"The continued targeting of our people and resistance fighters by the security apparatus of the Palestinian Authority, as seen in the heinous crime committed this evening—resulting in the martyrdom of the pursued Abdul Rahman Abu Manna, who was shot directly by PA security forces in the city of Jenin—marks a dangerous escalation and a persistent shedding of Palestinian blood. This act reaffirms the oppressive and bloody approach of the PA's security forces, which has claimed the lives of dozens of martyrs.
As we mourn the martyr Abdul Rahman Abu Manna, we warn of the dire consequences of the PA's ongoing crimes and their serious repercussions on the Palestinian national and societal landscape. This comes amid the PA’s total disregard for national and popular calls, as well as human rights demands, to halt the targeting of our people, cease the pursuit of resistance fighters, and end its alignment with the occupation’s security campaign against Jenin, now in its fiftieth consecutive day.
We call upon all national factions, human rights organizations, and popular bodies in the West Bank to take immediate action to stop the bloodshed caused by the PA's security forces and exert all possible pressure to prevent further crimes and violations. At this critical time, our collective focus and efforts must be directed towards confronting the occupation and resisting its brutal aggression against the West Bank, particularly in Jenin and its refugee camp."

⭕️ A federal judge has temporarily halted the deportation of pro-Palestine activist Mahmoud Khalil, a former Columbia University student and lawful permanent US resident, who was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. Khalil's arrest followed his prominent role in organizing campus protests against Israel's actions in Gaza.
The detention occurred shortly after President Donald Trump issued executive orders targeting individuals involved in anti-Israel demonstrations, labeling them as "antisemitic" and threatening universities with funding cuts if they failed to curb such activities. Trump referred to Khalil as a "Radical Foreign Pro-Hamas Student," despite the lack of any criminal charges against him, saying his arrest was “the first arrest of many to come.”
Yesterday, the White House's official social media channels posted a photo of Khalil with the message: "Shalom, Mahmoud."
