I believe that in order to reclaim our power, we have to start first with our own health. We can’t live up to our potential when we’re bogged down with crud, feeling sick, tired and depressed.
The cards are stacked against us when it comes to eliminating poisons that have been allowed to permeate just about everything we eat, drink, breathe, or come into contact with. But it can be done! I’m here to help with the research and provide you with better choices that can have a major impact.

As we go careening into the next forced plandemic, what are some things we learned from the last one that might help people stay strong for this one?
Examples I can think of would be like
- It’s a game of chicken. The people who gave into masking just because they didn’t want to be inconvenienced probably made the “mandates” last longer
- Don’t quit your job if they force you to mask or vax, make them fire you.
- Don’t panic. They want you to freak out and stampede for toilet paper and worry your elderly mother won’t be able to get the meds she needs to survive. This never happened. Make sure you’re stocked up on necessities just for peace of mind, but panicking serves no purpose.

I believe he's right. And by "media personalities" I'm sure he also means the larger conservative Twitter accounts who did the same things Trump et al. were indicted for.
Interesting if the rest of us getting booted from the these platforms ends up being what protected us. 🤔
