You can try it, do /blacklist {id} and you add your Chat ID, then do the id that is blacklisted to join the Chat ID that you have saved, don't forget to activate BANNED

Np, btw if you were to use official api id and hash, then pass a similar dataJson as the official accordingly application to your client its params in initConnectionRequest

You'll most probably lead to ban if you do it wrong

And I suggest you to not use them if you're not about to check out invoices or sign up for new accounts and such stuff since you really don't need to waste your time

You can use any valid pair of api id and api hash, even the official one,
If you're restricted the only thing you can do is either that or just using different Vpn/Vps/Vds/... locations to finally get a response
