-Sweatcoin is a web2 coin. You can use sweatcoins in the sweatcoin app marketplace or donate to charity.
-SWEAT is a web3 coin. It's like any other crypto, you can buy, sell, exchange, trade, stake like any other crypto coin.

-Both earned by walking :
The first 5k steps are converted to sweat (6k if you have premium) and afterwards the steps are converted towards sweatcoin.


Premium benefits:
-for the internal coin Sweatcoin:
1) more extensive offers in the marketplace
2) minting of internal coins as before TGE x2.
-for the SWEAT token: increasing the limit on minting a token for the first steps from 5000 steps to 6000 steps.
