4. Coin accrual mechanics:
the Sweatcoin app generates two coins.
- The internal coin of the Sweatcoin application SWC (the amount is displayed in the balance of the Sweatcoin application) is generated for steps/boost x2/watching a video "spin"/recently, earnings for actions from partners have appeared, club challenges.  You can spend/use in the internal marketplace.

- SWEAT token.  Also generated by the Sweatcoin app. 

Free users: You’ll start earning $SWEAT after walking 3,000 steps and can keep going up to 10,000 steps.

Premium users: You’ll also start earning $SWEAT after 3,000 steps, but you can keep going all the way to 20,000 steps to maximize your earnings.". 

Balance/transactions are displayed in the Sweat wallet app. You can use it both inside the Sweat wallet staking application and withdraw it to exchanges, etc.  You can sell/buy the SWEAT token on the exchange.

Attention: Sweatcoin and Sweat wallet balances will not match!!!  Also, if you transfer the internal Sweatcoin coin between accounts, they will not be transferred / displayed in the Sweat wallet balance, since these are two different coins.

Ps. After the last DAO vote, the minting mechanics will change.

There can be a lot of options here:
1. You do not have the Sweatcoin application configured properly;
2. You don't walk much;
3. Your account is blocked;
4. The communication provider blocks traffic to the project servers;
5. The application is not available to work in your region and there are many other things.

Here are some recommendations to improve the conversion of steps to tokens.

Please, check the app settings. Give all permissions to work in the background. If you use a smart watch to count steps, only the Apple Watch + ios bundle works correctly. You can find material to improve the operation of the application in the background here:

The conversion of steps into coins largely depends on the device, since now many manufacturers cut off the work of applications in the background in order to confirm their technical characteristics, also on the power of the device, if many programs work in the background, the RAM is overloaded and crashes, the position of the phone itself  , location.  Also, if you have an Android phone, I recommend periodically, especially after updating the application, do such actions, through phone settings-> applications-> Sweatcoin, perform a forced stop, clear the cache, turn off the phone, start it back after 5-10 minutes,  wait until all system applications are loaded, start Sweatcoin.  Also check all the permissions of the application in the background. 
You also need to remember that the phone must have one account tied to the Sweatcoin application.

Hello,
This STEP JAR is really crap...
every couple of days it doesn't count my steps and sometimes it gives me 0....

and so I don't get Sweats...

what email can I write to because I don't have time to point out these errors every couple of days... so how can they not fix these errors?

I'm really disappointed with step jar... ✌️
