Think about this rationally - how does defending the African community from White anger incentivise them to discipline their youths? The only way their behaviour could ever change is if we held the entire community responsible.
I mean I'm not even interested in trying to change their behaviour, I just want them the fuck out of my country. But if changing their behaviour is the objective then the only way it would be possible is through White racism coming down upon the negro like a ton of bricks so they realise they better all behave if they want to remain welcome in our society.
