایف نے ایک بیان میں کہا گیا کہ “طیارے نے ایمبولینس کو نشانہ بنایا جس کی شناخت فورسز نے کی کہ وہ جنگ کے علاقے میں ان کی پوزیشن کے قریب حماس کا دہشت گرد سیل کے زیر استعمال تھی۔
دوسری جانب حماس سے وابستہ الاقصیٰ ٹی وی نے وزارت صحت کے حوالے سے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ اسرائیلی فضائی حملے میں درجنوں افراد شہید یا زخمی ہوئے ہیں۔

Arab leaders must walk the talk on Palestine
The response of Arab governments to Israel’s war on Gaza, like their response to its previous four wars on the besieged Palestinian enclave, has been feeble and flimsy, to say the least. But unlike Israel’s past assaults, this unravelling genocide – if not stopped – will have dangerous repercussions for the entire Arab world.
Caught by surprise, Arab leaders sprung into action only after the Arab public made it clear it would not tolerate Israeli atrocities against Gaza’s 2.3 million Palestinians. Although Palestine has been and remains the foremost Arab issue, speaking up is all they have done, mostly in babble and cliches.
In their Arab League meeting in Cairo on October 11, Arab foreign ministers condemned the killing and targeting of civilians “on both sides”, equating the occupied and the occupiers, a Palestinian resistance group and the Israeli occupation army. They spoke vaguely about the need for peace, as Israel set off to re-enact the 1948 Nakba (catastrophe) with another round of violent ethnic cleansing.
The bombing of al-Ahli hospital on October 17, in which some 470 Palestinians were massacred, enraged the Arab and international public, forcing the Arab regimes to react with a bit more resolve.
A few days later, Arab foreign ministers succeeded in lobbying UN member states to pass a United Nations Generally Assembly resolution condemning both the October 7 attacks and Israel’s atrocities and calling for an “immediate, durable and sustained humanitarian truce leading to a cessation of hostilities”.
The overwhelming support for the resolution, albeit watered-down and non-binding, has demonstrated Israeli isolation within the international community. But the Israeli authorities ignored it altogether, clearly moved by the principle of “the world says what it wants, Israel does what it must”.

🕌غزہ پر اسرائیل کے وحشیانہ حملوں کا کوئی جواز نہیں
شیخ الاسلام مولانا عبدالحمید نے ستائیس اکتوبر دوہزار تئیس کے خطبہ جمعہ میں غزہ پر اسرائیلی بمباری اور مسلسل حملوں کو ‘چونکا دینے والا’ یاد کیا جس کا کوئی جواز نہیں۔ انہوں نے امریکا اور یورپ سمیت سب ملکوں سے مطالبہ کیا غزہ میں عوام کی نسل کشی اور قتل عام روکنے کے لیے کردار ادا کریں۔
ایرانی بلوچستان کے صدرمقام زاہدان کی جامع مسجد مکی میں خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا: آج کل ارض فلسطین اور غزہ میں انتہائی بری صورتحال قائم ہے جس کی مثال ماضی میں نہیں ملتی۔ اس طرح بے دردی سے کبھی انہیں بمباری کا نشانہ نہیں بنایا گیا تھا جس کے مناظر دیکھنا ناقابل برداشت ہے۔
خطیب اہل سنت نے کہا: آج دنیا کے سب سے زیادہ مہلک بم اہلیانِ غزہ پر گرائے جارہے ہیں اور وہاں خواتین، بچے اور نہتے افراد ہی ان حملوں کا شکار بن جاتے ہیں۔ عوام کے مکانات اور جائیداد تباہ ہورہے ہیں۔ کسی انسان ذرا سا رحم موجود ہو، وہ ان مناظر کو دیکھ کر چونک اٹھے گا۔ کسی اسرائیلی ذمہ دار نے کہا تھا کہ غزہ کے سب عوام مجرم اور قصوروار ہیں۔ کیا خواتین اور چھوٹے بچے بھی مجرم ہیں؟ کون مانے گا کہ یہ کمزور افراد مجرم ہوں جو سب سے زیادہ یہی لوگ بمباری کی زد میں آتے ہیں اور موت کا لقمہ بن جاتے ہیں۔شہدا کی تعداد سات ہزار سے تجاوز کرچکی ہے جن کی اکثریت بچوں، خواتین اور بوڑھوں پر مشتمل ہے۔
انہوں نے واضح کرتے ہوئے کہا: سب کو معلوم ہے غزہ پر بمباری اور وحشیانہ حملوں کا کوئی جواز نہیں۔ اسرائیلی فوج اور سیاستدان کوئی بھی جواز ان حملوں کے لیے پیش نہیں کرسکتے ہیں۔ یہ قتل عام اور ایک نسل کشی ہے۔ان حملوں کا نقصان اسرائیل ہی کو پہنچے گا، لوگوں کا ضمیر زندہ ہے اور جب وہ تباہی کے مناظر دیکھیں گے، فیصلہ ضرور کریں گے۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: اہل یورپ اور امریکا کو چاہیے اسرائیل کو روکیں؛ وہ خود ذمہ دار ٹھہرائے جارہے ہیں کہ انہوں نے اسرائیل کو کیوں آزاد چھوڑا ہے کہ جو جی چاہے کرلے اور اس طرح کے ہوشربا جرائم کا ارتکاب کرے۔اگر کسی کو نقصان ہوا ہے وہ اس طرح رد عمل دکھانے کے مجاز نہیں کہ اتنی بے رحمی سے بچوں اور بے گناہوں کو مار ڈالے اور جان و مال چھین لے؛ کسی کو بھی دنیا میں ایسا حق نہیں پہنچتا۔
اہل سنت ایران کی ممتاز دینی و سماجی شخصیت نے حماس کے قائدین کو مشورت دیتے ہوئے کہا: حماس کو میرا پیغام اور تجویز ہے کہ وہ اسرائیلی اسیروں میں خواتین، بچوں اور عمررسیدہ افراد کو کسی بھی شرط اور قید کے بغیر رہا کرے؛ اس کام کا بڑا اچھا اور مثبت اثر پڑے گا جس سے اللہ کی رضامندی بھی حاصل ہوجائے گی اور دنیا کے بہت سارے لوگ بھی خوش ہوجائیں گے۔
انہوں نے امید ظاہر کی عالمی برادری اور مسلم ممالک کے قائدین غزہ میں جاری خوفناک اور تباہ کن جنگ کے خاتمے کے لیے کوشش کریں جو اللہ کی ناراضی اور غصہ کا سبب بھی ہے اور اس میں نہتے اور معصوم شہری ہی مارے جارہے ہیں۔
🔹عوام اور سکیورٹی فورسز ‘حساس حالات’ کا خیال رکھ کر جذبات پر قابو پائیں
مولانا عبدالحمید نے اپنے خطاب کے ایک دوسرے حصے میں زاہدان میں پیش آنے والے واقعات اور متعدد نمازیوں کی گرفتاری پر رد عمل کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا: گزشتہ جمعے کو بندہ نے تاکید سے کہا کہ پرامن رہیں، لیکن ہمارے لیے ثابت ہوچکاہے کہ کچھ ایجنٹ عوام کی صفوں میں گھس کر انہیں اکساتے ہیں تاکہ مسائل کھڑے ہوجائیں۔ لہذا عوام ایجنٹس کا خیال رکھیں اور نماز کے بعد سکون سے اللہ کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے گھروں کو چلے جائیں۔ ہمیں حالات کو مدنظر رکھ کر ایسا عمل کرنا چاہیے تاکہ مزید مسائل پیدا نہ ہوجائیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: عوام اچھی طرح جان لیں کہ ان کے حقوق اور مسائل کا مطالبہ پیش کرتے رہیں گے۔ بندہ نے بارہا کہا ہے کہ ہمارے سب سے بڑے حقوق وہی ہیں جو پوری ایرانی قوم کے ہیں، چونکہ ہم بھی ایرانی قوم کا ہی حصہ ہیں۔ لسانی، مسلکی اور علاقائی مسائل دوسرے درجے پر ہیں۔
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے کہا: حکام اور سکیورٹی فورسز کو بھی میرا مشورہ ہے کہ حساس حالات کا خیال رکھیں اور فراخدلی کا مظاہرہ کرکے جذبات پر قابو پائیں۔ گزشتہ جمعے کو بہت سارے عام نمازی سڑکوں سے گرفتار ہوئے جنہیں جلد از جلد رہا کرنا چاہیے۔ دونوں جانب سے دوراندیشی اور فراخدلی کا مظاہرہ کرنا چاہیے تاکہ مسائل مزید گھمبیر نہ ہوجائیں۔

سوشل میڈیا پر الشفا اسپتال کے ڈائرکٹر جنرل کے بیان کے مطابق اسرائیلی فوجیوں نے اسپتال کی راہداریوں میں موجود لوگوں پر فائرنگ کی جبکہ انہیں محفوظ راستہ دینے کا اعلان کیا گیا تھا۔
غیرملکی میڈیا کا کہنا ہے کہ قابض اسرائیلی فوجی غزہ کے الشفا اسپتال میں ٹینکوں سمیت داخل ہوگئے۔ عینی شاہدین کے مطابق 6 اسرائیلی ٹینک اور ایک سو سے زائد اسرائیلی فوجیوں نے اسپتال میں گھس کر لوگوں پر بدترین تشدد کیا اور دھمکیاں دیں۔
حماس کی وزارت صحت نے کہا ہے کہ اس وقت اسپتال میں تقریبا 2300 افراد موجود ہیں جن میں 650 مریض، 2 سو سے 5 سو تک عملے کے افراد اور تقریباً 1500 تک عام شہری موجود ہیں۔

نامور عالم دین نے مزید کہا: امریکہ اسرائیل کی بھرپور حمایت کرتا ہے اور اس معاملے میں علاقائی ممالک کی سفارتی مداخلت کو روکتا ہے، لہٰذا امریکہ اور وہ تمام لوگ جو اسرائیل کی حمایت کرتے ہیں اس قتل و غارت میں شریک ہیں۔ حالانکہ انہیں ایسی تباہی کو روکنا چاہیے تھا، حکومتوں اور اقوام کی درخواستوں اور غزہ میں جنگ روکنے کے لیے دنیا بھر میں ہونے والے مظاہروں کے باوجود اسرائیل جنگ بندی کو تسلیم کرنے پر آمادہ نہیں اور غزہ کو تباہ اور اس کے باشندوں کو بے گھر کرنا چاہتا ہے۔
دارالعلوم زاہدان کے سربراہ نے مسلم ممالک کے حکام کو آواز دی کہ: ہم اسرائیل کے جرائم کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہیں اور تمام مسلم ممالک سے کہتے ہیں کہ وہ اس جرائم کے خلاف متحد ہوجائیں۔ غزہ کی نسل کشی اور تباہی ختم ہونی چاہیے۔ افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ اقوام متحدہ نے اس جنگ کو روکنے کے لیے کوئی مثبت قدم نہیں اٹھایا۔

شيخالحدیث دارالعلوم زاهدان نے حاضرین جمعہ سے فرمایا: ہم غزہ کے لوگوں اور دنیا کے دیگر مظلوموں کے لیے کم سے کم دعا کرسکتے ہیں، ظلم مسلمانوں پر ہو یا غیرمسلموں پر، ہر حالت میں قابل مذمت ہے اس لئے ہمیں بلاتفریق مذہب دنیا بھر کے مظلوموں کے لیے دعا کرنی چاہیے۔
🔹جھوٹ اور الزام تراشی مسائل کا حل نہیں، تنقید کرنے والوں کی بات تحمل سے سنی جائے
مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: جھوٹ اور الزام تراشی سے مسائل حل نہیں ہوتے، تنقید کرنے والوں کو برا بھلا کہنے اور الزامات لگانے کے بجائے ان کی بات سنی جائے، انہوں نے جامع مسجد مکی زاہدان کے عملے پر لگائے جانے والے حالیہ بہتان کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے کہا: ہم بہت حیران ہیں کہ حالیہ واقعہ میں بعض خبررساں ایجنسی اور حکومتی اداروں سے منسلک تنظیموں نے جھوٹ اور بہتان کا سہارا لیا۔ انہیں اس طرح کھلم کھلا تہمت لگانے کی جرأت کیسے ہوئی؟
کیا اسلام نے مسلمانوں کو جھوٹ بولنے اور دوسروں پر الزام لگانے کی اجازت دی ہے؟ کون سا مذہب مخالفین پر جھوٹ بولنے اور ان پر بہتان لگانے کی اجازت دیتا ہے؟ ایسا سلوک کرنے والوں کو اپنے ہی ایمان پر شک کرنا چاہیے۔ ہم کسی بھی قسم کی بہتان تراشی کی اجازت نہیں دیتے اور کسی کے خلاف جھوٹ کو قبول نہیں کریں گے۔
ہم اخلاص اور سچائی پر یقین رکھتے ہیں، ہمیں کسی بھی حال میں سچائی کا دامن نہیں چھوڑنا چاہیے۔
انہون نے مزید کہا: بظاہر کچھ لوگ ناقدین کو میدان سے ہٹانا چاہتے ہیں، حالاںکہ ناقدین اور مخالفین کو سننا چاہیے۔ ہم یہ نہیں کہتے کہ ہمارے اندر کوئی کمزوریاں نہیں ہیں۔ لہٰذا اگر کوئی ایمانداری سے ہم پر تنقید کرنا چاہے تو ہمیں خوشی ہوگی اور اپنی کوتاہیوں کو اصلاح کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ سب کو اپنے مخالفین کی بات سن کر اپنی اصلاح کی کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔ اس لئے دوسروں پر الزام نہ لگائیں اور نہ کسی جھوٹ کا سہارا لیں کیونکہ دوسروں کے ساتھ ایسا سلوک کرنا حرام ہے۔

The most influential Iranian Sunni leader strongly condemned Israel's invasion of Gaza. Calling on all Muslim countries to unite against Israeli crimes, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid considered the US and other supporters and allies of Israel as accomplice in the massacre of Palestinians and the destruction of Gaza.
He was talking to tens of thousands of people in the Grand Musalla of Zahedan before the Friday prayers on November 10, 2023.

The Iranian top Sunni cleric referred to the Israel’s brutal attacks on Gaza and said: “Life in this world is a test. Allah Almighty wants to see how we behave and act when we face such tests and circumstances. As Muslims, We have a duty to act in a way that we succeed. We must always please Allah the Almighty. What are happening in the world are divine tests. Islam inspires us that we should not ignore what happens to people. As human beings, we have a big duty in the face of all events; we should not be indifferent when people are in trouble.”
The Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan continued his speech by saying: “Israel’s oppression of Gaza has saddened and affected people all over the globe. The crime and tragedy in Gaza hurts feelings of all people; even moderate Jews are upset, protest, demonstrate, and believe that negotiation is the solution to the problem. Western and European governments support Israel and pave the way for the extremist prime minister and the extremist Israeli government to commit such crimes.”
“Around the world, nearly all nations protest against Israeli crimes. Gaza, with more than two million populations, is being fully destroyed and its civilians are being killed. Israel intentionally destroys infrastructures and roads in Gaza. What is happening in Gaza is almost unprecedented in the history. No wise people will accept such a big crime and a great injustice. No religion or law allows the massacre of women and children and the destruction of hospitals and places of worship. If the Jews and Israelis have sustained casualties and many among them have lost their people, Israel has inflicted several times more losses on the people of Gaza, “the president of Darululoom Zahedan said in his Friday sermons.
“A war against an armed or a militant group is something else but on the Palestinian side, innocent and defenseless people including women and children are being killed, hospitals, mosques, churches, and places of worship are being destroyed. The holy Quran has warned about these issues. The Holy Qur'an has legitimated the Jihad to prevent such destructions. Places of worship, hospitals, women, and children must not be attacked in wars. More than 10,000 people have been martyred in Israel's attacks on Gaza. Nearly 5 thousand people are children and about 3 thousand are women. The majority people of Gaza are civilians but Israel targets all people equally without any consideration and differentiation between them, “said the Iranian top Sunni scholar of Zahedan.
“No divine religion and no human law organization allow anyone to kill women and children or destroy synagogues and hospitals, “he believed.
“America and all the supporters of Israel are complicit in the killing of innocents and in destruction of Gaza. America supports Israel strongly and prevents countries of the region from interfering in this issue via diplomatic means. America and all those who support Israel are complicit in this massacre and destruction; they must stop such destructions. Despite requests of the states and demonstrations in the world to stop war in Gaza, Israel does not want a ceasefire. Israel continues to wreak havoc and to destroy Gaza and make its residents homeless and displaced, “Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further said.

Saudi Arabia to host Arab-Islamic summit to ‘unify efforts’ on Gaza
Saudi Arabia is hosting an extraordinary summit on Saturday, bringing together countries from the Islamic and Arab worlds to discuss the worsening situation in Gaza.
The kingdom’s foreign ministry announced the news late on Friday, saying Saudi Arabia was initially scheduled to host two summits, one of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and one of the Arab League, on Saturday. The joint summit emerged as a replacement after Saudi consulted with members of both large organisations.
According to the ministry, the joint meeting “will be held in response to the exceptional circumstances taking place in the Palestinian Gaza Strip as countries feel the need to unify efforts and come out with a unified collective position”.
The OIC includes member states from across the Islamic world, including the Palestinian territories’ neighbours Egypt and Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq.
With Iran repeatedly warning that the scope of war will expand if Israel does not stop its attacks, President Ebrahim Raisi is also expected to attend the meeting in Riyadh, marking a first visit by an Iranian president in 11 years.

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid’s Office Reacts to a False Claim of Fars News Agency
The office of the Friday Imam of Zahedan denied the false report of Fars News Agency, which claimed that the National Security Agency of the US had sent communication equipment including Starlink to this office.
The office considered such propaganda in the direction of “abreaction, putting pressures, trying to put down unsolved demands and to make files against the staff of Darululoom Zahedan”.

The news of ‘tracing and seizing two packs of Starlink communication tools on the way to Mawlavi Abdol-Hamid’s office’ shows a sinister scenario against Shaikh Abdol-Hamid. They want to increase pressures on him, and to file cases against the teachers and staff of Darululoom Zahedan, to silence the voice of justice and well-wishers. Realistic and fair people know well that Mawlana Abdol-Hamid and other sympathetic scholars and people are not affiliated to any foreign government. They only raise the legitimate demands of the people.
Fars News Agency and other like-minded (state-run) media have been posting fake news against Shaikh Abdol-Hamid. Instead of complaining about these media to the relevant authorities, we take our complaint to Allah Almighty. May Allah judge between the right and the falsehood, and punish the liar for his actions.

🔹Freedom and justice are the main demands of the Iranian nation
The Iranian prominent Sunni leader urged on freedoms, and said: “Freedom and justice are very important, and they are the main demands of the Iranian nation. Justice must be implemented and discriminations must be removed. Freedom is a public demand. Critics should be tolerated so that journalists and writers can reflect the facts. 🔹The reopening of Poonak prayer house in Tehran is the demand of all

🔹Officials should refrain from destroying people's houses in villages

The residents of this village said that they suffered a lot of damage. I would like to tell the authorities that if the law is to be implemented, it should be implemented before construction, but when a house is built, it should not be destroyed. I request the authorities to prevent such destruction. The lands belong to the people, let them build houses.”
Referring to the anniversary of the Bloody Friday crime in Khash, the Iranian Sunni leader honored the memory of the martyrs of this incident. He called on the authorities for the punishment of the perpetrators and leaders behind the events of Bloody Fridays in Zahedan and Khash.”

🕌Governments of the World must Stop Israel from Committing Crimes
Expressing his regret over increasing numbers of civilian casualties in Gaza, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader called Israel's attacks on Gaza a big crime against humanity. Shaikh Abdol-Hamid asked Muslim and non-Muslim countries to prevent Israel from committing such crimes.
He was talking to the people of Zahedan, capital city of Iranian Balochistan, before the Friday prayers on November 3, 2023.
“All of us should always judge fairly and be just. We should never ignore the facts. Not just as Muslims, or as Jews, but as human beings; we all human beings must see Gaza from the perspective of reality. Conscientious people who think about humanity and human rights can never tolerate or accept what is happening in Gaza today. The Israeli army and its authorities say that they were oppressed. However, we do not support what happened in Israel, but they should know what are they doing against Palestinian people are intolerable,” said the Iranian top Sunni leader in the presence of tens of thousands of Friday worshippers.
He questioned: “Do international laws and common sense allow you to massacre people like this?”
The president of Darululoom Zahedan continued: “According to statistics, nearly 1,500 people have been killed on Israeli side, but nearly 10,000 Palestinians have been killed on the other side. Most of the dead are children and women. According to the reports of media, nearly 4,000 of those killed in Gaza were children. Israel says we are enemies of Hamas. With what permission do you destroy a city with a population of more than two million? You destroy a big city because of a few Hamas forces. Why do you massacre people and destroy their capital and life?”
He added: “You are not fighting against a government, but against a group, but you are massacring women and children and defenseless and innocent people. It is not permissible to kill innocent people, whether they are Muslims or Jews or from any race. This is a human tragedy and a big crime against humanity.”
“Why the governments of the world have not been able to stop Israel's atrocities? Where are the Islamic and non-Islamic countries, regional and European countries, and why they do not stop Israel? The US equips Israel with all she needs, and supports her. The United Nations and many human rights organizations are inside the US, and they always talk about humanity and human rights, but the US officials do not stop Israel from oppressing the Palestinian people. It does not stop from killing civilians,” said the Friday Imam of Zahedan.
“The governments of the world should have stopped Israel earlier and not allowing the problem to reach this level. Now, the number of casualties is high, the problem should be resolved through dialogue, negotiation and political means,” he urged.
Al-Shifa hospital transfers its maternity ward to al-Helou private hospital
A lack of fuel and large numbers of wounded Palestinians arriving at al-Shifa hospital has resulted in its maternity ward being transferred to the private al-Helou International Hospital.
“The hospital is fully equipped regarding all services, including neonatal, internal medicine, and surgery,” said Mohammed al-Helou, a doctor of obstetrics and gynaecology.
He explained that what pregnant women experience in this war is “deeply horrifying”.
“People are even afraid of going to the hospital to receive services due to the bombing everywhere and the fact that there are no safe spaces in the Gaza Strip,” he said.
According to the United Nations Population Fund in Palestine, there are 50,000 pregnant women in the Gaza Strip who are unable to obtain basic health services.
At least 5,500 of them will give birth during the month of October, according to the UN.

🕌دنیا کی حکومتیں اسرائیل کو روکیں
ممتاز عالم دین نے اپنے تازہ ترین بیان میں غزہ پر اسرائیلی یلغار اور نہتے شہریوں کے قتل عام کو انسانیت کے خلاف جنایت یاد کرتے ہوئے سب مسلم اور غیرمسلم ممالک سے مطالبہ کیا اسرائیل کو روکنے کے لیے اپنا اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔
مولانا عبدالحمید نے کہا: ہم سب کو کوشش کرنی چاہیے کہ موقف اپناتے ہوئے عدل و انصاف کا خیال رکھیں اور حقایق سے آنکھیں نہ چھرائیں۔ ہم مسلمان صرف کسی کے مسلمان ہونے کو دیکھیں نہ ہی یہودی صرف یہودی ہونے کو دیکھیں، اس سے قطع نظر کہ غزہ کے باشندے مسلمان ہیں، وہ انسان ہیں اور جو کچھ غزہ میں جاری ہے کسی بھی انسان کے لیے جس کا ضمیر بیدار ہو، قابل برداشت نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: اسرائیلی حکام اور فوج کا دعویٰ ہے کہ ہم پر ظلم ہوا ہے؛ جو کچھ ہوا قابل قبول نہیں، لیکن اب تم خود جرم کا ارتکاب کررہے ہو۔ کیا بین الاقوامی قوانین، عقل اور منطق تمہیں اجازت دیتے ہیں کہ اس طرح تم لوگوں کا قتل عام کررہے ہو؟! اگر تم سے ڈیڑھ سو مارے گئے ہیں تو دوسری جانب دس ہزار کے قریب افراد کی جانیں گئی ہیں جن کی اکثریت بچے اور خواتین ہیں۔چار ہزار کے قریب صرف بچے تمہاری بمباریوں میں شہید ہوئے ہیں۔
خطیب اہل سنت زاہدان نے کہا: اسرائیل کا کہنا ہے حماس ہمارا دشمن ہے، لیکن تم کس قانون اور اجازت کے بنا پر کچھ حماس فورسز کی خاطر ایک ایسے شہر کو مکمل طورپر تباہ کررہے ہو جس میں بیس لاکھ سے زائد لوگ آباد ہیں جو اکثر عام شہری ہیں۔ تم سب کو ماررہے ہو اور ان کی زندگی اور جائیداد سب تباہ کررہے ہو۔ تمہارا واسطہ کسی حکومت سے نہیں ایک گروہ سے ہے لیکن تم خواتین، بچوں اور نہتے شہریوں کا قتل عام کررہے ہو۔ ایسے لوگوں کو مارنا چاہے مسلمان ہوں یا یہودی یا کسی بھی مذہب کے پیروکار ہوں، غلط ہے اور یہ ایک انسانی المیہ اور انسانیت کے خلاف جرم ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: مجھے حیرت ہے کہ دنیا کی حکومتیں کیوں اب تک اسرائیل کو لگام لگانے اور اس کا ظلم روکنے میں ناکام ہوئی ہیں؟مسلم ممالک سمیت سب علاقائی اور یورپی ممالک کہاں ہیں اور وہ کیوں اسرائیل کو منع نہیں کرتے؟ امریکا جہاں اقوام متحدہ سمیت بہت ساری انسانی حقوق کی تنظیمیں وہاں موجود ہیں اور ہمیشہ انسانیت سے محبت اور انسانی حقوق کی باتیں کرتاہے،جو اسرائیل کو سپلائی کرتاہے اور اس کی حفاظت کی خاطر جہازبردار بیڑا بھیجتاہے، وہ کیوں اسرائیل کا ہاتھ نہیں روکتا جو عام شہریوں کو ہلاک کررہاہے۔ دنیا کی حکومتوں کو چاہیے تھا اس سے قبل ہی اسرائیل کو منع کرتیں اور اجازت نہ دیتی کہ حالات یہاں تک پہنچ جاتے۔ اب حالات انتہائی حساس موقع پر پہنچ چکے ہیں اور بڑی تباہی پیش آئی ہے، لہذا اسرائیل کو روک کر سیاسی طریقوں سے مسائل حل کرائیں۔ ان مسائل کو بات چیت اور مذاکرات سے حل کرانا چاہیے۔
🔹فلسطین کی مستقل اور آزاد ریاست جس کا دارالحکومت بیت المقدس ہو بہترین حل ہے
مولانا عبدالحمید نے بات آگے بڑھاتے ہوئے کہا: دو جمعے قبل بندہ نے کہا پچھہتر سال ہوچکے ہیں کہ ارضِ فلسطین میں اختلافات چل رہے ہیں اور اقوام متحدہ کی بیسیوں اور سینکڑوں قراردادوں کو اسرائیل نے نظرانداز کیاہے۔ اقوام متحدہ کی ایک قرارداد نے تجویز کی دو مستقل ریاستیں بنانے سے موجودہ اختلاف کا خاتمہ ہوسکتاہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: حال ہی میں بعض عرب ممالک نے اقوام متحدہ میں موجود حالات اور جنگ کے خاتمے کے لیے تجویز پیش کی ہے جس میں دو مستقل ریاستی حل اور آزاد فلسطینی ریاست کی تشکیل پر زور دیاگیاہے جس کے دارالحکومت یروشلم ہو۔اقوام متحدہ کے اکثر ارکان نے اس قرارداد کے حق میں ووٹ دیاہے اور خوشی کی بات ہے کہ ہمارے ملک اسلامی جمہوریہ ایران نے بھی اس قرارداد کے حق میں ووٹ دیاہے۔
صدر جامعہ دارالعلوم زاہدان نے کہا: بندہ نے بھی یہی کہا تھا کہ بہترین حل دو مستقل ریاستوں کی تشکیل ہے۔ لیکن کچھ افراد برداشت نہ کرسکے اور انہوں نے بندہ کے خلاف سخت ردعمل کا اظہار کیا۔ حالانکہ اقوام متحدہ کی آخری قرارداد کا مضمون یہی تھا جسے ہمارے ملک نے بھی تصدیق کی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا: بندہ دنیا کی تمام حکومتوں اور ان سب افراد سے جو انسانی حقوق کے لیے متفکر رہتے ہیں مطالبہ کرتاہے کہ اسرائیل کو اپنے حال پر مت چھوڑیں؛ اسرائیلی حکام کو سمجھائیں کہ اس بربریت اور جرائم کو بند کرے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ فلسطینی عوام کے مسائل ہمیشہ کے لیے حل کرائے۔
مسجد حرام کے آخری اور 13 ویں مینار پر ہلال کی تنصیب مکمل ہو گئی
مسجد حرام کے باب الفتح کے سامنے والے مینار کو کثیر دھاتی چمکتے ہلال سے مزین کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ مسجد حرام کے میناروں پر 13 ویں اور آخری ہلال کی تنصیب کا مرحلہ تھا جو تکمیل کو پہنچ گیا ہے۔

اسرائیل کی غزہ میں رات بھر بمباری اور دن میں زمینی حملے؛ مزید 40 شہادتیں
اسرائیل نے غزہ پر رات بھر بمباری کی جس میں شمالی علاقے میں القدس اسپتال اور انڈونیشیا کے ایک اسپتال کو نشانہ بنایا گیا جب کہ مشرقی علاقے میں ترکیہ کے ایک اسپتال اور جنوبی علاقے میں ایک یورپی اسپتال پر بھی بمباری کی۔
عالمی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق رات بھر بمباری کے بعد صبح اسرائیل کی برّی فوج نے غزہ میں داخل ہونے کی کوشش کی اور ایک اسرائیلی یرغمالی خاتون فوجی اہلکار کو بازیاب کرانے کا دعویٰ کیا۔
دوسری جانب حماس نے اس دعوے کو مسترد کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ فوجی خاتون اہلکار اب بھی یرغمال ہیں البتہ اسرائیلی فوجیوں نے ایک معمر شخص کو گولی مار کر قتل کردیا۔
حماس نے ایک ویڈیو بھی جاری کی جس میں تین اسرائیلی یرغمالی خواتین کو دکھایا گیا ہے جب کہ حماس 87 اور 85 سالہ اسرائیلی خواتین کو پہلے ہی رہا کر چکا ہے جنھوں نے رہائی کے بعد میڈیا سے گفتگو میں حماس کے حسن سلوک کی تعریف کی تھی۔
غزہ میں رات بھر ہونے والی بمباری میں مزید 40 فلسطینی شہید ہوگئے اس طرح غزہ میں شہید ہونے والوں کی تعداد 8 ہزار 50 ہوگئی جب کہ 21 ہزار سے زائد زخمی ہیں۔
ادھر مغربی کنارے میں بھی اسرائیلی فوج نے ایک فلسطینی کو گولی مار شہید کردیا اس طرح صرف مغربی کنارے میں شہید ہونے والے فلسطینیوں کی تعداد 126 ہوگئی۔
حماس کے حملوں میں ہلاک ہونے والے اسرائیلیوں کی تعداد 1400 سے زائد ہے۔

Western powers giving 'warrant for genocide', says prominent Israeli historian
Western powers are giving Israel a "warrant for genocide" in the Gaza Strip, a prominent Israeli historian has warned.
Avi Shlaim, a prominent Israeli-British historian and emeritus professor of international relations at Oxford University, told an audience in London that US, UK, and European Union support for Israel - including military support - have made them complicit in "mass slaughter" in the Gaza Strip.
"The Western response to the crisis is the usual hypocrisy and ruthless double standards, but this time it’s been taken to a new level. The western love of Israel has always been accompanied, has always depended on the erasing of Palestinian history and humanity," he said at an event on Monday, hosted by the International Centre of Justice for Palestinians (ICJP).
"Deep concern for Israel’s security is reiterated at all times by western leaders - but not a thought is given to Palestinian security."
The event, 'The War on Gaza: What's Next for Palestine?', also featured Daniel Levy, a negotiator for the Israeli side during the Oslo Accords; Wadah Khanfar, president of Al Sharq Forum and former director general of Al Jazeera; and Yasmine Ahmed, UK Director of Human Rights Watch; and was chaired by Middle East Eye’s Mohamed Hassan.
Shlaim was born in 1945 in Baghdad, to well-connected parents who were part of Iraq's millennia-old Jewish minority. But at the age of five, Shlaim was forced to flee with his family, following bombings targeting Jewish people in the Iraqi capital.

اسرائیل کے غزہ میں نہتے فلسطینوں پر حملے جاری ہیں۔ اسرائیل کی شدید بمباری سے مزید سیکڑوں شہید ہوگئے جبکہ غزہ کا دنیا سے رابطہ بدستور منقطع ہے۔
اسرائیلی فوج کے ترجمان نے بیان میں کہا ہے کہ غزہ میں زمینی حملوں میں اضافہ کیا ہے اور حملے موثر انداز میں جاری ہیں۔ اسرائیلی فوج نے حماس کی فضائی کارروائی کے انچارج کو نشانہ بنانے اور جنوبی لبنان میں بمباری کا دعویٰ بھی کیا۔القسام بریگیڈ نے سوشل میڈیا پر کہا کہ اسرائیل کیخلاف جوابی کارروائی میں راکٹ فائر کیے گئے ہیں۔
بین الاقوامی نشریاتی اداروں کے مطابق اسرائیلی فورسز نے غزہ میں بھرپور طاقت کے ساتھ آپریشن اور وحشیانہ بمباری شروع کردی ہے، جس کی نتیجے میں غزہ کی پٹی میں مواصلاتی نظام مکمل تباہ ہوگیا ہے۔
الجزیزہ کے مطابق فلسطینی ٹیلی کمیونیکیشن کمپنی جوال نے بتایا کہ اسرائیلی بمباری سے آخری بچنے والی انٹرنیشنل کیبل بھی تباہ ہوگئی ہے، جس کی وجہ سے غزہ کا رابطہ دنیا سے کٹ گیا ہے۔
عرب میڈیا رپورٹ کے مطابق غزہ میں 100 سے زائد فضائی طیارے بمباری کررہے ہیں جبکہ ٹینکس اور توپوں کے ذریعے بھی بمباری کی جارہی ہے، جس کی وجہ سے ہر طرف تباہی اور آگ لگی نظر آرہی ہے۔
اسرائیلی فوج کے ترجمان ڈینیل ہگری نے کہا کہ آج کی رات ہماری فورسز غزہ میں زمینی آپریشن کا دائرہ بڑھا رہی ہیں، جس کے تحت مختلف علاقوں میں شدید بمباری بھی کی جائے گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ غزہ شہر کے لوگ اپنے گھروں سے جنوبی علاقوں کی طرف نقل مکانی کرلیں کیونکہ اسرائیل کی جانب سے فضائی کارروائیاں بھی کی جائیں گی۔
