In Iran published new rules on the use of the most popular in the country Telegram messenger during the election campaign in connection with the presidential election on may 19.
More than 3,000 Telegram channels with an audience of over 5,000 people registered in the Ministry of culture of the Islamic leadership after the government ordered them to be identified in January.
Some 11,000 Iranian channels have an audience of over 5,000 subscribers.
