you are invited to participate in a webinar on food security in West and Central Africa. The session is being organized by alumni of the African-German Leadership Academy spread across the continent and beyond.



In October 2022, YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa commenced partnership discussions with the African-German Leadership Academy. The partnership, among other things, is to explore and bring to fruition collaborative efforts between YALI and African-German Leadership Academy alumni along common thematic areas that will further enrich the experiences of alumni of both programs to further impact more lives.



The webinar on food security in West and Central Africa is the first in a series of collaborative activities between beneficiaries of the two leadership training programs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated agricultural intern to help us with our content dissemination and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture and be familiar with the agricultural sector in Gambela.

Responsibilities:
- Find and locate farm managers, farmers and farm owners
- Distribute the agricultural contents we produce to farmers, farm managers, and farm owners through in-person means
- Research and identify potential new clients in the agricultural industry.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to acquire new clients.
- Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
