❗️Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez urged that Israel be barred from participating in international cultural events like the Eurovision Song Contest due to its brutal war on Gaza, drawing a parallel to the exclusion of Russia.
"We cannot allow double standards, not even in culture," he stated.

❗️More airlines suspend flights to Israel due to Yemeni operations
– Air Seychelles has canceled all its flights to Israel for June and July and won’t return before August.
– LOT Polish Airlines' flights are suspended through 25 May, 2025 and it is reportedly extending its cancellations until the end of the month (31 May), although the company denies it for now.
– Iberia Express is also extending its cancellations until the end of the month (31 May).
– Ryanair – CEO Michael O'Leary said today, in a statement to journalists, that the low-cost giant is losing patience with flights to and from Israel due to all the security disruptions. If the situation continues, O’Leary said, the company will consider reallocating its aircraft to other destinations and routes.

⭕️ Israel’s banking regulator announced that it is too early to authorize commercial banks to increase dividend distributions, citing persistent economic uncertainty linked to Israel's brutal war on Gaza.
Following the start of Israel's war in October 2023, the central bank initially instructed banks to suspend significant payouts to ensure sufficient credit availability. In response, banks scaled back dividends to 15–20% of their quarterly net profits, down from up to 50% before the war.
They have since received approval to raise this figure to 40%, with most banks distributing 30% of net profit as dividends and allocating another 10% toward share buybacks.
