In a crushing legal blow, a Canadian federal court has upheld the government’s decision to strip the Jewish National Fund of Canada (JNF) of its charitable status, ending a 57-year run of tax-exempt support for Zionist colonization in Palestine. The court’s May 30 decision rejects JNF Canada’s final legal appeal, marking the official collapse of its status as a registered charity.
The JNF has been funneling Canadian donations into Israeli military projects and the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, and has been condemned for greenwashing war crimes by planting forests over depopulated Palestinian villages. While the CRA first revoked its status in August 2024, the court’s ruling cements the order, forcing the organization to begin shutting down operations. One of Canada’s oldest Zionist institutions is now legally defunct.

⭕️ BCG staff revolt over role in Israeli-run Gaza aid project
Boston Consulting Group is facing backlash from its own staff after a leaked memo revealed the firm’s involvement in an Israeli-led aid system in Gaza. Known as the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), the project was designed to bypass the United Nations and give Israel control over how and where aid is delivered in the territory.
Employees accused BCG of helping build a system that links food access to forced displacement, calling it “morally indefensible” and warning it could support ethnic cleansing. They also said the work violated BCG’s own ethics policy, which bans working with clients involved in illegal or harmful activities.
In response, BCG leadership fired a partner and claimed they weren’t fully informed about the project’s details.
Staff are now demanding public accountability, donations to UN-approved agencies like UNRWA, and a clear statement distancing the company from cooperation with the Israeli government.
