Chain pushed by coinbase. Coinbase built a product with users and then push the vertical ie a blockchain. TF should have spent 100 millions to acquire a tech/app/game that has users rather than spending on sponsoring…i have more users on my NL than tezos has and i spent a few 1000s in marketing!!
