⭕️ The owner of two buildings destroyed by Israel last night in Beirut's southern suburb said on television that the structures, which are quite old, were rented from the Maronite Church and that his family lives there.
He stated that a warehouse in one of them, which Israel claimed was a Hezbollah UAV production facility, was completely empty. Tenants were not even allowed to use it, he said, in order to ensure comfort and avoid any potential risks.
He added that he had personally contacted the Lebanese army to inspect the site and confirm it was empty. However, according to him, the moment the army arrived, an Israeli strike was launched.
He also stressed that the warehouse sustained only minor damage and remains accessible, inviting live television crews to go and see for themselves how deserted and empty it is.
