The reason they are banned is that they don't work like the official Telegram

For example, langpack should be android when it is using the official Android Telegram API ID & HASH

Following very simple principles will prevent you from getting banned...

As i think, Using TG's API ID and HASH for third-party apps will not be the same as generating string session with Telethon, Thats the reason why This happend. (?)
