It looks like you deposited it successfully. The issue is the UI only shows out to 3 decimal places (.000). You deposited .0006 BTCB, so it's just not "showing". But you're all good and should start earning rewards.

Appreciate the information. Essentially, the LP that's being created is the pool and if it is remove you will cease to build PIGS. That auto-compounder is so undogly slow I assumed that the Dogs/bnb was a bonus creation of some sort that needed to be allocated elsewhere to be more effective. All cleared up now though!
