❗️Ankara & Seoul deepen defense and nuclear ties, eye reconstruction efforts in Gaza & Syria
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said today that his meeting with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung mainly focused on strengthening cooperation in the defense industry.
"Our discussions with the relevant institutions on the establishment of a clean power plant are also ongoing," Erdogan said during a joint press conference.
He added, “I see the memorandum of understanding signed earlier between the Korea Electric Power Corporation and the Turkish Nuclear Energy Corporation as an important step. We are also in agreement with South Korea regarding counterterrorism.”
Erdogan said Ankara sees opportunities to work with Seoul across regions including West and Central Asia, and in reconstruction efforts in Syria and Gaza.
He noted that both countries share a common stance on Gaza, underscoring the importance of maintaining the ceasefire, preventing civilian deaths, and advancing a 'two-state solution.'

"The announcement by the 'Gaza Humanitarian' Foundation of ending its mission in the Gaza Strip is a deserved step for an inhumane group that was complicit in the genocide project and the engineering of starvation in partnership with the Zionist occupation.
Since its entry into the Gaza Strip, this foundation was part of the occupation's security system, which adopted distribution mechanisms entirely disconnected from humanitarian principles, and created dangerous and degrading conditions for the dignity of the starving Palestinian people during their attempts to obtain a piece of bread, resulting in the killing and injury of thousands, through sniper operations and deliberate killing. These figures expose the scale of this foundation's complicity in the crime of genocide.
Our Palestinian people see this foundation as a model of the failure of the occupation and its backers to impose a fait accompli based on the occupation's standards. Any project that works with the occupation and implements its fascist policies will necessarily collapse because it is built on injustice, tyranny, and dehumanization.

❗️Iranian lawmaker cites Medvedev remarks as potential Russian nuclear support for Iran
An Iranian lawmaker today pointed to months-old remarks by former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev as suggesting that Moscow could be willing to supply Iran with nuclear weapons.
Kamran Ghazanfari said that Russia and China would back Iran if it decided to withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), asserting that such a step would boost the country’s “nuclear and military capability.”
"China and Russia support this decision. Medvedev, Putin’s deputy, even hinted indirectly that Russia is willing to provide Iran with nuclear weapons," Ghazanfari told Iran24.
Medvedev had posted on X in June that "a number of countries are ready to directly supply Iran with their own nuclear warheads."
US President Donald Trump reacted quickly to the remarks, posting that Medvedev was "casually throwing around the N word." Medvedev later clarified that Russia would not follow through on such an action.

"Civil Defense crews responded to an explosion that occurred in a home belonging to the Al-Fayri family on Al-Nasr Street in western Gaza City.
The house consists of several floors and had been previously targeted. Inside were remnants left behind by the Israeli occupation, and while some children were tampering with these remnants, the explosion occurred.
The blast resulted in the martyrdom of a child and several injuries, including children in critical condition.
Civil Defense crews stress the danger of unexploded ordnance and urge citizens to exercise caution, avoid any suspicious materials, and immediately contact the relevant authorities upon finding them."

⭕️ ADNOC unveils $150 billion investment plan for 2026 – 2030
Abu Dhabi’s state-owned oil company ADNOC announced today that it plans to invest $150 billion between 2026 and 2030, aiming to sustain current operations, expand output, and meet rising global energy needs.
At a meeting on Monday, the board of directors praised the company’s updated reserve figures, oil reserves rising to 120 billion stock tank barrels (stb) from 113 billion stb, and natural gas reserves increasing to 297 trillion standard cubic feet (scf) from 290 trillion scf.
Abu Dhabi’s unconventional resources, which require advanced extraction technologies, are estimated at 160 trillion scf of gas and 22 billion stb of oil, the company said.
ADNOC added that the enterprise value of its international investment arm, XRG, has grown to $151 billion, up from about $80 billion at its launch in November last year.

⭕️ Uber reaches key agreement to buy Getir’s food delivery business from Mubadala
Uber has agreed on key terms to acquire Turkish food delivery company Getir from Emirati controlling shareholder Mubadala, and has submitted the deal for approval with Turkish authorities, two sources told Reuters.
