pero tiene muchas limitaciones. Quizás para alguien que quiera empezar y hacer bots simples, le pueda ayudar

Utilizando @ContestBot, el equipo de mensajería envía notificaciones de servicio a algunos ganadores de concursos anteriores de Telegram.
Las personas que se distinguieron en los concursos están invitadas a unirse a una prueba privada de un nuevo paradigma de Bot API — Telegram Serverless. • Rich messages using Markdown or HTML can now explicitly attach embedded media like photos, videos, animations and more.
💬 Communities
• Introduced initial support for Communities — several groups, channels, and bots linked together around a shared topic or audience.
• Bots can already check which Community a chat belongs to and detect relevant service messages.
