BREAKING | Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Minister of War Israel Katz have ordered the occupation forces to “prepare to defend” and invade the Druze-majority city of Jaramana on the outskirts of the Syrian capital Damascus.
A statement from Katz’s office says the city is “currently under attack by the forces of the Syrian regime.”
“We will not allow the extreme Islamic regime in Syria to harm the Druze. If the regime harms the Druze, it will be struck by us,” Katz says.

⭕️ In the early hours of February 28, while Volodymyr Zelensky was visiting Washington, Kiev launched an attempted attack on a gas station servicing the TurkStream pipeline.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that three unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were used in the attack but were intercepted and destroyed at a safe distance from the facility.
U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has released footage of an airstrike that it claims resulted in the death of a senior military leader of Hurras al-Din, an Al-Qaeda affiliate in Syria.
In a statement, CENTCOM said, 'On Feb. 23, U.S. Central Command forces conducted a precision airstrike in northwest Syria, targeting and killing Mohammad Yousef Ziya Talay, the senior military leader of the terrorist organization Hurras al-Din (HaD).'

⭕️ The UN International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) reported that since the start of Israeli war on Lebanon, 310 children have been killed and over 1,500 injured in Lebanon. The findings were shared by UNICEF’s Deputy Representative in Lebanon, Ettie Higgins, during a weekly UN press briefing in Geneva.
The crisis has led to severe food insecurity, with 51% of children under two in Baalbek and Bekaa suffering from hunger, double the rate from a year ago. The living conditions for families have worsened, with 80% needing urgent aid and many cutting back on healthcare and education expenses. Access to essential resources like water, medication, and heating has also been limited.
UNICEF noted a decline in international aid, with only 26% of its 2025 funding appeal met. The war has left 500,000 children out of school, and many schools are now being used as shelters for displaced people.
