Unban & Remove restrictions in group uses the same string for unblock a user in a user's own Blocked list:
https://translations.telegram.org/en/android_x/groups_and_channels/QUnblockX

That's very different things in some languages. Would be nice to use different strings like:
Unban %1&s?
Remove restriction for %1&s?
