Hey!
You cannot directly exchange or withdraw Sweatcoins (SWC) for Sweat (SWEAT) within the Sweatcoin app. The conversion process occurred during specific events:
1. There was a Token Generation Event (TGE) on September 12, 2022, where Sweatcoins were converted to $SWEAT, with balances being converted one-to-one into the SWEAT token.
2. When launching in the US and eight new regions, existing SWEAT was utilized, and a pool was allocated for distribution. Each participant received a proportional share of Sweat tokens. This event took place on October 16, 2023.
If you haven't registered your wallet address before these events, your total Sweatcoin balance won't be converted into the SWEAT token. This was a one-time giveaway. Currently, you can mint the SWEAT token for your steps.
Here's a quick guide for transferring SWEAT:
Sending:
1. Open your app and go to the "Transfers" section.
2. Enter a NEAR (NEP-141) Wallet address or your friend's @.
3. If you want to transfer to an exchange, go to a supported CEX, create an account, and copy the provided address.
4. Go back to the Sweat Wallet app, paste the address in transfers, and send.
Receiving from exchange:
1. Open the Sweat Wallet app and go to "Transfers."
2. Select "Receive."
3. Copy the NEP-141 wallet address.
4. Paste it into the withdrawal section on the exchange.
Make sure it's the correct address, as once you send SWEAT, it can't be reversed. For detailed instructions, check out this video tutorial

Sweatcoin is a digital currency that you can use for discounts, products, services, donations to charity, gift card sweepstakes and auctions.
SWEAT is a crypto token that has real money value and you can use it in Sweat Wallet either to invest it for a term in "Grow" and get profitability, participate in sweepstakes in "Rewards", compete for more SWEATs in "Hero" playing, or you can sell them through an exchange and soon will be available the "Trade" function in Sweat Wallet itself.
Perhaps in the future it will be possible to exchange sweatcoins for sweat. But when this will be and what the course will be is not known
