#ጤናባለሙያዎች

" ቀን ፣ ምሽት ፣ ቅዳሜ እና እሁድ እንዲሁም በበዓል ወቅት ጭምር እየገባን ሰርተን ክፈሉን ስንል የሚሰጠን ምላሽ ማስፈራሪያ ነው " - ጤና ባለሙያዎች

በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የዲዩቲ ክፍያ አልተከፈለንም ያሉ ከ 80 በላይ የጤና ባለሞያዎች ስራ ማቆማቸው ተሰምቷል።

በከምባታ ጠምባሮ ዞን ፤ አንጋጫ ወረዳ ውስጥ የሚገኘው የአንጋጫ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ሆስፒታል የሚሰሩ የጤና ባለሞያዎች የ6 ወር የዲዩቲ (የትርፍ ሰዓት ስራ ክፍያ) ስላልተከፈላቸው ከማክሰኞ 12/02/17 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ ስራ ማቆማቸው ተሰምቷል።

በአመት ከ120 ሺ በላይ ለሚሆኑ ሰዎች የህክምና አገልግሎት የሚሰጠው የአንጋጫ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ሆስፒታል ውስጥ የሚሰሩ በቁጥር ከ80 በላይ ይሆናሉ የተባሉት የጤና ባለሞያዎች ከማክሰኞ ጀምሮ ስራ ያቆሙ ሲሆን የሆስፒታሉ አስተዳደር በበኩሉ እስከ ትላንት ድረስ ወደ ስራቸው ካልተመለሱ አስተዳደራዊ እርምጃ እንደሚወስድባቸው በደብዳቤ አሳውቋቸዋል።

ይሁን እንጂ እስከ ዛሬ ወደስራ ገበታው የተመለሰ ባለሞያ አለመኖሩን ሰምተናል።

ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ያነጋገራቸው በሆስፒታሉ የሚሰሩ ባለሞያዎች " ከዚህ በፊትም በስራ ላይ ሆናችሁ ጥያቄያችሁን አቅርቡ ተብለን ተስማምተን ጀምረን ተታለናል ሳይከፈለን የመጀመር ፍላጎት የለንም " ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።

ክፍያው ያልተከፈለው የ2015 ዓ/ም የግንቦት ወር የ2016 ዓም የመስከረም፣ ጥቅምት፣ ጥር እና የነሀሴ ወር የ2017 ዓ/ም የመስከረም ወር በአጠቃላይ የ6 ወር የዲዩቲ ክፍያ ነው።

" ከዚህ በፊት የ4 ወር ክፍያ ባልተከፈለን ወቅት በወረቀት በዞን እና በክልል ደረጃ ለሚመለከታቸው አካላት አሳውቀን ነበር ነገር ግን ችግራችን አልተፈታም ከዚህ በላይ በትዕግስት መጠበቅ አልቻልንም ለተለያዩ ማህበራዊ ቀውሶች እየተዳረግን ነው " ብለዋል።

አክለው " ቀን ፣ምሽት ፣ቅዳሜ እና እሁድ እንዲሁም በበዓል ወቅት ጭምር እየገባን ሰርተን ክፈሉን ስንል የሚሰጠን ምላሽ ማስፈራሪያ በመሆኑ እና ' እየሰራችሁ ጠይቁ እንጂ ሥራ ማቆም አትችሉም ' በማለት እንዲሁም የሚያስተባብሩትን አካላት ' በህግ እንጠይቃለን ' የሚል ማስፈራሪያ ከወረዳ አስተዳዳሪዎች እየደረሰን ነው " ብለዋል።

ባለሙያዎቹ " አምና ጥር ወር ላይ በተመሳሳይ ስራ አቁመን የነበረ ሲሆን የክልሉ ጤና ቢሮ እና የብልጽግና ፓርቲ ጽ/ቤት ጭምር አመልክተው ' እናንተ በስራ ላይ ተገኙ እንጂ እንዲከፈል እንነግራለን ' በማለታቸእ ወደ ስራ ተመልሰን ነበር ፤ ምንም ምላሽ ሳይሰጠን ቆይቶ በኋላ የአንድ ወር እንዲከፈለን ተደርጓል ፤ ከዚያ በኋላ ግን በተለመደው መቆራረጥ ነው የቀጠለው " ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።

ክፍያው እየተቆራረጠ ነው የሚገባው ወደ ኋላ ተመልሶ ያልተከፈለንን ክፍያ የመክፈል ምንም ፍላጎት የለም ነው ያሉት።

" የፊቱን እንከፍላለን ወደ ኋላ ተመልሶ ለመክፈል ግን ዞኑ በጀት የሌለው በመሆኑ በጀት ሲለቀቅልን ነው የምንከፍለው " የሚል ምላሽ እንደሚሰጣቸው ተናግረዋል።

ሆስፒታሉ ዝግ ሆኖ በቆየባቸው ቀናት ሁለት ነብሰ ጡር እናቶች ምጥ ይዟቸው ወደ ሆስፒታል መጥተው የነበረ ሲሆን ባለሞያ በሆስፒታሉ ባለመኖሩ ወደሌላ ሆስፒታል በግል ትራንስፖርት በሚጓዙበት ወቅት የህፃናቱ ህይወት እንዳለፈ አክለዋል።

ሀኪሞች ሥራ በማቆማቸው ታካሚዎችም ከሆስፒታል በር እየተመለሱ መሆኑም ተነግሯል።

ባለፈው ዓመት ጥር ወር ላይ በተመሳሳይ የስራ ማቆም አድማ ባደረጉበት ወቅት ሆስፒታሉ የወሰደው እርምጃ ያለምንም የቅጥር ማስታወቂያ 17 ሰዎችን መቅጠሩን የተናገሩት ጤና ባለሙያዎቹ " አሁንም ችግራችንን ከመፍታት ይልቅ ከሌሎች ቦታዎች ባለሞያ አምጥተን እንቀጥራለን በሚል እያስፈራሩ ነው " ብለዋል።

" ' ባለሞያ እንቀጥራለን እንደለቀቃቹ ቁጠሩት መጥታቹ ቁልፍ አስረክቡ ንብረት ላይ ቆልፋቹሃል ' በሚል ከፖሊስ ማዘዣ በማውጣት ማስፈራሪያ እየተደረገ ነው ፤ እኛ ሥራ እንለቃለን እላልንም እንሰራለን ግን ክፈሉን ነው ያልነው ተርበናል፣ ገንዘብ አጥተናል፣ ልጆቻችንን ማስተማር አልቻልንም የወተት እና የቤት ኪራይ መክፈል ከአቅማችን በላይ እየሆነ ነው " ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።

ቲክቫህ የባለሞያዎቹን ቅሬታ ይዞ የሆስፒታሉን ሥራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ተሰማ አበራን ትላንት ቢያነጋግርም ስብሰባ ላይ መሆናቸውን በመግለጽ ለጊዜው ምላሽ አልሰጡም።
