❗️Lebanese journalist Khalil Nasrallah:
"Israeli soldiers entered the Subeih hill in northeast Hula [south Lebanon], planted explosives in two homes, and detonated them. The hill is near a Lebanese army checkpoint, where several soldiers stand with one or two vehicles.
It is the only checkpoint. The army personnel are not to be blamed under any circumstances. Believe me, those who know the area know what I mean. The army personnel are not weak, and their blood is not cheap to us, but precious. The blame lies with those who gave the army orders to confront without reinforcing it and strengthening its presence in many sensitive areas near the border."

⭕️ Israel, US, Greece, and Cyprus forge new energy alliance to counter Russia
In a high-level summit held in Athens, energy ministers from Israel, the United States, Greece, and Cyprus pledged to deepen cooperation on regional energy security and infrastructure while reducing Europe’s dependence on Russian resources.
The ministers jointly condemned Moscow’s efforts to evade sanctions and finance its war in Ukraine, vowing to diversify energy sources and strengthen ties among “like-minded regional partners.” The meeting also endorsed the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) as part of a broader strategy to expand energy trade routes.
Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen said the initiative would position Israel as a key bridge between the Gulf and Europe, enhancing its status as a regional energy power. Discussions focused on developing a new energy corridor that bypasses both the Ansarallah-controlled southern route and the so-called "Iranian-Russian axis," including a proposed gas export pipeline from Israel to Cyprus for delivery to Europe. The next forum will convene in Washington in mid-2026 to advance the “3+1” Eastern Mediterranean energy dialogue.
According to Cohen, plans to lay a gas pipeline from Israel’s offshore reservoirs to Europe are “back on the table” after years of dormancy. He told The Jerusalem Post that there has been “very significant progress” toward the project, with the US now ready to take a leading role. The proposed route, passing through Cyprus and Greece, was previously shelved due to high costs and technical challenges but is now being revived as part of Washington’s broader push to establish an alternative to Russian and Ansarallah-controlled energy routes and lower prices for European consumers.

⭕️ According to an article written by Steven Erlanger for The New York Times, a next round of confrontation between Israel and Iran is inevitable. Months after US President Donald Trump claimed that US strikes had “obliterated” Iran’s nuclear program, uncertainty continues to surround the country’s uranium stockpile and capabilities.
The 2015 nuclear deal has expired, sanctions have been reimposed, and negotiations remain dead. Iran has denied inspectors access to suspected sites, allegedly including a new underground enrichment facility known as Pickaxe Mountain, leaving the extent of its program unknown.
The report notes that Israeli officials see Iran’s nuclear infrastructure as an unfinished threat, while Tehran is accelerating missile production and preparing for a far larger response than in previous wars. With no negotiations, no inspections, and growing regional hostility, The New York Times depicts a "dangerous stalemate" that could soon erupt into another destructive war.
❗️Iran rules out resuming talks with US
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said there is currently no possibility of resuming negotiations with the United States, stressing that talks could only take place if Washington demonstrates genuine readiness for dialogue based on equality.
His remarks echo those of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, who stated on 3 November that any future cooperation with the US would only be conceivable if Washington fully ends its support for Israel, withdraws its military presence from the region, and stops meddling in regional affairs.
