❗️Hamas in a press statement: 'No real [ceasefire] negotiations have taken place since last Saturday'
—
"We in the Hamas movement consider the continued presence of the Zionist delegation sent to Doha, despite its proven lack of authority to reach an agreement, as a blatant attempt by Netanyahu to mislead global public opinion and falsely present an image of engagement in the negotiation process. The delegation’s stay has been extended day by day without entering into any serious talks, and in fact, no real negotiations have taken place since last Saturday.
Netanyahu’s statements regarding the entry of aid into the Gaza Strip are merely an attempt to obscure the truth and deceive the international community. Not a single aid truck has entered the Strip to date, including the few trucks that reached the Kerem Abu Salem crossing but were not received by any international body."

Israeli Foreign Ministry's response to the UK: 'The British Mandate ended 77 years ago.'
——
"Following the UK’s announcement that it will suspend free trade agreement negotiations with Israel and impose sanctions on settlers: Even prior to today’s announcement, the free trade agreement negotiations were not being advanced at all by the current UK government. More than that, the agreement would serve the mutual benefit of both countries. If, due to anti-Israel obsession and domestic political considerations, the British government is willing to harm the British economy — that is its own prerogative.
The sanctions against residents of Judea and Samaria are unjustified, and regrettable, especially at a time when Israel is mourning yet another victim of Palestinian terror — Tzeela Gez, of blessed memory, who was murdered on her way to the delivery room.
Doctors continue fighting for her newborn’s life in hospital.
The British Mandate ended exactly 77 years ago. External pressure will not divert Israel from its path in defending its existence and security against enemies who seek its destruction."

⭕️ Israel approves $1.4 billion border wall between occupied West Bank and Jordan in push to expand control over Jordan Valley
——
The Israeli security cabinet has approved a $1.4 billion plan to construct a high-tech, multi-layered security barrier along the entire eastern border with Jordan, in what it claims is a step to bolster “national security.”
The 425-kilometer wall—stretching from the southern Golan Heights to Eilat—will combine physical fencing, advanced sensors, military outposts, and command infrastructure.
Construction is set to begin in June and will unfold in stages, with initial work focusing on 80 kilometers of terrain. War Minister Israel Katz framed the project as a preemptive measure against Iran (weapons entering from Jordan), claiming it would prevent the eastern front from becoming “another terrorist corridor.”
Many argue the move is less about security and more about accelerating de facto annexation of the occupied West Bank.
Researcher Aliyan al-Hindi notes the project mirrors earlier proposals from the Sharon era that aimed to shift the border 20 kilometers westward into Palestinian territory. If implemented, the wall would cut through the Jordan Valley and large swathes of land near Bethlehem, Jerusalem, and southern Hebron—areas long targeted for Israeli expansion.
Critics warn that the plan threatens to enclose Palestinian communities into fragmented enclaves, further entrenching isolation and segregation on the ground under the guise of border security.
