I don't use Samsung music either but I do need the saving option for my job. I did updat to 0.26.7.1706-arm64-v8a and it's still not working. I simply can't find it anywhere.
I hope it's just a "me and my friend's" problem and doesn't occur for others. Just wanted to address it. Thanks for the help.

I have a Samsung and any music I save is in in the phone and I can find it afterwards using root explorer, I don't play music with Samsung music though I use poweramp, which I can set to scan certain folders.

The music is downloaded and I have also tried clearing the file from cache and re-downloading it and it didn't work.

Btw I've had a few friends of mine try this as well on the same AppVersion I mentioned in here.
They faced the same problem as mine and they also tried clearing and re-downloading which didn't work as well (They don't use Samsung phones and they're currently using Xiaomi or Sony phones).

Also, there is not anything wrong with the Samsung music app because I've tried different music players and also tried saving the audio files using Regular Telegram App and other different messengers which worked fine and saved the files.
