There is no Persian-speaking admins to even start with. You might create a non-official Persian group about Telegram X, but decide wisely. Some guys just don't get help themselves, also groups like this one are still the largest target for spam. Both fact are annoyance at maximum.

It's about adding folder options within conversations that are excluded from a specific folder.

The problem has been occurring for the past two days.
Sometimes I receive notifications, and sometimes I don't.
I am using Telegram X v.0.28.1.1770 armeabi-v7a.
On a Samsung Grand neo plus with Android 4.4.4 (KitKat).
I don't think the problem is related to the outdated version of the device or the app, because I have been using it for more than two years.
I suspect that none of you will find a solution because this phone model is obsolete in your country.

I tried with both the official Telegram and Telegram X. When I dial my number, it says that the code has been sent in the Telegram program, but the Telegram account has not been created with that number. Does anyone know what the problem is, can you help?
