❗️PALESTINE RED CRESCENT SOCIETY (PRCS):
"The Palestine Red Crescent Society is shocked by the occupation's targeting of its crews in Rafah and demands that the occupation reveal their fate.
March 30, 2025
For the eighth consecutive day, the fate of nine Palestine Red Crescent paramedics remains unknown after they were directly shot by the occupation forces, wounding several of them.
Contact with them was lost about a week ago, when they responded to a call to provide first aid to a number of people injured by the occupation forces' shelling in the Hashashin area of Rafah in the Gaza Strip. The Palestine Red Crescent Society is shocked by the occupation forces' targeting of its paramedics while they were carrying out their humanitarian work, despite them bearing the Red Crescent emblem, an emblem protected by international laws, including international humanitarian law, which requires the occupation forces to respect and protect the emblem, facilitate the mission of humanitarian workers, and refrain from harming their lives in any way. If they are injured, they must be provided with the necessary medical care to preserve their lives and not expose them to danger.
The occupation's targeting of Red Crescent paramedics and their international emblem can only be considered a premeditated crime punishable by international humanitarian law, which the occupation continues to violate in full view of the entire world without taking serious steps to prevent these blatant violations of international conventions.
Not knowing the fate of our paramedic colleagues is a great tragedy, not only for us at the Palestinian Red Crescent, but also for humanitarian work and humanity.
The Society holds the occupation authorities fully responsible for the safety and lives of its paramedics, especially since they have been delaying allowing Red Crescent crews to enter the area to find out the fate of their colleagues from the very beginning.
The Society calls on the international community to pressure the occupation authorities to reveal the fate of the missing crew.
We also call on the international community and the states that have signed the Geneva Conventions to take serious steps to provide protection for medical personnel.
The Society renews its call on the international community, represented by the United Nations with all its bodies and institutions, the states party to the Geneva Conventions, and all international human rights and humanitarian organizations, to fulfill their legal obligations by urgently taking the necessary measures to compel the occupying state, "Israel," to immediately stop committing further grave violations against Palestinian medical personnel in particular and Palestinian civilians in general, to fully comply with the principles and provisions of international humanitarian law and human rights law legally applicable to the occupied Palestinian territory, and to work to put a final end to the occupying state's policy of impunity."

– Hamas, along with other resistance factions, has engaged in negotiations through mediators over the past 18 months with clear objectives: stopping the war, securing the release of prisoners, and affirming the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
– Despite Israeli stalling and Netanyahu’s deliberate sabotage to prolong the war, Hamas demonstrated responsibility, flexibility, and seriousness, which led to the 19 January 2025 agreement. Hamas upheld its commitments while Israel violated the deal and resumed the war more brutally than before.
– Hamas recently received a new proposal from the Qatari and Egyptian mediators and responded positively. The movement emphasized it is not seeking new demands, only the implementation of what was already signed and guaranteed.
– Reiterated Hamas's strategic vision: ending aggression, achieving national unity, and working with all Palestinian factions to establish a fully sovereign state with Jerusalem as its capital and securing the right of return.
– Hamas agreed to Egypt’s proposal for forming a Civil Support Committee to manage Gaza, composed of independent national figures, and submitted names for its formation, urging Egypt to move forward with Arab and Islamic backing.
– Firmly rejected any notion of abandoning responsibility or surrendering Gaza to Israeli control. He declared resistance weapons a red line, tied directly to the occupation’s existence and the need to protect the Palestinian state.

– "We believe in contributing to Palestine’s liberation and see it as being in Lebanon’s interest to be protected during this critical historical stage."
– "Hezbollah has played a crucial role in supporting Palestine, which reached its highest level with the martyrdom of the leader of the nation, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah."
– "If Israel does not comply and the state does not take the necessary steps, we will have no choice but to resort to other options."
– If we reach a point where the Israeli actions are nothing but killing, destruction, and occupation, we cannot remain spectators."

While framed as a logistical upgrade, the road will block Palestinian access to the critical area between Jerusalem and Ma'ale Adumim, including Khan al-Ahmar — a village seen as pivotal to the viability of a future Palestinian state.
Once completed, Palestinians will be able to access this area only by foot, advancing de facto annexation and deepening Israel's stranglehold on the E1 corridor, a strategic zone whose control determines whether a contiguous Palestinian state remains possible at all.

– "Let Israel know that it will not achieve its objectives through pressure, whether by occupying the five points or through its repeated aggression."
– "We will not allow anyone to rob us of our lives, our land, our dignity, our honor, and our nationalism."
– "It is the right of the Lebanese people to have their state rebuild what the "Israeli" enemy has destroyed."

⭕️ According to The Associated Press (AP), pro-Israeli groups in the US are using facial recognition technology and tip lines to identify foreign students participating in pro-Palestinian protests, following an executive order by President Donald Trump calling for the deportation of demonstrators he deemed “pro-jihadist.”
A right-wing Jewish 'organization' has reportedly submitted a list of identified protesters to federal officials, while a New York-based engineer has offered facial recognition software to pro-Israeli groups seeking to unmask demonstrators.
Additionally, 'organizations' such as Mothers Against Campus Antisemitism have urged supporters to report international students involved in protests to immigration authorities.
