Hezbollah carried out 21 operations on October 18, 2024
- Targeted 8 gatherings of Israeli soldiers/vehicles at settlements across the border and forces attempting to infiltrate the border or evacuate their wounded, using rockets and artillery shells, causing injuries and deaths.
- Targeted 1 Merkava tank with a guided missile, which led to its burning and its crew members either killed/wounded.
- Launched 6 rocket barrages at different cities, sites and Israeli positions both behind and across the border in the Galilee and Golan Heights, at varying distances.
- Launched attack drones targeting Israeli soldiers in Safad, killing and wounding a number of them.
- Confronted an Israeli drone in south Lebanon’s airspace with a surface-to-air missile, forcing it to retreat.
- Carried out 4 ‘Khaybar’ special operations with the call “At your service, Nasrallah”, targeting military bases and sites in Haifa and its vicinity as well as east of Hadera.

Yesterday, 19 October, Hezbollah’s Operations Room announced that since Israel’s ground incursions began, its resistance fighters have killed at least 55 Israeli soldiers, injured over 500, destroyed 20 Merkava tanks, 4 military bulldozers, an armored vehicle and armed personnel carrier, and downed 2 Hermes 450 drones. This report excludes the casualties the Lebanese resistance inflicted through its operations against sites, bases and barracks across the border.
Journalists on the ground report that at least 100 bodies have arrived at Al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza, today alone.

Helicopters are evacuating dead and injured Israeli soldiers from Jabalia, and there are unconfirmed reports of a high number of casualties among the military's ranks.
An Israeli drone targeted a Palestinian child with live bullets in one of the streets of northern Gaza, and when citizens gathered to rescue and help him, they were directly targeted.
