I dont see fud here thats a thing we are all well aware of it ( daily business) as admins/ mods for SB. But i dont think thats a support fail certain questions get simple not answered by some teammembers. The reasons i see are most likely based on legal and regulatory issues.

It’s a sad thing, and please understand I’m kind of all in on swissborg not only in word but definitely also in deed, but it’s definitely company related and shouldn’t be hard to answer. I’m really disappointed here and feeling as if my love for swissborg is by far not equally answered. But I’m gonna leave it hereby in this group because I don’t feel the urge for fudding I merely am trying to hold a mirror towards support here

If it's immediate I'm not sure of it ever arrived at swissborg. You can open a support ticket in your swissborg app and ask if it was ever received. If that's not the case you will have to contact your bank.

Good morning it depends on the topic you are asking. There are questions ( company related) you will for sure not get an answer but if you asking question about a problem with moneytransfers , wallet and so on ( customer related) you should get an answer in less then 24hr
