The UN’s top human rights official has called on the US government to revoke the sanctions it imposed on Thursday targeting four judges from the International Criminal Court (ICC).
In a statement, Volker Turk emphasized that “attacks against judges” are in direct contradiction to “respect for the rule of law and the equal protection of the law – values for which the US has long stood.”
❗️Boston Consulting Group fires two employees who worked in Gaza Humanitarian Foundation
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) announced it has dismissed two partners based in North America who took part in the US-Israeli Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF) scheme.
The firm said an internal probe revealed the partners failed to disclose information about the pro-bono project during the client vetting stage.
“In violation of BCG’s policies and protocols, the partners carried out subsequent unauthorized work,” the firm said in a written statement.
❗️New Qatargate leaks raise suspicions around Netanyahu’s inner circle amid internal turmoil
In recent days, Israeli authorities have obtained a substantial number of documents suggesting that several individuals linked to the Qatargate affair, including key suspects Jonatan Urich and Eli Feldstein, may have received payments in return for advancing Qatari interests both in Israel and abroad.
The documents, handed over to the Tax Authority and the Israel Money Laundering and Terror Financing Prohibition Authority, contain details about British firms as well as Israeli and international businessmen suspected of acting as go-betweens for the financial transfers.
Investigators suspect the transactions were structured to hide their Qatari origin and avoid taxes on sums totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Nazzal said Hamas is reviewing a new Qatari proposal aimed at fixing key issues in the current deal. While the group will continue its armed resistance, it is also engaging in political efforts to stop the war and end the suffering in Gaza.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has confirmed providing weapons to clans in Gaza that he says oppose Hamas, following reports that some members and leaders of these criminal groups were involved in looting humanitarian aid and have links to ISIS, such as Yasser Abu Shabab.
“On the advice of security officials, we activated clans in Gaza that oppose Hamas. What’s wrong with that?” Netanyahu said in a brief video posted on social media. “It only saves the lives of Israeli soldiers, and publicizing this only benefits Hamas.”

⭕️ The owner of two buildings destroyed by Israel last night in Beirut's southern suburb said on television that the structures, which are quite old, were rented from the Maronite Church and that his family lives there.
He stated that a warehouse in one of them, which Israel claimed was a Hezbollah UAV production facility, was completely empty. Tenants were not even allowed to use it, he said, in order to ensure comfort and avoid any potential risks.
He added that he had personally contacted the Lebanese army to inspect the site and confirm it was empty. However, according to him, the moment the army arrived, an Israeli strike was launched.
He also stressed that the warehouse sustained only minor damage and remains accessible, inviting live television crews to go and see for themselves how deserted and empty it is.

Iran has placed an order for thousands of tons of materials used in ballistic missiles from China. Deliveries of ammonium perchlorate are anticipated in the coming months and could be used to produce hundreds of ballistic missiles.
One official stated that the new, larger ammonium perchlorate contract could supply Iran with enough material to produce 800 missiles.
