The title is, as men of culture will know, a reference to Nietzsche's Zarathustra.
Something to note: I have used "Behold!" as a way to open posts since before encountering it in Thus Spoke Zarathustra.
The German equivalent is, as you may have surmised from the picture above, "Seht!"
In Swedish you could say either "Se!" or "Beskåda!" – the latter being more appropriate in this context.
Se = see.
Beskåda = behold.
An easy morning routine to set you up for a good day?
Clean your nose. If you have a stuffed nose, your breathing will become suboptimal during the day and the consequences are just like a domino effect.
- You get tired with more ease as you do not get proper amount of oxygen to your brain. (Look up diaphragmatic breath and how it can benefit the brain function! A way to do this is also to practice DB or breathing exercises like Pranayama, Shallow breathing or Wim Hof method)
- When you breathe through your mouth during the day, instead of your nostrils (you might do this even unconsciously), you are slowly modifying your facial structure by dropping the jaw and not having your tongue sucked up to your palate as it should be in natural resting position - this usually ends up with your bone structure being gradually modified (weak jaws, long faces, poor teeth development and unable to fit wisdom teeth that might be growing)
- Another highly unattractive effect from mouth-breathing due to stuck nosetrils is the horrid change in mouth microbiota that together with your gut microbiota and the changes these endure while mouthbreathing leave a really unpleasant mouth breath (halitosis, have a read on how oral microbiota and the present microflora affects the arise of halitosis) when the mouth dries out
Which takes me to...
- The more you mouth-breathe, due to poor nose hygiene (one reason, the one I chose today to talk about), the more affected your mouth microbiota is with bad bacteria building up at a higher pace and not allowing your teeth to properly remineralise --> and so cavities start to appear
In my Instagram I often talk about the importance of proper breathing. This goes to adults, but also to infants, toddlers and children. Parents need to be really attentive and always make sure their children's nose is clear (do not leave your little ones walk around with snots on their nose - I see this so often and it's 1) giving a bad impression on the actual parenting 2) it's actually bad for the little one!) so breathing is not obstructed especially in the night for the child to breathe properly through the nose and avoid all these horrible effects of mouthbreathing.
Also, a clear nose is more prone to ''filter'' the outside air and lower the load of toxins and viruses that we breathe in - meaning, yes, the nose and its little hairs actually act as a immunity barrier loweing the risk of viral infections.

I say to clean your nose before you even clean your room 🙃 in my humble opinion, much more beneficial and useful in the real life.
I recently read this fine introduction to, as the title suggests, Spiritual Traditions Across Asia by @hammerandvajra
In the book, I encountered the following interesting insight:
'Another focus of Onmyōdō is the Gogyou, the elements in Chinese Daoism that are considered to metaphysically make up every aspect of the world.
These five elements are wood, fire, earth, metal, and water, respectively. These elements are associated with everything in the universe.
Therefore, an Onmyōji would have to consider the element related to any sentient being, spirit, place, spell, or divination and how to appropriately work with these elements before taking action.'
Interesting stuff!
The migration path, as suggested by archeological and genetic evidence, of the Andronovo culture.
1. Sredny Stog c. 4500 BC – 3500 BC is theorized to be the ancestor of both the Corded Ware and the Yamnaya.
2. Middle Dnieper culture 3200—2300 BC is considered an early variation of the Cordef Ware culture and is believed to be where the Fatyanovo–Balanovo culture emerged.
3. The Fatyanovo–Balanovo 2900–2050 BC culture then became the Abashevo culture.
4. The Abashevo culture
c. 2300 – 1850 BC (with influences from the Yamnaya derived Poltavka culture) later formed the Sintashta culture.
5. The Sintashta culture 2050–1900 BC gave rise to the Andronovo.
6. The Andronovo c. 2000 BC – 1450 BC was related to the Srubnaya culture that went westward into Ukraine and Western Russia.
^Prussianism and Socialism is the next book I will review.

His speech and bearing were those of the ancient kingdom of Doriath, and even among the Elves he might be taken at first meeting for one from the great houses of the Noldor.
So valiant was Túrin, and so exceedingly skilled in arms, especially with sword and shield, that the Elves said he could not be slain, save by mischance, or from an evil arrow from afar.'

Don't take this meme seriously; not only is it geographically wrong, Neolithic Britons (and other Neolithic Europeans) were perfectly happy smashing each other over the head with their maces.
I must make more videos on violence in Neolithic (pre- Corded Ware) Europe.
This idea that only the Indo-European speaking steppe herders were violent is totally wrong.
But yes I did make this meme and it's very funny.
^Since I talked about this in Episode 30 as well.

WE ARE EVERYWHERE...EPISODE ONE
Years ago, I was in the jungle HQ of the Karen National Liberation Army, in Myanmar (formerly Burma). I had come all the way from the USA to see if I could be of help, even if the only aid I could give was to write an article for SOF magazine. The monsoon was on full force and fighting had pretty well bogged down to zero, there was nowhere to go and not much to do. I was hanging out to see if any operations were pending, when in stumbled another White man - the first I had seen in weeks! - soaked, carrying his rifle. We introduced ourselves; it turned out he was from Germany, a physical therapist who on his vacations came to Myanmar to teach sniping.
Small talk ensued. At one point i saw he was staring at my chest - I looked down, to see that my Thor's hammer had slipped out of my shirt. He looked at me and, wordless, reached into his shirt and pulled out his own. Two men, one blood, a common connection to the Gods of our greater Folk.
NEW STJ FILM!
The rock art from the tomb of Bredarör at Kivik in Sweden is a window into the forgotten world of the Nordic Bronze Age. In this film I visited the great rock barrow with my mate The Golden One, and I interpret all the esoteric imagery, including; sun-wheels, solar crosses, war chariots, armed warriors and ritual axes and boats. With the latest archaeological data, 3D scans and new CGI animations of the art, this film gives a new perspective on a tomb which is 3400 years old!

Comment on the latest Podcast episode.
"I just joined up to the Subscribestar & I have to say these Podcasts are of most glorious quality. I was not expecting such good quality 🔥"
I have heard this quite a few times now. It is true that the Podcast episodes are of a much higher quality than my videos – funnily enough since YouTube was (or perhaps still is) my main platform for a long time.
I will focus on my upcoming book over the coming months; but later this year, I will endeavour to put more effort into the video making. I will contemplate a reasonable course of action.
Lastly, do sign up for the Podcast if you have not already, otherwise you are missing out; I am confident in saying this.
I am tired of seeing all of these 'Trad'-accounts posting about the 'masculine urge' to quit the degenerate society.
First and foremost, there is nothing manly about wanting to quit or escape. Secondly, to think that you can escape society is naive – they will still come for you, even if you live in a cabin out in nowhere.
A bit of escapism now and again can be good; gaming in my case, but I do not try to pass it off as a virtue. Again, there is nothing virtuos or manly about not wanting to impose your will on society.
Moreover, a 'Trad'-wife will not want to live on a secluded farm; a woman wants to find herself in a social context with friends and family around. Similarly, a man should want to live in the vicinity of his tribesmen.
Do not get me wrong, I much prefer the country-side to the city – and it is always a good idea to be as self-sustainable as possible – but it is of paramount importance to understand that you are still living in a society.
The two oldest R1b samples in the Middle East are much younger than the oldest R1b samples in Europe.
They date only to 3200 to 2500 BC and they both come from near the border with Europe.
Both belong to the same subclade……R1b1a2-V1636 ☝️☝️
This subclade is found in older samples from Europe. Specifically, from the Russian Steppe. R1b1a2-V1636 was the most common haplogroup in the Russian Steppe during the Eneolithic.
Moreover, one of these Middle Eastern samples with R1b1a2-V1636 has significant Russian Steppe admixture.
Pretty frickin’ obvious that the oldest R1b in the Middle East came from Europe. They’re not that old anyways.

There are no 10,000 year old R1b samples in the Middle East.
But, there’s a shitload of roughly 10,000 year old R1b samples from Europe.
Review of the Norse-Gaelic Woollen Garment:
"This is the first cardigan-style sweater I’ve ever owned. And my second wool-garment from Legio Gloria. And I am pleasantly surprised with it! I love the roughness of it – wool, dark grey, a beefy collar, aesthetic buttons. Yet there’s also an elegance and a familiarity I’m not used to. I consider it an excellent choice for semi-formal events. As such, it has become my most used winter-garment at the office and winter festivities.
I have it in L (since my shoulder width is usually somewhat comparable to Marcus at 95kg) but should probably have gone with an M for this one. It’s a bit big around the waist.
Weight ~84kg @ 183 cm"
Thank you, Nicklas, much appreciated!

🇮🇹 I mentioned, but did not elaborate fully on, the following in Podcast Episode 24. Julius Evola:
Understanding the social (including political) dynamics of Italy can only be done if understanding the difference between northern and southern Italy.
During the Imperial Roman period, Italy (primarily the southern part) experienced certain levels of immigration from the Empire's eastern and southern provinces – thus reconfiguring southern Italy's demographics.
During the Migration Era, Italy experienced the great Germanic invasions (Goths, Lombards, etc.). This served to bring (primarily northern) Italy back to a more Indo-European (i.e. Steppe Ancestry) configuration.
Northern Italy was the center of the Renaissance and remains, to this day, a powerhouse in terms of industry and civilisation. Southern Italy does not quite share the same history (although we must note that southern Italy also has an exciting and glorious history – especially as it pertains to the illustrious feats of the Normans).
Keeping this in mind it becomes clearer why some northern Italians often point that they are from the north (i.e. from Milano and not Napoli). This can also serve to explain political parties such as Lega Nord.
Moreover, this can also explain different perspectives on Italy. Those who associate Italy with Al Capone and the Mafia will, of course, not view Italy in the same golden light as someone who associates the country with Leonardo da Vinci and Italian beauty.
On a personal note, I view Italy in a positive light. I have been to Rome and Milano, but not the south (so I cannot comment further upon that part).
BEHOLD!

thegoldenone:a/how-connected-to-god-are-you:8" rel="nofollow">https://odysee.com/@thegoldenone:a/how-connected-to-god-are-you:8
I recently read this fine book. It is a collection of folklore stories about werewolves.
The stories are mainly from Europe, but some of them are from China as well. In Chinese folklore, the tiger takes the place of the wolf (so they have were-tigers instead of werewolves).
In Norse stories, there are were-bears as well as werewolves. For example, in the Icelandic story of Björn the Were-Bear from the thirteenth century.
In one story from the early thirteenth century, good old Peire Vidal (whom we encountered in Otto Rahn's Lucifer's Court) appears. In the story, he is in love with the She-Wolf of Pennautier.
The Lycanthropic Disease was called Insaniam lupinam (wolf mania) by Marcellus (a Greek author of the fourth century AD). Oribasius, physician to Emperor Julian the Blessed, describes this phenomenon at length. Among other symptoms:
'They suffer violent passions, especially in the month of February.' The Romans celebrated Lupercalia in February.
Good stuff!
