and usually when I speak of games, I rate them
and Pillars are hard one
I liked setting(it's new, even if Avowed is bad, setting is good and it would be the shame to see it die), I liked must of the combat
there is still problems
same encounter can be ENTIRELY RANDOM cause enemy AI is pure junk
they can ignore you for half of encounter or spam something which drains your entire party in 10 seconds
human battles are weird for same reasons, but can trivialized by enchanting(+25% damage to humanoids applied IN THE END OF DAMAGE FORMULA)

7/10, can be harder than IWD, can be shit

so, I finally was bored enough to shuffle my steam library and play Beyond the Citadel
and, even if I liked Citadel, I had like 0 expectations about the game, but it's good
extra and light leveling system, 7 EX levels for extra unlocks which also makes melee viable option
solid 9/10, even if dev become more horny making that game
