🔹We Assure the People of Taftan that the Province Will Stand with You
Mawlana Abdol Hamid reassured the people of Taftan, stating: “We assure you that the people of this province will not abandon you. Neither the people nor the government will allow you to be displaced or for your livestock and livelihoods to be destroyed.”
He emphasized that if the people of the region knew that the province’s resources and infrastructure—which lack oil and gas—were being used properly and for the benefit of the entire Iranian nation or the province's people, they would accept it and be willing to make sacrifices. However, the inequality and the fact that these resources benefit only a select few are unacceptable.
He further stated: “The religion of Islam, based on the principle of 'La Darar wa la Dirar fi al-Islam' (there should be neither harm nor reciprocating harm in Islam), does not allow ancestral resources and assets to be destroyed at the cost of harming people and their environment.”

🔹Now is the Best Time for a ‘Ceasefire’ and a ‘Just Resolution to the Palestinian Issue’
Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid, in another part of his Friday sermon in Zahedan, addressed the current situation in the region, emphasizing the need for a “ceasefire” and a “just resolution to the Palestinian issue.” He remarked: “Now is a suitable time for dialogue aimed at establishing an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.”
He warned: “If both sides go beyond this stage and launch new attacks, there is a risk of a full-scale war, which could have widespread consequences across the region. The wise course of action is to end the conflict here, stop the bombings, and cease attacks.”
He stressed that both the warring parties and the international community should exert pressure to accept a ceasefire, which should lead to the release of prisoners on both sides and a fair agreement.

🔹No One Except Extremists Wants this War to Continue
Mawlana Abdol Hamid pointed to the damage and casualties of war, stating: “Women, children, and other unarmed individuals have lost their lives in these conflicts. In Gaza alone, more than forty thousand defenseless Muslims, mostly women and children, have been killed. According to our religious beliefs, no unarmed individual—whether Muslim or Jewish—should be harmed in war. Just as attacking defenseless Muslims in Gaza and Lebanon is unjustified, attacking defenseless Jews who oppose the war is equally unacceptable.”
He highlighted the presence of extremists among both Muslims and Jews, saying: “There are extremists and radicals among both Muslims and Jews, but extremism is more intense among Jews because they have stronger weapons and receive global support. Aside from extremists, no one else supports this war.”

🔹The Zionist Regime Exploits the Slogan of Destroying Israel in Global Forums
Mawlana Abdol Hamid described the continuation of extremism as "dangerous" for the region's security, stating: “Neither side should chant slogans calling for the destruction of the other. Especially, Israelis should not call for the destruction of Palestine, and Palestinians should not demand the elimination of Jews from the land. These slogans are unjust, and the only fair solution can be achieved through peace and the return of Palestinian lands to their rightful owners.”
He further elaborated on this issue, highlighting that: “The Zionist regime exploits the slogan of eliminating Israel to its own advantage in global forums. Therefore, the best course of action is to emphasize a just resolution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.”

🔹Mr. Pezeshkian Should Prioritize Sistan and Baluchistan
🔸The Province Needs Fundamental Changes and Reforms

In the final part of his Friday sermon in Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol Hamid stressed the need for “special attention from the Fourteenth Government to Sistan and Baluchistan,” saying: “We request that Mr. Pezeshkian prioritize this province due to its complexities and challenges.”
He added: “Sistan and Baluchistan requires deep thought and fundamental changes.”

Shaikh ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid:
🕌 Pressure on people must be reduced; “correct results” come from “proper policies”

Shaikh ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid addressed the security and social challenges in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan during today’s (October 4, 2024) Friday sermon in Zahedan, emphasizing the need to “prevent and avoid violence” and “establish peace in society.” He urged the authorities to address the injustices and incidents inflicted upon the people, stating, “Pressure on people must be reduced because the province needs tranquility.”
According to the information office of the Sunni Friday prayer leader in Zahedan, Shaikh ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid also touched on key issues related to “economic and industrial policies.” He stressed that “correct results” will only be achieved when “the policies are right.” In his view, the new government must review and revise the flawed past policies in various sectors, including industry, agriculture, trade, and mining.
The Sunni Friday prayer leader of Zahedan further mentioned the province’s drought and water shortages, which have severely impacted agriculture in the region. Mawlana Abdol Hamid highlighted other potentials of the province, such as its borders, sea, and mines, as resources for development. He criticized the exploitation of the province’s major mines, which are mainly registered and operated by influential companies based in Tehran, without contributing to the development of the province’s infrastructure. He also pointed out that the environmental damage from these mines remains in the province, while the economic benefits leave the region.
He emphasized the need to change policies and perspectives on the mines, viewing them as a local resource for the province’s economic and social development.

🔹“Corruption” and “neglect of people’s rights” in mining operations
Shaikh ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid raised the issue of “corruption in mining operations” and the “disregard for people’s rights,” saying that the province’s billion-dollar resources are being transferred outside the region, providing no benefit to the local population who are struggling with poverty and educational challenges.
He stated, "Strong hands and influential individuals are behind the exploitation of Sistan and Baluchistan’s mines, and these people not only harm the natural resources and environment but also trample on the rights of the people. The law is only enforced against the weak, and no institution has the power to confront these individuals, which is a great injustice.”

#Dignity
-Dignity in this world belongs to Allah. Dignity means dominance, power, ability, and honor, and it brings respect along with it. A nation that possesses dignity is respected by others.
-There was a time when Muslims held dignity in the world. Despite wearing simple garments, the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, had such stature and dignity that even Gabriel, peace be upon him, would sit respectfully on his knees in his presence.
-The ascension (Mi’raj) was an extraordinary honor. During the Night of Ascension, the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, reached a station where Gabriel said, “I cannot ascend any higher.”
-The Prophet, peace be upon him, reached the Sidrat al-Muntaha and Paradise during the Mi’raj, and Allah Almighty drew him closer to Himself. It was at that moment that prayer was made obligatory, which, after faith, is the most important and effective divine command.
-Why have Muslims today lost their dignity? Why have other nations advanced in wealth, knowledge, industry, and technology, and hold the power of veto? Undoubtedly, it is because of the divisions among Muslims and their distance from their roots: the “Quran,” the “Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him,” and “true belief.”
-Muslims today have distanced themselves from their Lord. “Noble character,” “proper conduct,” “true belief,” and “justice and fairness,” which Allah has commanded, are absent both among Muslims and in Islamic governments.
-When a person’s faith is weak and does not deter them from sin, they lose their dignity.
-Today, Muslims have become weak; they neglect prayer, fail to give alms, and do not implement divine commandments. Muslims today engage in gossip, slander, and murder with ease. The modern Muslim no longer fears God and says, “Kill, and I will take responsibility.”
-Nowadays, Muslims have become bold in their disobedience to their Lord, indulging in alcohol and committing sins that the Quran has explicitly forbidden.

#Respecting People’s Rights
-Show respect to people. In the past, many mocked Balochi attire, but today the situation has changed, and people show respect toward all ethnicities. This is by God’s grace and favor.
-We strive to establish good relationships with all people, especially our fellow citizens.
-When you respect the rights of God and the rights of people, live a righteous life, and lead a life of faith, you will become beloved to God.

-Allah Almighty loves those who strive and earn lawful sustenance, and He despises those who are healthy and able but do not work.
-A major calamity in our society is that people stay awake at night and sleep during the day. Do not sleep during the day; work instead. Engaging in business not only benefits you financially but also enhances your mental and spiritual health.
-Even if your income is small, keep working; the value lies in the effort, not in the amount of money.
-The security of the province must be maintained. Violence is harmful both to the government and the people. All parties who consider me a well-wisher should uphold security.
-Our refuge and hope lie in God. There is no stronger or greater refuge than Him. We must act for God’s sake and seek His protection. Be a blessed nation, and pray and strive for both this world and the Hereafter.

#Women’s Rights
-Allah Almighty has permitted polygamy, but the strict condition is the observance of “justice.” Unfortunately, many people abuse this permission.
-We have the right to live, but only if we do not infringe upon the rights of others. We must live righteously and be fair. One of the signs of faith is fairness.
-Respect women. Do not harm them. Some women may be able to claim their rights from men, but not all can. The rights of all women, whether they can claim them or not, must be respected.

🔹 The vigilance and patience of the people of the province helped clarify the issue for the authorities
🔸We regret that the Leader’s directive regarding Bloody Friday has not yet been implemented

Mawlana Abdol Hamid remarked: “Praise be to God, when the vigilant people of the province were urged to maintain security until the perpetrators of the shootings were identified and central authorities were informed, the people showed patience and restraint. We are grateful to the people of the province, especially the families of the martyrs and the wounded.”
He continued: “This patience and restraint allowed the truth to come to light, and the matter became clear to the authorities, so much so that the Leader also issued a directive calling for a fair investigation. While I have not personally seen this directive, it has been widely reported that the Leader himself acknowledged that this event was unjust and wrongful. However, we regret that the Leader’s directive has yet to be implemented.”

🔹 The people demand a “Fair Investigation”
The Sunni Friday Imam of Zahedan emphasized: “Even now, we are calling for justice to be served, for rights to be restored, and for a fair investigation to take place. This tragedy was undoubtedly the result of discrimination, and our demand is for this discrimination to be eliminated. The problems faced by the Iranian people are national in scope, and as we have said before, if the authorities can resolve these national issues and implement justice for the Iranian people, we are ready to ask the families of the martyrs and the wounded of Bloody Friday to forgive and forgo their claims.”
He added: “We are disappointed that, following the Bloody Friday incident, instead of alleviating the people's pain, pressures have increased, and these pressures are still ongoing, with individuals being summoned for absurd reasons. The government and state must have a broader perspective. The execution of justice will bring comfort to the people. The people's demand is that cases be opened against everyone involved in this event, and even those who gave orders should be brought to justice.”

🔹 The interests of the Iranian Nation take precedence over all other interests and policies
At the conclusion of his Friday prayer sermon in Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol Hamid emphasized the importance of safeguarding national interests. He stated: “Today, the country is struggling with poverty and a severe economic crisis. Both urban and rural populations are suffering, and there is a drought gripping everyone. The impact of sanctions has been exacerbated by the depletion of the government’s treasury, and this empty treasury is the result of the nation's interests being plundered and losing focus.”
He added: “National interests must take precedence over all other interests. The protection of the Iranian people's interests is more important than any policies or objectives. We assert that national interests must be returned to the people, and that freedom, justice, and the rights of the people must be upheld. Mr. Pezeshkian’s administration faces a significant test, and we wish him success.”

Mawlana Abdol Hamid during Friday Prayer in Zahedan:
🕌A Government without justice is of no benefit

Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid, during today’s Friday prayer on September 27, 2024, in Zahedan, criticized the lack of justice in the country and the ongoing discrimination against Sunnis and women. He also referenced the tragic events of Zahedan’s “Bloody Friday” and the recent accident at the Tabas mine, calling for these incidents to be thoroughly investigated.

🔹 If “Justice” is upheld, “Peace, Security,” and “Public satisfaction” will follow
According to the official website of the Office of the Sunni Friday Imam of Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol Hamid began his speech by emphasizing the vital importance of justice in governance, stating: “When there is no justice, nothing else matters. If justice is neither present nor observed, no matter what name is given to that system—whether in the name of the prophets, God, Islam, or democracy—it has no value."
He added, “The key point is that even if everything is lost, as long as justice remains as the central pillar, everything will return. Tranquility will come, security will be established, the people's satisfaction will be achieved, and the pleasure of Allah the Almighty will be attained.”

🔹Parliament's decision regarding Abdolkarim Hosseinzadeh is “unbelievable”; The President must resolve this issue
The Sunni Friday Imam of Zahedan further addressed the appointment of a Sunni deputy by the president, saying: “Recently, the honorable president appointed a Sunni deputy. After 45 or 46 years of unfulfilled demands regarding the elimination of discrimination and inequality, we were pleased that this taboo was finally broken. However, an astonishing event occurred in Parliament that is hard to believe.”
He referred to the opposition of certain members of Parliament to the resignation of Abdolkarim Hosseinzadeh from his parliamentary seat to assume the role of vice president. He stated: “The parliamentarians rejected Mr. Hosseinzadeh's resignation for this position. Has this ever happened before in the Islamic Republic for others? Currently, there are several representatives who have been appointed to government positions. Was a vote taken for them as well, or was this decision uniquely applied to this Sunni representative? The people cannot accept this as an act of fairness.”
Mawlana Abdol Hamid urged the president to address this issue, stating that it is a collective demand.

🔹Women’s rights must be respected
🔸The capable and qualified should not face discrimination

Mawlana Abdol Hamid also spoke on women’s rights, stressing: “The dignity of Sunni citizens and women in the country will only be upheld when they enjoy equal rights alongside other Iranian citizens.”
He added: “When women do not receive equal rights, it results in their being demeaned. The women who have now stepped forward are fighting for their rights. They demand that their rights be respected and strive to preserve the dignity of themselves and other women."
He emphasized: "There are capable and talented women who, in many cases, possess greater abilities than men. Their rights must be recognized. Neither the competent nor the Sunni and Shia citizens of the country should face discrimination. Unfortunately, qualified and capable individuals are rejected in recruitment, and weaker individuals are brought to power, which leads to dissatisfaction among the people.”

🔹 Commanding good and forbidding evil must not be insulting
🔸Any action that causes people to view religion negatively is impermissible

The Imam of Zahedan added: "During the time of the Prophet, there was no narrow-mindedness or excessive severity. If someone committed a sin, they were not severely reprimanded or humiliated. Some people, in the name of enjoining good, actually promote evil and corruption, turning people away from religion. Any form of preaching, enjoining good, forbidding evil, or conduct that causes people to view religion negatively is impermissible and prohibited. Such calls do not lead to reform but rather to corruption." Mawlana Abdol Hamid cited the Quranic verse: “Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good advice” (Surah An-Nahl, 16:125), emphasizing that inviting people should be done with wisdom. He stressed that commanding good and forbidding evil must not be insulting but rather done compassionately, with kindness and wisdom, so that the other party understands the sincerity behind the call.

🔹"Expanding Justice" is the best way to solve problems
Mawlana Abdol Hamid urged everyone to take the example of the Prophet and the Rightly Guided Caliphs in all areas. He said: "We have taken Islam from the Prophet and the Rightly Guided Caliphs. Following the Sunnah of the Prophet is not limited to acts of worship like prayer, Hajj, and fasting, but also includes his patience, tolerance, kindness, governance, and the governance of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, which was based on the Prophet's methods. We must follow these as well." He emphasized the importance of "expanding justice" as the best way to solve problems and eliminate inequalities. He said: "Implementing justice and using wisdom and foresight can solve all of the world's problems and challenges. Not every problem should be addressed with violence or extreme measures; rather, issues should be solved with wisdom and careful treatment."
The Friday Imam of Zahedan further stated: "The most important task is serving the people and winning their hearts. This can be achieved through good character, patience, forgiveness, expanding justice and fairness, respecting the people, and granting them freedom."

🔹Executions are troubling the people
Mawlana Abdol Hamid also criticized the increasing number of executions in the country, stating: "Executions in the country are troubling the people. If the executions are for retribution and implementing the legal punishments, that is different, but executions for other issues such as political matters or drug-related crimes are not beneficial. These executions have left many women without husbands, children without fathers, and families grieving. They have also led to negative propaganda against our country."

🔹 Do not politicize religious and sectarian issues
🔸"Mercy" and "addressing people's demands" will succeed—trust it

Mawlana Abdol Hamid advised the authorities: "Do not politicize religious and sectarian issues. When matters become politicized, they become more complex. Address religious and sectarian issues with encouragement, wisdom, and sound judgment. If, instead of insults and physical confrontations, wisdom and justice are employed, and economic problems and discrimination are addressed, while combating financial corruption and bribery, then the problems will be resolved, and society will move towards unity."
He added: "Experience mercy, kindness, and listening to the people and addressing their demands, and trust that this approach will succeed. We pray for the officials who strive to eliminate discrimination and expand justice."

Mawlana Abdol Hamid's sermon at the Friday prayer in Zahedan:
🕌Prophet Muhammad’s Governance was based on "Mercy and Compassion" and "Implementing Justice"

Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid, in today’s Friday prayer ceremony (September 20th, 2024) in Zahedan, highlighted "mercy and compassion" and "implementing justice" as some of the most important qualities of Prophet Muhammad in all areas, including governance. He emphasized the need to follow the blessed Sunnah of the Prophet .

🔹 The Prophet raised human beings
According to the official website of the Sunni Friday Imam of Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol Hamid, on the occasion of the month of Rabi' al-Awwal and the birth of Prophet Muhammad , touched on some aspects of the Prophet’s life. He said: “The Prophet raised individuals who were caught up in polytheism, idol-worship, and arrogance and transformed them into true human beings. The Prophet taught people humanity, freedom, independence, proper belief, and correct behavior and morals. Those who were nurtured in the Prophet's school became exemplary individuals."
He added: "In this era, where humanity claims to possess knowledge and expertise in various fields of industry and technology, has it succeeded in raising true human beings? How much have we, in our academic and religious institutions, managed to nurture individuals who can teach humanity ethics, freedom, and independence and practice these values themselves?"

🔹 The Prophet was a teacher of morality and an example of mercy and compassion
The Imam of Zahedan emphasized "mercy and compassion" as the most prominent qualities of the Prophet and said: "The Prophet was a teacher of morality. He taught those he raised to show mercy and compassion and advised them not to harm women, children, and the elderly in wars, and not to destroy the places of worship of other religions and nations."
He continued: "Today, killing and bloodshed have become widespread in the world, and human beings are being massacred. The scenes of Gaza, and the war between Ukraine and Russia, are examples that show humanity is using bombs and destructive weapons without fear or hesitation. Most victims of these bombs and weapons are women, children, the elderly, and innocent, defenseless people. With these events and scenes seen today, humanity stands ashamed and humiliated."

#Ethics
* Today, Muslims pray and recite the Qur'an, but their ethics are still far from the ethics of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
* Those who harm others, steal their possessions, and carry weapons possess the worst morals.
* Unfortunately, nowadays some people carry swords, knives, and weapons. When disputes arise, they resort to violence and even kill each other. What kind of compassion, morality, and humanity is this?!
* Allah Almighty holds us accountable for actions that seem minor to us but are significant to Him; no act of worship like Tahajjud prayer, regular prayer, or Hajj can prevent this accountability.
* Today, the name of the Prophet (PBUH) is on many lips, but there is no trace of his ethics and actions in people's lives. If Muslims had good ethics, people worldwide would be drawn to Islam.
* Patience, tolerance, compassion, generosity, engaging with people, and listening to them are influential.
* Family and familial disputes have increased today. There is enmity in hearts, and forgiveness and leniency are lacking. We must work to resolve conflicts; if we do not address small problems, they will grow and hinder the descent of divine blessings.
* We all have a responsibility to awaken society and combat corruption and disorder.
* Good ethics not only lead to guidance but also bring forgiveness of sins.
* Helping orphans, the needy, prisoners’ families, and those without guardians is better than voluntary prayers.
* Unfortunately, empathy and kindness in society have decreased. Respect and caring for others are teachings from the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) character. It was the Prophet’s beautiful character that captivated the stubborn people of Mecca and Hijaz to Islam.
* We should guide society towards both academic and religious sciences. Invest in education and hire teachers. Be engaged and stay close to the people. Revive good traditions such as hospitality and helping others, which are fading away.
* The current state of society is not good. "Poverty" has exacerbated problems and difficulties. We must fulfill people's rights and address disputes.
* In solving problems, we should practice forgiveness, leniency, and compromise. We should measure ourselves by the scale of justice, strive to solve issues with wisdom and insight, and avoid causing trouble for others.
* For the education and development of the city and community progress, we must all cooperate and address people's needs. Public funds belong to everyone and must be managed properly.

#Halal_Provision
* Strive for halal sustenance. Earnings gained through lawful means are a source of healing and remedy.
* In whatever profession you are, whether laborer, farmer, livestock keeper, poultry farmer, or taxi driver, seek halal provision.
* Avoid oppression, betrayal, and consuming others' property, and always do good for others.
* If we adhere to lawful eating and good ethics, even those who harbor animosity towards us will eventually show respect.

#Animal_Rights
* There is a narration of a woman with a poor lifestyle who was forgiven by Allah due to her compassion towards a dog.
* Inflicting harm on innocent animals, such as chasing dogs with stones, is an incorrect and unkind behavior that needs to be corrected.
* Animals are living beings with their own rights. Respect their rights; do not leave them unprotected in the cold or heat, and provide them with food and care.

🕌Mawlana Abdol Hamid's participation and speech at the Quran memorizers ceremony of the Abdullah ibn Zubair school

Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid, on the evening of Friday (September 13, 2024), delivered a speech as a guest and special speaker at the sixth ceremony honoring the Qur'an memorizers from the Abdullah ibn Zubair Religious School and the graduates of the girls' school, Madrasat al-Banat Hazrat Asma bint Abi Bakr, in the second district of Domak, a sub-district of Zahedan County.

Highlights from Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid's Speech at the Ceremony Honoring the Qur'an Memorizers from the Abdullah ibn Zubair Religious School and the Graduates of the Girls' School Madrasat al-Banat Hazrat Asma bint Abi Bakr in the Second District of Domak, Zahedan County / Evening of Friday, September 13, 2024:

#Religion
* Acceptance of religion is voluntary. Once the truth becomes clear, those who do not accept it will suffer, while those who embrace it will benefit.
* We must hold firmly to our faith. Let us not forget death, the grave, paradise, and hell. The punishment of the grave and the afterlife is severe.
* The torment of hell is so intense and dangerous that it alters a person’s appearance and turns them into charcoal.
* We should move from evil and harm towards good and religion. Let us choose a new life characterized by piety, forgiveness, and leniency.

#Qur'an
* The Qur'an is a tremendous treasure and a great blessing. The chapters of the Qur'an prevent divine punishment and save its reciter from torment.
* The Qur'an is an enduring miracle and the greatest achievement of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
* The words and recitation of the Qur'an are captivating. Its guidance and message are impactful and enlightening.
* No melody or sound can compare to the melody of the Qur'an. Thousands have embraced Islam due to the beautiful recitation of Qari Abdul Basit.
* The beautiful recitation of the Qur'an makes one indifferent to any other melody.
* Many people consider themselves free from the Qur'an due to modern scientific advancements and contemporary achievements.
* "Modern science" is valuable for building the world, but "knowledge of the Qur'an" is vital for building humanity and the hereafter.
* The recitation of the Qur'an is one of the greatest blessings. It brings down divine mercy upon the area.
* Both men and women should learn the Qur'an and religious laws, and women should teach other women Qur'an and Tajweed.

🔹Healthcare Costs in the Country Are Too Expensive
Mawlana Abdol Hamid also stressed the need for "free healthcare" and said: "All governmental systems worldwide are obligated to provide free healthcare to the public. Currently, in our country, healthcare costs are extremely high. The government must cooperate with everyone, especially low-income groups, so they can enjoy the blessings of health and hygiene."
He added: "There are many deficiencies in the healthcare sector, with numerous medicines being scarce or unavailable. ‘Health’ is as essential as ‘security,’ and it must receive serious attention."

🔹 “Justice” is a Necessity for Every Society and One of the Pillars of Religions and Civilizations
🔸 The Implementation of Justice Brings Peace to Society

In another part of his Friday prayer speech in Zahedan, the Friday Imam, Mawlana Abdol Hamid, highlighted the importance of "the implementation of justice and fairness," stating: "The execution of justice is so vital and important that no matter how much we talk about it, it will still be insufficient. Justice is a need for every society and one of the essential pillars of religions, cultures, and civilizations. The responsibility for justice is not limited to governments and states; it is upon all people around the world. Each of us is obligated to practice justice within our own sphere of influence."
He added: "We must practice justice in our families between sons and daughters, and between spouses. Justice makes life more pleasant. When parents treat their children equally and justly, the family feels at peace. When the director of an office, school, university, or seminary treats everyone equally and does not show favoritism to employees or associates, and does not prefer his children or close ones over others, peace will prevail in that office, university, or seminary. The problems of an influential individual’s child, whether the son of an Ayatollah, Marja’, Mawlana, Mufti, President, or other official, should not take priority over the issues of a poor or rural family’s child; this is against fairness."
Mawlana Abdol Hamid further explained: "In a government or system, peace, unity, brotherhood, and security are established when justice is achieved. In any system, whether Islamic or democratic, when everyone is treated equally and the rights of different ethnicities, sects, and even religions are respected, and when citizens’ rights are upheld equally for supporters, critics, and dissenters, people will find peace and comfort in that system."
He added: "If a system is labeled a 'democracy' but fails to uphold justice and rights, it is meaningless. Similarly, if a system is called 'Islamic,' yet does not apply equal treatment or implement justice, people will not experience peace anywhere in the world."

He added: “The one who endures hardships and difficulties in the path of Allah in this world, on the Day of Judgment, Allah will open the gates of Paradise for them and say: 'The difficulties you endured in the world have now turned into comfort and joy for you.' But those who have been caught in sin and disobedience in their worldly life, setting no limits or restrictions on themselves and indulging in whatever they pleased, will be brought before the Lord on the Day of Judgment. Allah will cast such individuals, along with Satan, into Hell and punish them with the harshest and most severe torment. Hell, in fact, is the result of a person's actions in this world."

🔹 Dear people! Be vigilant and walk the path of truth / Scholars must be with the people and serve them
In the closing part of his speech at the Friday prayer in Soran, Molana Abdulhamid said: "Dear people! Be cautious not to fall into heedlessness. Be awake; the one who enjoys blessings but does not see God is like a person in sleep. If they were truly awake, they would see Allah as the One who has granted them these blessings in their hearts." He added: "Dear people! Live with God and for God. Be just, walk the path of truth, and align yourselves with it. Allah commands the same, saying: 'O you who believe! Fear Allah and be with the truthful.' Make a commitment to yourself to be truthful and never to lie. Unfortunately, in today's society, truthfulness is scarce, and lies, accusations, and slanders are widespread." The Friday Imam of Zahedan continued: "My advice to sisters is to follow the commands of Allah and take care of your children. The upbringing of children lies mostly with mothers. The home should be a place of religion, teaching of the Quran, and prayer. Teach your children knowledge and wisdom. Scholars too should live for the sake of God, be with the people, and serve them, as this preserves the religious spirit and integrity of society."

🔹Dr. Pezeshkian Faces a Difficult Path Ahead
Mawlana Abdol Hamid concluded: "In our opinion, Dr. Pezeshkian has a hard and challenging road ahead of him, and traversing this path and solving these problems without proper policies, honesty, self-sacrifice, being people-oriented, and having the support of the people and the pillars of the system is impossible."
He added: "We hope that Mr. Pezeshkian, who has embarked on this difficult path under these conditions and has gained the trust of the people, can resolve the economic and political problems of the people and eliminate the unjust interference and harassment being inflicted upon them."

🔹Let's Pray for the Earthquake Victims in Nikshahr Count
y
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan concluded his speech by referring to the recent earthquake in Nikshahr County, saying: "For about twenty days now, earthquakes have been occurring in the 'Abgah' and 'Bent' areas of Nikshahr County, and these quakes are happening daily. These earthquakes, for which no expert has yet provided any reason, are warnings, and we need to seek forgiveness and pray that Allah Almighty removes this calamity from the beloved people of this region."

Mawlana Abdol Hamid:
🕌Nurses Provide Great Service to the Nation, yet Their Salaries Do Not Meet Their Basic Needs

Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid, during today's (August 23rd, 2024) Friday prayer sermon in Zahedan, highlighted the widespread protests among various sectors of Iranian society, particularly nurses, over the current economic and living conditions. He described the "responsibility of the government and authorities" in addressing the nation's economic and political challenges as "extremely heavy."
According to the official website of the Office of the Friday Prayer Leader of Sunni Muslims in Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol Hamid stated: "There are problems and distress in our country. Nurses, workers, retirees, teachers, and various other groups are protesting because life has become difficult for them. The general population is struggling, and their hearts bleed from the hardships they face in life. The fact that some people do not protest out of fear does not mean they are not suffering."
He specifically addressed the challenges faced by nurses, saying: "Our dear nurses stand by the people in the most difficult circumstances. They find no peace in hospitals and endure hardships in serving patients. Nurses truly provide a great service to the country, and their contributions are immensely valuable. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when even people fled from mosques, Hajj ceremonies were suspended, and the doors of Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi were closed, doctors and nurses did not flee from hospitals; they remained by the side of patients and continued to serve."
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan continued: "Now, nurses are protesting about their salaries, which do not meet their basic needs, as inflation has reached such levels that no income can keep up with it. Nurses cannot live on a salary of ten or fifteen million tomans. In the past, nurses lived on two or three million tomans, when three million tomans equaled three thousand dollars. But now, sixty million tomans equals one thousand dollars, and twelve million tomans equals two hundred dollars—who can live on two hundred dollars?! Many nurses are also protesting because they have delayed salaries and their wages are not paid on time; this is another great calamity."

🔹Today, Iran ought to be Competing with European Countries
Mawlana Abdol Hamid added: "The value of the national currency has plummeted, life has become difficult for the people, and some lives are on the verge of collapse. Workers are crying out as well. Why did these workers not cry out in the past? There was no talk of suicide before. We had never heard of nurses and doctors committing suicide in the past, but today they are."
He continued: "We hear that some teachers, because their salaries do not cover their living expenses, are turning to jobs like street sweeping. How can the Ministry of Education and universities, with this situation and the current morale of teachers, educate the country's children and compete with neighboring nations and major countries of the world?! Iran is a country that should be competing with European countries today because it has a rich culture and ancient civilization."

🔹Officials and Members of Parliament Should Visit Prisons and Speak with Political Prisoners

Mawlana Abdol Hamid further stated: "There are many political prisoners who have not committed any crimes or wrongdoings but have simply spoken out and criticized the state of the country. These individuals need to be spoken with. State officials, the President, and members of Parliament should visit political prisoners in jails and engage in dialogue with them."
He added: "Authorities should inspect prisons and detention centers; the complaints of the prisoners need to be heard so that no one's rights are violated in these places, no one is unjustly slapped, and no one is insulted. This is the essence of Islam and justice, and without justice, there is no benefit."

The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan noted: "During the election period, Dr. Pezeshkian announced on national media that the promises he makes will be fulfilled within this government, and if he cannot fulfill his promises, he will resign. I have always had this grievance that in the Islamic Republic, there is no precedent for a president, minister, or official to resign due to failing to fulfill their duties. Recently, the Prime Minister of Japan resigned over a minor issue that he could not resolve. We should also establish a precedent in the history of the Islamic Republic, where if a president cannot fulfill or is not allowed to fulfill his duties, he resigns from his position."

🔸The Perspective Must Be "National"; Ethnic and Sectarian Views Create Problems
The Sunni Friday prayer leader of Zahedan stated: "Not only have the cabinets never included Sunnis, but even the provincial governors throughout history have rarely been Sunni. Only during a brief period in the early years of the revolution was a Sunni appointed as the governor of Sistan and Baluchistan. The representation of Sunnis in both national and provincial leadership roles has been minimal."
He emphasized: "Some claim that we are seeking a share, but this is not about demanding a share. Every group has the right to hold responsibility, and one of these groups is the Sunnis. This is discrimination, and it was not supposed to be this way. Whenever ethnic or sectarian perspectives dominate, problems arise. The perspective must be national."

🔹My Priorities Are "National"
🔸Addressing the Issues of Nurses, Workers, and Other Groups Requires "Fundamental Thinking" and "Serious Planning"

Mawlana Abdol Hamid continued: "The priorities of my requests are national. We can never sleep peacefully knowing that nurses, who work so hard in hospitals, are facing difficulties. These individuals are protesting and are distressed because their salaries are not sufficient to cover their living expenses, or their overdue wages have not yet been paid, putting them under severe pressure. Workers, retirees, and teachers are also grappling with numerous problems."
Mawlana Abdol Hamid added: "This situation requires fundamental thinking, with serious planning needed for all segments of society, not just one group. If someone is protesting, it does not mean that they are the only ones facing these challenges; rather, this is a widespread issue affecting all classes and professions. The problems of the Iranian people are the problems of all of us. We hope that special attention will be given to the people of Iran and that all these issues will be fully resolved."

🔹The Pakistani Government Should Address the Peaceful Protests of Eastern Baluchistan’s People
In another part of his speech, Mawlana Abdol Hamid addressed the government of Pakistan, saying: "Recently, public gatherings have been held in Gwadar and several cities in Eastern Baluchistan. My advice to the Pakistani government is to pay attention to these peaceful protests. These gatherings and demands are peaceful, and their grievances are undeniable."
He emphasized: "When the people's protests are conducted peacefully and without violence, I see this as an opportunity for Pakistan to respond to these peaceful demonstrations. Pakistani authorities should give special attention to the demands of the people and address their major concerns through negotiation, including the issue of the disappearance of many family members. These matters, along with other infrastructural issues that the people have highlighted, must be taken into consideration."
The Sunni Friday prayer leader of Zahedan remarked: "In today's world, in democratic and free countries, peaceful marches are held daily; in such circumstances, no one is killed, no one is injured, no shops are burned, and no banks are set on fire. Officials also engage in dialogue with the protesters and resolve the issues; this also contributes to greater security."

🔹The Assassination of Ismail Haniyeh Has Exacerbated Crises in the Middle East/ The International Community Should Restrain the Aggressor Israel
In another part of his speech, Mawlana Abdol Hamid referred to the existing crises in the Middle East and said: The Middle East is facing many crises. Unfortunately, the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh has exacerbated these crises and intensified tensions.
He added: If the scope of this war and conflict expands, the danger is that its flames will engulf the entire region. Therefore, our request from the international community and the people of the world is to restrain the aggressor Israel, which is unwilling to resolve the issue.
The Friday Imam of Zahedan said: How long will this war and bloodshed continue?! Palestinians and Israelis who are killed in these wars are all human beings. The loss of human lives from any side must be prevented. A fair resolution and settlement is the best solution and approach.

🔹People Are Suspicious About Recent Murders in the Province; Judicial and Security Authorities Must Be Accountable
Mawlana Abdol Hamid expressed concern about the occurrence of "suspicious murders" in Sistan and Baluchistan and said: Recently, suspicious murders have occurred in our province. Some scholars and some merchants and shopkeepers have been assassinated, and it is unclear who the terrorists are. People are suspicious about these blind killings because the perpetrator has not been apprehended yet.
He emphasized: The responsibility of officials, including the judiciary, security, and law enforcement agencies, is very heavy in this regard, as these agencies are responsible for the lives and security of the people and must answer for the security of the people. Ensuring security, health, and the economy is very important and is one of the duties of any government, with security being a top priority.
The Friday preacher of Zahedan added: Due to the carelessness of individuals among the military and law enforcement forces, painful incidents often occur on the roads and borders, resulting in the deaths of women, children, fuel carriers on the roads and seas, or porters at the Iran-Iraq border. All of them are our dear compatriots, and we are responsible for them, as they resort to fuel carrying and porting out of necessity and hunger.

🔹Execution for Drug-Related Offenses Has Yielded No Results for the Country
Mawlana Abdol Hamid criticized the "increase in executions in the country" and said: Unfortunately, executions have recently increased in the country. These executions are not in the best interest of religion, the country, or the nation. Executions for drug-related offenses are not the correct approach, and since the beginning of the revolution, these executions have yielded no results other than leaving families without breadwinners.
He added: There are better and easier solutions to prevent drug trafficking instead of killing and executing individuals.

🔹"Political Murders" Are the Worst Kind of Killings in the World
Mawlana Abdol Hamid also strongly condemned "political murders" and said: Political murders are very ugly and the worst kind of killings in the world. These killings must be stopped.
In the final part of his speech, the Friday Imam of Zahedan said: The recent incident involving a migrant and the incident that happened to a girl in our country, which was also covered by the media worldwide, although these incidents are isolated, they tarnish the country's reputation. Many people around the world say that such incidents and treatments are far from civilized behavior.
He emphasized: Our recommendation to the officials is to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the country.

🔹The extraction of the Taftan mine has caused great concern for the locals; who benefits from these mines?
Mawlana Abdol Hamid then referred to the Taftan mine, which has recently become a significant concern for the local population. He said, “Taftan is the jewel and the pride of the province, with abundant natural resources such as the best orchards, livestock, and water reserves. However, large companies have set up heavy equipment and are blasting the mountains, causing damage not only to the water resources but also to the local ecosystem, plants, and animals. The dust from the explosions has led to the death of animals that relied on the local vegetation, raising serious environmental concerns.”
He also discussed the economic and agricultural issues of the Taftan region, reminding that in the past, thousands of tons of agricultural products from this region were exported domestically and abroad, but now, due to the destruction of natural resources and agriculture, there is no product left for export.
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan criticized the lack of results from the complaints and follow-ups of the people and elders of the region to the authorities in Tehran regarding the Taftan mine issue. He added, “Some respected and trusted individuals have become so disheartened by the situation that they have threatened self-immolation, but we have prevented them from taking such action.”
He continued, "The people living in this region have their ancestors buried in this land, and now they are facing the threat of displacement. Who is benefiting from these mines? Are these profits being spent on the region’s infrastructure? Should the Taftan region and its people be sacrificed for the interests of large capitalists?”

🔹Hiring a Few Local Workers Cannot Compensate for the Massive Capital Flight from the Province

Mawlana Abdol Hamid pointed to the limited use of local labor by companies, stating: “Hiring a few hundred or even a thousand workers cannot compensate for the immense capital leaving the province, nor for the damage caused by the destruction of thousands of gardens, springs, and tourist areas.” He described this as insufficient for the tens of thousands of families living in the region and stressed the need to respect the rights of local residents and prevent further destruction of natural resources.

🔹Stop Operations at the Taftan Mine
Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid harshly criticized the environmental degradation and excessive exploitation of the mines in Sistan and Baluchistan. He referred to global efforts to protect natural resources and said: “How is it that in this province, the environment is so easily destroyed, and the mines are ravaged?! These individuals exploit gold and jewels at the cost of destroying the environment and displacing local people, while they take the valuable resources out of the province. We call on President Pezeshkian’s government to stop these destructive activities.”
He added: “I received a message from some individuals stating that officials would come to meet with me to discuss the Taftan issue. I replied that I am not an expert and would invite the region's elders and specialists to ensure their opinions are heard. However, these people did not keep their word, and they never came. This behavior shows a lack of reason and logic behind these actions.”

#Justice
-Pray that Allah Almighty grants victory to justice and restores the rights of the oppressed people of Palestine. If the world seeks security, it must establish justice, for the root of unrest and insecurity lies in oppression and injustice. If everyone receives their rightful due, the region will become peaceful. They should not bring forces and fleets here; rather, justice must be implemented.
-We always stand by truth and fairness. All sides must observe justice. Why should Muslims, non-Muslims, and children die? Why should homes be destroyed? The world must pressure oppressors and aggressors so that everyone submits to justice.
-Resolve your disputes. Whoever forgives and pardons others will be beloved to God. Your ancestors united people through forgiveness. If someone bows their head in humility, forgive them. Accept the words of the elders and sincere, just scholars, and always observe rights.

#Arrogance
-Today’s Muslims have become arrogant. Arrogance leads to addiction, sin, and deviation. Arrogance is the same sin for which Satan was cast out from the presence of God.
-Arrogance is a quality and mantle that belongs to God alone. Anyone who displays arrogance is reaching out to seize God’s robe.
-A human being cannot even endure a toothache, so why should they claim superiority and act arrogantly?
-Arrogance leads to misery and bloodshed. Today’s society is heedless, and this negligence leads to increasing corruption and immoral acts.

#Repentance
-Repentance and returning to God is the only way to be saved from hardships.
-Whoever commits a crime or an injustice will be punished by Allah Almighty, but whoever repents will find that God returns to them with mercy. Today, the Quran calls upon us to abandon sins and turn back to God.
-Repent sincerely; even tonight, Allah Almighty will turn to you and answer your prayers for yourself and others.
-Be with God; if you are with God, the world and the Hereafter will be yours.
-Fear God. A God-fearing woman benefits society. You must influence the spread of religion and the development of the world, and build a better world for your children and the children of others.

#Knowledge and Education
-Pursue knowledge and help your children become educated, specialists, and committed individuals.
-If we had more specialists today, our nation could serve and benefit humanity.
-Maintain communication with teachers, schools, and your children. This relationship is vital and impactful.
-School staff should establish connections with parents. Spend on your children’s education and encourage them to pursue literacy and learning.
-All of us, including parents and the education system, have neglected the education and upbringing of our children. Education in this region has declined, and the government must take it seriously.
-Helping the education system and scholars is everyone’s duty.
-Teaching the Quran should be a top priority for schools and all those who seek to learn the faith.

🕌Mawlana Abdol Hamid's Speech in Goharkouh

Selected Remarks of Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid at the Ceremony Honoring the Memorizers of the Holy Quran at Miftah al-Uloom School, Goharkouh, a District of Taftan County — Wednesday, October 2, 2024:

#Religious Devotion
-It is crucial that we lead our lives in the path of religious devotion and obedience to God and the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. When you are obedient to God and His Messenger, you will gain dignity in both this world and the Hereafter, and no one can subdue you.
-Live with faith, for Allah Almighty loves those who are devout. A faithful person is influential and alive, while one without faith is like the dead among the living.
-When you follow the “Quran” and the “Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him,” you become strong and alive, and everyone respects the living, but no one fears the dead.
-One who recites the Quran and acts upon it is alive. One who possesses piety is alive, but faith in name only is of no benefit. A criminal, even if he has faith, will still end up in Hell.
-Religiosity holds great importance; we must emphasize faith, education, and suitable employment. Lawful sustenance brings positive effects, and poverty is the root of corruption.
-We must familiarize people with Hadith and divine commandments.

#Prayer
-Prayer is the ultimate expression of humility and submission. Prayer is a supplication and a moment of communion with God. When one prostrates in prayer, they are closest to God.
-All other commandments were given on Earth, but for the commandment of prayer, Allah Almighty invited the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, to the heavens. In doing so, He bestowed honor and dignity upon him, and prayer became obligatory there.
-The five obligatory prayers may seem few, but their reward and impact are equivalent to fifty prayers. Prayer plays a significant role in “guiding humanity,” “spiritual reform and growth,” and even in “enhancing health.”

#Remembrance of God
-Remember God frequently, recite the Quran, and do not neglect the remembrance of God. Morning and evening glorification and abundant remembrance are divine recommendations.
-Begin every task with the “Name of God” and “Bismillah.” God’s name should be present on our “tongues,” in our “hearts,” and in our “actions.” This remembrance is a source of light, goodness, and blessings.

🔹The Iranian people do not accept discrimination or injustice against anyone
🔸 “Discrimination” leads to “Humiliation”

Mawlana Abdol Hamid stated: “The Iranian people do not accept discrimination and injustice against anyone. The demands of women, ethnic groups, and religious communities are the demands of the entire Iranian nation. All Iranians, regardless of their religious or sectarian leanings, should stand together to ensure that justice is served equally to all ethnicities and groups.”
He added: “When people from various ethnicities and sects stand together, they are better able to manage affairs and ensure justice. However, when a particular group or sect is subjected to discrimination, or when women and other ethnic or religious groups are discriminated against, it leads to their humiliation.”

🔹 Mismanagement is evident in the Tabas mine incident; we express our sympathy with the families of the victims
Mawlana Abdol Hamid, in another part of his Friday prayer speech in Zahedan, referred to the recent tragedy at the Tabas mine. He stated: “The Tabas mine incident resulted in heavy casualties, and unfortunately, mismanagement was clearly evident. Companies pursuing their own interests have been exploiting workers, disregarding their rights and safety.”
He added: “Regrettably, financial corruption is rampant in the country. Those tasked with overseeing safety measures and workers' rights often engage in collusion. This all stems from weak management. Therefore, the president of the 14th government bears a heavy responsibility. He made promises to the people, including the assurance that justice and fairness would be observed. This was a monumental pledge, and stronger management is necessary to safeguard the rights of miners and other vulnerable sectors of society.”
Mawlana Abdol Hamid expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the Tabas mine disaster, stating: “All of Iran is saddened by this incident. The families of these workers have lost their breadwinners and are in deep mourning, with immense pain in their hearts, which is understandable. We stand in solidarity with these families, offering our condolences and praying for mercy and forgiveness for the deceased.”

🔹The “Bloody Friday” massacre in Zahedan was a “clear injustice” and the “result of years of discrimination”
The Sunni Friday Imam of Zahedan continued by acknowledging the second anniversary of the “Bloody Friday” incident in Zahedan, saying: “Some may think that ‘Bloody Friday’ was a minor issue, but in fact, it was a major catastrophe and one of the most blatant acts of injustice, unparalleled in the world. In this event, more than one hundred people were killed, and over three hundred were injured. Many were paralyzed, some lost limbs, and others were left blind. These shootings occurred where sixty to seventy thousand people had gathered for prayer.”
He emphasized: “This tragedy was the outcome of years of discrimination, which had been pursued through various channels to ensure justice and fairness. If the armed forces and decision-making bodies had included citizens from all backgrounds, such an event would not have been possible.”

🔹No Sunni representation in the national Security Council or the provincial Security Council
Mawlana Abdol Hamid highlighted: “Since the beginning of the revolution, not a single Sunni representative has ever been present in the National Security Council or the Security Council of Sistan and Baluchistan Province. What made the Zahedan incident even more painful was the statement from the Provincial Security Council labeling the victims as members of a ‘separatist group.’”

🔹 Explosions in Lebanon are "100% terrorist" and "condemnable"
🔸The international community must stop Israel's oppression

In the final part of his sermon, Mawlana Abdol Hamid referred to the continued atrocities of Israel in Gaza, stating: "The number of martyrs in Gaza has exceeded 41,000. Both Palestinians and Jews who have been killed are human beings. Where is the world's mercy? Where are the leaders of America, Europe, and Western politicians? Why don't they resolve the Palestinian issue so the Palestinians can gain their independence and the matter can be concluded? How far will the oppressive hand of Israel be allowed to go? The oppressor and aggressor must be stopped."
He also referred to the explosion of communication devices in Lebanon, saying: "The recent incident in Lebanon, where the explosion of communication devices led to the death and injury of many people, is an event that is undoubtedly an act of terrorism and is fully condemned. Although Israel has not claimed responsibility for this incident, everyone knows, and the finger of blame is pointing towards Israel."
He emphasized: "The international community, human rights organizations, and all those who think about humanity must put an end to this oppression and resolve the issue of Palestine in a just manner that does not violate the rights of either side. Anyone who refuses to accept a fair resolution should be brought to justice and forced to accept it. I wish that resolving this issue was in the hands of the people."
The Friday Imam of Zahedan further stated: "Future generations will blame and criticize the Americans, Europeans, international communities, the United Nations, and the leaders of both Islamic and non-Islamic countries who have the power to resolve this issue but fail to do so."

🔹 The Prophet and his Companions treated Prisoners Kindly, Never tortured or killed them
Mawlana Abdol Hamid referred to how the Prophet treated war captives and said: "In the Battle of Badr, seventy polytheists were captured. Since the Prophet did not have a prison or place to keep the captives, he distributed them among his companions to be kept in their homes. The companions fed the captives from the same food they ate. There were two opinions among the Muslims regarding the fate of these captives; one group believed they should be killed because they might once again stand with the enemy and fight against the Muslims in the future. However, the Prophet and another group of companions believed that the captives should be freed, hoping that one day they would embrace Islam and abandon their enmity against God and the religion of Islam, and there were other benefits to releasing them."
He mentioned an example of the positive effect of the Prophet's kind treatment of captives and said: "Thumama, one of the leaders of the Arab tribes, was captured by the companions in one of the battles. He was tied to one of the pillars of the Prophet's Mosque. The Prophet came to him, asked how he was, and what he expected. Thumama said, 'If you kill me, you are killing an enemy, and you have the right. But if you set me free, you are releasing someone who knows how to appreciate kindness and favor.' The Prophet ordered his release, and Thumama embraced Islam, leading many others to do the same."
Mawlana Abdol Hamid stated: "In the life and conduct of the Prophet , there was no concept of execution. Even when some companions suggested killing the hypocrites, the Prophet did not accept this and said that these hypocrites, although not true believers, were outwardly part of the Muslim community. He added that if they were killed, people would say that Muhammad kills his own followers, which would damage the trust in him. Aside from carrying out legal punishments and retribution, the Prophet did not kill even a single person. The companions and the Rightly Guided Caliphs also treated prisoners with kindness, never beating or torturing them."

🔹Islam is the religion of Morality, Action, Mercy, and Forgiveness
🔸During the time of the Prophet, No one was worried about their rights being violated

Mawlana Abdol Hamid further stated: "Islam is a religion of morality, action, mercy, and forgiveness. In the era of the Prophet and his companions, Islam spread through ethical behavior. Islam is a religion that detaches a person from attachment to materialism and the self, connecting them to Allah Almighty, and brings about selflessness and humanity."

🔹 The Prophet and the rightly guided caliphs did not accumulate wealth for themselves
Mawlana Abdol Hamid continued by highlighting that the Prophet and the Rightly Guided Caliphs did not gather wealth for themselves. Instead, they fed others, bearing hunger and hardship themselves. He further stated that during the Prophet's time, peace and justice prevailed, and no one worried about their rights being violated. The Prophet put an end to the discriminations that existed from the days of ignorance. With his prophethood, oppression and injustice were eliminated, and justice and fairness took over, bringing peace to all.

Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid’s Address After Asr Prayer, Tuesday (September 16th 2024) at Makki Grand Mosque, Zahedan:
📌 “Life” is the most valuable asset a person possesses. If we spend our moments on futile matters that lack the remembrance of God and have no worldly or spiritual benefit, we have truly wasted our life.
📌 Strive to always remember God and invoke Him with both your tongue and heart.
📌 The mention of Allah’s name has a remarkable effect. Reciting His names brings blessings, goodness, and illumination.
📌 Whenever we remember God, He also remembers us. If we remember Him in a gathering, He will remember us among His angels, and if we remember Him in solitude, He will also remember us individually.
📌 God’s companionship comes through His remembrance. When we invoke God and are not heedless of Him, He will be with us.
📌 Recite the Qur’an, as it is the highest form of remembrance. Read it frequently to benefit from its blessings.
📌 Always send blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), for with every blessing, ten mercies of God descend upon you.
📌 The morning and evening remembrance of God has great impact. After Asr prayer, recite “Subhanallah wa bihamdihi Subhanallah al-Adheem.”
📌 Recite Surah Yasin after Asr prayer. It is the heart of the Qur’an and contains abundant goodness and blessings.
📌 Tasbih (glorification), sending salutations (upon the Prophet), seeking forgiveness, and reciting the Qur’an are all forms of remembrance of God. Stay committed to your daily dhikr to keep your heart always bright and illuminated.
📌 The remembrance of God brings peace to the heart and gives life meaning. Through the remembrance of Allah, worries and anxieties will be removed from you.

#Prophet's Character
* The face of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was very beautiful, beloved, and endearing, and his character and ethics were also exceptional.
* Allah Almighty adorned the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with all outward and inward beauties.
* All the prophets (peace be upon them) had the best character, but the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) perfected and delivered the moral and religious teachings of the prophets to society.
* The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) wore simple clothes and sat on the ground, yet he held such a position with Allah that He made him beloved to the Lord.
* The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught people beautiful morals. Many of his enemies embraced Islam due to his noble and generous character.
* The life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was fully in accordance with the Qur'an and was pleasing to Allah. He followed the natural path and showed the "straight path" to his followers.
* "Morality," "piety," "correct belief," and "good deeds" are among the best treasures and assets that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught to the ummah. He also taught people compassion, kindness, justice, and fairness.
* Many of the practices in our lives have become diminished or forgotten. Waking up for Fajr prayer, the night prayer, and using a miswak are among the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Miswak prevents tooth decay, bad breath, stomach ulcers, and infections.
* Some believe that the world was conquered with the sword, but the sword only conquers geographical territories and cannot conquer hearts. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) conquered hearts.
* "Connection with Allah Almighty" is superior to all the blessings of the world. We must perform "prayer," "fasting," "Hajj," and all good deeds in accordance with the life and practice of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

#Prophet's Companions
* The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) had strong and unwavering faith, as if they saw paradise and hell before their eyes. They were fully devoted to their prayers and beliefs.
* When the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) stood for prayer or attended the gatherings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), they were so calm and motionless that they seemed like pieces of wood.
* In the presence of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the fear of Allah filled the hearts of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them), causing tears to flow from their eyes.
People embraced Islam upon witnessing the "beautiful character," "Hajj rituals," and "good deeds" of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them).

🔹Unity and Brotherhood are achieved through “Justice” and “Respecting Rights”
The Friday Imam of Zahedan also emphasized: "Brotherhood and unity are not achieved through slogans, but through the implementation of justice, equal treatment, the fair application of laws, and the respect of rights. Justice and fairness are crucial. If there is no justice and fairness in a person’s life, Allah Almighty will not accept their prayers, pilgrimage, or other obligations. We must all be fair, and practice justice and fairness in our relationships with both friends and foes."
He added: "All officials, from the highest to the lowest levels, must behave fairly and consider justice and fairness between qualified men and women, ethnicities, sects, and ideologies. It is better for officials to sacrifice their personal interests than to undermine justice and fairness."
Mawlana Abdol Hamid continued: "The Holy Qur'an, in the verse 'And let not the hatred of a people prevent you from being just' (Surah Al-Ma'idah: 8), advises us to practice justice even with those we oppose or have enmity towards. Hatred or hostility towards a person or group should not cause us to disregard justice and fairness. If we follow the commands of the Qur'an and the practices of the Prophet (PBUH) and the Rightly Guided Caliphs in all matters, the satisfaction of the people will be achieved."

🔹The Administration of Mr. Pezeshkian Must Take Serious Steps in the Field of Justice and Fairness
The Friday Imam of Zahedan stressed: "We hope that the government of Mr. Pezeshkian will take serious steps in the field of justice and fairness. All other methods, apart from justice, have proven ineffective. Pressure, force, weapons, prisons, and killings do not solve any problems; in fact, they only increase dissatisfaction. Justice and sound, inclusive policies that encompass the rights of all people are what can make a difference."

🔹Dear People, Pay Attention to “Education,” “Religion,” and “A Healthy Economy”
In the final part of his speech, Mawlana Abdol Hamid offered advice to the general public, saying: "My advice to you is, first and foremost, to prioritize 'education.' Pursue both religious and academic knowledge. Secondly, focus on 'the essence of religion.' If faith, piety, and love for religion become present in your lives, and people become more religious and devout, they will find ease in life. We must always have God in mind and remain devoted to Him and the commands of the Shari'ah."
He added: "The third point I emphasize is 'a healthy economy.' In this regard, both the government and the ruling authorities should work towards increasing the liquidity of the country by planning and changing past policies. Additionally, you, dear people, should seek honest work and lawful earnings. Theft, bribery, usury, and other such practices lead society towards ruin and destruction, and we must avoid these issues rigorously."

Mawlana Abdol Hamid during the Zahedan Friday Prayer Ceremony:
🕌Providing “Free Education and Healthcare” is the Responsibility of Governments

Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid, in today’s Friday prayer ceremony (September 13, 2024) in Zahedan, emphasized the challenges people, especially low-income groups, face in covering the costs of "education and healthcare." He identified making these two sectors free as one of the most important responsibilities of all governments.
According to the official website of the Sunni Friday Prayer Office in Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol Hamid stated: "Educational justice must exist throughout the world, and everyone should be given equal attention. One of the duties of governments and global systems is to provide free education so that the children of every country can receive equal opportunities. If education is not free, wealthy people can afford to educate their children, but those who lack resources will see their children deprived of education."

🔹The Most Capable Individuals must be employed in Schools and Universities
Mawlana Abdol Hamid added: "Another responsibility of governments is to employ the best and most capable individuals in schools and universities, and to invest in them so they can help nurture the youth of the nation."
He emphasized: "Teachers and university professors must be given the highest salaries so they can teach with enthusiasm. Knowledge and education are the foundation of development and progress, and we must invest in it."

🔹Many Families Cannot Afford Their Children’s Educational Expenses
🔸Governments Must Reduce Educational Costs

The Friday Imam of Zahedan also stressed the need to "reduce educational costs" and said: "Today in our country, the cost of education has skyrocketed. Governments must bring down these costs. Proper policies should be implemented in the government and the Ministry of Education to lift these heavy financial burdens from the shoulders of the people."
He added: "Many families cannot afford tuition or the list of requirements such as uniforms provided by schools, and due to this inability, their children are deprived of education. Many families struggle to cover the costs of their children's university education, and some cannot even afford school transportation for their daughters. As a result, children from one segment of society are deprived of education because of these high costs."
He also mentioned: "Mr. Dr. Pezeshkian made some good points regarding education. The demand of the Iranian people, especially the weaker segments of society, is for educational costs to be reduced. Policies and planning should be in place so that people can afford the cost of education."

🔹Seminaries and Mosques Should be run by Public Donations
The Friday Imam of Zahedan continued: "Regarding religious education, Muslims must send their talented children to religious schools, and the people should cover the expenses of these schools and the scholars teaching religious sciences, so that the worries of the teachers are alleviated."
He highlighted: "Here I find it necessary to emphasize that we believe the government should not fund religious schools. Rather, seminaries and mosques should be run through public donations so they are not dependent on any government. Experience has shown that the best and most moderate approach is to preserve the independence of scholars and seminaries, enabling them to offer constructive criticism to guide governments."

Mawlana Abdol Hamid at the Friday Prayer in Soran:
🕌 The World is a Place of Trial; One Must Use the Opportunity of Life to Build the Afterlife

Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid, during today’s Friday prayer (September 6th, 2024) in Soran, the capital of Sib and Soran County, emphasized that wealth, status, and health are among the blessings through which Allah tests human beings. He stressed that people should use these blessings and the opportunity of life to prepare for the afterlife and attain paradise.
According to the office of the Sunni Friday Prayer leader of Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol Hamid stated: “Allah Almighty has made this world a place of trials and tests. Allah is the creator of both good and evil, and He tests people through both. The purpose of both sinful acts and acts of worship is to test human beings through them.” He referred to Quranic verses such as, “We tested them with both prosperity and adversity” [A'raf: 168] and “We test you with both bad and good trials, and to us you will return” [Anbiya: 35], explaining that life’s trials come in many forms.
He added: “Allah tests some people with wealth to see if they express gratitude. Others are tested with hardships to see if they remain patient. Some are tested with blessings to determine if they fall into neglect. Allah wants to test our faith and patience through these trials.”
The head of Darul Uloom Zahedan noted: “Allah has created this world for us, and we must use it wisely to benefit our afterlife. If wealth and resources are used correctly, they can lead to the best form of worship and ultimately to paradise. However, if wealth is used for corruption, sin, and injustice, it leads to ruin.”

🔹Positions of Power and Job Roles are Divine Tests; Everyone's Actions are Under Allah's Watch
Mawlana Abdol Hamid emphasized: “At times, Allah tests a person with a position of authority to see if they use it to benefit or harm others. An officer carrying a weapon is tested by Allah to see whether they point it at criminals or innocents.”
He continued: “Those in high positions, such as the presidency, are also tested by Allah. The actions of all leaders, scholars, elders, and every individual are under Allah's observation. These positions are blessings from Allah, and through them, He tests us.”
He pointed out: “Allah loves those who not only avoid sin and worship Him but also encourage others to do the same. He loves those who show compassion for both the worldly and spiritual well-being of others and those who teach knowledge, whether religious or worldly.”

🔹Heaven and Hell are the Results of Our Deeds in This World
The Friday Prayer leader of Zahedan remarked: “In reality, the experiences of this world are examples of both heaven and hell. The peace and tranquility one feels are the result of the good deeds they perform, and the hardships endured for Allah's sake are part of this journey. The Prophet (PBUH) said: ‘Hell is veiled with desires, and Paradise is veiled with hardships.’ One cannot reach paradise without going through these difficulties.”
He elaborated: “Performing prayers, giving zakat, fulfilling the pilgrimage, observing the rights of Allah and the rights of people, and respecting human dignity are difficult tasks, but enduring these hardships leads one to paradise. Additionally, there is joy in these difficulties because they are acts of obedience to Allah. A person whose soul has been reformed finds pleasure in worshiping and feels peace knowing they have worshiped their Creator.”

🔹We Cannot Uphold ‘Truth’ with ‘Oppression’
🔸There Is No Need to Use ‘Falsehood’ and ‘Superstition’ to Promote ‘Religion’

The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan emphasized: "We cannot uphold 'truth' with 'oppression'; truth is upheld with truth. Religion and faith are preserved through justice, fairness, honesty, and sincerity. In people's lives, religion is a matter of choice, and if someone does not wish to choose a particular faith, we cannot force them. Allah Almighty has given them free will."
He noted: "To promote religion, there is no need to resort to falsehood, superstition, or other such means. We can present religion to people through encouragement, persuasion, logic, reason, and respect."

🔹The Responsibility of the Government and the State is Extremely Heavy in the Current Situation
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan emphasized: "Today, the Iranian nation is going through its toughest times, and the responsibility of Dr. Pezeshkian's government, as well as the entire state and its officials, is extremely heavy in this regard. Serious measures must be taken to address these problems."
He added: "As long as domestic policies do not change and as long as justice, which is the greatest demand of the Iranian nation, is not implemented, and freedom of expression, press freedom, and political freedoms and activities are not ensured, solving these problems will not be possible."

🔹To Improve the Country's Economy, We Must Establish Relations with Developed and Capitalist Countries
Mawlana Abdol Hamid continued: "Mr. Pezeshkian's government, whose cabinet has been approved and has started its work, must pay attention to foreign policies in addition to domestic ones. To improve the country's economy, we must establish relations not only with countries facing economic difficulties but also with developed and capitalist nations. Our relations with the entire world should be cordial and based on mutual respect."
He added: "Domestic and foreign policies are deeply interconnected and have a significant impact on the economy. Until these policies are adjusted and moderated, even if we gather the world's greatest managers and economists, they will not be able to organize the country's economy."

🔹Governments Do Not Have the Right to Interfere in Every Aspect of People's Lives
🔸Mr. Pezeshkian Must Control the Performance of All Government Agencies

The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan continued: "Another heavy responsibility for Dr. Pezeshkian is to control the performance of all government agencies and bodies. Many agencies operate autonomously, attacking prayer rooms and preventing people from praying or disturbing their businesses. Many see themselves as representatives of the country's highest authority and do whatever they want without adhering to any law or respect."
He stressed: "Interfering in people's personal and private lives is forbidden and against the law. Why is the law not being enforced?! In no country is anyone allowed to enter people's dormitories and private spaces. The law only grants authorities the power to prevent insecurity in the country. These tasks should be carried out by wise and understanding individuals, and their performance should be supervised. Today, there are many complaints that people's bank accounts are being scrutinized, and those who criticize are being put under pressure, with attempts to cut off all services to them. Governments have their own laws and paths. They do not have the right to interfere in every aspect of people's lives."

🔹Why Aren't Officers Who Recklessly Shoot at Innocent People Stopped?
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan further criticized the reckless shooting by officers at innocent people, saying: "We sometimes hear that somewhere a woman was shot and killed, or a girl or many young people were shot and injured; why aren't these officers who recklessly shoot at people stopped?!”

🔹Unjust Murders Have Increased; Preventing These Murders Is Everyone’s Responsibility
In the final part of his Friday prayer sermon in Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol Hamid strongly criticized and expressed deep concern over the rise in unjust murders in society. He stated: "The increase in murders in society signifies a growing negligence towards Allah Almighty. The Holy Quran warns against unjust murders, declaring that whoever commits an unjust killing will face Hell, the wrath of God, and His curse. It makes no difference whether this unjust killing is carried out by a government or an individual."
He continued to emphasize the necessity of preventing unjust murders, stating: "The prevention of unjust murders is not solely the responsibility of religious scholars, but it is the duty of everyone, including men, women, parents, elders, community leaders, and influential individuals. They should advise the young people, who are the hope of our future, warn them of the consequences of such actions, and work to prevent unjust murders."
He added: "We must warn the youth that anyone who commits an unjust killing will face retribution. However, this retribution should be carried out by the judicial authorities. Moreover, the killing of the father, brother, child, or another close relative of the murderer is abhorrent and, in reality, results in two unjust murders, with both killers falling under the wrath and curse of the Almighty."

🔹Armed Forces Must Be Careful Not to Shoot Innocent People
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan also highlighted the importance of caution among the armed forces, stating: "The armed forces must be vigilant and avoid shooting at people without cause. All people travel on the roads. The training provided to the armed forces should be so thorough that they do not shoot at innocent individuals or open fire on a person or vehicle merely because they are suspicious. There have been numerous instances where a vehicle was suspected, shots were fired, and individuals were killed, only for it to be discovered later that they were innocent. If they suspect a vehicle and identify a clear threat, they should only shoot at the tires of the vehicle."
He added: "In such cases, it is not only the officer who fires the shot who is guilty, but those in leadership positions must also answer to Allah Almighty. It is not acceptable for an official to claim that they were not in agreement with the act. We must all feel a sense of responsibility regarding the occurrence of unjust murders and fulfill our duties accordingly."

Mawlana Abdol Hamid during the Friday Prayer Sermon in Zahedan:
🕌“The People are Dissatisfied with the Proposed Ministers' Composition”

Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid, the Friday prayer leader of the Sunni community in Zahedan, criticized the absence of Sunni representation and the inclusion of only one woman in the cabinet proposed by Masoud Pezeshkian during his Friday sermon on August 16, 2024.
According to the official website of the Friday Prayer Leader of the Sunni community in Zahedan, Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid stated: "These days, a segment of the Iranian nation that voted and participated in the election is concerned about the future. What truly influenced the election and brought people to the polls were the compelling speeches of Mr. Pezeshkian during his addresses and debates, where he articulated many of the people's pains and the discriminations prevalent in the country."
He added: "For about 45 years, women, ethnic groups, religious minorities, the general public, and scholars have been lamenting. When Mr. Pezeshkian promised to form a government of national unity, all these groups became hopeful, and Mr. Pezeshkian's words turned much of the despair into hope."

🔸A "National Unity" Government Should Include Women and Sunnis
The Sunni Friday prayer leader of Zahedan emphasized: "Half of Iran’s population, out of their conscience, did not vote, stating that even if Pezeshkian wants to, he will not be allowed to implement those programs. Now that the government has chosen its ministers, people are worried that the promises made will not be fulfilled with these ministers."
He expressed: "This is not a government of national unity. The meaning of national unity is that both women and Sunnis are included in the cabinet, and competent and capable individuals are present in the government."

🔸The First Step of the Fourteenth Government Has Not Met the People's Expectations

Shaikh ul Islam Mawlana Abdol Hamid continued: "In the first step, the people’s expectations were not met, and many of those who participated in the election are concerned about how, in these 45 years, with 300 ministers coming and going in various governments, neither Sunnis nor women have had a significant role, with only one woman becoming a minister. And now, only one woman has been introduced, whereas half of Iran’s population is women, and it was expected that we would have several female ministers."
He pointed out: "The Sunnis, who are all from the indigenous ethnic groups of Iran and have sacrificed their lives in all the wars at the borders of the country, have supported national unity, but among more than 300 ministers, not one has been Sunni, despite there being many competent and trustworthy individuals among the Sunnis."

🔸Dr. Pezeshkian Has Asked the People for "Time"; He Should Address the Shortcomings
🔹The People Expect Mr. Pezeshkian to Resign If He Cannot Fulfill His Promises

Mawlana Abdol Hamid said: "Mr. Pezeshkian has asked the Iranian nation for time, requesting that they give him a chance. Therefore, we hope that in the remaining time, Mr. Pezeshkian will be able to make up for it and fulfill the promises he made; this would benefit both the government and Dr. Pezeshkian himself."
He added: "Dr. Pezeshkian must strive to implement changes, as the nation voted for change, and the Iranian people will not be satisfied with anything less than significant changes at a macro level and a shift in perspectives."

🔹Dr. Pezeshkian must take significant and effective steps in "eliminating discrimination" and "implementing justice"
Except for the ill-minded, the entire Iranian nation supports the employment of various ethnicities and religions

The Friday Imam of Zahedan said: Eliminating discrimination and implementing justice is one of the important demands of the Iranian nation that Dr. Pezeshkian must take significant and effective steps in this regard.
He continued: Mr. Pezeshkian must employ capable women and people from different ethnicities and religions in his cabinet and government. Attention to ethnicities and religions is very vital and important because ethnicities and religions are the beautiful symbols of Iran and are the foundations for national unity and cohesion and the preservation of territorial integrity and are sources of pride. Different ethnicities, religions, thoughts, and tastes are opportunities for Iran. Employing various ethnicities and religions is the best and most correct policy that, except for the ill-minded and narrow-minded, the entire Iranian nation supports and this policy will strengthen and stabilize the country.

🔹The dignity of women, journalists, and other groups must be preserved
He further emphasized the "provision of freedoms" and said: The provision of freedoms is also very vital and important. The dignity of journalists and other social groups, and the dignity of women even if they have a specific view and opinion on the issue of hijab, must be preserved. God's command is to speak to people in a beautiful manner and to treat them well.

🔹Only "Proper Policies" Can Ensure "Security"

Mawlana Abdol Hamid stated: No approach can be as beneficial and effective for maintaining national security as "proper policies." Correct and appropriate policies bring peace and security. Militarizing the country, the province, the city of Zahedan, which has been securitized for some time now, and militarizing prayer halls, mosques, and markets is not the solution; if it brings security, it is temporary. Lasting and sustainable security requires correct policies.
He emphasized: The success of Dr. Pezeshkian's administration lies only in being popular and standing by the people, and this policy can bring security and peace and solve problems.

🔹The Fulfillment of Dr. Pezeshkian's Promises is Beneficial for the Country
Mawlana Abdol Hamid emphasized: Our recommendation is to give Dr. Pezeshkian free rein and allow him to fulfill his promises because his promises are beneficial for the country. If Mr. Pezeshkian is constrained in fulfilling his promises and cannot deliver, the Iranian nation will become completely disillusioned and lose its last hope.
He stated: Individuals should not be imposed on Mr. Pezeshkian when selecting his cabinet; rather, he should be free and able to bring capable and competent individuals to power as he promised.

🔹If You Care About the Country, Do Not Be Narrow-Minded and Remove the Strict Selection Criteria"
The Friday Imam of Zahedan said: A leader should have a broad vision. I sincerely and kindly advise you to broaden your perspective and remove strict selections. Overlook some faults; if someone does not adhere to prayer but possesses competence, dedication, conscience, and knowledge, do not deprive them of management roles. Someone who prays and stays up at night but is narrow-minded and lacks the necessary competence and capability is detrimental to you and will cause dissatisfaction among the people.
He noted: The Iranian nation has endured many hardships so far and today faces severe problems and crises in the economic sector and other areas. Therefore, do not impose more problems and hardships on this nation and allow Mr. Pezeshkian full authority to bring capable and competent individuals to power, as the president, as the executive manager of the country, must answer to the people. If you care about the country, the people, and yourselves, do not be narrow-minded and approve competent and educated individuals to come to power.
