🔹We are not associated with "violence", but we accept "civil efforts"
Maulana Abdulhamid continued in his remarks: One of dear officials had said that they do not engage in dialogue with armed individuals and warmongers. This is good, but the question arises: How much dialogue have you had with those who came to the streets in Iran -and raised issues and demands- and also with us when we raised issues? You do not negotiate with armed individuals, but have you negotiated with someone who has no weapons but has problems, grievances, and peaceful protests, and has raised them? Has anyone negotiated with political prisoners about their demands?
He stated: We are opposed to any kind of violence from anyone and any party. We do not accept or endorse violence from the government or the system or from the people, and we are not associated with any violence. We encourage dialogue with anyone dissatisfied. We accept and approve civil activities and the activities of Iranian people are also civil.
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan emphasized: We believe that violence begets violence. This is something I have been saying not only now but for more than ten years. Even now, my opinion is that if you want to implement a ruling of the religion in the society, do not use violence, but encourage and persuade the people, because violence does not work.
He reminded: We believe in dialogue. Of course, we also reject the dialogue that is empty of action and we believe that the dialogue should be in such a way that it would be accepted if each of the parties was right. We believe in constructive dialogue and that dialogue whose result is the acceptance of the truth, rather than someone saying that only my words are acceptable and the words of others are rejected. Everyone must accept the right, fair, and correct word.
🔹"Democratic government" is the one that seeks "justice" and "people's satisfaction"
Maulana Abdulhamid continued: A government that does not listen to the people's words is not a "democratic government," but a democratic government is one that seeks justice and seeks people's satisfaction and listens to the people's words, not the one which "sticks to their guns" and insistently rejects any kind of dialogue. I once spoke to one of the senior government officials and raised criticisms. Some individuals came to me saying that Mr. Minister was upset about your remarks. I said I don't insist on my opinion; if he convinces me that my criticism is wrong, I will retract my statement, but they did not convince me.
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan said: There is no human being who is "absolute right" and "immune from error"; every human being is prone to error. Sunnis believe that except for prophets and the noble Prophet Muhammad, May peace and blessings be upon him, all other humans, even the companions, are not infallible, and our Shia brothers believe in the infallibility of some of the Imams of the Ahl ul-Bayt. Therefore, the correct way to solve problems is for all of us to be subject to dialogue, justice, and fairness. We all must be both "God-centered" and "people-centered," and in all matters, we must consider God and the people. God also does not accept us ignoring the people.
🔹"Seeing the facts" is very important to overcome challenges
Zahedan’s Friday prayer leader continued to mention: The most important factor that is effective in solving crises and can save a country from crises and challenges is seeing the facts. Until the officials see and understand the facts, it is difficult to solve problems and crises.
He emphasized: both the nation and the government should see the facts and understand the conditions. All of us should see what the people want today and think about it. If we sit next to the people and listen to the people's words and act like the people, we will understand what the conditions are in the society. Unfortunately, there are many who do not consider these facts and do not see the facts and conditions in the country and the world, while seeing these facts and realities is very vital and important in order to overcome problems and challenges.
🔹"Establishing an independent Palestinian state" is the only solution to the Palestinian crisis
In another part of his speech at the Eid al-Fitr ceremony in Zahedan, Maulana Abdul Hamid mentioned the situation in Gaza and the Palestinian crisis and said: The conflict and dispute that has been going on for decades in Jerusalem and the Palestinian land must be resolved. And the best way to end this dispute and killing and massacre is to return the occupied lands to the Palestinians and the Palestinian people achieve an independent government and rule over their own destiny. If the people of Palestine, both Muslim and Jewish, see the facts and respect each other's rights, the problems will be solved.
He emphasized: The only way out of this crisis is the establishment of an independent Palestinian state. We hope that the problems of the Palestinian people will be solved after many years of suffering from war and cruelty and that these people will rule over their own destiny.
🔹The security of the region and the province must be maintained
In the final part of his speech, Maulana Abdul Hamid emphasized the need to "maintain security" and said: I recommend that the security of the region and province be maintained. Sistan-Baluchistan is a province that shares a border with several countries, and maintaining the security of this province is very vital and important. During the closing ceremony of the Holy Quran in Makki Mosque, I also stressed that security and peace should be maintained and insecurity should not arise.

🔹The awakening of the Iranian nation shows a bright future
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid continued his Friday speech of Zahedan by referring to the new awakening in Iran, saying: "The awakening of the Iranian nation is the sign of a bright future. This shows that the people of Iran have abilities and competencies. If people were trusted and everyone was hired based on ability, today Iran would be in prosperity. If women are given chances, they can build the country. Allah has given the ability to Iranian men and women".
"In my opinion, all Iranians, including ethnic and religious communities, are among the best people in the world; some may be upset with my these words but I say such things openly, "the president of Darululoom Zahedan expressed his views.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid referred to the ocean of Nowrooz in Iran and said: "May Allah bestow the best blessings on the people of Iran in the new year. I hope that Allah will solve the problems and concerns of the Iranian people".
"May Allah solve the problems of the people of Palestine and Gaza and other oppressed people of the world. I hope that the Palestinian people will determine their own destiny, the Iranian top Sunni leader referred to the critical situation of the people of Gaza.
🔹Corruption has targeted the treasury and national funds
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan called the corruption as a big problem in Iran and said: "Unfortunately, corruption has targeted the treasury and national funds; this is very dangerous".
"Corruption is the root of all problems. Corruption has penetrated in places that were not expected at all, he believed.
🔹Support the Darululoom and the Grand Makki Mosque, financially
At the end of his speech shaikh Abdol-Hamid called on the people of Iran to help the Darululoom and the Makki Mosque of Zahedan, with financial services.
He said: "Today, the country is facing various crises, including the economic crisis. Scientific and religious centers are also in crisis".
He added: "I would like to recommend you to help the seminaries financially. Support the poor, needy and imprisoned families.
The final works of the Grand Makki mosque are about to be completed."
"Pay special attention to the mosque and participate in this ongoing charity, "he urged.

🔹People helped the flood victims in the south of Province; we thank the people of Iran
Referring to the support and financial services of the Iranian people to the flood victims of Baluchistan's southern part/Dashtiari, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader appreciated the people of Iran. He said: "The flood caused a lot of damage in Dashtiari, but people helped the victims of the flood. We thank all those who helped the flood victims and pray for them. Recently, Iranian people express more sympathy with each other; this is very good".
"Expressing sympathy with people reduces distress, comforts the afflicted people, and makes them feel happiness, "he believed.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid insisted that the officials should think to build the infrastructures to prevent flood damages. He said: "The authorities should use the experiences of local people to prevent flood damages".
🔹 Building infrastructure is one of the most important needs of the people of the southern parts of the province
Imam of the Grand Makki mosque of Zahedan added: "Now one of the most important needs of the people is to repair the infrastructures that have been destroyed due to floods. Reconstruction of infrastructures are the basic needs of that region. Damages can be prevented with proper management and expertise".
"I have already said in the presence of the authorities that the traditions and views of the local people should be taken into consideration. If experts only rely on their own knowledge and ignore the traditions and experiences of local people, they will not succeed in their plans, shaikh Abdol-Hamid believed.

🔸State organs and people should fulfill their duty to help flood victims in the south of Balochistan
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid called on both the government and the nation to provide relief for the victims of Baluchistan's flood-affected areas. He said: We thank Allah Almighty that after several years of drought, He sent down the rain and mercy. The rainfall covered many areas of Iran and Afghanistan. Iranian people also benefit from Afghanistan; one of these benefits is the water. We hope that with the heavy rains, the dry lakes will revive and the problem of water shortage will be solved. Many villages in the south of the province and Dashtiari region are surrounded by floods. Communication routes have been cut. The flood has destroyed people's houses and their properties. Thank God that no human casualties have been reported. Many agricultural products have been damaged and most of the products have been destroyed."
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid added: "The State bodies and organizations should fulfill their duties in this regard. Mohsenin Charity Institute of Zahedan, which is one of the people's institutions, collects humanitarian aids to help the flood victims. Helping people is a human duty. In humanitarian aid, there is no difference between Muslims and non-Muslims. We should even try to save animals. Shaikh Abdul-Aziz, (funder of DarululoomZahedan) may Allah have mercy on him, used to say that if a person takes care of those who are afflicted with calamities, it is hoped that Allah will not afflict him with calamities."
"Islam has encouraged all to help each other and all the cultures of the world believe in it, "he said more.
🔸Israel has created another Holocaust in Gaza; History will not forget these massacres
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar referred to the critical situation in Gaza and said: "Unfortunately, more than 30,000 people of Gaza have been martyred so far. Jews who are close to Zionism, have committed massacres in Gaza. History will not forget these massacres. Of course, humanity is important for us, and there is no difference between Jews and Muslims. Muslims are blamed if they violate the rights of Jews, just as we blame non-Muslims for violating rights of Muslims. If the Palestinians have committed excesses against the Jews, we have blamed them as well. No one should go beyond Shariah laws and violate human rights".
"The people of Gaza are displaced and have become homeless. While they are waiting in line to receive bread and humanitarian aid, they are targeted; this is very painful. The people of Gaza do not have food for their children. Many of them use animal fodder. When the world is connected with each other, watching such scenes is really shocking and causes hatred, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said.
He questioned: "When the Jews have not forgotten the Holocaust and always mention it as a historical oppression, why they themselves have created another Holocaust?"
"We hope that Allah will stop the war between Israel and Palestine. This long-term dispute should be resolved forever so that these people can live together in peace, "said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
🔸Help the Grand Makki Mosque and the Darululoom Zahedan
The president of Darululoom Zahedan advised the people to help the Grand Makki Mosque and the Zahedan Darululoom, financially. He said: "The final works of the mosque have been doing. We need your financial support to complete the project. Therefore, we request you to help us. This mosque is the house of Allah; you build the house of Allah Almighty, Allah will settle your house in this world and the hereafter."
"The Darululoom Zahedan, which is one of the largest scientific centers, has been facing problems. In this month and in the holy month of Ramadan, which are good months, help Makki Mosque, and Darululoom Zahedan and other mosques and Islamic schools and centers, "said Shaikh Abdol-Hamid in his last points.

🔹You fight cyberspace and want people to be deprived of information
🔸The Iranians want justice and freedom
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further insisted on the implementation of justice and said: "The Iranian nation wants justice and fairness. People want that their wealth be spent inside not outside, because they are hungry. They want to have reputation in the world".
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid insisted on freedom of press and said: "The freedom of press and media is the main demand of the nation. The nation wants freedom of press and media. You fight cyberspace and want the nation not to have information about the issues, while people see that there is freedom in the world. They see everything."
🔹The people of Balochistan are protesting against the extraction of Taftan mines
🔸The authorities should stop the extraction until the problems are resolved
Referring to the concerns of the people of Balochistan about the extraction of gold mines from Taftan Mountain, the eminent Iranian Sunni scholar said: "The Mount of Taftan considered as Baluchistan's forehead. Tourists from inside and outside of the country have been visiting this area. The Mount of Taftan is one of the main water resources in the province. The people of Taftan are very good and hardworking people. They are mostly engaged in agriculture and livestock jobs."
"The people of Taftan call on the officials to stop extraction of gold mines. People believe that the mining activities hit the environment and destroy the agriculture and the water resources. The lives of people is disturbed. This is the demand of all people of the province to stop mine extraction in this areas. Mining should not hit the environment, nor eliminate water resources or cause people to move from this areas."
He insisted: "This problem should be resolved and the satisfaction of the people must be achieved".
"I call on the authorities to stop mining extraction until the problems are resolved, he said in his last points.

🔹Our biggest evidence for opposing the execution is the performance of the Prophet and his successors and Caliph Ali
🔸Caliph Ali did not kill even a single prisoner of war
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar went on to explain the methods of the holy Prophet and his successors in the implementation of sentences. He said: "During the period of the holy Prophet peace be upon him, the hypocrites spread the secrets of Muslims to the enemies, but the Prophet did not execute even one of them and referred them to Allah. When the Prophet was offered to kill the hypocrites, he refused and said: If I do this, the world will say that Muhammad is killing his own people. The Rashidin Caliphs also did not execute anyone. How many people were executed during the Caliphate of Caliph Ali? Caliph Ali did not even imprison the captives and did not kill any of them. There were no executions during the six-month caliphate of Hassan may Allah be pleased with him".
"In the interpretation of verse 33 of Surah Ma'idah, the death sentence is issued when moharebeh and corruption on earth, are carried out with murder. If a person does not commit murder, he/she should not be killed only because he/she was affiliated with armed groups. If a person carries guns but he/ she has not committed murder, he/she should not be killed, "said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
He continued: "The Caliph Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, did not kill the prisoners of the battles of Jamal, Seffeen and Nahrwan, and neither did the other side kill the prisoners. We do not have anyone higher than these elders. We follow the Seerah of the Prophet, the Rashidin Caliphs, Caliph Ali and Caliph Hasan."
🔹The interpretation of verse 33 of chapter Ma'idah on executions is not compatible with the interpretation of the Prophet, his companions, and moderate Islam
He added: "Executions (in Iran), which are often inferred from verse 33 of Surah Ma'idah, is not in accordance with the Seerah of the holy Prophet, Companions and Ahlul-Bayt. According to the reading of moderate Islam, these executions are not correct. These executions have negative consequences for the country, people and families in Dunya and Hereafter."
"Due to death penalties, many families have become homeless. In Sistan-Baluchistan, due to drug executions, so many families became homeless and children have been deprived of education. Therefore, instead of executing the people, it would have been better to consider other punishments for them, such as fines and prison, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said.
🔹The holy Prophet paid special attention to the education of women
The president of Darululoom Zahedan continued his speech by saying: "A government that does not have programs for the education of its nation, including the education of youth and women, is an incomplete government. The holy Prophet peace be upon him paid special attentions to the education of women. There was a particular door for women in Masjid al-Nabi. Women used to participate in daily and Friday prayers in the mosque. During the time of the holy Prophet, a large number of women participated in the Eid prayers. The Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him held a special meeting for women, addressed them and answered their questions."
"This shows that the Prophet paid special attention to the education of women, "he believed.
🔹In our society, women should be respected
🔸The dignity of women must be preserved in detention centers
The eminent Iranian Sunni leader called on the authorities to treat women well and said: "The holy Prophet peace be upon him used to look at all people equally. He listened to everyone and respected women. In our society, women should be respected. Officials and the public have a duty to respect women."
"If a woman is arrested or if she has not observed hijab, her dignity must be preserved. No official should insult any woman. Unfortunately, women were treated badly in our society and women's status and dignity were not maintained. In dealing with women, the responsibility was given to those who are far away from the teachings of Islam, "said the Friday Imam of Zahedan.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid urged on respecting the rights of detainees and women by saying: "Women are our mothers, daughters and sisters and their status and dignity should be preserved even in prison. Those who have the slightest smell of Islam do not disrespect women. Police Officers must respect the dignity of women. No Police officer or investigator should speak harshly to male and female prisoners. Such interactions are against the principles of Islam and are contrary to the teachings of the Prophet, Companions and Ahlul-Bayt.
The Caliph Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, did not disrespect any accused. The holy Prophet and the righteous caliphs respected the captives on the battlefield. It is the prisoner's right to get an independent lawyer and defend him/herself."
He questioned: "Why the police officers who act against the law are not dealt with?
🔹The judicial and security authorities should investigate the suspicious murder of Sepehr Shirani, impartially
The top Sunni leader of Iranian Baluchistan emphasized the need to investigate the suspicious murder of Sepehr Shirani, a Baloch student. He stated: "Two weeks ago, I warned that the suspicious murder of Sepehr Shirani should be clarified. This issue is still not clear to the people. These issues affect the security. We hope that the judicial and security authorities will investigate this issue impartially."
"The fact should be determined to the people, "he insisted.

Iran’s Sunni leader:
🕌People want justice and freedom
The most influential Iranian Sunni leader called on the authorities to bring fundamental changes in policies and insisted on fulfilling public demands. He said: "Ignoring demands of the people and neglecting to bring changes in the past policies caused mass dissatisfaction of the people. People have lost their hope to be presented in all political scenes."
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid was talking to the people of Zahedan before the Friday prayers on February 16, 2024.
🔹Justice and freedom are public legitimate demands
The Iranian top Sunni leader continued his speech by saying: "The people of Iran have been raising their legitimate demands. It was expected that people's demands would be taken into consideration. Did people have bad demands? All over the world, people's needs and demands are taken into consideration. Paying attention to these demands is in the interest of the government and the nation. People wanted justice and fair distribution of posts."
"The holy Quran emphasizes on justice. According to the jurisprudence of our Shia brothers, justice is considered as one of the principles of the religion. People want justice and hate discrimination; these are not bad demands. Islam and the constitution emphasize on freedom of speech and writing. These are the legitimate demands of the people, "said the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan.
🔹In democratic countries elections are held fairly
The president of Darululoom Zahedan reacted to the mass disqualification of candidates and said: "In some countries, the president has already been selected and so-called elections are held. In every term of election, the same president comes to power. In such countries, people's candidates who get votes are removed from the scene or put in jail. But in many other countries, there are freedoms and elections are held fairly, parties are free, and the election determines who will be the president and who will enter parliament."
"In democratic countries, the representative of the parliament is not the representative of the system and the ruler, but the representative of the people. Iranian people wish that the capable people should not be removed. The Iranian nation says, why the capable people from different tendencies and religious and ethnic communities are not qualified to run the country?,"Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said.
The eminent Iranian Sunni scholar strongly opposed the interference of military officials in political scenes and said: "The military officials cannot run the country like the politicians. People should be able to send their own representatives to the parliament who have the ability to defend their rights, a representative who can supervise the implementation of the law and can monitor the internal and external policies of the country, because if the policies are wrong, it will hit both the country and the nation."
🕌 Promises of Revolution, Unfulfilled
Referring to the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader believed that the promises of the early days of the revolution were hopeful for the Iranian nation.
"The promises of the revolution have not been fulfilled so far and the people are suffering from severe pressures, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid expressed regret.
Talking to tens of thousands of worshippers in Zahedan’s biggest Friday gathering on February 9, 2024, the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan said: "In 1979 Revolution, the Iranian nation came to the scene with hope and enthusiasm because there were promises and people were showed a clear horizon. I wish that the promises of the revolution were met and protected. Today, the people of Iran are very disappointed and suffer from so many pressures."
"Rising prices, inflation, and corruption have been rooted in the country. Poverty, immigration and escape (of elites) from the country have increased. Many professionals escape from the country because of living problems, and many do not have the ability to immigrate. Suicide has also increased in the country, which is a great danger. Addiction is also threatening the society, "said the Iranian top Sunni leader during the Friday sermons of Zahedan.
🔹Problems will not be solved without changing policies
"As a well-wisher, I have been raising these issues from this tribune. Many others, from inside and outside the country have said these things but unfortunately, the officials have not paid attention to these issues. There is no will to solve people's problems. Problems will not be resolved without changing policies. Many programs that were discussed at the earlier years of the revolution were not solve, "he added more.
"All over the world, dysfunctional laws are changed. In our country, despite the requests for change, this has not yet happened. May Allah Almighty succeed us to change policies based on Islamic rules and in favor of the interests of the country and the people. Popular governments should move along with the interests of the people and think how to get satisfaction of their nation. Getting the satisfaction of the nation is very important, "said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.
🔹A successful ruler and system try to achieve people's consent
🔸Allah is satisfied when the satisfaction of people is achieved
"A popular system must always be next to the people and think of their interests .The best system is that people pray for the success of the system and the system thinks for the success of its people. May Allah Almighty succeed us, especially the clerics, leaders and intellectuals to see the realities and think about the benefit of the community. This is the duty of clerics to say the facts as much as they can. Throughout history, it was the task of the Ulama to tell the truth. Corruption spread when the realities are hidden. The facts should be said, "Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan expressed his opinions.
🔹Iran does not belong only to religious people but to all
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar went on to continue his speech by saying: "Iran does not belong only to religious people, but belongs to all religious and non-religious people, to Muslims and non-Muslims. If the officials were able to give opportunities to all groups and factions, this country would have been one of the most developed countries in the world. Unfortunately, many people were separated from the revolution. Many non-religious people who were in the revolution were imprisoned. Ethnic and religious minorities that accompanied the revolution suffer from discrimination. Many of the capable Shiite brothers were deprived of excuses such as non-obligation to Islam or lack of commitment to the Islamic Republic."
"If capable people were engaged in posts, the problems would not increase, "he said more.
🔹The reformists failed to make reforms
The president of Darululoom Zahedan referred to the era of reformists and said: "The reformists failed to make reforms and now only one political spectrum rules the country's affairs. The country will face a deadlock if one thought rule. Many Iranian people felt that the system needed fundamental changes. So the reformists came to the power, and all of us joined the reformists because we felt that reform was the basic need of the country."
"The reformists who we voted for them did not succeed. They failed to implement the law. The reformists failed to make reforms, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid expressed his regrets.
🔹We have capable people who can run even the European countries
We are Well-wishes to the ruler and to the nation, "said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
He questioned: "Why we could not use the capacity of religion in the Islamic system?" "First, we should think of humanity, and then we should not be limited in religious issues. I have repeatedly addressed the scholars that religious narrow view limits you and separates people from you. If we followed the principle of Islam that is the way of the holy Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and is the way of the Rashidun Caliphs, we would succeed, "said Shaikh Abdol-Hamid.
"All human beings, including Muslims and non-Muslims and even those Muslims who are not committed to Islam, should enjoy the country's interests. Iranians have a broad vision and high capacities. Many capable people are in prisons, if they are given chances, they can play a vital role to make the country. Many capable women can also play a role in the building of the country, so they should also be given the equal opportunity, "the prominent Iranian Sunni scholar of Balochistan said.
"Addressing the demands of people reinforces national unity and solidarity, "said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
"Past policies have not responded. Officials still have the opportunity to pay attention to the demands of the people, "said the eminent Iranian Sunni scholar of Zahedan.
🔹Mass executions and torture of detainees are against the Islamic laws
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid strongly criticized the mass executions in Iran, saying: "We must always be subject to the Prophet's Seerah. In the judicial and criminal issues of the country, in prisons and detention centers and in the case of interrogations, we must see how the holy Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him treated with captives. We must see the era of the holy Prophet and the Rashidun Caliphs including the era of the Caliph Ali."
He questioned: "Did they resort to forced confessions and mass execution?"
"What is not in accordance with the Prophet's Seerah, is not Islamic. We have to review our policies, change our methods and move on towards correct path, "said the Friday Imam of Zahedan.
🔹The current constitution was established for the past generation
🔹 Approbation supervision has created problems
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni leader strongly criticized the Guardian Council for the mass disqualification of candidates and said: "some said that Iran's constitution was the best constitution in the world."
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid questioned: "Was the constitution fully implemented? Do we implemented this constitution or someone who have power implement it as they wish?"
"We believe that the constitution has weaknesses. People have faced so many problems in some clauses of the constitution. The constitution was enacted forty-four years ago and for the past generation. Many of those who enacted the constitution has been dead, said the eminent Iranian Sunni scholar. "Today's generation is not yesterday's generation. While the conditions of the world have been changed and the new generation has new needs and demands, the country's constitution still has not changed. Have we followed this constitution fully? It is stated in the constitution that the Guardian Council supervises the elections, later someone resorted to approbation supervision. Approbation supervision means that everything, including approval and other process of the election, are in the hands of the Guardian Council. These laws have created problems for the country, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid expressed his opinions.
He questioned: "What will the world think about us when we disqualify someone who has been the president for two terms and member of parliament for several terms and was the head of the National Security Council for several terms? Or some who were in ministerial positions?"
"These issues should be addressed, "he urged.
"We should have broad vision and should not be limited to one religion, nation or faction. Officials must have high opinion and see different thoughts in the country. It will strengthen the national unity and solidarity in the country, said the Friday Imam of Zahedan.
🔹We hope a fair resolution to the issue of Gaza
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni leader referred to the continuation of Israeli crimes in Gaza and said: "The people of Gaza and Palestine need your prayer. So far, more than 25,000 people were martyred. Bombardment continues in the Palestinian territories. The world should be fair about the issue of Gaza."
"We emphasize on fair decision in this regard. Disputes must end forever in the Palestinian territories and should not continue more, "he said in his last points.

🔹The situation in Gaza has reached a critical stage
🔸All sides should stop the war as soon as possible
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid alluded to the continuation of Israeli war crimes in Gaza, saying: "More than 24,000 Palestinians have been died in Gaza. Most of the victims are children and women. The situation in Gaza has reached a critical stage."
"An immediate ceasefire must be established in Gaza. All sides should stop the war as soon as possible and solve the problems through negotiations. We hope the establishment of an independent state for the Palestinians so that they can determine their own destiny, "he urged.
"The devastating war must end forever and security must return to the Middle East. The Middle East is moving towards a very big and dangerous war, "said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
In his last part of his Friday sermons, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid pointed out the economic problems of the Darululoom seminary and the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan, saying: "Darululoom seminary and the Makki Mosque of Zahedan are under severe economic pressures.
"Many students from home and abroad study in Darululoom Zahedan." Since the time of founder of this seminary, Mawlana Abdul-Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him, there have been scientific activities here. Now, we are facing severe economic pressures and need your financial support, "he added.
"I request the Iranian people, both Sunni and Shia brothers, to pay special attention to this scientific center, said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.
It should be said that the Darululoom Zahedan is the biggest center of Islamic sciences for the Sunni Community of Iran. The Grand Makki Mosque is also the biggest Mosque of Sunni Community located in Zahedan.

🔹We do not pursue political controversy
🔸We defend people's rights
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid continued his speech by saying: "One of the officials mentioned that I have entered into political controversies. We don't pursue any political controversy and we don't want positions and benefits. It is enough for me that people have trusted me and perform prayer behind me. If people say that we are not satisfied with you, I will respect the people. Some of my old friends were upset with me, but I believe that it is my duty to defend people's rights."
"For me, there is no any difference between people; Iranian people, both Shia and Sunni, Muslim and non-Muslim, should have equal rights. All Iranian ethnicities and religions and different strata, including women and youth, must get their Islamic and international rights, "said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
"The freedoms that Islam emphasizes are in accordance with international customs and laws, "he believed.

🔹President of Singapore is a woman from a Muslim minority
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar went on to continue his speech by saying: "The Singapore president has been able to bring fundamental changes in her country by adopting right policies. Singapore is one of the best countries in the world. A Muslim woman is the president of Singapore, while Singapore Muslims are a minority and about fifteen percent. Previously, this woman had served her country as the head of the parliament and as the Interior Minister. The president adheres to the religion and she always wears her hijab. This action is tolerated by the people of Singapore."
He added: "The president of Singapore has decreased unemployment rate to one percent. Today, this country competes with the developed and advanced countries of the world. Singapore is now one of the world's economic poles. She could remove the taxes fully."
"In previous administrations and in president Raisi's administration, I have suggested that taxes should be removed and the quality of production should be higher and the price should be cheaper, said Shaikh Abdol-Hamid.
"In Singapore, the president has been selected from a minority of a 15% population. It should be noted that women can bring fundamental changes in the world. So they should be given equal opportunities to serve the community as they deserve, he underlined.
🔹Women's abilities should not be ignored
The eminent Iranian Sunni scholar went on to defend women rights by saying: "Women have talent and ability; they should not be ignored. Ignoring the capability of both men and women is a great loss for countries. Capable people should serve the community regardless of their creed and ethnicity. The country will get rid of all crisis when capable people come to the office and serve the country in all branches."
"The Iranian people wish to think only about the principles of humanity, and justice, fairness and equality, "he said in his last points of his Friday sermons of Zahedan.

Maulana Abdulhamid:
🕌The authorities say that we don't negotiate with armed individuals and warmongers. Have you negotiated with political prisoners and those who protest through civil means?
Sheikh ul-Islam Maulana Abdulhamid, today (April 12, 2024), during the Friday prayer ceremony in Zahedan, in his response to some protests against his recent statements regarding "dialogue and negotiation with opponents" said: You say you don't negotiate with armed individuals and warmongers, but the question arises: Have you negotiated with "political prisoners" and people who do not have "weapons" and express their demands through "civil means"?!
🔹Officials should consider the people
According to Zahedan Sunni Imam Juma's office website report, Maulana Abdulhamid said in part of his speech at this ceremony: It is April now, and the Iranian people went to the ballot boxes in this month (in 1979) and voted for the "Islamic Republic." The people, knowing that Islam is a religion of justice, equality, foresight, tolerance, and morality, in which there is extraordinary freedom of expression and thought, voted for the "Islamic Republic."
He continued: People thought that they were voting for a system whose foundations are based on justice, freedom, democracy, tolerance, foresight, and moral virtues. "Republicanism," which is part of the system, means "democracy"; meaning that the people are the masters of the country and the ruler is only and only the representative of the people. Just as in the Islamic system, the "Caliph of Muslims" and the "Commander of the Faithful" represent the people. The Caliph of Muslims and the Commander of the Faithful are elected by the people, not by God, and this is a right that God has given to the people to decide their own fate, and God has no intervention in this regard. The Four Caliphs were chosen by the people. Imam Ali, may God be pleased with him, argued in a letter he wrote to Muawiya, and this letter is also available in Nahj ul-Balagha, and said that the same council that elected the previous caliphs has also elected me; so you must obey me.
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan clarified: Officials should consider the people. The Iranian people, who have had protests in the past two or three years and have raised their demands and grievances. The officials should have stood alongside the people, listened to the people's words, and accepted the people's demands.
Maulana Abdul Hamid at the Eid al-Fitr ceremony in Zahedan:
🕌The way out of the country's crisis is yielding to the rightful demands of the nation
Sheikh-ul-Islam Maulana Abdul Hamid, today (April 10, 2024) at the Eid al-Fitr ceremony in Zahedan, Stating that the country is currently facing challenges and crises in the two fields of "politics" and "economy", he declared that " yielding to the rightful demands of the nation" is the only way out of these challenges.
🔹The "economic crisis" has challenged all groups and classes of society
According to Information website of Zahedan Sunni Imam Juma's office report, Maulana Abdul Hamid - in this magnificent ceremony, which was held with the presence of more than two hundred thousand worshipers - mentioned:
The unity and integrity and unity of discourse are very vital and important for the whole nation of Iran, including religions, ethnicities and groups. The integrity and unity of a nation is one of the strengths and signs of that nation's wisdom and knowledge.
He further added: Unfortunately, today we are facing crises in our own country, which have caused problems and worries and distress, and the Iranian nation is worried about this situation. Sadly, both the country's economy is caught in a special crisis and politics is facing a crisis. "Politics" and "Economy" are the two foundations and the existence of crisis in these two fields has caused challenges and problems in the country.
Sunni Imam of Zahedan continued: The current economic crisis has challenged not only the weak but also all the classes and guilds. When the country's currency becomes worthless and falls, there will no longer be an economy, because all the deals and trades are done with this. When a country's liquidity is devalued, life becomes difficult for the nation.
🔹The control of the economy is out of the hands of the country's administrators
Maulana Abdul Hamid mentioned: It seems that the control of money and economy has gone out of the hands of the country's administrators. When there is no political focus, the economy also will be palsied. Solving this problem and challenge requires serious and fundamental thinking. The best way out of these crises and challenges is for the authorities to see what the Iranian people want and demand and surrender to the rightful demands of the Iranian people.
He added: The people of Iran are the owners of this country, regardless of ethnicities, religions and different tendencies. Among the people of Iran, there are wise men and intellectuals inside and outside the country. Iranian people are concerned about national interests and have compassion for each other. Therefore, attention should be paid to the wishes of this nation.
🔹How beautiful it is that the rulers of countries surrender to the wishes of their people
Zahedan’s Eid al-Fitr preacher stated: How beautiful it is that the rulers of countries surrender to the wishes of their people. The best and strongest policy for any system and government is to protect the nation and the way to preserve the nation is to think like the people. The officials should be with the people and submit to the demands of the people; this is the only way out of crises and challenges.
He added: If there is a separation between the nation and the government, this does not solve the problems, rather, the government deserves to submit to the will of the nation and put himself at the service of the nation and its demands. We hope that Almighty Allah will take care of these problems and help to solve these problems and difficulties and help people achieve their desires.
Iran's Sunni leader:
🕌Iranians Experience, Love and Awakening
The most influential Iranian Sunni leader referred to new round of awakening and love among Iranians, believing that such awakenings marks a bright future. He called the Iranians as one family and insisted on preserving fraternity.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid was talking to the people of Zahedan before the Friday prayers on March 22, 2024.
🔹Islam teaches us to respect the commonalities of all human beings
The Iranian top Sunni leader insisted on preserving human dignity and said: "We share common interests with all people of the world. We respect and love all people. We have human brotherhood with all people. According to the Islamic view, we are all children of Adam and Eve from the same parents. Human beings, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims, are all respected; Allah Almighty mentioned this issue in verse 75 of Surah Asra. So we have to respect all the children of Adam".
Allah does not say that he has honored only Muslims, but he says that he has honored all human beings; this dignity is not limited only to a specific group of people but to all human beings. Unfortunately, some (with their performances) cause others to hate the religion. Islam teaches us that we should be well-wishers to all human beings and respect everyone's rights. The holy Qur'an says in verse 8 of Surah Momtahenah, that you (Muslims) should do good to non-Muslims who do not oppress you and treat them justly, "said the Friday Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan.
"Looting non-Muslims' properties and disrespecting them is forbidden. Allah Almighty says: Do not treat Jews and Christians with violence but talk to them with respect, "He stressed on treating all human beings well.
🔹Iranians are members of one big family
🔸The people of the province should be kind to the Nowrooz travelers
The most outstanding cleric of Iranian Baluchistan went on to call the Iranian people as members of one family and stated: "Iranian people are members of one family. These days, Iranians travel to Sistan-Baluchistan. When you see them, you imagine that they are members of your own family. Iran consists of a big family that includes all religious and ethnic communities. These commonalities make us as members of one family. We must respect each other and have good manners. Islam has been spread with good ethics and behaviors".
"The holy Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him did not feed his children when others were hungry, but he fed the people first and if anything was remained, he and his children used to eat, "the president of Darululoom Zahedan further referred to the good behavior of the holy prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
"Enmity, hatred and minutes have no positive result, he believed.
Imam of the grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan added:
"Today, Iranians love each other more than ever. In the recent flood damages of Dashtiari, Iranians showed their sympathy and love with each other. I have never seen such a scene in the past. The people of Iran, including people of remote and marginalized areas (from different parts of the country), helped the flood victims as much as they could. Especially the dear people of Tehran worked very hard to help the victims. People sent humanitarian aids from different regions of Iran, including from Kurdistan, Khorasan, Hormozgan, Bushehr, Golestan, Isfahan, Shiraz, etc."
Iran's Sunni leader:
🕌Disqualifications, Reasons for Low Election Turnout
Stating that the overwhelming majority of Iranian people did not participate in the recent parliamentary elections, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader emphasized the need to examine this issue.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid was talking to tens of thousands of people in Zahedan' biggest Friday on March 8, 2o24.
🔹The process of mass disqualifications has caused the removal of capable and competent managers
The Iranian top Sunni leader referred to the concerns of people about elections and said: "The elections were held. People talked about how the elections were held. Many think that Iranians are against Islamic religion and system. But the fact is that Iranians are wise and patient people and are among the best nations in the world. The Iranian nation waited a long time; People voted for Islamic Republic with hopes and accompanied you for 45 years. They participated in all the scenes, especially in the elections. Now they have problems and concerns".
The Friday Imam of Zahedan continued his speech by saying: "In recent elections, many refused to talk about elections; this silence requires proper expertise. People believe that selecting and choosing certain people as representatives and as managers has caused the removal of capable people from the scene".
"The nation knows well the well-wishers in the society and want to select them. The members of the parliament are the people's representatives and the people should elect them. The problem is that the people do not trust selectors. People believe that this process is repeating the past policies and is inefficient," said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.
🔹Those who did not participate in the elections are not against the religion and against the country
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid went on to continue his speech by saying: "The criterion of commitment to Islam is needed when you want to appoint a Friday imam, but for the presidency and for parliament members, the main criterion should be the ability and competence. Today, the situation of the country's economy is critical and the value of money has fallen. People's life has been facing problems. So we say that the ability should be the criterion for selecting representatives and managers. Ethnicity, religion, party and faction should not be considered as conditions to choose the managers. There must be presented both agreed and disagreed representatives in the parliament and the cabinet to find out the right path; this is in the interest of the country and the nation".
He stated: "In the recent elections, some people boycotted the elections and did not vote. Some kept silence and did not prohibit the people from participating in the elections. They left the judgment to the people. Actually they are not against the religion and the country, they are not agent of foreign powers, but they are dependent on the majority of the Iranian nation. The overwhelming majority of people did not participate in the recent elections; this issue should be diagnosed. According to the official statistics of the country, the overwhelming majority of people did not participate in the recent elections. This issue should be investigated and examined".
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid insisted on fulfilling people's demands and said: "We have to sit and talk with people. We should think to find out the ways to solve the problems. All over the world, they examine and analyze issues and listen to people's words. Listening to people is vital and important and is on the path of moderation".
Iran’s Sunni leader:
🕌Help flood victims of Baluchistan's southern areas
Referring to the recent flood damages in the southern regions of Iranian Balochistan, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader strongly criticized the authorities for their weaknesses in providing relief to these people. "Instead of allocating budgets for Makran Beaches Development, the officials should have repaired the infrastructures of the flood-affected areas, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said.
He was talking to tens of thousands of worshippers before the Friday prayers of Zahedan on the first day of March, 2024.
"Why the country's administration has failed to prevent flood damages in southern areas of Sistan-Baluchistan?, "he questioned.
The Iranian top Sunni leader continued his speech by saying: "Unfortunately, Dashtiari and the southern areas of Sistan-Baluchistan have been suffering damages due to floods for many times. The authorities have failed to provide facilities in these areas. Why the officials have failed to plan for these areas correctly? With the right expertise, the infrastructures will be fixed and the damages due to floods will be prevented. Why when the flood comes, all people's property is destroyed?"
"There are few dams in the country that follow the principles and rules of dam constructions. Most dams are built without following the principles, "he added.
The Friday Imam of Zahedan said: "Instead of spending moneys for development of the "Makran Beach Project", which is a big project, the authorities should have spent money to solve these problems. Instead of settling the people of other regions in the coastal areas of Chabahar, the officials should help the residents of these regions to improve their lives. They are Iranians and belong to this land. They need your help."
🔸We should not cause our nation to be ashamed before other nations
The president of Darululoom Zahedan further criticized the authorities and said: "Unfortunately, in our country, sometimes we witness investments on big projects, while some of these projects have no good results. We should put the Iranian nation first. People don't have bread to eat and they suffer from poverty and hunger. The best use of the country's capital is our people". "Putting the nation first is more important than any other program and project. The nation must be taken into consideration to be saved from poverty, because poverty and hunger lead to corruption and misery, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid underlined.
"Unfortunately, the value of the national currency has fallen among neighboring countries. We should not allow our nation to be embarrassed before other nations. Maintaining the nation is vital and important and effective, "said the eminent Iranian Sunni scholar of Zahedan.
🔹Israel's attack on Rafah is against reason and logic
The most influential Iranian Sunni expressed his concerns about Israel's decision to attack Rafah and said: "The veto of the resolution of the UN Security Council regarding the immediate ceasefire in Gaza, by the United States was far away from justice. Israel has so far massacred nearly 30,000 people of Gaza, including women, children and defenseless people.
Israel continues war in Gaza and says it will attack Rafah to kill all Hamas members. Israel insists on attacking the city of Rafah, which is the last place of Gaza's refugees. More than one and a half million people from Gaza have taken refuge in Rafah".
The president of Darululoom Zahedan questioned: "Israel wants to kill all Palestinians in order to eliminate Hamas! Is this compatible with reason and logic, fairness and humanity?"
He added: "The people of Gaza have nowhere else to go. The United Nations, Americans and Europeans say that the people of Gaza have nowhere to go, but the extreme Israeli government says that it will not won until it destroys Hamas. Do you want to destroy all the people of Palestine because of a few people of Hamas? All issues cannot be solved by military means and through killing people, and this is against reason and logic. There are other ways to adopt. Solve your problems through political means".
Referring to the veto of the UN Security Council's resolution by the United States regarding the establishment of an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, the Friday Imam of Zahedan said: "The United States vetoed the NN Security Council's resolution regarding the immediate cease-fire in Gaza. This action was against reason and justice. All the people of the world are unpleasant with American's this action and blame it. When the Americans themselves say that they are against Israel's attack on Rafah, why they vetoed the ceasefire resolution in Gaza?"
"An immediate ceasefire should be established in Gaza and the prisoners should be released as soon as possible. Israelis and Palestinians must negotiate with each other. The occupied lands should be returned to the Palestinian people and a fair agreement should be established. The Palestinian people must determine their own destiny and this long-standing dispute must end, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid insisted.
🔹Political and drug executions have not had any results
Iran’s top Sunni leader continued his Friday sermons of Zahedan and said: "The executions did not have any positive result in the country. In the past, a judge executed a large number of people due to political cases. Maybe he will be punished in the hereafter. In fighting drug trafficking, the authorities must have comprehensive programs. They should have economic planning and efforts to create jobs."
"Political executions have not been preventing people from their demands. The Iranian people have legitimate demands. They are well-wishers and compassionate to the country. Today, people suffer from poverty and economic problems. The value of the national currency has fallen. People want to resolve the material and spiritual problems of the country and make the country well, "said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid referred to the problems of the people of Ahwaz and said: "The people of Ahwaz, are our Arab brothers. They have complaints. They go to jail for religious reasons, While the constitution has given freedoms in belief. In Iran, different ethnicities live together. All love their homeland and want to maintain the fraternity. We have fraternity with all human beings and think of Islam and humanity. The dignity of Islam and Iran is vital to us, "the prominent Iranian Sunni scholar urged on freedoms.
He added: "All Iranian ethnicities have brotherhood with each other. They think of the territorial integrity of the country. Iranians want authorities to stop all executions except retaliation for murdering. This is in the interest of everyone".
Iran’s Sunni leader addresses the judicial authorities:
🕌Executions, Contrary to Prophetic Teachings; Stop them
The most influential Iranian Sunni leader strongly criticized mass executions in Iran and called them, painful, shocking and devastating.
"These executions are contrary to the teachings of the holy Prophet peace be upon him and the Rashdin Caliphs including the Caliph Ali may Allah be pleased with them, "said Shaikh Abdol-Hamid.
He was talking to tens of thousands of worshippers in Zahedan’s biggest Friday gathering on February 23, 2024.
The Iranian top Sunni leader continued his speech by saying: "The executions of the holy Prophet's era did not even reach as much as the number of fingers of one hand. Unfortunately, executions in the country has increased. People are executed on various charges, including on the charges of drug trafficking and on political cases. Not only these executions have worried the people of Iran, but also shocked the world. Due to executions, foreign networks increase the propaganda against the country."
"We are well-wishers to the country and to the nation. We don't want that the foreign socials defame our country by saying these issues, but we want reform and change. I have already talked about executions but today I am going to explain this issue with scientific reasons. Often, the judges, refer to verse 33 of Surah Ma'idah, when they issue death sentence against accuses, convicting them of “moharebeh”, an Islamic legal term meaning “waging war against God”. It should be said that in order to understand the Qur'an, we must refer to the Seerah of the holy Prophet peace be upon him because the Prophet understood the Qur'an better than us. The main mission of the holy Prophet was to recite and explain the verses of the holy Qur'an to people. Therefore, we must follow the life of the holy Prophet and see how he acted, said the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan.
The president of Darululoom Zahedan added: "If we look at the Seerah of the holy Prophet, we will find that all the murders that took place during that period, may not even reach as much as the fingers of one hand. Most of the murders were due to retributions. The purpose of verse 33 of Surah Ma'idah is that if someone commits murder, he should be killed, but if he does not commit murder, he should not be killed. Moharebeh and corruption on earth are among the words that, if their meanings are applied generally, many people are involved in corruption and deserve punishment. Sins such as lying, slander, etc. are also corruption but no one is killed for committing these sins. Even a person who commits theft is not killed. Islam has provided other punishments for thieves".
🔹The judge should prevent the execution of sentences as much as possible
The eminent Iranian Sunni scholar of Zahedan called on judges to consider the social expediency in judgments and said: "It was a principle among jurists that they have tried to prevent execution of sentences. Once a person attended to the holy Prophet peace be upon him and confessed that he had committed adultery, the holy Prophet rejected his claim and said to him: Perhaps you have committed an action lower than adultery. The Prophet turned his face away from that person. He repeated his confession and the Prophet rejected to prove his claim. It is stated in the principles of jurisprudence that if a person confesses to adultery before the judge, the judge should reject the implementation of sentence as much as possible."
"The second case that the judge should try to prevent its implementation is the retribution. Killing human beings under forced confession is against Shariah and against the country's constitution. Such a murder is very dangerous, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid added more.
🔹Those who embezzled were qualified
🔸People would be satisfied if you qualified their competent candidates
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further criticized mass disqualification of candidates and said: "In the current situation, I wish that the qualification criteria were discussed. The final qualifications of candidates is entrusted to the Guardian Council. The Guardian Council has put very difficult conditions for qualifications of candidates. Practical commitment to Islam is one of the conditions of the Guardian Council, while this is a condition for accepting Islam. If a person, later, cannot fulfill all the obligations of Islam, he/she will not become an infidel."
He added: "There is no need to put practical commitment to Islam as a condition for qualifying the candidates. Practical commitment is to mean that the person must participate in religious ceremonies, while the capability must be the main condition of the candidate."
"Those who embezzled were qualified by government organs and had passed tough filters. Those who took the camel with the load and you qualified them, you thought they had a practical commitment to the leadership, "said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
"Today, corruption has spread in the country in such a way that no one is able to fight it. The nation has come to the conclusion that the government cannot fight corruption. People would be satisfied if you qualified their competent people who could build the country. Unfortunately, the demands of the people were not met. Well-wishers of the country have been raising these issues, "the Friday Imam of Zahedan further said.
He continued: "Iranians, both men and women love Islam and respect the religion and love their country. If the people were heard, it would be to the goodness of the country."
🔹Today, people don't have the hope to attend the scene
🔸Satisfaction of people will not be achieved until you do not change the policies
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid urged on respecting people's demands and said: "Problems will not be solved and the people will not be satisfied, until you do not change the policies. If the policies that have reached a dead end were changed, people would respond to your call. It is a fact that today people have lost their hope."
He questioned: "Why those who served the country yesterday, are sitting at home today?"
"The past policies will not solve the problems, therefore, do not repeat the past methods, "Mawlana Abdol-Hamid believed.
🔹The status of women is very high in Islam
The Iranian top Sunni cleric referred to the status of women in Islam and said: "In the pre-Islam era, and during the period of ignorance, the people of the world had fallen in belief, morality, and performance. The rights of weak people, especially the rights of women, were violated. Women had no dignity and status. When the religion of Islam emerged, the right belief and good ethics were established in the community. Women gained respect, special position and strong support. The holy Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him gave a special place to women and made women equal to men."
ShaikhAbdol-Hamid said: "Islam strongly prohibits inappropriate treatment of women. The holy Prophet peace be upon him condemned violence against women and said that those who do violence against women are not good people. In a hadith, it's said: The best of you is the one who treats his wife and children well. The best women are those who respect their husband's rights, are kind to their children, and raise them properly."
🔹Iranians want the judicial system to act impartially
The most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar went on to refer to the duties of judiciary system. He said: "In the case of the Bloody Friday of Zahedan, people ask the judicial system to act impartially; this is the demand of the families of victims.
Referring to holding the court on the case of Bloody Friday accusations, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: "The Bloody Friday Court of Zahedan has been held. People ask judges to judge impartially and fairly. One of the demands of the Iranian nation is that the judiciary system and judges must be independent. Judges should not be subjected to the pressures of state offices and personalities. They should judge for the sake of Allah Almighty, the Friday Imam of Zahedan said.
"All, including state organs, officials and characters, make mistake. No one is immune from the error. If the judge judges based on the statement of some powerful personalities or organizations and commits the mistake, he will be in charge on the Day of Judgment. If the judge does not judge fairly, Allah will ask him in the Day of Judgment, Mawlana Abdol-Hamid believed.
He continued his speech by saying: "The judge should not take the ruler's side. The Caliph Ali may Allah be pleased with him was the best and fairest judge of his time. He said that he had learned the judgment of the holy Prophet, and the Prophet peace be upon him had told him that in judgments, he must listen to the both sides. The judgment does not belong to the ruler, but belongings to Allah Almighty. The judge should never be subjected to the rulers, but should consider Allah Almighty".
The Iranian top Sunni leader further referred to the Bloody Friday crime of Zahedan and insisted on the implementation of justice in this regard.
He said: "In the case of the Bloody Friday incident of Zahedan, I would like to advise the officials to act impartially and fairly. It is the demand of all citizens including the families of victims that all those who committed crimes in this incident should be brought to the court relevant to every organ or state personnel they are. People expect the implementation of justice. The blood money, which has been given to some families of the victims, was very little. In this incident, people were killed by war bullets, they were not targeted by mistake. People demanded the retaliation of killers."
He added: "You must obey rules of the Islamic Shariah and pay at least one hundred camels for the blood money of one person. You are the state and not poor. Instead of one billion tomans, you should pay six or seven billion. Most of those who were killed in this incident were poor. We hope that the issue will be addressed in a way that satisfies Allah, the Almighty and the people".
In his last points, the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan referred to the release of Shaikh Abdol-Majid Moradzahi, a social and media activist that was in jail for nearly one year. Shaikh Abdol-Hamid demanded the release of all prisoners including the freedom of clerics, critics and politicians.

🔹Military officials have taken the affairs of the country
The Friday Imam of Zahedan referred to the approach of the anniversary of the victory of Islamic Revolution, saying: "Now we are in the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution. Those people who rose because of economics and livelihood problems and wanted freedom, ask them how many percent of them are satisfied with the authorities? If I played a role in the country, I held a referendum and surrendered to the nation's will. Hearing the people is very important. This government was popular at the beginning but after the passage of time the system turned to the military and the problems increased because the military people has been trained to defend the territorial integrity of the country. Internal and foreign policies and economic issues cannot be resolved by military officials." "Political affairs should be given to the politicians. When the military officials took the affairs of the country, they created problems and caused dissatisfaction of the people. Now One Iranian toman has been equal to $ 60! Who can live with this dollar? Employees cannot spend their lives with this price. All classes, including workers and retirees and teachers face problems and protest, said Shaikh Abdol-Hamid.
He continued: "The fact is that all have problems. Those who are in the country's affairs should solve problems. The nation should not suffer from pressures.
"We do not want anything for ourselves. We are compassionate and well-wishers. We have raised these demands in many conferences and meetings, "he said.
🔹 People are under severe pressures
🔹Execution cannot take people back
The Iranian top Sunni cleric referred to the inefficiency of the past policies of the country and said: "Past policies will not solve the problems and should change. I believe that we should refer to the first days of the revolution. In those days, all classes of people were present in the revolution. All ethnic and religious communities should have been in power. Free political prisoners and ask them to plan for country's affairs. In the earlier days of the revolution, affairs of the country were in the hands of youth. It was one of the biggest problems. Today there is the same situation. Experienced people should take the affairs."
"Today the nation is under severe pressures. People will not go back with executions and by facing pressures. When people are hungry and their kids are crying from hunger, then what they can do? Iran is one of the civilized countries, so the decisions must be made according to the position of the people, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid concluded his Friday sermons of Zahedan.

Iran’s Sunni leader:
🕌Many Parties have been Separated from the Revolution
Referring to the approach of the victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader pointed out to political transformations and popular dissatisfaction. "To get rid of political crises, policies must change and all parties must have equal opportunities, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid believed.
He was talking to the people of Zahedan in the presence of tens of thousands of worshippers on February 2, 224.
🔹The Iranians rose with the slogan of justice, freedom and independence
The Iranian top Sunni leader continued his speech by saying: "The Iranians, including academics, marketers, women and youth rose with the slogan of justice, freedom and independence. Do not make mistakes! In the 1979 revolution, not only religious people but those who had even Marxist belief rose. Maybe religious people alone could not cause the revolution to get victory. At that time, all people were known as Iranians and they were united. Justice and freedom was demand of all."
The president of Darululoom Zahedan added: "There was a need for a fair system to deal with discrimination and inequality. Of course one person or family could not rule, but a comprehensive system was needed. People needed freedom of expression and pen and the freedom of criticism. At that time, no one was allowed to criticize the first person of the country. The king was the red line. The Iranians said that we want a ruler whom we can criticize and express his weaknesses. Many of those who criticized the system or the first person of the country were imprisoned. Even many scholars were imprisoned or exiled."
"People said that oil and gas and national capital should be spent on the Iranian nation. They said that the United States and other countries should not take the capital of the country. The Iranians got victory with the slogans such as: justice, freedom, independence and so on. They wanted to improve their economy, "the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan referred to the events of the 1979 revolution.
🔹With the victory of the Islamic system, people thought that the Prophet's era and the justice era of the Caliph Ali came
"Of course, one of the blessings of the Iranian revolution was awareness. With the victory of the Islamic system, people thought that the Prophet's era and the justice era of the Caliph Ali came. When the revolution got victory, some suggested a democratic system and some suggested other systems, but ultimately, the scholars and people agreed to form the Islamic Republic. The system of the Iranian revolution was determined as the Islamic Republic, said Shaikh Abdol-Hamid.
The eminent Iranian Sunni scholar believed that the Islamic Republic of Iran should have been given opportunities to all groups including to religious and ethnic communities.
"The formation of a comprehensive government was important for maintaining unity. After the revolution, the best policy was that all groups served the country together. When the clerics were at the top of affairs, they had to give the opportunity all factions and religious and ethnic communities. All should have been given opportunities to serve as the ministers and as provincial governors, "Mawlana Abdol-Hamid believed.

"Islam emphasizes on justice. Justice is one of the most important foundation of the religion. Injustice is against the path of Islam. Extremism hits Islam and the extreme person him/herself. The life of the holy Prophet and his companions was far away from extreme. As true believers, we must be careful not to violate the principle of Islam with our bad actions. We should not cause others to be pessimistic about Islam, said the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan.
🔹Lying is not allowed in Islamic politics
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid insisted on observing Islamic principles. He said: "As Muslims, we should not eat in the name of religion. No one is allowed to get political and material benefits in the name of religion and Quran. If we cannot help the religion of Islam and if we cannot be true servants of Allah, at least we should not provide our material needs in the name of religion. Religion should not be political and subject to politics, rather the policies must be subject to religion. In Islamic politics, nothing should be against Shariah. In Islamic politics, betrayal, breach of promise and lies are not allowed, only honesty is allowed."
"All politicians must adhere to the Sharia rules. No one, especially those who rule in the name of Islam, should move against the directions of the holy Quran and against the traditions of the holy Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid underlined.
🔹Politicians should put the interests of the people first

He said: "It is important that politicians think of the interests of the people and the interests of the country. The rulers must pay special attentions to the demands of the people and must hear their voices; this is the best policy. The rulers should think of the interests of the nation first and then think of the interests of all humanity. We are Well-wishes to the country and to the nation. We love our land and support the territorial integrity of the country. We want to preserve the national security. This country is the house of all Iranians. Everyone protects his/her own house and land. Today, most people of the country live in a very difficult situation. Livelihood problems have led to the expansion of dissatisfaction in the country."

Both sides must observe these principles, "said the Iranian top Sunni leader.
"Iranians have good relationship and common interests with many nations and countries, so they should avoid any kind of conflict with others. In these attacks, most victims of both sides were children and women, and it was painful. Usually, women and children suffer the most casualties in wars, "he added.
"I would like to advise both sides to maintain their long-standing relationships and preserve common interests. Pakistan, Iran and all neighbors must solve their problems through political and diplomatic means, "said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.

The situation is extremely critical. According to local reports, there are not enough teachers in many areas and students of schools have been enduring so many problems, "he said.
"The best policy is to hire the local educated people in the education department. Today, many educated people of this province are unemployed, while we face significant shortage of human resources in the field of education, "said the eminent Iranian Sunni scholar of Balochistan.

🔹Israel has committed genocide and war crimes in Gaza
The president of Darululoom Zahedan continued his speech by saying: "The World Court is reviewing the case of Israel's genocide in Gaza. It is a fact that Israel has committed genocide and war crimes in Gaza. No logic accepts to genocide a nation and destroy homes, infrastructures and cities. The innocent people of Gaza, including women and children, have been massacred. People's houses, agricultures, and lives have been destroyed. Two million people have been displaced."
He questioned: "In this cold weather, from where they provide their water and bread?"
"If the World Court is really independent and the judges have the courage, they must condemn Israel, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid believed.

"Forming an independent Palestinian state and returning the occupied territories to the Palestinians is the only solution to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Palestinians must rule over their own land and determine their destiny; this is the only solution that will relief the wounded hearts of all the free people of the world, "said the eminent Iranian Sunni scholar of Zahedan.

In that incident, many of our dear compatriots died. I express my deepest condolences with those who have lost their loved ones. The accident was really a big loss. The authorities should have dealt with the case. I expected that the high-ranking officials must apologized to the people and condemned the crime."
"Now the officials say it was a mistake. Of course, the error has its limits. This was a big mistake. According to the Islamic rules, those who have committed this crime should be punished. In the bloody Friday crime of Zahedan, nearly one hundred people were killed, and about three hundred people were disabled, blind, and injured. We expected that the first person in the country would condemn this crime and would deal with this issue, "Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said during his Friday sermons of Zahedan.

🔹Israeli troops have no mercy on people of Gaza
The Iranian top Sunni cleric referred to the tragedy of Gaza, saying: "The world has been witnessing a great oppression in Gaza and the Palestinian territories. It seems that the authorities and the Israeli army have no mercy on people, while all the divine books, including the holy Quran, the holy Torah and the holy Bible, have emphasized that no one should ignore justice for hostility with others."
